Note that Parliament is
meeting today ......this is the third day in a row and one of the only times I
remember them meeting on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday in a row....
I have previously stated weeks ago that the Election Law has to pass before the PTB release a new rate......this is the basis of the democratic process and MUST be agreed....look at O's words, it is exactly what he said.....remember, his words on these important issues are spoon fed IMO....
The next bank Holiday is Ashoura on the 14th of November.....
IMO, if we don't see this between now and Wednesday morning this week, I look to Thursday afternoon/evening and then next Wednesday thru Sunday.....
It sure seems like we are very close.....I am looking forward to DELTA's report as to what was said in the mosque's on Friday morning.....this could very possibly be very telltale....I know Frank started to report this last night but would like a little more detail if possible....

The source said the diplomatic Iraq that "al-Maliki conveyed a message from Iran to U.S. President Barack Obama, provides for the abandonment of Iran's movement" Hamas ", and not to provide any support to them, for the award of Maliki's third term as prime minister, being in line with Iran's policy in the region," referring to "Obama listened to the owners, and without his requests, he did not respond positively or negatively, even concludes his meetings with the four other Iraqi leaders invited by Obama to visit Washington."
He explained that these leaders are the "head of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Massoud Barzani, who is expected to visit Washington during the next two weeks, and the head of the" Iraqi "Iyad Allawi, who resides in Washington now, and Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi upcoming visit during the first ten days of the next month, The leader of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim, who has not yet determined the date of his visit. "
This comes at a time when observers confirming that the United States is seeking to change the political map based on sectarian and ethnic groups in Iraq, through the parliamentary elections scheduled for next April 30.
They pointed out that "there was a deal-American with Iraqi officials (in accordance with Iran) to give the presidency of the Year, and the candidate strong support for this position is Osama Najafi, because the survival of place President of the Republic empty nearly a year, following the injury of President Jalal Talabani unwell transfer later to a hospital in Germany, did not know his fate until now, despite claims by Iraqi officials Talabani family and his advisers to give information on his fate. They added that the deal includes "giving the presidency of the parliament of the Kurds, who belongs to them Talabani, and a candidate for this position is Necmettin cream current governor of the northern province of Kirkuk, while retaining Shi'ite-led Iraqi government, and the granting of Maliki third mandate."

This is only the Approval, NOT the implementation of the Election Law.. which is tied to THE HCL, ARTICLE 140 the RATE, etc., UNTIL someday in APRIL OF 2014????
I just don't understand WHY this is so exciting to us Now???
I guess I was under the impression that what took place in DC with O and M that "We were THERE" (like a few days or weeks out).. Please help me understand. Thank you.

04/11/2013 - 20:35 raised the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, on Monday, the Council meeting of the 33 to the fourteenth of November, with a parliamentary source said that the meeting witnessed a vote on the law of parliamentary elections and the first reading of the election law, Kirkuk, as well as the continuation of the second reading of the pension law.
said the source In an interview for "Alsumaria News", "The Presidency of the Council of Representatives filed today, the Council meeting of 33 of the legislative term of the first legislative year fourth to the fourteenth of this November,"
noting that "the meeting saw the ending first reading of the Law on Elections of Kirkuk." he added The source, who requested anonymity, that "the meeting also saw the continuation of the second reading of the law of retirement year, as well as to vote on all the paragraphs of the law of parliamentary elections." A parliamentary source said on Monday, that the Iraqi Council of Representatives voted unanimously on the Law of the next parliamentary elections in 2014.
The source said in an interview to the (Presse term), "The members of the House of Representatives voted, on Thursday evening, unanimously approved the Law of the next parliamentary elections."
