I agree with John. An NDA makes no sense in the first place. In the second place, the terms that have been posted would make it non-enforceable, according to UCC and law. Any contract signed under duress is null and void. An open-end contract where the terms, such as, "a tax to be determined later", is not a contract. "Here, just put your signature at the bottom of this blank sheet of paper and we'll fill in the contract later." No, I'm not buying into that one. A great deal, if not most, of what the "gurus" have put out is simply the result of great imaginations and has no basis in fact. It's a shame, really. I would expect better from those in the "Patriot Community." If we lie to each other, how we any better than the MSM?
