The Republics are being 'set up' to take the fall for "ODIOUS DEBTS" of irresponsible acts of our presidents, our US House and Senate Members, the Executive Branch, Council on Foreign Relations Members.. etc.
What is an ODIOUS DEBT?!
Odious Debt
By law, in most countries, individuals do not have to repay money that others fraudulently borrow in their name. Similarly, a corporation is not liable for contracts that the chief executive officer enters without the authority to bind the firm. But international law does not exempt citizens of a dictatorship from repaying a debt incurred by a dictator for personal and nefarious purposes.
This inequity has not gone unnoticed. As early as the 1898 peace negotiations after the Spanish-American War, the U.S. government contended that neither the United States nor Cuba should be held responsible for debt incurred by Cuba's colonial rulers without the consent of its people and without regard for their benefit. Although Spain never accepted the validity of this argument, the United States prevailed, and Spain took responsibility for the Cuban debt under the Paris peace treaty. The Soviet state repudiated tsarist debt in 1921 using a similar rationale. Legal scholars subsequently elaborated a doctrine of "odious debt," arguing that sovereign debt should not be transferable to a successor government if it was incurred without the consent of, and without benefiting, the people. Some scholars added the requirement that creditors must have been aware of these conditions when they issued the loans to repressive or looting governments. Last evening CNN news cast were discussing MEDICARE and SOCIAL SECURITY and how all of OLDER AMERICANS HAD USED UP THE 'FUNDS' AVAILABLE.. which was making the burden fall on "their generation" which would require NEW TAXATION.. etc., etc., etc...
CNN needs to get their heads out of their ass's! It's not "Older Americans" who caused this "Depletion of Medicare and Social Security Money"..

A small example.. of TAX PAYERS DOLLARS "MISAPPROPRIATION" is seen in the use of such as AIR FORCE ONE, and the older AIR FORCE [presidential] airplanes used by such as Nancy Pelosi.. jetting around here and there at TAX PAYERS EXPENSE.. and Mrs. Obama.. flying around on vacations taking family and friends with her outrageous hotel expenses.. AT TAX PAYER EXPENSE.. Then there are the US HOUSE AND SENATE MEMBERS who go around the world.. at TAX PAYER EXPENSE..
Has anyone ever really thought about how much these bozos in CORPORATE CRIMINAL AMERICA in Washington D.C. are 'abusing powers of offices of public trust and those certain privileges of those offices of Trust?' Or! Has anyone thought about the Violations of "Voting themselves pay raises during their term of office of Public Trust?"
In my opinion and certainly others feel the same ... These ORGANIZED CORPORATE CRIMINAL REPRESENTATIVES go in TO MAKE MONEY OFF THE "TAX PAYERS BACKS".. Which is inherently wrong.. along with the FACT OF LAW it is Constitutionally Prohibited and Un-Lawful.
Perhaps these ORGANIZED CORPORATE CRIMINAL AMERICA representatives should be paid on the basis on how much money they 'save the tax payers' instead of getting a 'cut' on CORPORATE AMERICA'S OPERATIONS.
When the US HOUSE AND SENATE, THE WHITE HOUSE etc.. ignore the Will of the People as Members of the Executive Branch indulge in MONEY LAUNDERING, ECONOMIC ESPIONAGE.. laced with Sedition and Treason against the very People and the Laws of the People of the Republics which they took an Oath to "Uphold, Protect and Defend, Against All Parties, Foreign and Domestic" as prescribed to be taken before entering an Office of Public Trust.
BIG CORPORATE BUSINESS "Overthrow of the Republics" and many of the Nations participating in Tias 12087 of the Contras back in 1984-86 which further set up a CORPORATE EXCLUSIVITY whereas if you were going to do business in the united States or in the International Community, it REQUIRED MEMBERSHIP. Otherwise.. THOSE WHO DID NOT BELONG COULD NO LONGER DO BUSINESS in the U.S., the united States or the International Community.

ABUSE OF POWER; MISAPPROPRIATION OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS, FRAUD, EMBEZZLEMENT, SEDITION AND TREASON.. Brought on these REPUGNANT ODIOUS DEBTS.. which ADVERSELY EFFECT THE SOVEREIGN Xth Amendment REPUBLICS OF THE UNION OF REPUBLICS OF THE united States of America.
Please don't give We the People of the Sovereign Xth Amendment Governments of the Republics that BULL CHIT "The states did not retain their Rights"... Like Hell they did'nt! Those Rights can be found in the Constitutions of each Republic state as it joined the Union.. you will find those constitutions and the Bill of Rights of those Constitutions in MESSAGES AND PAPERS OF THE PRESIDENTS. That also includes the INDIAN TREATIES.
