Johnnie lost 3 lbs on new diet --- BEING SICK!

If you have not seen much of me yesterday, i was in the 'throne; for 24 hrs with a serious case of diarrhea. The meal by my ex-wife had an asian ingredient which disagreed with me.

GLAD TO BE A ALIVE AGAIN.  WHEN DO I GO TO THE BANK FOR EXCHANGING?
