As I EXPLAINED on Your CC last night ........... They are ACTUALLY SITTING their GOVERNMENT for the first time in 10 years !!!
That factor ALONE is Galactic in proportions compared to their lackadaisical pace and YOU are WITNESSING it.
BUT HOW FRANK26 when we can't see anything!!!???

RichieC: My thoughts are John Kerry didn't rush over to Iraq to have them speed up the process for next year. We will wake up a day this month and be very surprised (and pleased). Things are moving at light speed behind the scenes. Stay positive and pray for understanding, patience and strength. Order will prevail from what appears to be great chaos. Chins up.

BigChance » Frank, Delta…what would happen to our investment, if the Kurds would separate from Iraq (in your opinion). Would this be negative for the investment at all or would it just lower the rate we can expect?

The CBI will (IMO) not give a rate before Iraq has a stable government. No stable government > Kurds leave > no rate before that point. Just IMO

Furthermore, IMHO: It wouldn't be the first time.....and won't be the last....that someone........reacted oddly --- to save face.
PM Maliki must be allowed to save face as he goes about "saving the day" in his country. It's been said he is a puppet. I guess I see it a bit differently. In life there is compromise. And there are teachable moments. I see him as "teachable".
And for all the so called "delays".........I truly believe there will be disclosures in the future that will send chills up our spine - to realize what the Lord saved us from while we were clamoring for closure and to move on to the next season.

IMO this is how July / Politics / MR Will Unfold
The next Prime Minister of Iraq will be Maliki for his 3rd and final term.
This will cause the Kurds and others the get upset and irate. We the investors will see further instability in Iraq. This will cause more dinar investors to sell off their dinar.
The Kurds will be upset / irate and won't support Maliki for a third term.
This will cause the Kurds to declare independence from Iraq forming their own nation of Kurdistan which has been the desired outcome from the start. (SEE ARTICLE BELOW)
The suspected date of 7/20/14 that Christine Legarde released is a great time frame. The stage is usually set around the middle of each month (Increased oil prices, Increased gold prices , ETC)

Erbil / Iraq News Network - intends to Kurdistan leader Massoud Barzani to attend a regional parliament Thursday to demand to set a date for a referendum on self-determination of the Kurdish areas outside the region, including Kirkuk. According to Kurdish source familiar. Source said in a press statement today:
"The Barzani will address in Speaking during a session of the regional parliament, the situation in the Kurdish areas outside the management of the region, "adding that" he will ask Parliament to set a date for a referendum on self-determination of those areas and re-annex the territory of Kurdistan. "source described the word Barzani as" historic, "adding that he" will address also the overall situation in Iraq.
"He was the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, has said in a press statement today that" the province will hold a referendum on independence, as well as on Kirkuk within the next few months because Iraq is living the reality of the division and that is what happened recently shows that it is the right of the Kurdish independence,
" pointing out that he "can not remain the province depends on the unknown future." was Barzani has said earlier after the events of Mosul and control forces Albicherkh entirely on the province of Kirkuk, said that "Article [140] of the Constitution of the disputed areas has been completed for a response and will not talk about it anymore and I have patience 10 years to solve the problem of these areas, and the federal government did not provide any solutions, and after the withdrawal of government forces from these areas entered the Peshmerga forces to protect them.
