He's in a jail. In part, one of the local Judges has chosen to permit charges for offenses under motor vehicle code, such as "driving without a license," rather than acknowledging and pointing out to the plaintiff Freewill's, and everyone's, lawfull right to travel by the means of the day (recall that the act of driving is defined legally as the act of transporting people or goods for profit, where the profit is realized profit through corporate operation). The corporations involved were and remain the corporations which present themselves as the court, sheriff, prosecutor, plaintiff and their agents; the commerce involved was and remains the commercial activities of the corporations responsible for facilitating, conducting and executing the proceedings. The remaining "offenses" are quite dubious, and may seem to reflect poorly on Freewill at first glance, but being made aware of a few critical facts which have been excluded from the proceedings and court records, or simply disregarded or minimized in the cases, it's safe to state there are elements of fraud in the remaining offenses, fraud not committed by Freewill, but rather by individuals who have initiated and have been conducting and executing the proceedings against Freewill. There is a strong resemblance to the fraudulent home foreclosure cases which continue to pop up: a number of the corporatized courts are accepting, and sometimes even fabricating, cases which are built upon falsified bs and are carried through with for the profits the cases bring in, regardless of the damages such activity generates. Freewill is being subjected to such proceedings. And, because Freewill stood up for his rights and has has been known to do so in the past, even with the same judge, this time the judge appears to have abandoned all due caution and allowed his anger, arrogance and greed to dictate his actions in the proceedings. Olive Oyl said...: Only a blog adlministrator can remove a comment. It is up to the blog administrator to make that decision. There are three that have permission to function as administrators on this blog. I don't know who did the removing, and I don't know why - but there would have been reasons at the discretion of one or more of the administrators for their removal. It is not our business to know those reasons. Some information is simply not public information or business. Whoever did the removal did not do the job correctly for the fact that they were removed still showed up on the blog. Will have to check to see who did this.; September 16, 2015 at 11:06 AM

Accept the charges for value, appoint the prosecutor as the fiduciary and send him that appointment along with the charges that have been accepted for value, do this using administrative process...meaning use a notary to mail the docs and provide a proof of mailing and contents mailed and a certificate of non response, then tell the jusge what you did and at that point plead guilty to the facts....guilty means you are paying which is staying in honor, and you paid by doing an acceptance on the charges. And another thing...what happened to all the GOOD news we used to get on this site like the good guys winning? Since John was killed, its been nothing but a losing game for is and the evil taming over. Where is the positive information we NEED to win this war!? Yes I said war because it is. Ots our fight for our lives and we need to put them down. COMPLETELY!!! I have been struggling to stay with this site daily because its been a one sided winning game for them and eventual death to humanity as they are winning NOT the other way around as it should be. Message to nesaranews admins...WE win this thing, NOT them!!! Anonymous said...: Thx Olive Oyl, the first post was just a question as to why was the date of the post, two days ahead of the question posted? Why would admin remove that? Even now the date is off. Why would you say it's not our business to know, when it may be worth knowing if the blog is having problems, or hacked, hijacked, or even administered. There was nothing wrong with the question. There's an infinite number of answers that could have been given besides removing the post.

When you find some, send it to be considered for posting. This nation and the entire world is at a very critical stage right now and it is becomming even more difficult to find anything that is not informing us of the seriousness of the times. You can always go to other websites that provide the 'good news' you are looking for if or when yu don't find enough of it here. Yes - WE win - those who are followers of Christ. From dealing with the system, I remember things people started, got a process going, and after a while the process stops working, jurisdictionary, traffic seminars, irs processes, executor of the estate, OPPT, etc.
The rules of court changes to meet every new process that is created, as soon as the first one is revealed, the work begins to have a rule to thwart it later.
We are all creators of our life, and there is an infinite number of things that can be done and the system cannot write an infinite number of rules to combat them, that's why the system has an interest in educating us, to limit our desire to be imaginative.
Freewill used a process, but he is not stuck, he can be creative and do something different.

Again, leave the details and the help to those who are in direct position to do that - the best of the best. Freewill's situation is HIS situation, and what he wants made public will be made public, and what he doesn't want made public WON'T be made public - any more than if someone published your bra and undies sizes without your direct knowledge and permission. The Fed has outright lost. They took a few of us with them, but Jade Helm for the most part even exploded in their face in Texas. They outright lost the shooting war in Texas and are not even desiring to return again.

The Federal Government has lost the support of the mercenaries that were supposedly going to be put in charge...the whole operation was outright "PUNTED" out of Texas with prejudice!!! Or else now, there wouldn't be so many arrests and Texas announcing they are going to secede.

If Texas secedes next year, it's over for the UNITED STATES for good this time, since they lack the manpower. They'll have their designated enemy combatants/slaves in their microchip warehouse somewhere, but the rest of them will either be locked up or in jail for attempting to interfere with the republic. You aren't the legal person are you? So why are you at all bothering to enter their court room?

Trust me, if you do it enough times...you will be on a train to a U.N. prison camp because they really do not like people interfering who are non U.S. citizens.

These courts are private corporations, so if you do enter at all (which is unwise) then hire a lawyer as your fidicuary and accept the charges as value by stamping a notarized letter. Don't ever hire an attorney...don't go alone.

Those circus shows are U.N. controlled court rooms especially now with the battle lines drawn and kicking out of certain troop elements. I'm betting many of those courts will be shut down, it isn't worth the injury you will incur by consenting to appear with these robbers.; September 19, 2015 at 2:54 AM
