The Legal Division of the West Virginia State Police consists of two Assistant Attorney Generals that represent the Department in various legal matters and assist with the training and education of law-enforcement personnel at the State Police Academy.

The State Police Legal Division cannot provide legal assistance to non-State Police members or employees.

Just as one of the people, the following is being presented in the interest of the lawful and peaceful citizens, of the Continental United States of America.  As we the people, we are the ONLY lawful authority.  It is we the people who create and can abolish government at our will.

In the interest of public service the integrity, ethics and moral values of your organization are in question.  A simple answer will resolve this dark cloud which currently hangs over your respective heads.  For all of you as executive officers know full well the meaning of an unlawful order.

Are you public servants?

If the answer is yes, then I urge you to promptly take immediate action to restore the Constitutional rights of the people who pay you to maintain their public safety.

If the answer is no, then as private contractors, you have criminally misrepresented who and what you are, violated your oath of office, committed perjury, insurrection and rebellion against the supreme law of the land.
