Volkswagen Emission Scandal Widens: 11 Million Cars Affected

Volkswagen’s emissions scandal ballooned Tuesday as the automaker said it affects 11 million vehicles worldwide and will require the company to set aside 6.5 billion euro ($7.3 billion).
The startling admission instantly makes the crisis one of the most expensive automotive scandals in recent memory.
The crisis also threatens to upend the company on its rapid path to becoming the world’s largest automaker. Volkswagen had seized the title from Toyota for the first six months of 2015.
“This could damage the Volkswagen brand globally for years to come,” said former automotive marketing executive Peter De Lorenzo, blogger at Autoextremist.com, in an interview. “Trust and belief in the brand has been broken.”

Whenever you see massive recalls and things, these businesses are collecting on insurance.
Why admit to something or allow something that was covert for so long become revealed now?

Suppose all these VW owners have to turn in their vehicles or be considered criminals of the corporate US. Then what? They turn in their cars, and buy another one? How's that for business?
They turn in their cars for repairs?
How's that for business? Business was slow and now their auto bays will have lots of activity paid out by insurance claims.
Rental car companies get customers who 'need their car' but it's in the shop.

Lots of economic activity.
People know there is a false flag, but don't know what to see.
Pay attention to what is going on, not what is shown to you.

I think it is to correct a huge error that was forced on the manufacturer
at the hands of the psychopaths running the country, and manipulating
the world.

Let's start with the 'marxist' EPA...
enviornmental 'protection' agency, protecting us from what ?
Not from their screaming, over-arching 'control' fettish.

Fudging on 'emissions' of diesel vehicles is NOTHING in comparison
to Bush Jr. insisting that all auto manufacturers make the cars
'REMOTE CONTROLLABLE', since ? 2005-2006

Volkswagen DID NOT want to comply with that, but you know
how it is in the mafia...you're not allowed to refuse the deal.

Maybe this is a polite way of bringing the cars in and removing
the 'murder' technology.
Think of how many this has already been used on,
like poor Michael Hastings, of Rolling Stone magazine...

I'm ticked off because I can't buy a new VW Eurovan here in the
states BECAUSE of the 'EPA' AND their suffocating restrictions
for the vehicles not meeting the miserable gurus' expectations in California.

Maybe the auto unions were good at one time, and I should have kept as a
classic my 1966 Chevrolet Caprice. But when we could only get gas essentially
every other day or on license plate odd/even number days, and that boat was guzzling,
it was time to switch over.
By that time it was a known fact that you did not want to buy an
American car made on a monday or friday, for the lemon risk factor.

So, as a true loyalist and respecter of German engineering,
I have driven all of their cars with joy and pride, and someday
I will go to Europe and have the next member of my fleet
shipped over here, and let the dealer retro-fit it for these idiots.

There is no point listing all of the German cars I have owned and loved,
except for my two trusted ones presently.
They are my 1993 5-cylinder Eurovan with rack and pinion steering,
and my 2003 6-cylinder Eurovan that floats like a cloud.
Two of the most useful vehicles I have ever been blessed
enough to own. I wouldn't part with them for the world, and
no 'On Star' gadgetry can hold a candle to them.

Aside from behind the scenes struggles, I challenge anyone
to find legitimate fault with any of the German cars.
If I could have, I might have kept all my former vehicles.

The DOJ should shut down the vampire IRS so I can recoup
the $40,000. they racketeered from me, then
I could go to Germany and buy my next 'Transporter'.

Prioritizing who needs to be prosecuted, jailed,
and eliminated with prejudice is easy,
I just haven't been put in charge yet....

Thank you for the Porsches, Audis, Jettas, Passats,
and Eurovans, and to my dedicated dealership and specialty
mechanics that speak my cars' service language.
You are the Best !
