Either way it was a catch 22 for President Trump, at least…that’s what this Judge thought.
Well now we have learned, he was wrong.
Truth is, President Trump has all rights to bar people from entering the United State of America if we have no way of properly vetting the people who are trying to come into our country. It’s that simple.
There isn’t actually a ‘constitutional right’ to come to the U.S.
If they do come, they are obligated to abide by our laws, but not given the constitutional rights we has citizens have.
Coming to America is a privilege, not a right. Regardless of what the loony left wants to claim.
What that means is…this so-called restraining order that was supposedly effective immediately, might not ever see the light of day.

The Department of Justice is ready to file an emergency stay of this ridiculous order and make moves to defend the executive order of President Trump and his ban. They say the ban is lawful and appropriate. The order itself is intended to protect the homeland of Americans, and as President he has the constitutional authority and responsibility in fact, to do just that… protect the American people.
The law itself states:
“Whenever the President finds that the entry or any aliens of of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
So Trump’s executive order was lawful, and there is nothing this bleeding heart Judge can do about it.Shhh you hear that? I believe that’s the sound of liberals triggering, and snowflakes make a run for their safe places…

The judge should be removed for bad action for usurping the president's constitutional and statutory authority, without lawful/legal authority of his own. The judge committed treason and needs to be arrested for interfering with a lawful presidential order. The judge does not have the right to usurp the constitution and re-write a statute on his own authority. That is grounds to remove a judge; any judge!
I agree, the judge committed treason & needs to step down & be tried for treason!
The judge should be arrested for treason and tossed in prison and then if he refuses to cooperate...the public execute him.
Thank you! As I recall, it was not a permanent ban, it was temporary...like 90 days? At that time, if they have been properly vetted with no problems, then they're welcome. That's is exactly what they do if we wanted to get into their country, and it would be a privilege, not a right, not an entitlement. It becomes your right when you become a US citizen.
