I would rather not post a reply, but this is just a great opportunity to nail the disinfo people such as JJ (Smith) Outlaw. The document you are looking at is one big joke. I am
going to take it with me when I visit with Edy Seno. Everyone who knows Edy realizes this is a big gaff, and of course we know who photoshopped this from a similar document put out in August that was discredited. No, it is not Scott this time, and it is time to stop kicking him. He looks like hell and needs a break, and if anything I was too tough on him, but he is the expert in such situations, and I am sure he will have lots to say as well on his own behalf.

Whoever put this together is a Clown, a Prankster, a Silly Fool, and I will try to share only a little of what is wrong here. First of all, Ray Dam is not affiliated with Edy Seno in any way.  Beyu Soekarno is not involved with Edy in any way. It is the OITC not IOTC. Flashing back in time to the ‘Scott War’, it was clear to me that they (Scott and Wagoner) after getting caught by me had to scurry to cover their tracks, so that no one would know what they were up to. They then ran to Beyu Soekarno telling him that I screwed up their Trade. In fact, however, it was those actually working with Beyu, wishing to use him, as well as my connections—without my knowledge and behind my back—who, when they weren’t allowed to do so, got him to sign a Cease and Desist Order, blaming me for everything. Then the Wagoner bunch ran to Edy Seno, who was in the hospital and lied and used Nelu’s name to get in to talk to him. They then proceeded to tell him that the case would not be refiled, so he should issue a Cease and Desist Order, which they just happened to have in their pockets at the time.
Seno did sign it.
Of course, you would think that left me standing without my pants, but to the contrary! I was in the position of strength: You see, Seno’s mandate expired in 1998! What this means is that none of the 2.5% Family Heritance Guarantee was issued to the Soekarno Trust at all. During the years the Mandate was valid the West never gave them a dime, yet the Indonesian Elders did continue to protect all the assets as though they were their own. Indonesia, gatekeepers and holders were wonderful to the actual owners over the years, even though they were beaten as well. In case you haven’t realized it, the system had been hijacked. No—in case you haven’t realize it—the system was set up initially so it could be hijacked. Thank God the Elders, who live on a different spiritual plane, not one of greed but one of integrity, stood strong and defended the assets and humankind from a potential disaster.
So how was the Soekarno Trust to get paid after the expiration of the Mandate?
By attaching it to my lawsuit. By making it valid. By making it part of the settlement!!!!
Let me say here, also, that Beyu is still out in the cold, and my connections might help him verify his assets. As a matter of fact, Bonsu Soekarno, Beyu’s borther, is possibly the most learned person in the history of the Collateral Accounts, and he would be most welcome to participate in the legal actions of the suit itself. He is remarkably brilliant in his understandings of the Collateral Books.
The publicity alone was driving the Cabal mad—even though it was only on the internet. If they separated themselves from me they had nothing. What could Wagoner do? He wanted Alex Lee Ling Soon, a highly respected Singaporean businessman, to pay his expenses so he could go on a fact-finding mission. Alex said, “NO!” He knows when he smells a Rat. He understood that Wagoner, a man who falsely identifies himself as the son of David Rockefeller’s sister, could do nothing. On the other hand, Wagoner told Seno and Alex that he would deal with the BIS and the World Bank—and every other damned place, too, including the Monaco Group, which he had no chance of ever getting close to.
What I am trying to say is that the scam or plan to remove me was on, but they had no weapons to fight with. You cannot go to a war with a Pop Gun, and this is what they had. Our friend Drake received phone calls from them crying hysterically in the middle of the night that I was ruining their reputations, but what sort of reputations do they think they had? Then Drake told them he was going to do his own due diligence, and when he did, what he learned and came back with stunned them so much they never bothered calling again. Sorry buddy, no one home!!!
This kept on for a while, and now we have this photoshopped document we saw months ago, which at that time was vetted as a fraud. It re-surfaces now and gives me a chance to actually respond to it. So I will make it short and sweet. This piece of crap has nothing to do with Edy Seno. Edy Seno is more than a business associate; he is my friend! The document is phony from top to bottom. There are so many holes in it you can drive a truck through it.
For instance, you do realize that the Soekarno Trust has nothing to do with the UBS, don’t you? And you understand that Edy Seno never signs anything without putting his thumbprint on it, right? If so, then you know something the composer of this piece of garbage did not know, and if you did not know, you know now.
I could easily go tit for tat with JJ Smith, who posted this on his site, but let’s let him live for another day. He is a disinfo agent—and most probably gets paid for doing it. At one time I spoke with him, but was told to stay far away from him, so I did.  There is so much more to tell you, but let’s cut it short because I’m very busy. Not my style, I know, but I am in Indonesia composing this response and meeting with the infamous Dr. Seno in a couple of days. As I have said, he is a friend, and we probably will have many laughs over this. As for JJ, he can role this phony Cease and Desist document into tubular form, and I’m sure he will then know what to do with it.
You know, though, it really is not funny that people who hope that someone, somewhere is being straight with them actually find out they are being nothing of the kind. For this reason I’ve taken the time to state the above—and remember if I do not win there will be no funds for anyone, because the mandate in this document has expired, and they have nothing to hang their hats on. There is no way for them to recover their losses, there is no way for them to recover a dime. Let me repeat in closing that the plan is to include Edy Seno, who is the real representative of the now-expired Soekarno Trust Mandate, in the final Settlement.
Do not worry, I am doing my best for all, and please do not believe such nonsense coming from those that really just wish to use us people without putting in the time, effort, and hard work.
I wish you all the best and pray that someday we all just might share a celebratory drink together once we raise our arms in victory.

As far as I know, nobody has investigated the 9/11 Truther movement as deeply as I have over the past 7 years. My archives were damaged, but I will do the best I can to briefly recap this complicated conspiracy.

The 9/11 Truther movement blames George Bush and Israel for the 9/11 attacks of 2001 for many deceptive purposes. These Truthers are propagandists that are aiding Communists and Muslims that were really behind the 9/11 attacks.

The Iranians know that Obama is really a hard core leftist that despises Israel and they want to stir the pot. The Communists and the Muslims united on 9/11, because they wanted to kick off the final assault against Capitalism.

George Bush refused to abandon Capitalism and the wars began. Obama has agreed to suppress Capitalism and this is why wars are allowed to end under his Administration. Obama is in bed with the enemy…that is why they handed him Bin Laden’s head on a silver platter.

In the summer of 2001, George Bush announced in Europe that he was seeking to add former Soviet Republics Georgia and the Ukraine to NATO. This news infuriated the Kremlin and 9/11 happened several months later.

Pravda, the Russian state run media organization, did an article in July 2001 warning Russians to abandon all Americaninvestments due to an attack that was coming at the heart of it’s financial center by ‘Shadow Forces’. That heart was the WTC.

• Many Truthers are Leftists, Muslims and Libertarians; it is no coincidence that they blamed George Bush to protect the Communist link to the attacks (Russia and China) via Iran.

• One question: Why go through the trouble of hijacking planes to fly them into buildings that are wired to implode anyway?

• Leftists always blame the opposition for something that has their fingerprints on it.

• The leader of Hezbollah escorted the 9/11 hijackers to Afghanistan via Iran. Hezbollah is an Iranian backed terrorist organization.

• 9/11 Truthers hide under many different labels. I have seen them call themselves Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Socialists, Ron Paul followers, Anarchists and Leftists.

• Leftists claim that Israel conspired 9/11 so the USA could wage wars against Muslim nations, but they seem to forget that Iran and Iraq were a threat to the Saudi’s as well.

• Former KGB Agent Alexander Litvinenko was allegedly poisoned by the Kremlin while he was living in London. Litvinenko warned that Russia was fighting the USA with an “invisible hand” before his death. The former KGB Agent also claimed that Al Qaeda’s new #1 man Ayman Zawahiri was trained by the Russian FSB in the late 90′s.

Radical American Leftists understand the importance of using Muslim terrorists as a proxy to bankrupt the USA. It is working like a charm.

Agenda 21, the Population Bomb, and the Georgia Guide Stones

For many years one of the staple principles in the conspiracy lexicon was the massive depopulation by the powers that be.

The principle was that the Earth was deemed, by someone, to only adequitly support about 500 million people and through attrition (ie starvation, war, and genocide) the powers that be would target that population for an ongoing rate.
As defined in modern conspiracy literature it effectively meant that around 6.5 billion (with a B) people would have to be exterminated by some means.
This motif was perpetuated by the Georgia Guide Stones which clearly outline that the population needs to be at 500 million to co-exist with nature, or something to that effect.
Now what’s the importance of that?
Well the Georgia Guide Stones have long been seen as a sort of handbook, carved into stone, as to the near future plans of the power that be. But there is a problem and that is the crux of my article.
No one in the conspiracy meme will argue you with you that a depopulation program exists, in the west.We look out towards Agenda 21, a UN sponsored initiative to create sustainable populations.
The Georgia Guide Stones address it as well, and we’ve had the provocative statements made by Prince Phillip, who apparently would like to return and be reincarnated as a virus to further snuff out a large population.
Even Bill Gates took the provocative stance of releasing tainted mosquitos in a conference to drive the point home. But in all the literature, at least what I’ve seen, it seems to discuss “humanity” or human populations and I think we need to actually understand what that means. I know it sounds simple, but I think the truth is far darker then Agenda 21, or any of the conventional machinations of depopulation conspiracy.
See the issue here is that Agenda 21, and the depopulation meme are already at work here in the west. Forbes published an article in April, 2012 called “Warning Bell for Developed Countries: Declining Birth Rates” with a subtitle of “There will be a shift in power unless birth rates increase in the developed world.”
The gist of the article is that in most western developed countries our population rates are now almost static with total fertility rates of 2.1 or 2.0 which apparently is effectively replacement rate.
Why birthrates in the west are declining is also an interesting discussion, and branches off into the fact that birth control drugs have been found to taint most of the water supplies in the developed countries, along with anti-depressants and a host of other interesting drugs. Which seems like the depopulation program is underway and is being done via attrition, meaning we make less children then people who die.
So if total fertility rates are declining in the west, where is this massive depopulation going to occur? The answer is the third world, or is it?
So I was giving this a lot of thought, and if you look at the population growth maps most of the population growth now occurring in the world is occurring in Sub-Sahara Africa and South America. Now this is interesting because of their proximity to developed country zones of North America, Europe, and Asia. If you look at the map it becomes really obvious.

So what’s the game plan here? The developed world is self-attriting while the less developed countries are exploding? And it got me to thinking…
When I was younger there was a game many of us used to play called Cyberpunk. It was the 1990’s and Cyberpunk was all the rage.
So R. Talsorian games came out with a rather interesting dystopian game to answer the demand. Cyberpunk was set in a future a little further then our own, where the network was alive with virtual reality and weapons had become very interesting.
It had a kind of Blade Runner motif. But more importantly (if my memory holds out) large portions of the third world and less developed nations had been taken over, litterly, by corporations.
So the Ivory Coast for example was no longer the Ivory Coast but instead it was owned by conglomerate XYZ and the citizens of that nation served as production slaves working in vast manufacturing complexes and lived at near starvation level in slums surrounding the plant. Think Soilent Green, and do remember it is people.
So it really got me thinking about who is this 500 million? And the answer I came up with is that all those agendas and plans are really targeted towards reducing the overall population of the west or developed countries to 500 million, and leaving the less developed nations alone to produce billions of worker drones who live in squalid conditions and work for pennies to produce the cultural artifacts for the well developed countries cheaply.
We can already see it in places like China where prison labor produces shoes for pennies on the dollar, which in turn are transported to shops here and we pay $60.00 for. Just think about the markup there. You have a shoe, produced by a prisoner which probably cost $1.00 to make and you are paying $60.00 for it. But that’s the only strategy which makes sense because the reality is that most of that 6.9 billion population exists in less developed countries. They are under-educated and will work effectively for food and shelter.
Now that doesn’t mean that the more developed countries are not targets, but it appears the de-population program is taking the long view and waiting for the population to naturally correct and if you think about it that is the prudent strategy because it creates a silent war, there is no revolution or angry mobs just less people which is the penultimate goal.
I know it sounds far fetched but if you look at the numbers and the cold logic of it, there is a strategy there. As I said look at the map and it will begin to become clear, and as nation states are compromised by the IMF in the third world it will become more obvious but it is also the long view and that seems to be the option the powers that be take. Put the frog in the water and slowly heat it until you boil the frog.

The Obama administration put a temporary stop to new federal contracts with British oil company BP on Wednesday, citing the company's "lack of business integrity" and criminal proceedings stemming from the Deepwater Horizon disaster in 2010.
The action by the Environmental Protection Administration won't affect current contracts, but prevents BP and its affiliates from new government contracts and grants "until the company can provide sufficient evidence to EPA demonstrating that it meets federal business standards," the agency said.
In London, BP said it had no immediate comment but expected to make a statement later Wednesday.
It was not immediately clear what new or pending contracts the suspension might affect. In the past, BP has been a major supplier of energy to the U.S. military, and has also provided fuel products and drilling services for other U.S. agencies such as the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.
The suspension will not affect any existing agreements between BP and the federal government.
2 BP supervisors, ex-executive in court on spill charges
The news comes as two BP rig supervisors and a former BP executive were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on criminal charges stemming from the explosion and the company's response to the oil spill.
BP well site leaders Robert Kaluza and Donald Vidrine were indicted this month on manslaughter charges in the death of the 11 rig workers. The federal indictment accuses them of disregarding abnormal high-pressure readings that should have been glaring indications of trouble just before the blowout of BP's Macondo well.
Former BP executive David Rainey was charged separately with concealing information from Congress about the amount of oil that was leaking from the well.
Their defence attorneys have vowed to fight the charges.
BP to plead guilty, pay $4.5B
On Tuesday, a BP lawyer entered a not-guilty plea for the company as it was arraigned on related criminal charges. The plea in Federal Court was a procedural move paving the way for the company to plead guilty at a later date.

Thanks, Watchman. :) What we're mostly seeing/reading on this is Gordon Duff's interpretation of Obama's memo. Duff might be correct, of course, but his is not the only way to read that memo. You'll recall that not so long ago, many voices were expressing alarm over an Executive Order that appeared to them to be setting the stage for martial rule. Looking into it, however, we found it was only a minor extension or modification of an existing EO that had been on the books for a long time, to do with how government should address a bona fide national emergency situation. . Mr. Michael C. Cottrell himself finally responds to my accusations of murder. In the interests of freedom of the press I will publish his response and below it I will put my reply. Download FulfordResp121127 Here is my response: The sources for the information that Michael Cottrell was involved in murders are many and varied and include the recently murdered Dr. Michael Van de Meer previously known as Michael Meiring. Van de Meer was poisoned by an extract of the castor bean plant known to cause heart attacks. His murderers are linked to David Eisenhower. Before his assassination Dr. Van de Meer repeatedly told me about Cottrell’s involvement in the operation to steal the wealth of the Soviet Union. There were many murders associated with that campaign. In addition, close colleagues and family of Christopher Story tell me Cottrell was present in the room when Story was fed the poisoned sandwich that killed him. They also say Cottrell was trying to use Story to get access to the Queen of England. It is true Story wrote some nasty and slanderous things about me but I was still a fan of his writing and believe that we journalists need to support each other when murderers target freedom of speech by killing us. Other sources about Cottrell include former and present CIA and FSB agents who worked with Cottrell. Cottrell himself contacted me last week through the P2 Freemason lodge to ask that “I call off my hit-men.” He can rest assured that no “hit-men,” have been sent after him. He can also rest assured that so long as he agrees to appear before a South African style truth and reconciliation committee that he will receive a general amnesty for all his previous activities. The reason I publicly accused him of being a murderer was to flush him and his fellow agents out of the woodwork. What I told the P2 lodge intermediary was that I would issue an apology or correction if Cottrell would personally contact me, which is something he still refuses to do. Why does he need to hide behind a lawyer? Why does he refuse to let me ask him personally about the allegations people have made about him? I would also like to know who told him that “music journalist” Steve McClure had convinced me to snort a single line of cocaine. That information was passed by Cottrell to Christopher Story who then published it. This was part of an elaborate operation to paint me as an “insane drug addict.” Another agent introduced by McClure was sent to me by the recently deceased “Ambassador Stevens,” with 70 kilograms of marijuana laced with mind destroying chemicals. He told me to introduce the yakuza or else I would be killed. He was introduced to a Japanese military intelligence agent pretending to be a yakuza. The Japanese agent said the marijuana was toxic and that the whole operation was a sting intended to destroy my mind, imprison and silence me. The man who was sent to me began to help me after he realized all I was trying to do was to convince Asian power brokers to finance a swords-to-plowshares transformation of the military industrial complex. The agent, known “Alexander Romanov,” survived several subsequent assassination attempts but is still available to testify. This marijuana was smuggled into Japan in the same yacht from the Philippines that contained the nuclear warhead used for the March 11, 2011 nuclear terror and tsunami attack against Japan. Another agent, a former Japanese bike gang member by the name of Tenzan Nakai tried to trick me into drinking a glass of orange juice spiked with amphetamines so that he could film me drugged up.
