While Weiner Wept, DOJ Potentially Charged with Obstruction of Justice Written on June 8, 2011 by Ann-Marie Murrell I was going to entitle this article “Weinergate Distracts Attention Away from Major Breaking Story” but it’s a little long and not quite as catchy… Two days ago Facebook icon/blogger ‘Ulster Man’ released an intriguing bit of news on his blog in which he said he received information from a “White House Insider” suggesting something major was about to happen in Washington. Ulster Man wrote: “In a brief but informative update, our longtime D.C. insider tells of Democratic Party operatives joining with their Republican counterparts to ensure Barack Obama is a one-term president… A significant development is to be revealed regarding the DOJ very soon now. That is the information I have been given most recently..” And Ulsterman’s ‘Insider’ wrote: “Where we are at in all of this is now a fully integrated operation against Barack Obama’s re-election bid that includes both Democrats and Republicans… The powers now aligning against Obama are significant. They are motivated. And they are very-very serious about defeating Barack Obama. Watch the news cycle closely over the next 72 hours. You may be in for a treat, and there will be more to come.” Of course, once Rep. Anthony Weiner’s press conference began on Monday everyone assumed this was going to be the ‘major news’ Ulster Man was talking about. It wasn’t. While the entire world watched Weiner weep for the cameras about his probable porn addictions, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) filed subpoenas against the Department of Justice, potentially charging Eric Holder and company with Obstruction of Justice. The reason, according to the Daily Caller, is because “the Obama administration still hasn’t complied with Issa’s requests for documents or a subpoena he issued on April 1. Before Attorney General Eric Holder appeared at a Judiciary Committee, DOJ supplied several documents that were already public.” The DOJ also allowed Issa’s investigative team to “view several heavily redacted documents in DOJ headquarters, but wouldn’t allow his team to take them back to the committee for further inspection.” The documents the DOJ provided were “so redacted you weren’t sure there was writing underneath.” So on the day of Weinergate, Rep. Issa announced the June 13 hearings to examine whether DOJ is required to respond to a “lawfully issued and valid Congressional subpoena.” This should have been front-page news but ironically CBS was the only major news source I could find that (barely) mentioned anything about it on Monday: “The first in a series of Congressional hearings into the so-called ‘gunwalker’ scandal is set for Monday, June 13th.. The title: ‘Obstruction of Justice: Does the Justice Department Have to Respond to a Lawfully Issued and Valid Congressional Subpoena?’” And as of 4:00 p.m. PST, the only other major media source I can find reporting about this is Andrew Breitbart’s Big Peace. From an article called “Will Public Be Intentionally Distracted From Project Gunrunner Hearings?”, journalist Ben Barrack writes: “Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), chairman of the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform is about to lower the boom with hearings – in phases – on the Project Gunrunner scandal, possibly as early as June 13th. This scandal blows the one involving Sestak out of the water and is looking more and more like Watergate with murder. Sipsey Street is quoting a source allegedly close to the investigation as saying he will be “surprised” if Attorney General Eric Holder doesn’t end up in “federal prison.” How in the world is a news story that could potentially place Attorney General Eric Holder in federal prison not breaking news? By ignoring the subpoena and requests for documents, Eric Holder and the Obama administration may be in for the biggest fight of their entire political careers thus far. (You would think a smart-guy lawyer like Holder would know better than to ignore a subpoena, but apparently not…) Like the Weiner press conference on Monday, one can only imagine the distractions we will begin witnessing within the next few weeks. “Here we are on the eve of a scandal that could very likely bring this administration crashing down if the truth comes out,” wrote Barrack. “Whistleblowers and informants are flooding the offices of both Issa and Republican Senator Charles Grassley with mountains of extremely devastating information about a plan to put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartels. One of those guns was found at the murder scene of Border Agent Brian Terry.” “It remains to be seen what will grab the headlines during Issa’s hearings into the Gunrunner scandal,” Barrack continues, “but one thing is for certain. The Obama administration absolutely wants this scandal nowhere near the front pages.” Perhaps one of those distractions will be the launch of the second Gaza flotilla, aptly named ‘Audacity of Hope’ (after Obama’s book). It is scheduled to set sail on June 20—the week of the hearings. Since seven members of congress are also endorsing the Audacity, there’s a pretty good chance that the timing of this event will be nothing short of impeccable. .. Regarding the Gunwalker/Gunrunner Scandal, Representative Darrell Issa has said, “We know that this Administration at the highest levels approved a process that allowed thousands of high powered weapons, basically AK-47s and M-16 look alikes, to go to the worst of the worst on both sides of the borders.” “This was an operation approved in Washington,” Issa said. And yesterday, he added, “We have a slew of subpeonas that we expect to be issuing for people here in Washington.” This is huge news, especially considering Obama and Holder are potentially having ‘loyalty’ problems within the White House. The latest to jump ship is Austan Goolsbee, the new Chair of Obama’s Council on Economic Advisers. Goolsbee resigned this week, officially saying he wanted to return to his teaching position at the University of Chicago. However, again from Ulster Man’s “Inside” source, “reports are suggesting that Goolsbee was increasingly at odds with the more numerous and left-leaning economic advisers within the Obama White House .” Other top Obama team members who have left their posts within the past year are Lawrence Summers, Peter Orszag, Jared Bernstein, Robert Gibbs and Christina Romer. The only original Obama team member remaining is former Federal Reserve member Timothy Geithner. So this has been a major news day—but you would never know by reading any of the major online news sources. Even now, when scrolling down my Facebook wall of over 5,000 friends, the main story I continue to see over and over is –you guessed it–Weinergate. All I can say is stay tuned, stay focused and stay on your toes, folks. Keep in mind that for every whining Weiner story, something much more important may be hovering in the background.

Captain May Witnessed: Dr. Kelly Assassinated!

Since yesterday’s Veterans Today publication of Attorney general rules against Dr David Kelly inquest, I’ve been contacted by journalists and researchers acquainted with my side of the story. Dr. David Kelly, the UK scientist and war critic with connections to the BBC and the New York Times, predicted that he would be assassinated for daring to be right about the lack of Iraq WMD evidence while UK leaders chose to be wrong. His corpse, found on July 18, 2003 under mysterious circumstances, proved his prescience. At the time Tony Blair and George W. Bush were meeting in Washington to discuss their wobbly war, and to menace their critics. Coming when it did, Kelly’s murder was something right out of Macbeth or Machiavelli.

Captain Eric H. May, the U.S. journalist and war critic with connections to NBC and the New York Times, likewise predicted that he would be assassinated for speaking truth to power about the Iraq war. Ironically, May, a lifelong Texan, had contacts, even friendships, with Bush administration insiders. In 1995 The Wall Street Journal asked him to write an essay on the art of executive speech writing. A year later he was interviewing with Team Bush about becoming the then-governor’s speechwriter for the upcoming 2000 presidential campaign.

After the outbreak of the Iraq war, though, the former Army intelligence officer became an enemy of what he contemptuously called the “Bush League” when it collaborated with the mainstream media to cover up the April 5-9 Battle of Baghdad. Heavy Army and Marine losses were hidden under embellished stories about Pvt. Jessica Lynch. During this heinous act of stolen valor, the Bush administration kept a lid on things back in the U.S. by threatening and medicating the bereaved families of the fallen.

Exposing the Battle of Baghdad Cover-Up (BOBCUP) became Captain May’s crusade. He confirmed it through political, media, and military contacts. Going to Ft. Stewart, Ga., he received details of the battle, and a chilling death threat from a Special Forces officer. Col. Neil Dennington’s insinuation that dissent would be met with “special forces detachment” was an early hint of the Bush/Cheney “executive assassination” Special Forces detachments reported by New Yorker investigative journalist Seymour Hersh last year.

After the 2003 July 4th weekend, three months after BOBCUP, May sensed an anti-Bush movement in the country, especially within the armed forces, and resolved to tell the truth to the American people, damn the consequences. He knew that it would be a perilous mission. An astute political observer, he anticipated and annotated the US/UK assassinations of July 17-22, 2003. During this “July Jumble,” as it came to be called, a wide array of VIP figures would be murdered, including the UK’s David Kelly, New York City Councilman James Davis and Saddam Hussein’s sons, Uday and Qusay. George W. Bush may have been on the hit list himself, as suggested by the notorious “Shooting Bush” political cartoon published by the LA Times on July 20 — in the middle of the July Jumble.

Surprised to find himself still alive at the end of it all, May published a report that has already become an underground classic of military intelligence and principled action. Mrs. May didn’t take it seriously when she came home to covered windows and reinforced doors last night. Tony Blair and George Bush were on TV, and the last thing the president had to say was that he and the prime minister would address “the issue.” I had a feeling that I was part of that issue. Two mentors, both WWII vets, had warned me earlier that day that I was becoming an issue affecting the president’s credibility, and had better hole up in my home for a while.

My wife is a rational woman, so she took all my paranoia with a grain of salt, until she looked up from her morning coffee and saw CNN reporting that you, a Blair Government gadfly, were dead under suspicious circumstances. She wanted to stay home with me, but I sent her to work. There’s no sense in putting us both at risk. I told her to go to her parents’ house if she wanted to be safe. She said she’d think it over, but she was in shock. I have no idea what she’ll do. She’ll be home this evening, if she’s coming.

So you’ll never tell anyone else that your government sexed up the evidence on weapons of mass destruction, will you? Well, at least I’ve told what I know about the Bush Team’s cover-up of military casualties, whatever he does to me. You became frightened and tried to recant, while I’ve been flying at them stirring up as much fuss as possible. I hope my plan works better than yours.

I’m sorry we never had the chance to meet, because I think I would have liked you. I believe you were a man who was interested in the truth, and it’s earned you the same wages as Socrates, Jesus, Gandhi and Martin Luther King. You’re in good company now with them. I’m still among the living, but I’m afraid payday is coming for me, too.

Do you know, my friend, after the police found you, it didn’t take CNN half the morning to imply that you were “under great pressure because of your testimony in Parliament.” They hint that maybe you…, well, you know, killed yourself. I bet you’d like to laugh at that one with me!

They just announced that you were found with a container of barbiturates by you, and say you bled to death from a slashed wrist. That’s interesting… An upset man might take downers to calm down, or he might kill himself instead of calming down, but why would he take downers to calm down, then still kill himself? We both know you didn’t kill yourself, though. They killed you.

CNN is the only sound in the house. I’m in my library, counting on my truest friends in my crisis. Homer and Plato, Shakespeare and Byron are there, along with a hundred others, standing guard on the shelves, each waiting to take a bullet for me.

Well, the president’s men are going to have to get messy if they want to get me, and that means blow my house up, burn it down, or machine gun it through. All that will cause a bit of ruckus. They’ll have to use something spectacular. One of my oddities is that I practice tae kwon do daily, and have been doing so in the years since I left military intelligence. This makes me difficult to deal with in close quarters. I wonder if they know that. If not, I’ll soon be teaching them about the five-foot staff.

I must say, it’s not really so hard to talk to a man you’ve met who has been fighting in the same Infowar. You just dropped into my bunker beside me, and you happened to drop in dead, but we’re comrades just the same. Welcome to the same company as Professor Guenther and Mr. Coleman, my mentors, who are also a bit shaken now. Should I still be alive when George Bush and Tony Blair are removed from office by their legislatures, I would like to pay my respects to your family in Great Britain. I will tell them that it came down to men like you, and them and me against men like the ones who have misled our countries.

I believe you to have behaved honorably as a man, and hope that I will acquit myself as one to the end as well. The war is still raging, and here I sit, stoic except for the trembling of my fingers and the tears on my face. I do not weep for myself, I weep for my country.

When he called me back – he said…Kate XXXXXX, Branch Manager for XXXXX Bank in the state of XXXXX was called by her boss to specifically put her on notice of a pending rate change on the IQD. He said it was very likely it would happen this weekend and that everyone was being put “on call”. As soon as the rate was known and input there would be immediate “emergency meetings” to get everyone up to speed on the exchange process. They are on call for any minute – this weekend. I have also confirmed - another one of the “Big Four” banks having been notified that they will see this no later than Monday afternoon.

This is all first hand info - no rumor......

My people have been in a critical time of high planning for the Kingdom. The enemy has spent a considerable amount of time attempting to steal from My children their gifts and callings. He has been using the undesirable circumstances, testings, and trials that you have endured, to distract you from the prize. I have warned and spoken times before, not to become distracted, for he has tried to sideline you and dry you out from the great anointing that will carry you through and bring you out. He is a thief and he wants to steal from you your identity, who I have made you to be. Just think how he has used multiple trials to distract you from a time of greater preparations to be able to possess your future destiny. Do not allow your overtaxed thoughts to make you leave the track that I have placed you on. This confused thinking causes you to feel overwhelmed which brings you to a place of wrong choices and others to a place of complacency.

Right now I Am saying to stir up your giftings and callings that I have placed within you. You will experience a freshness as I reinforce your assignments. Assignments have been abandoned, and I Am reviving within you a will to do them now. I have used this time to wisely cut and sever from your life many weights that held you down. Now you will rise and soar to the high places in Me, I have taken this time to streamline you to make your race easier to run. Now for the next six months you will encounter the grace of heaven kissing your life; My ability over and upon you inability. I will open the floodgates to flow into the dry and barren areas of your land and produce abundantly. As the rivers and springs open up, remember it is not so that you can lavish this only upon your desires, no, it is in preparation for the days ahead, and to keep the Kingdom established. Ask for wisdom as you begin to abound in blessings, it will be for the triune. Your spirit, soul, and body will be exposed to an alertness and a renewal for the Kingdom in a higher way. I will also pour like rain strategies so that you may know how to appropriate the blessing and keep them producing. Nothing will be stale! I Am Jehovah- Jireh, I see ahead and plan ahead, as I provide ahead. Good news!!! The Dow continues to fall!!! It really bad news for those in the stock market but for us ProsperityProgram people, it is the icing on the cake!! Finally we are at the door.
This is the week of CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN. Not them but us. Their self-centered change was to rip us off of over 1T. The real change is happening behind close doors and will be exposed this week!!! As we believe we Receive!!

And Free Spirit no i havent ever stated it has revauled but some people and mostly organizations have been paid a rv;ed rate but i not me has even said it has rv'ed so dont put words in my mouth. Those military personel when they rotate out to come home they can go to their new military pay station and deposit their voucher and the money will be wired to them in 48 hours?? Now i am only passing along the facts that i have been given from a top military official that just returned home a month ago. He still has much contact with his crew that remain in iraq. Poppy2

[BigSteve] just listened to last night's call with Dan and Tony and I have to say they are SPOT ON with what I was told yesterday by my very high up banking friend!! 2 months ago this same person was telling me that "I'd probably know about the RV before they did". This is a VERY high up banker, actually VP of International Banking with a top 10 US Bank. Yesterday was SO different. He told me the RV HAS to occur ASAP!! Went on to say his contact in Dubai was very forthcoming. Said there is tremendous international pressure on Iraq to RV and do it NOW!! He went on to say that Iraq will NEVER be taken seriously in the Forex markets until they have a tradeable currency. He also told me what most of us already knew, that BoA, Chase, WF, and Citi Bank are contracted to handle the cash in. I admitt I've had my doubts about Dan and Tony, but not anymore!! So sorry for doubting them, but oh so glad I still listen. My friend said the RV will happen

Tony-- Anything positive you are seeing, anything positive you are hearing - BELIEVE IT! I've gotten a ton of info, another one of those over load days again, today it was great -great -great positive info I can tell you this--everybody who says says .83, $1.63, $2.00 and everything else will be proven wrong in the next 72 hours, Everybody who doesn't believe- will be proven wrong in the next 72 hours. I know you guys hate that all over again. Its like that every weekend but some weekend has to be THE weekend- I'll tell you what--I have a ton of information right now- I am down town sitting on the front of the cigar clip everybody else is inside, I am outside, sitting here on the bench having me a drink, smoking me a cigar, having my own celebration because everybody else has had theirs! Dan--Well Tony we do say this a lot from week to week and I know that you are aware of that as well and it is because we do see a lot of the information that comes out.......I mean I am just relating to what you are saying I get frustrated when the weekends come up as you guys have heard and you know by Wednesday we have already jumped to its going to happen Friday by Thursday/Friday. I mean I have heard for the last three or four days its happening tonight, for sure, you know its done- its over, this is going on in parliament and thats going on with the...and we got people cashing out vouchers or getting vouchers written to what ever it is and it gets our blood pumped a little bit--but I think a lot of people are also to the point where, my blood cant get pumped anymore- I don't really believe it anymore. umm they keep saying this and I talked to a lady that mentioned that to me just a few minutes ago. I said you know it is a little bit disheartening to go into every weeken!
d and hearing the same thing but we are really on the crust of this thing being done. I just spoke to Sara B. out of Arkansas who won our 100k thing last night and she told me how she did not want to send the email and a whole long story and it actually was a pretty good story on how she became one of the winners and we will have her on our call Monday I told her and Gene was the guy who won the night before that and have both of them on our call Monday IF we are still here Monday. Either way its a kind of exciting situation, but I know its kind of frustrating for a lot of people and Tony I know thats what you are reiterating as well is that you are seeing the good side of this and you are in that belief mode again...

Tony--I always see the good side -I get the good information - I mean I get the bad information too, I have to weigh it, but todays good information definitely outweighs the bad information. So this is what I would like to do- I'll put out a personal challenge, anybody who wants to say anything negative, which we accept, please do it in one thread, lets start a negative thread cause I want everybody to put it all right there so when this time frame is up.....I mean those 83 cent people, 1.63 people, those people who thinks its not going to happen, people who said all the trash talking, tell them to talk trash now-- I am looking forward to it--I want to personally address each and every one of them, after the time, hows that?

Dan--ok, so you want us to start a thread, maybe I will go start it or maybe one of the mods do it and we will call it "If you want to vent, vent here". SO if you want to vent- go vent in that thread but if you are like myself and don't want to see that stuff don't even open that thread, but if you want to complain about something go to that thread and do it

Tony--if you are a nonbeliever if you are one of those .83 people, 1.63, .10 people, whatever, ya go in there.......thats fair isn't it? Everybody knows what I say...

Dan--I do like the members being able to say whatever they want at long as its not a personal or character assassination I mean they can say whatever they want, it doesn't matter to me

Tony-- Ya they can say whatever they want right there, but everybody wants us to man up, now you man up, thats what I am telling all of them -- you man up ok, thats what I am telling all of them

Dan--There is nothing to be negative about, we've got really, really good stuff going on. I think thats where.... that is where I am going to keep my focus. I think that we've got a really good weekend coming up in front of us. Tony I know you had some news about this weekend being a weekend for all of us to look at, I wont go into the details of that but I feel pretty confident that we are very close to this. I know there is something left or we would already be there...but we are so close and they pulled enough strings right now it wont support itself anymore, it doesn't have enough......

Tony--it wont--There are no more excuses, there are no more requirements, there is no nothing...we told you guys about what was going on with the banks- a lot of you didn't believe that, we told you about what was going on over there and some of you didn't believe that, we told you about the vouchers- you didn't believe that, we told you about the guy that got paid over there by the contract and you didn't believe that, well now it time to tell the truth...so its truth or consequences time

Dan--I think the reason they don't believe it is because we are sitting in a position where its never happened yet...I can relate to that, you have to admit we have both sat on that side of the fence a couple times and man how many things do we have to hear it before this actually happens. So I think we need to leave this on a real positive note, let everybody have a goodnight. I know we are definitely gong to have a good night with my wife and daughter.......

Tony--I want to leave it positive too and you can close it but I think I said this earlier today on a thread -- Enjoy your weekend, its Friday night go out and enjoy it, enjoy Saturday/Sunday but we told you all last week from Wednesday, when it was supposed to happen, to now - Be ready and if you're not ready I'd spend the weekend getting ready and enjoy it--okay thats my close

Dan-- and thats good enough. I mean if you get to feeling a lil overwhelmed this weekend, if your kinda frustrated, you've heard this news over and over again - do me a favor, just get off by yourself and close your eyes and say "Its almost over" - "its almost over". I'm not going to tell you to so something corny like click your heels together and say its almost over (laughing) but it IS almost done! We feel the frustration, we are there too, but we ARE almost done- so don't wreck your night, don't wreck your weekend and don't get too caught up in the drama of when its going to be done - lets just leave it at that. We ARE almost there!..........Hopefully we will be having a call Sunday night or Saturday night saying its over....have a great night/weekend everybody!
