Note: The underwriter for this latest ponzi scheme is The Bank of New York Mellon, Barclays Bank of England and Berkshire Hathaway, a company run by financial terrorist and money launderer, Warren Buffett.

The Spire Law Group has filed a landmark lawsuit against Bank of America, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and Citigroup, alleging that the TBTF’s conducted the largest international money laundering scheme in history, laundering trillions in US taxpayers funds using the Obama administrations home loan modification program.

The suit also alleges the Obama administration was aware of the scheme and supported it.

In a lawsuit alleged to involve the largest money laundering network in United States history, Spire Law Group, LLP — on behalf of home owners across the Country — has filed a mass tort action in the Supreme Court of New York, County of Kings.

Home owners across the country have sued every major bank servicer and their subsidiaries — formed in countries known as havens for money laundering such as the Cayman Islands, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg and Malaysia — alleging that while the Obama Administration was publicly encouraging loan modifications for home owners, it was privately ratifying the formation of these shell companies in violation of the United States Patriot Act, and State and Federal law.

The case further alleges that through these obscure foreign companies, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Bank, Citibank, Citigroup, One West Bank, and numerous other federally chartered banks stole hundreds of millions of dollars of home owners’ money during the last decade and then laundered it through offshore companies.The complaint, Index No. 500827, was filed by Spire Law Group, LLP, and several of the Firm’s affiliates and partners across the United States.

Far from being ambiguous, this is a complaint that “names names.” Indeed, the lawsuit identifies specific companies and the offshore countries used in this enormous money laundering scheme. Federally Chartered Banks’ theft of money and their utilization of offshore tax haven subsidiaries represent potential FDIC violations, violations of New York law, and countless other legal wrongdoings under state and federal law.

Arrests of the Cabal are the only course of action left. There are some New Age people against that procedure, saying violence only provokes more violence. They need to understand that this action is not promoting violence, but protection of innocent people from the sociopaths of the Cabal. Each day this does not happen, 25,000 people die of hunger because of the actions of that Cabal. Therefore action will be taken as soon as everything is ready and it will remove the Cabal from the society. Phase 2: Adjudication After the Event, members of the Cabal will be taken to prisons with zero contact with the outer world whatsoever and will be isolated from each other. Adjudication process will then start and this will involve humanity as a whole. It will be a mass catharsis and dramatic healing for humanity to see those criminals finally being held accountable for their actions. Humanity as a whole will decide what will happen to those individuals so that new balance is reached. Amnesty will be granted to some of them. This pertains mostly to those that were born into the Illuminati and basically had no choice but to go along with the program or risk being killed. There are many good souls in there that want to get out. A few of them have already done that and are now fighting for the Light. Many will defect just before the arrests get started. Many of the younger generations Illuminati do not agree with the program and some have been secretly helping the Light forces to take down the Cabal. After the Event, psychological help will be offered to them and they will be able to be integrated into the society. For many members of the Cabal, amnesty will not be granted. They will have to balance their past actions. Those who are unable or unwilling to do that will be removed from the planet. Phase 3: Integration into society or disintegration into the Central Sun Those who have balanced the consequences of their past actions will begin their process of integration into the society. This test will determine if they are capable of holding that office without doing harm to the people. It has been a long journey, and now many of you stand at the door of Ascension but you do not fully understand what a great quantum leap forward is going to take place. Be patient Dear Ones, and know that you are one of those chosen to be here at this time, and that is indeed a great privilege and experience never to be forgotten. Whilst evolution occurs much quicker in duality, it is in some ways a paradox because you see it as a slow process. Yet in this particular life time all has been speeded up, and it is only in recent times that some are awakening to the rapid rise in their consciousness levels. This is really what you came for, knowing that in some way the end time would be exciting and one of fulfillment. So we ask you to look on the bright side when things get tough, knowing that it is only a passing phase. The Golden Age beckons and once you are there, all that has preceded it will seem irrelevant and soon forgotten. You have all but completed the hard bit, and now all that awaits is to get the cleansing underway which with our help will take next to no time. You are to become the warriors of love and peace, and many lesser experienced civilizations will look to you for guidance. Life exists everywhere and there will never be a time when you will be able to claim to have seen it all, because the Creator is thinking new creations into being all of the time. Start now to think peace, and act peace wherever you are and not be distracted by anything outside of yourself. You can do it and will find it becomes easy to hold on to it regardless of what is going on around you. It becomes a way of life whereby you always experience a calmness and understanding of the Oneness that you dwell within. Be assured you shall become completely free again, and the wrongs against you shall be put right. Indeed you shall gain more than you had before, as you are about to receive the benefits of advanced technologies to prepare you for Ascension. We stress again that you have nothing to worry about where your personal property and assets are concerned, as you will find that all of your needs will be taken care of. I suggest we start now setting up control over the voting halls and have Ron Paul people there to HAND OUT PAPER BALLOTS TO BE FILLED OUT AND GIVEN TO ONE PERSON WHO IS NEUTRAL, and then count the ballots as they are cast and do a video all day long of those casting ballots and expressing who they voted for on the video and then adding up those and matching them to the official numbers of those that voted and see if they match and if they do, then so be it, but if they do not, then we have a problem and the election results should be discarded by the American people and a new election held with only hand written paper ballots and counted in front of reps from both candidates, and those results are those we should accept. How Hitler defied the bankers Posted by Vatic Master Vatic Note: It is amazing what we do not know about history. This is the best education I have ever gotten and I put in a lot of time in college. Add this below to the one we published about 6 months ago and you have a completely different picture of who did what to Germany and her people. Nothing is as it seems.... history is written by the winners and controllers and it appears the bankers were the winners after declaring war on Hitler and Germany when he rejected their fiat currency and his economy began to grow. The last article we put up on this, we have quotes from Winston Churchill clearly stating that Germany's economy was the reason for the war. We all now know who Churchill was, don't we? If we get nothing else out of this insanity we are going through, we are getting a first class education in modern History. Before, I could never understand how the German people allowed Hitler to exist and do what he did, based on the authorized history that we are taught. Now we know...... it was a bogus history and he did a lot for the German people that was outside the control of the bankers. No wonder they declared war on him. For the first time I am beginning to wonder about the official version of the holocaust. We also did a blog on the protocols... and in that blog we showed the genesis of the Russian Revolution, the German revolution and now the American revolution that they want in order to consolidate their hold on this nation and to finally achieve their global domination they have tried so hard to achieve and failed for so many centuries. The technology has now arrived that has allowed them to succeed finally. Were the Germans who were brought over here in Project Paperclip, really Germans or were they the scientists, son and daughters of the illuminati brought over to continue their work toward this New World Order. I keep thinking of the Bush family and their origins in Germany. Would that explain their role in the creation of Project Paperclip? Anyway, enjoy the read. Restore America - Response to Valerie-Ann Kirkgaard

I’d like to make several points:

We have a Constitution of the United States of America in perpetuity. I am referring to the Declaration of Independence that set off the Revolutionary War as the Articles of Confederation were still in draft form. That immediately required a more comprehensive redraft resulting in the Constitution of the United States of America to form a more perfect Union; Despite the similarity in appearance, the Constitution is not the “bylaws” of a CORPORATION.  The Constitution of the United States of America is a common law document. 

So, is Mr. Obama using the powers of a CEO to dismantle the CORPORATION, or is he signing orders to dismantle what cannot be dismantled by a CEO?”

We have had a perpetual Army and Navy since before the Revolution. 

We know that West Point Army Officers and Annapolis Naval Officers hold two Commissions.  

We know that Full Faith and Credit requires seal in both the States and the Territories. 

We know there are two Washington jurisdictions (Washington Territory by congressional grant in 1853 and WASHINGTON D.C.) 

So, what is it this group wants to “restore?”   The Constitution in all its simple elegance does not need restoring, IT NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED.  

The most likely Officers to bring about ENFORCEMENT, are Regular Army and the Navy Officers.  In listening to Drake it appears that ENFORCEMENT is about to occur and that will also trigger the return to constitutional money.  

Finally, I would be very interested to know WHICH 35 states voted unanimously for the Declaration of Intention.
