This is an overview of the past week and  where things are now  according  to  Blaino – Some of this info  of course  -being an overview  – is repeated  from previous  posts  this past week -  mingled  with some  new –

9:30 PM target: [Blaino] FROM TUESDAY: [Blaino] Getting NOTHING today from all the regular contacts... just like yesterday.... Which as Charlie Chan might have said on the silver screen 7 decades ago, "leaves two possibilities:

" The first is the easily acceptable "Nothing IS happening"... period.

The other choice is that what ever IS happening is at levels that have such security and involve such people of high position that even the best contacts are uninformed or denied access to the meetings, schedules and topics of discussion.

I am informed from my Primary sources that this is in fact our scenario. "They" do know that we are watching and that they have "leaks" at the high up levels too, so they are ramping up security as well as increasing the onslaught of misinformation, disinformation and outright lies!

If you have ANY doubt on this, review the last several weeks of "POO-tel that has been released by numerous 'guru' types! To date, back screens, bank screens, "All Done" and "Any minute now's" have sadly failed to materialize!

I am comforted that, though we have not met, I can refer to each of you as "Friend" and "Confidant". With friends such as you have been to us, ever steady, ever available with a cheery word, an alternate point of view or as a sounding board for my own ideas... how could WE fail in any reasonable undertaking, any worthy endeavor?

Working together, we have indeed created a positive force that will ripple through our lives, uplift our spirits and enable us to prosper above and beyond the solitary Dinarian, alone and un-aided in a cold and challenging world.

Personally, Rebecca and I will always remember these times we have had & those which lie ahead for us all as the Planet grows and morphs from what was to what will be.

As we approach the end times of the RV, we understand that the old adage "This too shall pass" looms large. As wealthy Citizens, our involvement with things Planetary will wane, changes and developments in our personal lives will crowd out the opportunities to come together... but always remember, that starting in the Spring of 2011.... we were GOLDEN, we were at the pinnacle, we shaped lives, enhanced futures and stood up proudly, to show what good people & true can accomplish!

Is this is like a    statement? Not at all... but we are close .... and when "IT" happens... there will be a compression of time, a quickening ... the world will transform and almost EVERYTHING will change.... weeks will seem as days... months will seem as weeks and time will race along like the wind! Stay grounded NOW! We got thru all the crappola... and NOW... We ARE CLOSE!!!!

One of my contacts shares that "they" are bragging up the "New" currency and promising to reveal all to the public prior to the release... This new stuff is highly vaunted to be "Forgery Proof" in all respects and they will detail the features to the people on the public screens, as well as the private in country networks.

They say this will happen before the release and that is .... (glasses) akin to honest lawyers, the Easter bunny &    Clause. This part is "direct from MisDis Intel services" read that twice...

OK, you two in the back... 3 times... and remember some of my older posts. Now... if we hear what they SAY, and watch what they DO.... and use past history.... we know that..."the people will learn as a child does."

The "new Money" is the smaller denominations which are anything but "NEW" although "those worried about comfortable language" may get some additional series now and ALL the updates on the "New Bills" (think: expiration date, shelf life) will have this 'comfortable language' right there for the world to see.

Remember, think... and ask not what Blaino can tell to you, but rather ask what you can figure out for your self! I am also told that this MAY (regard as rumor) be an injection of Mis-Dis Intel to see how fast and where it "POPS" up first....

and after he ventured to Charlotte to deal with their 5 Delarue machines.... as well as 2 different foreign currency types for a Big 4 Bank that are getting warnings and pending notifications re: IQD, VND and several other currencies.  So, the move back up to Level 5 seems to have been warranted. Now, I gotta say upfront that I view the idea of Galactic Lords and Fleets maneuvering Hurricane Sandy over Manhattan as pure hokum, but I think that the flooding of 55 Water Street bears watching - because that is indeed where the bonds which are issued for birth certificates are stored. When a child is born, the hospital generally sends the original, not a copy, of this record of live birth to the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, sometimes called the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS). Each STATE is required to supply the corporate UNITED STATES with birth, death, and health statistics. The STATE agency that receives the original record of live birth keeps it and then issues another Birth Certificate in a different form where the name of the baby is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This creates a ‘legal person’ as opposed to a natural individual. The Birth Certificate issued by the State is then registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce - - the Executive Office - specifically through their own sub-agency, the U.S. Census Bureau, which is responsible to register vital statistics from all the states. Thus, the birth certificate is registered in international commerce. The word registered, as it is used in commercial law, does not mean that the ALL CAPITAL version of the name was "merely" noted or recorded in a book for future reference purposes. When a birth certificate is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Treasury will issue a bond on the value of the birth certification. That bond is then made available for purchase on a securities exchange and is bought by the Federal Reserve Bank. This purchase then become the authority or collateral to issue Federal Reserve Notes, which we use as a medium of exchange. And where do you suppose those bonds have been stored? Yep, 55 Water Street.

USURPER EN PRESENTIA - Barack Obama still believes the consequences for his administration’s lies are going to be easier to face if he ignores the outrage of the American people until after they cast their votes.  In the exact same way he believed the outrage over his lies about his lack of constitutional eligibility to even hold the office of president were going to be easier to ignore after the American people voted in 2008, he now believes he can evade the outrage over his lies about the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya.  Only this time, his lies have injured a dangerous assembly of U.S. military command and clandestine personnel with the ability to manifest politically destructive evidence of cover-up and deception.

NEW YORK, NY - Like an addict hopelessly hooked on the poison that’s killing him, Obama thinks if he can just win another election fix, his lies will become irrelevant.

 

Someone needs to help Barack Obama before it’s too late.  They need to conduct a group intervention.  They need to sit him down and, after they remind him of the consequences of presiding over the most corrupt administration in American history, ask him if he really…really wants to reside in the White House for another four years.

After they remind him that he is not a legitimate office holder due to his lack of constitutional eligibility, they now need to make him aware of the damage his lies about the terror attacks in Benghazi, Libya have caused to the morale and confidence of our military and the American people. 

Finally they need to ask him if he truly believes the honorable members of our military actually would respect him after his lies about his identity, his ideology and, now, his foreign allegiance to enemies abroad.  

There is some very bad news waiting for Obama on November 7, regardless if he is fraudulently ensconced to the White House again or not.  The pursuit of truth about his identity will continue, and his diminished credibility with the American military over the Benghazi scandal will continue to erode his effectiveness as a Commander-in-Chief, regardless of his preeminent lack of legitimacy. 

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, issued a devastating response to Barack Obama’s ongoing failure to respond directly to charges that his administration is hiding information about the September 11 terrorist attacks on the U.S. mission facility in Benghazi which resulted in the murder of four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador, Chris Stevens. 

When asked if congressional investigations should be conducted along with the investigation currently engaged by the Obama Administration, Bolton said, “The only information we have is the result of an investigation of the Obama administration…by the Obama administration.  Investigations by both branches are appropriate.  In the case of the Obama administration, it’s not only that their internal investigations have produced accounts, so far, that are only favorable to them, but that the selective leaking of information has politicized the CIA and the Pentagon a few days before our election.”

It is now clear that Obama’s blatant lack of response to vehement questions about the Benghazi fiasco is an attempt to prevent the American people from discovering the truth about his administration's role in the Benghazi scandal before the election next week.  It is apparent Obama is ignoring the American people’s growing outrage over Benghazi because he knows the answers to their questions will decimate his political credibility and devastate his chances at re-election among those who still believe he is a Constitutionally legitimate candidate. 
  

Again, Obama is demonstrating his propensity for lies and cowardice when called upon to stand for the difficult decision of upholding honor and truth. 

Either way, however, Obama’s credibility and legitimacy have been deeply damaged, not only in the perception of the American people but, most importantly, in the hearts and minds of those who serve in our military, which the office of president must command with utmost credibility and legitimacy if America is to be effectively defended and protected. 

The failure in Benghazi has revealed that Obama is simply not a legitimate leader able to exercise credible leadership over our military servicemen and servicewomen.  This deficiency was preeminent even before he illegally usurped power in 2008.
   

“What this shows is an administration in disarray while emphasizing the importance of Congress getting to the bottom of this,” said Bolton.

   

A recent report by Fox News’ Catherine Herridge revealed a top secret communication sent in August, 2012, a full month before the attack, from Ambassador Chris Stevens and other U.S. Chief of Mission (COM) personnel in Benghazi directly to Hillary Clinton at the State Department which issued a clear warning that U.S. facilities in Libya were at extreme risk of a terrorist attack and that Al Qaeda sponsored groups were a clear and present threat to the complex and State Department personnel. 

The revelations presented by Fox are an unequivocal indictment against the Obama administration and clearly demonstrate that the White House and State Department were warned that if security measures were not increased at the Benghazi mission, it could not be defended in a coordinated attack.  We now know the Obama administration did nothing to increase security in the weeks leading up to the September 11^th attack, despite the warning from COM officials.

This fact, therefore, suggests executive leadership in the administration, including Obama himself, was fully aware of the threat but chose not to act in the interest of securing U.S. personnel because, for reasons yet to be disclosed, there was a greater political benefit in allowing the embassy to remain vulnerable.

Based on this, it becomes necessary to question whether the Obama administration had reason to believe that the possibility of U.S. Ambassador Stevens being killed was more favorable to an alternative of protecting him and his staff, and what was that reason? 

    

Commenting on the revelations by Fox, Bolton commented saying, “I’ve had chance to read that cable and it is the smoking gun in this investigation.  The idea that the CIA station in Benghazi offered to bring the consulate personnel into their compound a month before the September 11 attack shows just how worried everybody in Benghazi was about such an attack, which, as we know, is what happened a few weeks later.”

“This is a devastating rebuttal to any notion that there was an out of control demonstration  because of this ridiculous Mohammed video and it undercuts the Obama administration’s credibility in a profound way,” continued Bolton.

According to the Washington Times, retired Naval Rear Admiral James A Lyons told correspondents, “It now appears the White House, Pentagon, State Department, CIA, NDI, JCS and various other military commands monitored the entire battle in real time via frantic phone calls from our compound and video from overhead drone.  The cries for help and support went unanswered.  The terrorists could have been wiped out by an immediate counter attack but there appears to have been a lack of courage to make that happen.”

   

Said Bolton, “The passivity of this administration, before, after and during the attack deserves an investigation and that we need to address the broader systemic failure in which appears the Obama administration is believing its own press releases about the war on terror is over, denial of multiple requests for security before the attack on 9-11. 

This is the result of a mixture of incompetence, politics and ideology, which is a toxic brew.  There is no doubt we had a debacle on 9-11 a tragedy of four Americans dead.  It is important for Americans to understand that this threat still exists today.  There has been no retaliation for that attack.”

Bolton concluded, “Every diplomatic facility in the Middle East is at risk until we do something.” 

And, so is the sovereignty of the Office of the Presidency.

TOTALLY CORRUPT, CRIMINAL AND EVIL

By force and manipulation our great nation has been reduced to a choice that is not a choice, one intensely evil beast with two faces. We are led to believe that a decision on who or what is the "lesser of two evils" will lead us anywhere but down the same road to destruction we have been dutifully traveling since 1860. We have forgotten the most basic of facts... there is no such thing as the "lesser of two evils". Evil is evil and does not exist by degrees. There is however a difference between "out of control maniacal evil" and "slow and deliberate evil". The first must be dealt with as imminent danger and certain destruction in the immediate. The second must be dealt with but can be dealt with in the same manner in which it operates, slow, calculated and methodical. I say all this because as TOTALLY CORRUPT, CRIMINAL AND EVIL as both these men are; Romney is at least temporarily on a leash. He will be every bit as bad as Obastard (my word so shoot me), but not immediately. I am for one reason only, glad the mainstream media and Romney have shied away from getting the Libyan truth out in a major way... no don't shoot me yet..consider this instead..... if the media in all its forms and the political parties were to use Libya to force the public to wake up before the election it would first take away from the message. These horrendous crimes against the American people could be reduced to no more than campaign tactics, swept under the rug like 911, spun to achieve future agenda and hand the criminals the perfect claim that the public had been manipulated and biased and therefore any trial by jury would be tainted. Let's not give them any latitude, any quarter or any place however small to hide.

The face of the Obama administration’s outreach to Iran may have just been unmasked, and it’s allegedly Valerie Jarrett.
Last month, the New York Times informed America that the Obama administration has been running secret talks with Iran in order to facilitate a working relationship once tomorrow’s election is over. Official disavowals were not long in coming, even as off the record sources confirmed that the talks were taking place.

And thanks to YNetNews, we may now know who the administration’s designated voice is: Obama confidante and senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. From the article:

A Chicago lawyer is the key player behind the secret talks between the US and Iran, Yedioth Ahronoth reported Monday. A close friend of Michelle Obama, Valerie Jarrett is assisting the US government communicate behind the scenes with the representatives of Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei.
Jarret, who was born in the Iranian city of Shiraz, is a senior advisor to US President Barack Obama.
 

TheBlaze reported on the background underlying these negotiations near the tail end of last month, in a story by Isreal-based correspondent Sharona Schwartz. Here’s Schwartz’s take on what a full-scale diplomatic relationship with Iran might mean:

While the body of the report offers no further detail about what full diplomatic relations would mean, a graphic accompanying Maariv’s report (pictured above, beneath the images of Obama and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) states renewed relations would include: direct flights between Washington or New York and Tehran; granting entry permits for American visitors to Iran and for Iranians to visit the U.S.; “security cooperation and defense of citizens visiting in the host country”; diplomatic dialogue at a senior level; and an exchange of senior officials’ visits.
If true, Maariv’s report provides another example of Obama’s long-held belief that negotiations can stop Iran’s nuclear march.
 

Jarrett’s status as a White House confidante and major figure has been well-known for some time, but this bit of news marks her first foray into being an official foreign policy surrogate. If Obama is reelected tomorrow, however, it certainly might not be the last.

"In an astonishing display of media malpractice, CBS News quietly released proof--two days before the election, far too late to reach the media and the public--that President Barack Obama lied to the public about the Benghazi attack, as well as about his later claim to have called the attack "terrorism" from the beginning.

CBS unveiled additional footage from its 60 Minutes interview with President Obama, conducted on Sep. 12 immediately after Obama had made his statement about the attacks in the Rose Garden, in which Obama quite clearly refuses to call the Benghazi an act of terror when asked a direct question by reporter Steve Kroft:

KROFT: Mr. President, this morning you went out of your way to avoid the use of the word terrorism in connection with the Libya Attack, do you believe that this was a terrorism attack?

OBAMA: Well it’s too early to tell exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans. And we are going to be working with the Libyan government to make sure that we bring these folks to justice, one way or the other.

CBS News held onto this footage for more than six weeks, failing to release it even when questions were raised during the Second Presidential Debate as to whether Obama had, in fact, referred to the Benghazi attack as an act of terror before blaming it falsely on demonstrations against an anti-Islamic video. The moderator, CNN's Candy Crowley, intervened on Obama's behalf, falsely declaring he had indeed called the attack an act of terror in his Rose Garden statement, and creating the impression that Romney was wrong.

That exchange turned what would have been an outright win for Romney in the debate into a narrow win or possibly a loss--and it discouraged him from bringing up the issue again in the next debate or on the campaign trail. CBS News could have set the record straight, but held onto this footage, releasing it just before the election--perhaps to avoid the later charge of having suppressed it altogether...."

While tens of thousands are displaced in the wake of Hurrican Sandy, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has requested 45 rooms in a “three-star or higher rated hotels or executive stays” as they believe the more expensive hotels “…can best meet the program’s event planning needed as well as have the experience in serving, hosting and accommodating high profile government employees and executives.”

8 Foods Shown To Cause Illness, Disease, Early Death
If you're reading this message, I would assume that you're vertical, breathing and your heart is beating. Good. I want to help you stay that way for as long as possible. So I'm going to tell you about 8 common foods and drinks (or food ingredients) that should be labeled with a skull and crossbones because they will help make you horizontal and without a pulse long before you should be. I call them the Evil Eight. Here they are: 1) Soda (soft drinks) ANY soda -- diet or regular -- is literally acid in a bottle (or can). Soft drinks are SO acidic that it takes 32 CUPS of water to neutralize the acid in just ONE can of soda in your body. This massive amount of acid in your system puts a huge strain on your kidneys, which filter acid out of your bloodstream and put it into your urine. Your body also uses its own alkaline minerals (including calcium from your bones and magnesium from your muscles) to neutralize the acid. Eventually that can lead to osteoporosis, weak muscles, tooth decay and brittle, porous bones that fracture easily. Plus, soda contains the worst form of sugar -- high fructose corn syrup (more on that further down). And please don't think diet soda is any better -- because here are the dangers of artificial sweeteners...   2) Artificial sweeteners Simply put, they're poisons. No other way to say it. Take aspartame (NutraSweet), for example--the artificial sweetener found in diet sodas. A recent comprehensive study showed that drinking just ONE 12 oz. diet soda a day increases your risk of leukemia by an alarming 42%! Plus the study also showed a 102% higher risk of multiple myeloma and 31% increased risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in men! So another way of saying this is, diet soft drinks kill. Note that diet soda is by far THE largest source of aspartame in the US. Every year, we consume about 5,250 tons of aspartame in total, of which about 86% (4,500 tons) comes from diet sodas. Plus here are some other documented side effects of aspartame: Eyes: -Blindness in one or both eyes -Decreased vision and/or other eye problems such as blurring, flashes, tunnel vision -Eye pain; Dry eyes/decreased tears Nerves: -Seizures -Headaches/migraines -Dizziness -Confusion/memory loss -Severe drowsiness and sleepiness -Numbness of the arms and legs -Slurring of speech -Tremors/trembling Psychological/Psychiatric: -Severe depression -Irritability/agitation -Anxiety/phobias (fears) -Personality changes Chest: -Heart palpitations/rapid heart beat -Shortness of breath -High blood pressure Digestive: -Nausea -Diarrhea, sometimes with blood in stools -Stomach pain/pain while swallowing Skin and Allergies: -Itching without a rash; Hives Endocrine and Metabolic: -Loss of control of diabetes -Thinning or loss of hair -Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) -Severe PMS symptoms But wait! There's more: The most severe effects of aspartame poisoning are: -Death -Irreversible brain damage -Birth defects, including mental retardation -Ulcers -Aspartame addiction and increased craving for sweets -Hyperactivity in children -Severe depression -Aggressive behavior -Suicidal tendencies -Cancer   I know what you're thinking at this point. What about Splenda? It's no better. Studies are now associating Splenda with a growing list of medical problems that include: - Flushing or redness of the skin; rashes - Anxiety; panic attacks - Nausea; bloating; diarrhea; vomiting - Stomach cramps - Depression; becoming withdrawn - Feeling forgetful; memory loss - Headaches - Feeling irate, impatient, hypersensitive, moody - Chest and body pains - Seizures If you want to use a non-calorie sweetener, use Stevia. It's been around for centuries and has a proven track record of SAFETY.   3) High fructose corn syrup High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is directly associated with the following conditions: - Kidney disease - Osteoporosis - High cholesterol - Raised insulin levels (leading to diabetes) - High uric acid levels (which can result in arthritis) - Obesity - Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease Plus studies have shown unsafe levels of mercury in high fructose corn syrup. Mercury is a poison to your brain and nervous system. It has been linked to fertility problems, memory and vision loss, chronic fatigue, neuro-muscular dysfunction, autism, heart disease, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. What makes this problem SO huge is the fact that HFCS is found in just about EVERY type of product on the store shelves. So what should you do? Read labels and find alternatives. Organic products typically don't contain HFCS. Plus, the less you rely on packaged foods, the better (more on that below).   4) Hydrogenated oils Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils contain trans-fats, which are fats that don't exist in nature, so your body CANNOT metabolize them. Instead, they just accumulate in your tissues, clog your arteries and cause inflammation, cell damage and heart disease. These Franken-fats are found in deep fried foods, margarine, baked goods, powdered and artificial coffee creamers, and most processed (packaged) foods. Look for the words "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated" on package labels. If you see them, do NOT buy the product.   5) Nitrite cured meats Cured meats made with sodium nitrite (or sodium nitrate) include hot dogs, lunch meat, bacon, ham and corned beef. When you eat nitrites, they can be converted into nitrosamines (which are potent cancer-causing chemicals) in your body. The primary types of cancers associated with nitrite consumption are colo-rectal, stomach and pancreatic. In addition, children born to women who ate a lot of cured meats during pregnancy have a two to three times greater risk of developing a brain tumor than those born to mothers who did not eat cured meats.   6) Processed foods Processed "foods" include all packaged foods (in boxes, cans, jars, bags or frozen cartons) that contain ingredients other than a real food. Although the appeal behind them is convenience and an indefinite shelf life, they are extremely dangerous and loaded with chemicals and preservatives that your body was never meant to ingest. Besides the chemicals they contain, processed foods are deadly to your health for these reasons: * They provide no usable naturally occurring nutrients; they use up loads of your digestive enzymes, and then basically turn to nothing but waste. * They contain no water to transport nutrients or carry away wastes from your body, like fruits and vegetables do. Instead, they add to the waste pile, making you very toxic. * Since processed "foods" don't nourish you, even though your stomach may be physically full, your body thinks it still needs more food because it hasn't gotten nourished from what you've eaten...so your hunger bell will ring again soon, my friend. That's why you can polish off an entire family-size bag of Doritos then feel hungry again an hour later. As a result, farmed salmon is lower in vitamin D than fresh caught and higher in contaminants such as carcinogens, PCBs and pesticides like dioxin and DDT. Fresh caught salmon (and ALL other kinds of fish) is always best.   8) Tap water Tap water used to be fairly clean... Not any more. Since our bodies are alkaline, our water must be alkaline too.
