JAKARTA, March 31, 2013:  Easter Sunday  –  When these dispatches began, I promised you hard news from Neil Keenan in Jakarta, with no teaser phony updates or well-spun tantalizing hints of major developments to come.  For those whose incomes depend on e-newsletter subscription fees and ad revenue from web-page hit totals, such temptations are difficult to avoid: it is the old journalistic imperative to attract eyeballs by whatever means necessary.  Being an itinerant bard on a quixotic quest to be useful to the man I have come to regard as the planet’s best shot at freedom from debt-slavery, I have no such temptations.  Our audience pays us no fee, and the material reward for our efforts is waiting down the road, as it is for all of us.  So, much as we itched to post an update since our last post on March 25^th, we’ve held off until the situation clarified, and we had news to share.

Questions hanging in our readers’ minds:
Is Nelu Wibawa free?
Short answer: Not yet, but the delays appear to be over…we may have additional news in short order.
Is Neil Keenan kicking butt?
Short answer:  Is the Pope Catholic?  (On second thought, that old line may not work so well anymore, as there are those who would now say, no, the Pope isn’t Catholic, he’s a Jesuit….but we will leave that one for later).
The answer to the question about Keenan’s swift kicks to bankster posteriors is an emphatic ‘yes.’  The answer to other questions is a blend of high-impact hard news and frustrating delays, the sum of which is that the Alliance’s efforts, spearheaded by Keenan, have the banksters on the run, with more good guys flocking to the banner.
We thought the best way to explain all this is to let Mr. Keenan himself answer some of these questions in person.  In today’s video, look for Neil’s response on such questions as: What is the bigger picture regarding the Cyprus savings account theft by the EU?  Is the new BRICS alliance going to come to the rescue, or is it just en EU rerun?  How and when will the humanitarian projects emerge from the liberation of the Global Collateral Accounts?  Keenan’s blunt responses to these questions will be heartening to some, and frightening to others.  We know who the frightened ones are, and they have reason to fear the consequences of their actions – consequences they no doubt thought never to face.
Some additional updates from Mr. Keenan that are not included in the video:

• As the euro is backed by counterfeit currency issued by the European Central Bank in payment for the leasing of the Global Collateral Account gold, the ECB will be offered an opportunity to buy back the many trillions in phony notes they have issued.  As they will not be able to do this, they will be shut down and/or taken over.  The euro will go away, and the eurozone nations will return to their national currencies, minus their debt.
• All the nations currently groaning under central bank debt – Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Italy, et al – will be debt-free once these actions are complete, and the ECB is revealed for what it is.
• The New World Order takeover of the assets and sovereignty of the so-called debtor nations will be stopped.  The economy-killing austerity and loss of sovereignty will end – no more Goldman Sachs cabalists will be appointed to rule your destinies.
• Humanitarian projects will get fully underway only once this process has been completed.

Those who are encouraged by Neil Keenan’s bluntness and his aggressive actions may at the same time feel increased anxiety for him, and for his team, given the dangers faced by others who have fought the bankster cabal, or have exposed the bloodline families, or sought to topple the dark sect at the top of that pyramid on the Federal Reserve debt note which now masquerades as America’s currency.
I won’t minimize the risk: it is real, and we are taking due precautions.  But I will share with you that we have received continued assurances from many quarters that we are being watched…and being watched over.  Yes, no doubt, there are formidable forces attempting to stop this work.  But there are many allies working with us, and many protective forces in the field on our behalf….and above it, and beyond it, if you will.   Hard core agency watch-dogs and, let’s say, more ethereal guardians as well.
Neil Keenan is, let me tell you, a very earthy guy (that really doesn’t begin to describe it).  If he weren’t a solidly grounded and sometimes downright scary fighter, he would not be where he is in the forefront of this battle.  But he’s also got a mystical Irish streak running through him.  In one moment, he will scoff at the idea of 4^th Dimensional protection, or of guardian goddess spirits in his hotel room, or at above-top-secret sources that assure us of off-planet protection – and in the next minute tell me blithely that he’s seen them fairly often….but “don’t quote me, Michael – we don’t want people to think I’m nuts.”
So I won’t quote him.  (Hmmm, perhaps I just did).  I’ll just take the responsibility in my role as the “spiritual guy” in our good-cop/bad-cop routine to state that our experience has confirmed that “there are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.” As to Neil’s sanity, let’s just say that he’s a combination of Genghis Kahn and Darby O’Gill: an unpredictable blend of ruthless warlord and mischievous Mick.  Genghis Kahn was a terror in the West and a hero in the East – rather like Neil Keenan.  Darby O’Gill (a fictional Disney concoction) conversed with the king of the leprechauns and was fond of high-proof poteen….well, you get the idea.  Neil Keenan (rather a teetotaler these days, truth to tell) knows he’s got help and protection on many levels, and we’re grateful to all of them. (Note: Keenan insists I reveal that he occasionally reads my thoughts: an irritating habit that I have been unable to rid him of.  I only thank God that I am not able to read his).

Darby O’Gill and The Little People

So rest easy, folks….well, as easy as you can.  Things are about to heat up.  The coming week should be a big one.  It appears we may have major developments in the coming days, updated in rapid fire postings.  Or, God forbid, more delays.  But today’s video from Neil Keenan is definitely not good news for the bad guys.
There’s a moment in Peter Jackson’s epic “Lord of the Rings” film trilogy, immediately after the Ring goes into the Fire, when all the hundred thousand menacing minions of the Dark Lord suddenly realize that the jig is up, and they scatter like cockroaches when the light goes on.  That sums up what is now occurring.  The thousand fraudsters who have been conning people – or whole nations – with bogus claims to either represent or control the Global Collateral Accounts, are now either on the run, or are stepping up their efforts to a frantic pace, desperate to con money out of the last few gullible marks before the new sherrif’s deputies come knocking on their door. Meanwhile, major corporations are offering to take payment in gold for enormous projects, before the illicit trading of humanity’s heritage is shut down.  And an enormous secret gold-buying scheme by a prominent European central bank is about to be exposed.  Neil Keenan has many allies, and many sources of information.  The bankster-orcs would be well advised to run like hell for the River Anduin.

Many observers of the past two decades of covert aerosol geoengineering adopted the term “chemtrails” to describe unnatural emissions and trails originating from military jet engines. If the term Chemtrails originated at the DoD we could suspect the term came into wide civilian use when a cadet or instructor repeated it so often that “Chemtrails” was adopted by civilian observers to describe unusual jet aircraft contrails. To their credit, the Oxford dictionary provides an accurate description of chemtrails even if they failed to list the US DoD as the original published source.

chemtrail – Syllabification: (chem·trail) – Pronunciation: /ˈkemˌtrāl/
Definition of chemtrail noun
” a visible trail left in the sky by an aircraft and believed by some to consist of chemical or biological agents released as part of a covert operation. ”

In etymological terms, the origin of a word is very important. Regardless the intended definition, history clearly shows the term “Chemtrails” originated at the US Department of Defense as the title for a Chemistry manual used at the Air Force Academy cadet training program in the early 1990′s. Two editions of the “Chemtrails” manual are known to exist – A 200 page version for the 1990 Fall class and a 232 page version for the 1991 class. The course title “chemtrails” was so popular as to be adopted by the DoD for at least two academic years (1990-1991).
About the Chemtrails Manual Cover

• The Air Force Academy Chemtrails manual cover shows a flame from a Bunsen burner that appears to be producing two “trails”.
• The title of the manual “Chemtrails” is printed between the two “trails”.
• Considering the intentional graphic depicting “trails” it’s possible the Bunsen burner represents a jet engine producing “chemically” induced, persistent contrails.
• A Bunsen burner is a common piece of laboratory equipment that produces a single open gas flame which is used for heating, sterilization, and combustion.
• A test tube filled with a liquid is emptying contents into a flask.
• The remaining graphic appears to be a chemical representation for “methane” (CH4). Since Natural gas contains mostly “methane” it’s possible this symbol alludes to the fuel providing the flame to the Bunsen burner. (Natural Gas)

Method: An inter-library loan from the Alachua County main library yielded a microfilm copy of the 1990 Chemistry 131 Manual used in training by the US Air force Academy. The lending institution was the William T. Young Library at the University of Kentucky as shown in the label below.

The microfilm was in acceptable condition, however the 1990 Chemtrails manual was scanned in 1992 under less than optimum conditions from a used hard copy in less than good condition.

The Alachua County Library equipment was used to scan each of the 200 pages to digital *.TIF files. Photoshop was used to optimize each image to the smallest file size that would permit adequate resolution for on-line viewing. Each image was imported to a Microsoft Word page where the complete manual was saved to a 30 MB PDF file. (Portable Document File).

NOTE: A second edition of Chemtrails (232 pages) was published for the Fall 1991 class of Air Force cadets.

 This has been a week of personnel change.  The DVD asset Boris Berezovsky very sensibly decided to commit suicide (no offense intended), MI5 Chief Sir Jonathan Evans has announced he’s stepping down and David Miliband is quitting Britain.
Berezovsky had been having a go at President Putin for years, on behalf of the Germans.  He made most of his money from Medium Term Note trading, using assets he bought at an undervalue.  He certainly didn’t make it from dividends on his Aeroflot shares.
As I shall be explaining in Spyhunter (now due out in the summer) the Germans control MTN trading, from Frankfurt.  You don’t get to play in a big way unless a ‘Kraut’ OK’s it.  Sorry – I should have referred to our “community partners the Krauts.”   Boris was anxious not to be deported to Russia (that’s Boris Berezovsky, not Boris Johnson), so set up a fake assassination attempt on his friend Lt-Col. Litvinenko.  As the inquest will not be told, he caused his own death, through peritonitis, by agreeing to swallow Polonium and its antidote, Prussian Blue.  No doubt his death was on Berezovsky’s conscience.
Thames Valley Police – Britain’s answer to Police Squad – naturally thought that Berezovsky has been murdered.  They have wasted a lot of public money searching for non-existent radiological or biological agents.  Of course they haven’t found any – it was just a silly conspiracy theory.  His death  was suicide.  He will not be missed.

MI5’s New Boss
Sir Jonathan Evans’s departure from MI5 wasn’t a surprise either.  As Gordon knows he presided last year over the biggest security failure in Britain since World War II.  The DVD were able to smuggle two nuclear devices into the UK right was picked up going across the channel by satellite not long before the improvised nuclear device that the Operation Vulcan team learnt about.  In fairness my distinguished Veterans Today commentator Ben Fulford was onto it before I was.  It was partly his reporting that led me to conclude that there was a serious possibility that a device had been positioned in London, close to the Olympics site.
Its presence in the UK was verified by a US satellite, which picked up its radiation signature when it was being exfiltrated.  I now gather that a Russian bird may have picked it up as well.  Since the device appears to have been one of the four stolen by the DVD from the submarine Kursk the GRU boys were paying it a lot of attention.
As the Foreign Office minister Alistair Burt MP confirmed in November nuclear monitoring of the Olympics site was stepped up, after a threat was confirmed.  I understand it was stepped up after the presence of the Vulcan weapon was verified.  The increased monitoring seems to have picked up a second signature.  If that Belgian King Air was doing radiation recon flights over the Olympics site it’s no surprise that she was sabotaged.  A signature consistent with a second device was picked up going across the channel by satellite not long before the games.
It’s not clear whether it went out by agreement – sometimes people prefer to pretend there was never a nuclear device there in the first place.  Again I pay frank tribute to my colleague Ben Fulford.  He was aware of the second device, but I needed some convincing.  That was because I was aware that a NRO bird had verified that the first nuke had been pulled.  I thought it incredible that there could be a back-up device, but it looks like there was.  The first rule of intelligence work is not to dismiss intelligence just because it sounds incredible.  Of course if you keep getting arrested every time you spot a nuke, you become less willing to call them in!!
These intelligence fiascos happened on Evans’s watch.  He had to go.  Memo to Thames Valley Police – next time that I tell them I want the MI5 duty officer alerted to my arrest, don’t patronize me.  Make the call.
The new D-G of MI5 will be Andrew Parker.  I gather he’s a nice chap and a keen ornithologist.  There are those within INTELCOM who are saying that this is a rare case of a birdbrain being replaced by a birdwatcher, but I couldn’t possibly comment.
David Miliband’s departure, for New York, was almost as inevitable.  He too will not be missed.  This was a man with a brain who not only thought that Britain should remain in the EU but that we should join their euro.  He had no excuse.
The next big departure on this side of the pond will be Cameron’s, possibly as early as June.  Someone e-mailed me over the Easter weekend and thought that Ken Clarke might be his successor – no chance!  The man’s a raving moderate.

U.S DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY HAS TOLD BANKS – IN WRITING – IT MAY INSPECT SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES WITHOUT WARRANT AND SIEZE ANY GOLD, SILVER, GUNS OR OTHER VALUABLES IT FINDS INSIDE THOSE BOXES! According to in-house memos now circulating, the DHS has issued orders to banks across America which announce to them that “under the Patriot Act” the DHS has the absolute right to seize, without any warrant whatsoever, any and all customer bank accounts, to make “periodic and unannounced” visits to any bank to open and inspect the contents of “selected safe deposit boxes.” Further, the DHS “shall, at the discretion of the agent supervising the search, remove, photograph or seize as evidence” any of the following items “bar gold, gold coins, firearms of any kind unless manufactured prior to 1878, documents such as passports or foreign bank account records, pornography or any material that, in the opinion of the agent, shall be deemed of to be of a contraband nature.” DHS memos also state that banks are informed that any bank employee, on any level, that releases “improper” “classified DHS Security information” to any member of the public, to include the customers whose boxes have been clandestinely opened and inspected and “any other party, to include members of the media” and further “that the posting of any such information on the internet will be grounds for the immediate termination of the said employee or employees and their prosecution under the Patriot Act.” Safety deposit box holders and depositors are not given advanced notice when failed banks shut their doors. If people have their emergency money in a safe deposit box or an account in a bank that closes, they will not be allowed into the bank to get it out. They can knock on the door and beg to get in but the sheriff’s department or whoever is handling the closure will simply say “no” because they are just following orders. Deposit box and account holders are not warned of the hazards of banking when they sign up. It is not until they need to get their cash or valuables out in a hurry that they find themselves in trouble. Rules governing access to safe deposit boxes and money held in accounts are written into the charter of each bank. The charter is the statement of policy under which the bank is allowed by the government to do business. These rules are subject to change at any time by faceless bureaucrats who are answerable to no one. They can be changed without notice, without the agreement of the people, and against their will. People can complain but no one will care because this is small potatoes compared to the complaints that will be voiced when the executive order that governs national emergencies is enforced. That order allows the suspension of habeas corpus and all rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights. A look at the fine print of the contract signed when a safety deposit box is opened reveals that in essence the signer has given to the bank whatever property he has put into that deposit box. When times are good people will be allowed open access to their safe deposit box and the property that is in it. This also applies to their bank accounts. But when times get really bad, many may find that the funds they have placed on deposit and the property they thought was secured in the safe deposit box now belong to the bank, not to them. Although this was probably not explained to them when they signed their signature card, this is what they were agreeing to. During the Great Depression in the early 1930’s people thought that many banks were going to fail. They were afraid they would lose their money so they went in mass to take it out, in what is known as a run on the banks. The government closed the banks to protect them from angry depositors who wanted their money back. Throughout history, governments have acted to protect the interests of banks and the wealthy people who own them, not the interests of depositors or box holders. In a time of emergency, people will have no recourse if access to their safe deposit box and bank accounts is denied. If they are keeping money in a bank that would be needed in an emergency or in a time when credit is no longer free flowing, they may not be able to get it out of the bank. The emergency may occur at night or on a weekend or holiday when the bank is closed. The solution is to take emergency cash or valuables out of the safe deposit box or bank account and secure them somewhere else, like i NON-REPLACEAn even better idea may be to close the safe deposit box account completely, letting someone else entertain the illusion of safety. Americans have learned a few things since the Great Depression. They now have the FDIC to liquidate any failed banks. The FDIC promises to set up a series of dates and times when safe deposit box renters can access their boxes by appointment to remove their property and surrender their keys. The FDIC also promises to mail bank customers an announcement of the dates for such events and include a question and answer page that addresses safe deposit box access. The people have the FDIC to give them back the money they had on deposit that they were unable to get out of any failed bank that carries FDIC insurance. Sheila Bair, head of the FDIC, promises that depositor`s money will be available in 24 hours or less. But people should remember that the FDIC is just another bureaucracy, and it`s probably best not to rely on a bureaucracy in an emergency. No UPC I was checking out at the local Foodland with just a few items and the lady behind me put her things on the belt close to mine. I picked up one of those "Dividers" that they keep by the cash register and placed it between our things so they wouldn't get mixed. After the girl had scanned all of my items, she picked up the "Divider" looking it all over for the bar code so she could scan it.
