Electric Hurricanes - Haarp was used to pump up Katrina

There have been three hurricanes in history that had a lot of lightning while over open water. Katrina, Rita, and Emily. Nasa caught onto it and reported about it, yet there is nothing about this in the alternative news. This is something I had posted in blogs and forums before I converted this web site over to a news site, THE FOLLOWING NASA REPORT PROVES THAT KATRINA WAS A HAARP STORM BECAUSE:

while over open water, hurricanes produce no lightning. Hurricanes do not produce electrical fields because the wind currents are wrong for it. If a hurricane hits a mountain there will be lightning, because a mountain will cause vertical winds. Vertical winds do not happen over open water. This Nasa article explains this very well. A hurricane functions completely differently than a thunderstorm does, and lacks the vertical winds needed to trigger lightning.
Nasa says it was a new discovery about hurricanes in this article because they can't come out and say it was Haarp. But if you read my HAARP report, you can see I linked this article, which has not been available lately due to the fake government shut down.
I had it cached though, so take a look at this. Haarp would definitely do this to a hurricane, and this article amounts to documented proof that Haarp really was used to destroy New Orleans. If it was not what caused the extreme electrical fields that caused Nasa to dub Katrina an "electric hurricane", what else did? This is pretty obvious.

The NSA screws up with unseen.is

Since the NSA can't access an Unseen.is mailbox, they saw fit to kill the entire site and they made a huge mistake when they did by allowing at least one notification to get back to the sender. This notification has been captured and is posted here. The Unseen mailbox is totally and completely dead both incoming and outgoing. Unseen is going to have to fight to live now or they will die. The mistake is in the fact that the warning that the mail got blocked was sent and subsquently received by the sender. The sender is not supposed to be allowed to know when a censored message does not make it, because it allows the sender to know what is happening and that the message did not make it. If you want to destroy a target in secret, you cannot let the target know it is being shot at.

Bombshell - New method of destructive vaccine design exposed

I was contacted by a Doctorate of Pharmacology who revealed a new method of creating brain destroying vaccines. This is an updated method and will supersede the bacteriophage virus approach to destroying neurons. Intentionally destructive vaccines are the real reason for Autism, lowered test standards, and today's far less capable kids

Here is what they are now doing. They are growing brain tissue from stem cells, stripping the proteins off of them and coating the inactive or weakened pathogens that a vaccine normally uses with these proteins. I've been reading your site every day and I wish I had a way to contact you privately and securely. First of all, congratulations on getting married. From what I read on your site and your wife's letter, she seems like a very intelligent and genuine lady. That's rare these days and you are a fortunate man to have her in your life.

Please do not breathe a word of this to anyone else, no hints on your site, etc. - There is construction going on at my apartment building. The repairs are long overdue here and when I saw the contractors coming and going, I asked one of them who the foreman was because I need the work and the money so I was going to offer to do some labor or other work. They told me they rely on a temp agency for workers and already had their guys.
Next day I was outside talking to one of the contractors and a white van pulls up and two guys were inside looking like workers and one called me over.
"We're from the agency, are you one of the temps?" He asked.
I told him no but that I was looking, that I didn't have a phone I used google voice and that I could email me anytime if they needed someone. Blah blah...
I got an email later asking what I know about you.Then I get this notification screen from gmail that I needed to change my password due to unusual account activity, so I did.
That email was gone when I got back into my gmail acct. gone. No trace of it in my inbox, spam, trash, nowhere.
Next day I asked one of the contractors I had befriended if he knew who the two guys in the van were and he said he had never seen them before.

I find it interesting that only three weeks after I started having serious problems with an intelligence agency, and others have had exactly the same problems, that reputable people in the truth movement moved to slander me

About three weeks ago I issued a warning to alternative media journalists that the assaults have stepped up, and that they needed to watch their backs. Then came the "Jim Stone is Joe Vialls" B.S. from someone who was formerly very reputable. Perhaps he was one of the first to be taken out and those who nailed him are using his persona to back stab other people who are equally reputable. If you want to destroy people in the truth movement who know the game too well and are therefore hard targets, those with high level government training who know all about the Mossad and how intelligence agencies function, those who you just can't destroy on cue, why not use the reputation and personalities of those you have destroyed already to damage those who know what is going on and remain out of reach?
I think that is what is going on. First of all the entire slander piece was accusing me of being Joe Vialls as if it was something bad. It would not be bad, if it was true. The entire issue was an identity issue. Joe Vialls is a truth movement hero who no doubt got wiped out early on for discovering the Indonesia tsunami was also caused by a nuke. I checked my own server and sure enough, Web of Trust had injected code into this site I never authorized. I don't know how they managed to do that.
I tried to send Judge Dredd the following response, and the mail refused to send. So I went to Unseen.is to send from there, and when I paste the following response in, the connection terminates. So here is my response, on the front page, I guess my server log in somehow prevents tampering because I can type here without getting disconnected.
I was not allowed to respond to this mail from the box you sent it to.
You obviously hit a nerve, and no, I did NOT put that code there. Web of trust is probably clandestine then, it must all be getting routed through them. I found the code injected into my own server, it did not happen during the file transfer to yours.

IF this site is cointelpro, I'd like an explanation of the following:

What intelligence front would point out in such clear terms that the Japan earthquake was not natural and that the tsunami was nuclear, complete with the original seismic evidence and interviews with the lead engineer who designed Fukushima? If I was an intelligence front why would I point out that Israeli security firm Magna BSP planted a nuke at reactor 3? WHAT DAMNED INTELLIGENCE AGENCY EVER POINTS THE FINGER AT ISRAEL IN A WAY THAT CANNOT BE EASILY SHOT DOWN? If anyone thinks I am an intelligence front the Fukushima report ALONE proves they need to wake up.
Another thing I have been accused of doing is destroying the computers and mail accounts of people who help this site and spread the message. Now here's a real no brainer - If I was an intelligence front WHY WOULD I SABOTAGE PEOPLE WHO GOT INVOLVED? An intelligence front uses all the grass roots help it can get, it does not ruin computers and stifle e-mail and create other havoc for people who get involved. If I was an intelligence front, Google would do NOTHING but pull up this site when people search Fukushima and the Japan earthquake. But Google accounts for less than 8 percent of hits to this site and all the Google hits go to the damn black widow photo in the photography section and the cockroach page, both of which run totally separate from the news section. I wonder why. Google censorship alone proves this site legit. And of course if you type the site address into Google the site will come up, but what good does that do if you already have the site address or know who I am? Of course Google will tell you because it does no damage to the elite to tell you if you already know where this site is. The censorship is for those who don't know.
If I was an intelligence front, I'd succeed at getting on the air more often, rather than getting the plug pulled mid program and all contact cut before final arrangements can be made. That alone should say it all.
If I was an intelligence front, the site would not look like crap and I would never appear to lose my temper, it would all be presented in a slick cool headed way. No one double checks my stuff, it just goes up. But most of all, the content of what is here proves I am not an intelligence front because it is far too damaging to the globalist / zionist front. I am just an extreme geek with a huge technical background and mastery of several technically related topics. The evil of compartmentalization.

So, they checked your background, and you got that job at an intelligence agency. No doubt you are smart, and with that fancy compartmentalized clearance you have, you can truly claim to be the BIG SHOT. But perhaps there is something you failed to consider . . . . . .

There is something that I am sure most people do not realize when they talk about the NSA, CIA, FBI, ect. And that is that these agencies are staffed by highly moralistic and very good people (Unless they are Mossad). A tyrannical government will always seek out the best in a society, the most intelligent, most honest, hardest working people, because it is these people who will report back 100 percent, do the job they are told to do without question, and never lie. The use of honest people to do the works of evil is accomplished by only letting them see one small part of the total mission, and the reason given to them is so that one individual cannot spill the whole can of beans. This restriction of information is called compartmentalization.

But there is a problem with compartmentalization, and it is that it can serve a dual purpose. Because one individual is never allowed to see the entire mission, the mission can be evil and no one will be the wiser. Let's say that the corrupted elite on the top of the chain are after a whistleblower. There will be a mission born at the FBI or another agency, where they will be told they are pursuing a terrorist who plans to blow something up. They will never be told they are really after someone who caught a Rothchild molesting a four year old, they will be told it is a terrorist, and national security is severely threatened.
Good moralistic people will want to defend their country, so they will work hard to keep tabs on this terrorist. Down in the lower levels, there will be a few well selected people who know the truth, no doubt paid very well to manipulate and steer the honest away from any discoveries, and if discoveries are made which are counter to the cover story, those who made those discoveries will be congratulated and assigned a new mission. You can't have morals getting in the way of a composite work of evil.
I had a little fun with this. When I did the Fukushima report, I was stalked and watched continuously. It was so bad that the neighbors noticed and asked me why there were always people watching my house. I had two cell modems destroyed by people who re-flashed their bios to meaningless gobbledygook. The agents also woodpeckered my hard drive, which I stopped on time. Right after posting the report, for a month straight, right at midnight someone would empty seven rounds from a shotgun in a field adjacent the house. If that's not a death threat, what is?
Anyway, I got rid of them with a unique solution. These people were ignorant to why they were assigned to watch me, and I knew that. I am sure they fragged the cell modems and thrashed the hard drive of a "terrorist". But I did away with that, I began printing out the Fukushima report, going up to them, and handing it to them while telling them that THIS is why they were really watching me, and to show it to their boss. I knew by doing so I breached about 30 compartments. I destroyed good agents, several, because I knew they had morals and would NOT agree to be used the way they were being used. To prevent losses, and I am sure the losses went up the chain of command a ways, they HAD TO call off the hounds. Smart thinking on my part, and a direct result of knowing exactly how the compartmentalized clearance system works.
If you ever get yourself in a situation like I was in at that time, where they are not shooting at you, or arresting you yet after you expose some major truth, print it up and hand it to your stalkers. You'd be surprised by how fast they vanish.
To the people at the intelligence agencies, CONSIDER THIS: You were told after 9/11 that there were terrorists all over this country. You were told that there were sleeper cells, bio labs brewing up diseases, explosives experts, and all sorts of evil al-quaida rag tags running around this country, just waiting to blow up a bridge, a day care center, a stadium, and we have not seen JACK other than patsies your own agencies set up.
Consider this the next time you are told to track a terrorist, or a threat to "national security". Consider the fact that you are not allowed to see the entire mission from start to finish, and you may very well IN FACT be spelling the doom for someone who is seeking to save YOUR child from vaccine damage, your wife from getting her brain blown out by psyche meds, or your home from being washed away by a nuclear tsunami; - no doubt blamed on mother nature. Consider whether or not a compartmentalized clearance should even exist, for truly, the worst of evils can be accomplished through the ignorance of good hearted people totally oblivious to the reality of what their work really represents.

It's a crackdown that involves punishment for them - and punishment for you, too, if you decide to help them at your own expense and goodwill. One city already had a plan ready for an indefinite detainment camp for homeless people. Someone from the area came forward to us to say the reports of "the problem" to justify the infringement were overblown. The bureaucratic minions and its code enforcers care not about the reaction. It's been happening in England, too. The Internet became outraged with the CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch's comments about only wanting cool and skinny people wearing his clothes, and the idea that they'd rather burn their clothes than give to the unfortunate. The popular Internet counter-reaction actually unintentionally further relegated the homeless. You can see varying responses to our articles about EBT users and the homeless programmer who was arrested and his two possessions taken. Different authors on our site have different attitudes. A commenter said, "....who cares! I'm suppose to care about some homeless guy in NY who was put in jail? What's his background? Why would I waste a single moment on this?" I previously referred to the Kinesiology and consciousness work of the late Dr. David Hawkins in Power vs Force. The map of consciousness shows different levels that people resonate. When the numbers go up, they are exponential. According to Kinesiology tests, 85% of the world's population operates below the 200 mark - below Power and in the realm of Force. A person may only move up 5 points in a lifetime, but it doesn't have to be that way. Breaching the 200 mark is very empowering - the world and all the things going on in your world look different there.   Have you ever had an epiphany or realization that suddenly took you beyond a situation? Suddenly, you weren't at war with the situation - it just didn't bother you anymore? At different times in your life have you viewed the same person, place or thing differently? You may have been raised an elevator level up. Where do you think elitist controllers operate and what does that mean? Given the following "sets of eyes," where do you think most most people fall? Here is Hawkins' example using a homeless guy. No criminal element or anything else; he's just standing there. Here's a chance to see that guy from 15 different outlooks. You may have had several outlooks in a lifetime. In a fashionable neighborhood in a big city stands an old man in tattered clothes, alone, leaning against the corner of an elegant brownstone. Look at him from the perspective of various levels of consciousness and note the differences in how he appears. From the bottom of the scale at a level of 20, the level of Shame, the bum is dirty, disgusting, disgraceful. From level 30 (Guilt) he would be blamed for his condition. He deserves what he gets; he's probably a lazy welfare cheat. At 50 (Hopelessness) his plight would appear desperate, damning evidence that society can't do anything about homelessness. At 75 (Grief) the old man looks tragic, friendless and forlorn. At a consciousness level of 100 (Fear) we might see him as threatening, a social menace. Perhaps we should call the police before he commits some crime. At 125 (Desire) he might represent a frustrating problem-why doesn't somebody do something? At 150 (Anger) the old man might look like he could be violent, or, on the other hand, one could be furious that such conditions exist. At 175 (Pride) he could be seen as an embarrassment or as lacking the self respect to better himself. At 200 (Courage) we might be motivated to wonder if there is a local homeless shelter; all he needs is a job and a place to live. At 250 (Neutrality) the bum looks okay, maybe even interesting. "Live and let live," we might say; after all, he's not hurting anyone. At 310 (Willingness) we might decide to go down and see what we can do to cheer up that fellow on the corner, or volunteer some time at the local mission. At 350 (Acceptance) the man on the corner appears intriguing. He probably has an interesting story to tell; he's where he is for reasons we may never understand. At 400 (Reason) he is a symptom of the current economic and social malaise, or perhaps a good subject for in-depth psychological study. At the higher levels, the old man begins to look not only interesting, but friendly, then lovable. Perhaps we would then be able to see that he was, in fact, one who had transcended social limits and gone free, a joyful old guy with the wisdom of age in his face and the serenity that comes from indifference to material things. At 500 (Peace) he is revealed as one's own self in a temporary expression. When approached, the bum's response to these different levels of consciousness would vary with them. With some he would feel secure, with others, frightened or dejected. Some would make him angry, others delighted. Some he would therefore avoid, others greet with pleasure. (Thus is it said that we meet what we mirror.) Crooks who steal credit and debit card numbers have found a devious new way to snag this information. They’re using a small and relatively cheap piece of off-the-shelf technology to compromise computerized store cash registers. We know about this because a band of brazen thieves was caught on security cameras installing these high-tech skimmers on cash registers at the Nordstrom store in Aventura, Fla., two weeks ago. The skimmers are built into standard PS/2 cable connectors that plug into the back of a computer where customers can’t see them. They’re only about an inch long — and look so innocuous that even if employees saw them they might not suspect anything. “It’s a little piece of plastic, usually purple, that fits into the port where your keyboard connects to your computer,” explained security analyst Brian Krebs, who first reported this story on his KrebsOnSecurity blog. “It intercepts any data that is sent on that communication channel, whether it’s keystrokes or somebody swiping a card through a terminal.” PS/2 Keystroke loggers have been available for years. They sell for as little as $40 and are marketed as “professional surveillance products.” Krebs said this is the first time he’s ever heard of them being used to skim card information from a retailer. Nordstrom confirmed that it had found and removed “unauthorized devices on a small number of cash registers” at their Aventura store. “We take this situation seriously and have been working closely with law enforcement and forensics experts to investigate this and understand any impact on our customers,” Nordstrom spokesperson Tara Darrow said in a statement to NBC News. Darrow said they believe this was an isolated incident at this one store in Florida. No arrests have been made, and because the case is still under investigation, the Aventura Police Department would not comment on it or provide NBC News with a copy of the incident report. Police Photo #2 Aventura Police Dept. The skimmer is inside a standard PS/2 connector that plugs into the back of a computer. This photo from a police report on the incident shows how small it is. A pen is on left for scale. But Brian Krebs was able to obtain a copy of an information sheet prepared by the Department’s Crime/Intel Analysis Unit. It says Nordstrom located a total of six skimming devices attached to their registers. The alert outlined what was seen on the Nordstrom surveillance footage. The thieves, all men, worked in teams of three. Two men distracted the sales staff while a third took pictures of the register, then removed its rear access panel and took additional photos. Several hours later, three different men entered the store. Again, two of them distracted the sales staff while the third removed the register’s back panel and installed the skimmer. The police memo described the device: It captures all track data from credit card transactions and stores it on the device, similar to a USB drive. The connector was made to match the connections on the back of the register to include color match. Therefore, no one would have detected it unless there was a problem with the register. It’s unlikely customer card information was compromised in this case because the devices were discovered before the crooks could retrieve them and download the information they had recorded. But for as little as $135 they could have purchased keystroke loggers capable of sending the stolen information over a local wireless network. Victor Searcy, director of the Fraud Resolution Center at IDentity Theft 911 said he wasn’t surprised the bad guys have found “yet another nefarious method” for stealing personal information from consumers. “This scheme, involving smaller, harder-to-detect skimming devices, puts the onus on businesses to heighten their security efforts,” Searcy said. Many retailers have card readers that connect to cash registers via PS/2 connections. These are now vulnerable to this sort of skimming attack and need to be secured. The bottom line We all need to be aware of the potential for this sort of identity theft. It can happen no matter how hard you try to protect yourself. So you need to remain vigilant. That’s why it’s so important to continually review all the transactions on your credit card and bank account statements. If you spot charges that aren’t yours, report them right away. The American heritage includes the Magna Carta which held that a lawful government derives its just power from the consent of the governed as clearly stated in the Declaration of Independence was clearly held by the founders.  While a de jure government operates upon this basis –a de facto government operates by deceit and duress.  Because lies only have power when people when people believe them as the gross misrepresentations become more and more obvious, deceit gives way to duress as the lack of legitimacy becomes more & more obvious.  Among the more obvious lies are the empty rhetorical distinctions between the two major parties based on the people being oblivious that the puppet strings to the “Left” and the ones to the “Right” converge to the same Plutocratic Oligarchy the founders warned us against. [Plutocracy = those that have run the counterfeiting under the color of law scam throughout the world and deceived us into believing we owe them anything other than justice, Oligarchy = rule of the few, Where there is a change of party without a change of policy there is a Plutocracy!]

While we are supposed to have a Republic – which means the rule of law – it is becoming increasingly clear that the mere outward trappings of a representative government has been evasive and unaccountable.  This illegitimacy transcends the two major parties as both sides blame the other while absolutely no one has been held accountable.   Politicians routinely operate upon that which Hitler said:  “How well it is for rulers [politicians] that men do not think”.  Take Spiritual notice of Ephesians 5 verse 6: “Let no one deceive you with empty words for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those that are disobedient”  We will all ultimately stand accountable before our Maker as the genuinely spiritual know as absolute Truth – while those of feigned religion fear what other mortals think of them. John 12:42 

Rather than the limited government accountable to the people we have gone further and further in the direction of exactly what the founders warned against!  Restoration requires three things be clearly known and acted upon justly:

1)    What actually IS – setting aside all deceit

2)    What ought rightly be and third

3)    What can reasonably and realistically be done to converge 1 to 2

The slogan to meditate upon is:

Neither a Welfare State, nor a Warfare State, but a LAWFUL State!

There has always been a gap between the ideal and the real – where there is accountability that gap narrows – where there is impunity – that gap widens.  As things stand right now there exist certain criminal elements that believe themselves to be above the law as they feign “national security” to lawlessly grant themselves impunity.  They have debased our currency – amplified corruption within the body politic – obstructed corrective measures – they have incited hostility among the nations, deceived us into amoral violent conflict and corrupted us into a system where legalisms trump morality.  They have used deceit and duress to fraudulently alter the U. S. Constitution and stifled corrective measures while claiming that we have the rule of law – which must be reinstated for it to be so.  Both the fraud of the Welfare State which employs “coerced charity” and the Warfare State based on deceiving us into violent conflict have a common origin while the controlled opposition in the body politic stagnates by superficial bickering that belies the corruption that both sides have in common.

We, the author and those that concur, are NOT advocating nor condoning any violent overthrow of our current system!  Rather it is the lawless lack of accountability that transcends partisan politics that is screaming louder than mere words for violent overthrow – we have yet to exhaust all peaceable means to remedy the systemic fraud that has been placed upon us.  As to where is the line as to where too much is too much is open for discussion in a moral, lawful context – but we will not condone the disarmament of law abiding citizens while we concur with the wise words of John F. Kennedy:  “those that make peaceful change impossible make violent change inevitable”.

While we seek to give the body politic yet another chance to mend its ways – one thing is absolutely clear – whether the reinstatement of the rule law in this life has yet to be seen - neither traitor, nor his lies will stand as each faces the Creator.  Hell is for liars and cowards according to Revelation 21:8!

Among the items that the body politic has yet to address with ANY honesty, we have substantial basis to believe:

1) That our founding charter, the U. S. Constitution has been fraudulently altered by deceit & duress rather than the informed consent of the governed – especially the “Reconstruction Amendments” [13^th, 14^th & 15^th] – the “Income Tax Amendment [16^th] and the Senate Popular Vote Amendment [17^th] TheLawThatNeverWas.com Bill Benson, esq. – who has been horribly abused by the corrupt powers that be.

2) War is a Racquet – Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler – we are not made either safe nor free by sycophantically accepting war mongering disinformation and then calling it “Patriotism” “If tyranny & oppression ever come to this land, it will come in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy” James Madison   Our own borders have been left wide open while spending almost as much as the rest of the world combined on military adventurism.

3) Debt slavery by counterfeiting under the color of law is whereby currency – has unlawfully been conjured by mere electronic book-keeping entries based on the supposed promise to “pay back” so-called “money” at interest that did NOT exist before the so-called “loan”.  It is a mathematical fact that it is impossible to pay off this so-called “debt” and the entire body politic has refused to address this with any honesty whatsoever.  We the people never agreed to this fraud which is why we call for the Iceland Solution [Iceland Solution: 1) arrest & prosecute the Banksters and their political partners in crime, 2) replace the entire body politic 3) hold a national referendum on the counterfeiting under the color of law fraud – repudiate the unlawful “debt”] Over 99% of our currency is not even backed by PAPER – this fraud must END! 4) The Fraudulent “Income Tax” even if the 16^th amendment were ratified – which we dispute – we were lied into believing that this tax would even out wealth disparity rather than greatly increase it.  It turns out that according to the Grace Commission – every dime of the so-called “Income Tax” is entirely devoured by paying interest to the fraudulent “Federal Reserve System” – or more accurately – the Plutocratic Oligarchy.  The Federal Mafia explains that our government operates like 2 rival mobs running a protection racquet.  Irwin Schiff – while unjustly imprisoned he lost a toe to gangrene because of a form of torture called “Diesel Therapy” – it seems that the protection of the 8^th amendment does not apply to those that shine light on the criminality of the Plutocratic Oligarchy.

We hereby declare we have zero faith in the body politic, the corrupt and deceitful political process where political hacks left & right alike are exalted by the deluded while those that seek genuine reform are marginalized and ridiculed thus we call for peaceable remedy by public referendum.  While it could be argued that the constitution does not allow for such means of changing the constitution – it is clear that the U. S. Constitution as it is being routinely disregarded by the demopublican/republicrat establishment hacks.  The body politic indirectly reflects the will of the people – but when it is based on manufactured consent – we must have a means for the people to directly repudiate legislation that operates under the color of law.

Plato’s “Republic” had 2 major points that must be clearly understood:  A Republic [= rule of law] requires people that are informed so they know what needs to be done, and people that are moral so they actually do what is right.

The above is a draft of an open letter to seek redress of greivances – what follows is an outline of ideas that should be honestly addressed in reinstating the organic constitution, that is, the U. S. Constitution BEFORE fraudulent changes were made.  Your feedback is welcomed insofar as it addresses ideas

We the people NEVER consented to an unaccountable corrupt government that lies to us with impunity – we never agreed to a global Ponzi scam with a debt racquet that is impossible to pay off. 

The Restoration Amendment

1)    In order to reinstate a lawful government – we must first question the legitimacy of changes in the United States Constitution – any constitutional amendment that was brought about by deceit and/or duress is illegitimate ab initio.  Subsequent to proper public disclosure, examination & discussion a public referendum shall be held to repudiate any amendments that were not properly founded on the informed consent of the governed. This shall be taken line by line as some provisions may be legitimate – while others not.  A lawful government protects the rights endowed by the Creator – including the right to own property.  Given that the 17^th Amendment is in dispute – the state legislature shall have the right to issue directives to the popularly elected Senators – or replace them should they be found lacking.

2)    Legislation is not law when it is based on politicians presuming authority they do not have, nor misrepresenting the legislation at issue – therefore any legislation is subject to repudiation by the people petitioning & lawfully demanding public referendum.

3)    Lawful debt is based on mutual agreement where something of value is transferred from one human or party to another human or party – therefore all debt that is based on counterfeiting under the color of law is hereby repudiated as morally repugnant.  Resources that have been plundered under the color of law are to be taken into interim stewardship of the Lawful Militia on a temporary basis to promote their proper use for the common good until proper ownership can be properly adjudicated under common law courts.  Each state shall have a state run bank – and all financial institutions in that state shall be chartered & accountable to the people to operate with integrity.

4)    Corporations are not human beings nor are humans to be converted into legal fictions under the color of law.  A lawful government cannot misrepresent issues nor withhold pertinent information, misuse the term “national security” nor any other similar term to evade accountability nor stifle technological innovation.  Legitimate corporations are obliged to operate for the public good and must be accountable to their charters.  A lawful government promotes honest competition by operating morally thus promoting justice.

5)    A lawful government is at peace with all – insofar as it depends on us [Romans 12:18] It is an act of treason to deceive the people as to a pretext for war – or any other violent conflict – or to misuse the term “national security” to obscure investigation as to the moral soundness of causus beli. Further it is an act of treason to recklessly incite hostility with other nations.  The intelligence community shall be constrained to gathering & analyzing information and shall be accountable to trustworthy members of the Lawful Militia so that legitimate secrets shall be held secure while criminality rightly exposed for lawful prosecution.

6)    A lawful government promotes self-sufficiency and genuine charity.  Those that are dependent upon government largess – until such time as the welfare state is phased out shall forfeit the right to vote while all other rights shall be protected with the exception of those that have become disabled in public service – such as military, police, firefighters & medical technicians – their right to vote shall be protected even though they may be unable to support themselves and therefore dependent upon public support.

7)    The Lawful Militia – meaning the people at large shall be reinstated:  trained, armed & otherwise equipped, organized & disciplined to maintain the rule of law.  The Lawful Militia shall be in harmony with law enforcement with mutual accountability.  The Lawful Militia shall have common law jurisdiction to hold the body politic accountable.  Further, the Lawful Militia shall maintain electoral integrity with tangible balloting & political gatherings such as caucuses.

8)    Undocumented aliens shall be given the opportunity to get their affairs in order and be given morally sound assistance in reinstating lawful government as they are repatriated – or those found to be fugitives shall be handed over for lawful prosecution with due process.

9)    The term “regulate” as used in the United States Constitution shall be clarified to mean “to make regular” – that is to facilitate consistency for fair and honorable trade between the states thus no presumed authority to operate under the color of law shall be allowed to stand

10)                  All contracts are to be under common law standards which require full disclosure – and must be within the common sense understanding of morality.  The Federal government – including the Federal Judiciary shall only have authority within the limited enumerated powers of the United States Constitution while Territories of the District of Columbia must be openly & honestly declared.

11)                  Pay for Congress shall be the median wage of the average American wage earner with a bonus based on an honest assessment of the economic health of our nation.  Lodging – travel and meals within reason shall be accommodated.

12)                  No political affiliation has legitimacy to obstruct ballot access nor access to political debate.  Controlled opposition that evades legitimate dissent is not legitimate debate.

Several dozen U.S. Army active duty and reserve troops were told last week that the American Family Association, a well-respected Christian ministry, should be classified as a domestic hate group because the group advocates for traditional family values.

The briefing was held at Camp Shelby in Mississippi and listed the AFA alongside domestic hate groups like the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam.

A soldier who attended the briefing contacted me and sent me a photograph of a slide show presentation that listed AFA as a domestic hate group. Under the AFA headline is a photograph of Westboro Baptist Church preacher Fred Phelps holding a sign reading “No special law for f***.”
