ONE must ask of one's self "What is the Federal Reserve Banking System and Ms. Yellen [Chm.] hiding in the Feds banking system when

At the House hearing, Representative Bill Posey (R-Fla.) and Representative Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) not only pressed Mrs. Yellen on what she’d think of Paul’s bill if it were operational, they also touched on monetary policy—the Holy Grail of Fed operations.

Mrs. Yellen’s demeanor noticeably changed when that sore spot was exposed. She made it clear that in no manner whatsoever would the Fed ever allow an in-depth government audit to “second guess” the sacred monetary policy conducted behind closed doors by the Fed’s Open Market Committee (FOMC).

That committee publishes minutes and a basic schedule, but even presidents and Congress members cannot attend FOMC’s meetings. The Fed calls that “independence,” which it certainly is. But critics say that deciding how much money enters the economy, and under what terms, is a critical piece of the Fed’s actions that needs to be much better understood and closely watched, not hidden.

An unavoidable question is that if Bachmann and Posey think an audit is so important, then why don’t we see more action on these ready-to-go audit bills?

When Mrs. Yellen indicated that she finds it hard to believe Congress may not fully trust the Federal Reserve, Posey shot back: “Some of us believe in the adage ‘trust but verify.’”

He told Mrs. Yellen that federal agencies are subjected to government audits that the Fed somehow avoids, apart from sundry audits conducted by private accounting firms. Why not the Fed?

Posey stressed to Mrs. Yellen that Paul’s audit bill limits itself to “post-decision audits.” That means that individual Fed actions, including those taken by the FOMC, would not be second-guessed. Posey thought that condition would cure Mrs. Yellen’s jitters about elected officials looking over the Fed’s shoulder when it devises and implements monetary policy.

He was mistaken.

While Mrs. Yellen made a throw-away remark that perhaps the Government Accountability Office could visit the Fed and read its meeting transcripts, she kept returning to the same-old Fed boilerplate that “political” intervention (read: public input or real accountability) is not welcome at the Federal Reserve.

“An audit is different than second-guessing policy judgments,” she stated with a faint hint of contempt.

As if reading a script, Mrs. Yellen repeated that the Fed’s assigned duty is to “maximize sustainable employment and price stability.” She added: “[Keeping] inflation running well below 2% is our objective.”

Mrs. Bachmann, who also pressed Mrs. Yellen about her view of an audit, stressed that there is growing public criticism of the Fed. She asked how struggling Americans could ever hope to have any control over their often gloomy economic destinies if the Fed insists that a real public audit is unacceptable.

Mrs. Yellen only replied that committee hearings like this one were pretty much all Americans and Congress could ever hope to have in terms of influencing or in any way trying to steer the Fed.

Among other things, Mrs. Yellen said the Fed has plans to carry out “proposed rulemaking” to address highly risky ventures engaged in by banks. This was in response to a question on why most banks engage in elaborate investments without providing a practical benefit to the productive sector. She added that the Fed would cooperate with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which she feels has more authority in this respect.

She also declared the dollar is stable and will always be the world’s reserve currency. But she made that statement while largely avoiding the question of what the Fed would do if the dollar loses its reserve status amid nations increasingly trading with other currencies.

She casually dodged the statement by Representative Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) that “we need Jimmy Stewart banking back in the U.S.” He was referring to the community-friendly banker played by Stewart in “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

Sherman is concerned that the Fed is too tolerant of banks that only loan to large interests and deny loans to small business owners.

Scandaroon actually translates as Alexander the Great, and Scandaroon pigeons and homing pigeons have been some of the most influential influence on war, homing pigeons. So the information that came to the Rothschilds was that Wellington was winning, and they passed the information to everyone else that Napoleon was winning, and they used that to manipulate the stock market and then buy up when it was at its lowest. That gave them the Bank of England. Jörn: This is Nathan Mayer de Rothschild. The Rothschilds took over the 'Breeding rights' of the British Monarchy Greg: 22nd of June 1815. Now after that the British Royal Family were also in debt to the Rothschilds, and then the Rothschilds took over the ‘Breeding Rights’ of the British Royal Family. So Nathan Mayer Rothschild, who was a head of the Rothschild’s dynasty in England, started to breed with the British Royals, as did his son Lionel Nathan Rothschild. So we find that from about the time of Queen Victoria, that the children were all fathered by Rothschilds and were illegitimate, and what I am going to show you, they were also bigamously born, meaning that a lot of the Royals are not Royals at all. Jörn: And it’s true that the Bank of England was taken over by the Rothschilds in 1815, that same year. Greg: 22nd of June, yeah. Jörn: That’s amazing. So, yeah that made them control Europe of course, as Napoleon was controlling Europe before the battle, and then he got defeated, and that put the Rothschilds in charge. Can you elaborate a little bit about Napoleon’s escape from St. Helena, and where he is buried today, because that is not very well known in modern history. Greg: He officially died in 1821 but he escaped in February 1820, and he had a seaman who looked similar to him. So he put out a round robin to find somebody who looked like him, and they came up with a seaman called Eugene Lenormond, and Eugene Lenormond sailed to St. Helena and then rode ashore into a cave and met Napoleon in a cave. And Napoleon got down the cave on a silk rope ladder, which was hidden in a teachest which was delivered to his house, and so the silk ladder was incredibly strong and incredibly light. So they made an exchange of a few words and their clothing, and then Eugene Lenormond climbed up the ladder and became Napoleon in St. Helena, and Napoleon sailed back, his was heading for Brest and he ended up going to Antwerp and then making his way back to Paris. And he tried to claim that he was Napoleon, but there were all these people in a mental asylum, claiming that they were Napoleon and dressed like Napoleon, so he decided that that was not a good idea, so he became a watermelon salesman. And he is buried in St. Thomas cemetery in Paris, right in view of the French Defense Department, so they have got like an eight story building, and they look out of their window and have their cups of tea, and look down on the grave of Eugene Lenormond, which is Napoleon. And they have little tea and chocolates and little ... Napoleon Napoleon Jörn: And I assume that Eugene Lenormond is Greg: They soon found out that Eugene Lenormond was a fake, so they poisoned him and killed him. And the British were quite happy, because they did not have to fund his stay on St. Helena anymore. Jörn: That’s amazing. Greg: History is actually full of these weird things. When Eugene Lenormond died, they shipped his body to Paris and they built a mausoleum for him, and it took about 20 years to build a mausoleum, and during that time the British stole the body, that they thought was Napoleon, and buried him in the horse guards, which is in between Scotland Yard and Buckingham Palace, and the Duke of Wellington used to visit the grave of what he thought was Napoleon and talked to it every day. But it wasn’t. Abraham Lincoln's suppposed father never existed Jörn: Amazing. Ok. Next question. The murder on President Abraham Lincoln in 1865, was it rigged, was it an occult hit, what else can you tell us about Abraham Lincoln. Greg: Abraham Lincoln was never Abraham Lincoln. His father was A. A. Springs and his supposed father Thomas Lincoln never physically existed. [In ‘The Synagogue of Satan’ Andrew Carrington Hitchcock states that this is a previously-held misnomer and G.H. has no problem with A.C.H.’s claim.] Lincoln Abraham Lincoln He had a wife called Mary, and he also had a bodyguard, and he used to sleep with his bodyguard. So he was that way inclined. His wife Mary had a lot of slaves, they came from a large slave owning family, and 31 years before the American civil war, which was propagandized to think that it was to end slavery, but 31 years before the combined harvester and the mechanical reaper had been invented, and that meant that slaves were now very expensive to keep, so they were trying to get rid of the slaves. So they decided to have an American civil war to free the slaves, and then sent the slaves into war and killed off the slaves and then took their cotton via mechanical reaper and combined harvester. So they decided to have a civil war and put both sides of America, the northern states and the southern states, in debt, both banks, bring in the single greenback notes and virtually bankrupt the north and the south, kill off a whole lot of slaves, and call that the end of slavery. So it was a rig. And then, my understanding is that the assassination of Lincoln was faked, because all we’ve got is a couple of etchings, someone who was called for who may or may not have done it, and then set free. And you can tell that Abraham Lincoln was a British Agent, because when you go to Bank in London, in the Royal Exchange Building, there is a statue of Abraham Lincoln, a bust there. Someone actually put a bullet hole in the statue, and next to him is, I think, John Paul Reuters. So you have got Lincoln here, there is the doors to the Exchange Building behind you, there is Lincoln here and John Paul Reuters there, who was the propagandist from Reuters, so they were all working together. There is just so much of history now that you can’t trust, and I don’t trust that Abraham Lincoln was assassinated at all, especially since his father Thomas Lincoln never existed. His real father was A. A. Jörn: Bill Clinton is the half brother of Queen Elizabeth Closely related: Bill Clinton is the half brother of Queen Elizabeth II Right. And he was protected – Bill Clinton – by Queen Elizabeth II, wasn’t he. Greg: Yeah. She called up a favour, because Bill Clinton is the half brother of Queen Elizabeth II, because Queen Elizabeth is also the biological daughter of Winston Churchill by artificial insemination, and it was one of the first cases of artificial insemination, and it’s the same for Princess Margaret. And the Irish knew about it, but, you know, there is no real media in Ireland, it doesn’t get into the Mainstream media, it is side-lined because they know. Jörn: That’s amazing. Yeah. Anyway, talking about more holes in history. We are gonna talk about my personal favourite history aspect what happened which is the sinking of the passenger ship the Titanic, which happened on the 15th of April 1912, when the ship hit the supposed iceberg on the 14th of April 1912. So when I sum up all these similarities and coincidences about it and most likely the reasons why this ship had to go down, and who died on it, you wonder what really happened. So I will give the summary right now and then we will ask you for your comment. So we are talking about the passenger ship the Titanic which hit the iceberg on the 14th of April 1912. The 'Sinking' of the Titanic made it possible for the Federal Reserve Act to be pushed through, which paved the way to the financing of World War I It was the biggest ship in the world that was ever built at that time called ‘unsinkable’ under lots of propaganda through the media. It was the ship’s first maiden voyage and the captain’s last maiden voyage, as he was going to retire 2 or 3 days later in New York, and New York was the destination for the ship and its trip. The next year the Federal Reserve Partial Owner and Titanic funder J. P. Morgan cancelled his trip with the Titanic. He was supposed to go on the ship and travel along to New York, but he cancelled his trip a few days before the ship had to sail. Sinking of the Titan The Wreck of the Titan - published 11 years before the Titanic was built A book, which I show right now here to the audience called ‘The Sinking of the Titan’, written by author Morgan Robertson, this book came out in 1898, which is eleven years before the ship was ever built, and this book has all the Titanic aspects written in it eleven years before the ship was ever built. So coincidence or not, it looks like the whole event was orchestrated according to this book, and it is still available today at Amazon, where I bought it myself. But there is more: the Titanic was heading towards New York, in New York called the Empire State. When the ship was launched on the 31st of May 1911, a person called James Dobbins lost his leg, and died the next day. This was seen as a very bad omen for the ship. The Titanic also missed ramming another ship while leaving the Port of Southhampton on the 10th of April 1912 by a few meters, and one of the coalbunkers got on fire for the entire trip until the ship sunk. Sailing full speed through an ice field with not enough life boats by half, in a dark moonless night with missing binoculars, and a too small of a rudder – as they found out with the sea trials they did, the ship had a very slow reaction to its steering capacities. The lookouts in the crows nest looking for iceberg that fatal night were in the open with no windshield, so their eyesight was impaired with the ice in their eyes. With the known minus 2° Celcius sea water temperature, they know that it is 2 minutes that people go into hyperthermia, but it might be 5 minutes. Greg: It would be 2. Jörn: It was real cold. Putting the engines in reverse when the iceberg was seen is not a smart reaction to do, because it took the pressure off the rudder, while trying to avoid and steer away from the iceberg. As it sunk in 1912, that is exactly 100 years before the alleged end of the Mayan calendar, which ends in 2012, the first few life boats were lowered with half or less than half their capacity, and another passenger ship, the California, was only 10 miles away from the Titanic when it was sinking, could have saved everyone, but the captain of that ship ignored the spotted and seen white colour emergency flags because they were not in red colour seen. Going on, with the design of the Titanic, the 15 watertight bulk heads that make the 16 water tight compartments due to budget costs, they were only raised from the keel to E-DECK, so they knew that if the first five compartments would be breached, the ship was doomed, and the Poms couldn’t save the ship. That was done by project costs allegedly. The Titanic was given the wrong colour emergency flares, white instead of red. Abraham Lincoln, we just discussed him, being a British Agent, as you said and also written in your books, was shot on April 14th 1865 as a British Agent in the head, and died the next day April 15th 1865. And the Titanic was a British ship, as it was registered in Liverpool, struck the iceberg on her bow, which is her head basically, on the 14th of April 1912 and sunk and hit the bottom the next day, which is April 15, 1912. All opposition to the Federal Reserve System in America were eliminated with the sinking of the Titanic, and their names were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isa Strauss and John Jacob Astor, and those people were one of the richest people in the world at that time. This way the Federal Reserve Act was pushed through US Congress a year later, which made the USA a debtor nation, which is a nation in debt by its – how do you say that? The Jesuits had sufficient funding through the Federal Reserve Bank to begin World War I Greg: Financial prostitution. Jörn: And 8 months after this act was signed by American President Woodrow Wilson, the Jesuits had sufficient funding through the Federal Reserve Bank to begin World War I for us. The Jesuit order is controlled by the Rothschilds, Morgans and Rockefellers who now own the Federal Reserve. So, knowing all that, it’s not inconceivable that we’ve heard so much about the famous voyage of the Titanic, because it was one of the most perfect crimes ever committed, I would suspect, and as Hitler later on said: ‘The bigger the lie, the more people will believe it.’ I would ask you: how was it made sure that she would go down, the Titanic, because it is not coincidence what we are talking about here now. Greg: So to get an overview: was it 51 years between the shooting of Abraham Lincoln and the sinking of the Titanic? Jörn: 1865 to 1912. So that is 35 plus 12, is 47 years. Greg: Ok. Well, both have to do with the huge financial changes in America. One was bringing in the greenbacks and ending slavery, because that was expensive, and the other was bringing in the Federal Reserve, which created slavery for both whites and blacks, African Americans from 1961 according to history. So, what was your question? Jörn: The question was, knowing that disaster events are not engineered to happen, they are allowed to happen or a combination of both . . . Greg: No, they are actually engineered, they are pre-engineered with the design of the ship and the budget cuts during the building of the Titanic, if it was the Titanic and not the Olympus. But they are also built according to the novel, and the novel that was written might actually have been commissioned as well, because the powers that be like to have the old ‘I told you so’ or ‘We told you so’, and they certainly outlined that the Titanic could sink. My personal view is that it was sunk by a can opener submarine which were available from about 1870. Jörn: Can openers. Greg: Can opener submarines, how do you describe it, you know, a bit comes out of the side of the submarine, and it runs along the side of the ship and chews through the walls of the ship and fills up the holes with water and then tills the ship and sinks it. [A more recent theory is that the steel was of low quality and the pot-rivets although massive, were of very low quality steel and incredibly brittle. In the cold water they virtually snapped when tapped.] Jörn: For the people who will find that hard to believe as the ship was sailing - the ship was stopped allegedly when it was struck by the iceberg. Greg: They used a can opener submarine on a ship on the top of South Ireland on the 16th of February 1986 and it was actually engineered with the complete complicity of the New Zealand government and the New Zealand navy as well. Yeah, so can opener submarine. And they changed the SOS just beforehand to a CQD signal, which no one really appreciated, so when the SOS was given out, it was not acknowledged. They changed the warning flares from red to white, and people were shooting out white flares to celebrate, so it was completely missed. And what we were given in history was that some old woman lost a ring, and it was found on the bottom of the ocean, and her love was for a lower class man, and some people played violins when the ship sunk, and that is what we were given. It is a joke history. Jörn: Could it be that mind control was behind all this? Greg: I think some of the crew were mind-controlled, and I think the captain was in on it. Jörn: The captain died, the First Officer who was on a watch committed suicide that same night . . . Greg: Yeah, but so we are told, and no one saw the iceberg. So, you know, what’s the truth? You can disregard so much of the eyewitness reports. Jörn: And you got all the symbolisms and coincidences all lined up. Sinking ships is a complete art form Greg: Sinking ships is a complete art form, and it is done again and again and again, and if you consider that it was the British who sank the ship that Lord Kitchener was on on the 5th of June 1916, and that it was self-sabotage – they wanted to kill him, but at the same time they killed another 680 men, but they just wanted to kill Kitchener, you know. The sabotage of ships is done repeatedly, and it’s often self-sabotage. So it is often done either as an insurance job, or with the complicity of governments. Like, it was Winston Churchill who was behind the sinking of the Lusitania to bring America into World War I. Lusitania Jörn: Yes, Lord Greg, I was going to ask you that in World War I, was the sinking of the passenger ship Lusitania on the 7th of May 1915 off the south coast of Ireland, was that an inside job as well? Greg: It was completely organised by Winston Churchill. He was the Sea Lord. The Lusitania was loaded with gun cotton on the holes, so if it was going to be hit by a torpedo, the whole ship was going to explode. So it left Cunard Pier in New York on the 1st of May 1915 and motored towards Ireland. Now the British sent a cipher to their own agents in Queenstown in Southern Ireland saying that they wanted the escort for the Lusitania removed. So that went, and it was in a cipher that the Germans could understand, so they knew that the escort was not going to be there. And then the Germans torpedoed the Lusitania. It had gun cotton on the sides and it was doing 15 to 18 knots. So instead of taking 1 to 2 hours to sink, it ploughed down in 18 minutes with a loss of about 1200 people, and that was used to bring America into World War I. Jörn: Right. It’s amazing. Greg: Yes, absolute sabotage. History is a Con Jörn: So with all those examples, it’s safe to say that history is a con, it’s a lie, it’s manipulated. With all those being inside jobs, and rigged history examples, do we have any real history or non-rigged events that were not manipulated? How far do we have to go back in time? Greg: Probably ‘til when I put my glasses back on to maintain continuity. Are we in rigged history now or in unrigged history? Well, pre-Arcon. Jörn: Pre-Arcon? That’s about 2000 years? Greg: Maybe more, maybe, you know, before Alexander the Great. History has been rigged as long history has been written. Jörn: Right. That’s amazing. With massive holes Greg: Absolutely massive holes, yeah. Jörn: And this includes History Channel, National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel. They don’t tell you that Hitler was in England. Hitler in England Greg: Yeah. They all skip that Hitler was in England, and if it is produced that Hitler was in England, then it’s produced as a conspiracy and then written off, and then written off with distractions. Oh yes, and Hitler had nephews, and they were in New York, and they all have changed their names, and it’s all very confusing and very badly produced. What they tend to do is, they show documents, but they show them instant and then blurred, so you can’t get any valuable information out of it. So you really have to get into the details, the devil is in the details. Jörn: With the Titanic being sunk by a can opener submarine, are there any more examples of other ships that were sunk by a can opener submarine? Greg: There is a recent example in New Zealand on the 16th of February 1986 with the sinking of the Mikhail Lermontov. It was taken out of Picton Harbour on top of the South Island by the pilot for Picton who was called Don Jamison. And normally they go right round the South Island and they are heading down the west coast. And in this case he cut in between two rocks at [Port Jackson sic] Cape Jackson between the lighthouse and another rock, Palum Rock rock. He was close to the right hand side of the rocks, which meant that if he hit a rock, it was going to cut on the right-hand-side of the ship. Instead a can opener submarine cut a 13 meters long hole, 5.5 meters below sea level on the left-hand-side of the ship. And the ship came round, it was still motoring and it went into a shallow bay about 100 metres off shore, so that people could actually get into the life boats and rode ashore, and the life boats could come back and they could unload people. It got in close to shore, and then it turned around, this is with the breach of the hole, it turned around and motored into deeper water. They sent a ‘May Day!’ out at about 6.07 pm, about half an hour after it got breached. No one received that ‘May Day!’ call, no one officially received it. The ship was calculated as due to sink at 9.30 pm. The rescue boats arrived ten minutes later, so it was due to sink at 9.20, the rescue boats arrived at 9.30, and the ship ended up sinking at 9.27 pm. It was supposed to sink with a lot of lives lost, and that didn’t happen. What did happen was, one Russian sailor was reported dead, and when the ship sank, it was giving off a sonar beep at midnight every night, and that was actually mapping out the floor of the Cook Straight for the Trawler Wars. Helen Clark is a KGB gang-bang prostitute As well, 52 KGB Agents got off that ship and infiltrated into New Zealand, and that same year we had ‘Goods and Services Tax’ brought into New Zealand, the homosexual law reform bill was passed and the Pope came to visit. Richard Prebble intoned that Helen Clark and Margaret Wilson were responsible and they were both KGB-Agents. Margaret Wilson sent out a press release from St. Petersburg in 1987, saying that people needed more face-to-face time with the Russians, and that was during the Cold War. She was a KGB prostitute. And Helen Clark was a KGB gang-bang prostitute and she turned out to be a paedophile as well in the style of Janet Reno, and she was in a cover marriage to a homosexual child sex abuser called Peter Davis. And Helen Clark and Margaret Wilson, who were major players and instigators in the sinking of the Lermontov, then became lawmakers in New Zealand. Helen Clark became Prime Minister, and Margaret Wilson became Attorney-General and Speaker of the House of Parliament, and Helen Clark went on to become the third in charge of the United Nations, specifically in charge of developing nations, which as we know was genocide through vaccinations, and blood with AIDS in it etc. Jörn: And that is where she’s positioned right now? Greg: That’s where she is right now, yeah. And the minister who brought in the ‘Goods and Services Tax’ that same year in 1986 is Roger Douglas, and in 1999 he was convicted of paedophilia by his stepson, and then that information was suppressed. So there’s a major theme in history where sexual deviants, people who are not heterosexual, and people who are shamed by their sexual practices, are the ones who are making history to our detriment, and influencing history to our detriment. Almost as though they are commissioned to sink ships, and sink the ships of nations in order to maintain cover for their sexual practices, and once they’ve done their double jeopardy deeds, they are promoted further and further and given everlasting cover which includes a fake history written about them. So, if you look at ‘who gains’, Helen Clark and Margaret Wilson became Prime Minister, Third in charge of the United Nations, Attorney General and Speaker of the House of Parliament. And in the same situation, we should look at the Titanic and see ‘who gains’, and the person who gained was J.P. Morgan. He lost the Titanic, got the insurance money, and then got the Federal Reserve. Jörn: Which was pushed through the next year. The Federal Reserve Act. Greg: 1913. Jörn: Which paved the way to the financing of World War I. Greg: Yeah. So in New Zealand, with the sinking of the Mikhail Lermontov, the equivalent to the Federal Reserve was the ‘Goods and Services Tax’ which is a tax of 10% on every exchange of money. That then went up to 12.5% and more recently it’s gone up to 15%. And what it does is, it cripples the poor, it doesn’t affect the rich at all. Cui bono - Who benefits Jörn: Right. It’s always very important to ask the question ‘Who benefits?’ isn’t it. Greg: Cui bono? Jörn: ‘Cui bono’ is Latin for ‘Who benefits’. I might be wrong, but I think it was a law in old Greece. Cui bono, who benefits. Greg: We should look at it in terms of war as well, and we will get on to Hitler and how he benefitted, and how the British benefitted from having an Austrian running Germany, and run Germany into the ground. When the Chinese were traunching in money for the RV, and sent money to BOA of which part was to be sent on to other banks, they refused and placed the funds in the "roll" program to make money for themselves. They were involved in the fraud of the purchase of AIG. When they got the bailout moneys from the government, rather than move it to the economy making loans to businesses, they kept it for themselves. They had some honest bankers who were ready to do the right thing and had come to a meeting in New York. They were on Sully Sulenberger's plane that ditched in the river because it was hit with a missile that was meant to kill them. They have been involved in so much of the cabal's crimes that they deserve to be taken down. The Chinese even bought controlling interest in BOA before traunching in the RV moneys. COMMENTS FROM ERASMUS OF AMERICA - FEB. 26, 2014

     An economic study of America done around 1987 concluded that outlawing prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America cost American labor each year around one trillion dollars in lost wages and cost American business likely around a one trillion dollar bigger national market to sell to each year if the Americans had remained moral as a people. In Austria before World War I, there were rural areas which took seriously things like the moral teachings of the 10 Commandments and no jails nor police were needed in those areas as no crimes occurred there in communities with strong moral values. In America communities like the Mennonite or other Christian equivalents, it was a basic pattern that crime did not appear among them and there was little to no need for local police to watch the serious Christians there for criminal activity. In other American communities where the Bible and prayer were used in the local public schools, many were known to be so moral in character people never locked their homes in those communities as their communities were safe from local crime.

     Many years ago I remember talking to one couple who had lived in such a community and they commented how no one in their area then ever had to lock their homes as there was no threat of crime to force them to lock their homes. However, everyone respected the rights of others and you did not enter a home without asking through the screen door or whatever if it was okay for you to enter their home or not. The early Chinese who came to America also taught a moral lesson how to eliminate nearly all crime from society. At least until corrupted by "politically correct" American culture, only one Chinese in 4,000 among their youth ever got in trouble with the law. You dishonored your family if you broke the law and so they did not allow crime among their children they were raising. Hint to all Americans today! They did not want their parents to "lose face" in society by dishonoring them

through crime as youths! 

     I heard 90 year old Rev. Ernest Angley on Christian TV this last week talk how in his age they had prayer and the Bible in the public schools. The effect was that the kids were great who attended the public schools and they didn't have the crime and bad behaviour seen in public schools today raised on no moral values at all and nothing to believe in that America was founded upon!

      Early court decisions including U.S. Supreme Court recognized the legal right to have under the U.S. Bill of Rights prayer and the Bible in the local schools. The U.S. Supreme Court later becoming "politically correct" no longer had legal integrity towards the original intent and terms of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights so now outlawed what were legal rights the American Revolution of 1776 was fought to make sure could never be taken away from the American people. Thomas Jefferson when President of America pushed for the Christian Bible and Watts Christian Hymnal to become the two required textbooks to be used in all public schools of America. The best friend of Thomas Jefferson was James Madison, "Father of the U.S. Bill of Rights" who saw no violation of the U.S. Bill of Rights in this and so never protested to Thomas Jefferson that he was acting contrary to the legal intent of the U.S. Bill of Rights by pushing for the Christian Bible and Watts Christian Hymnal to be used in all schools of America. Too many Americans have become lovers of lies and haters of truth so try to oppose prayer and the Bible in the public schools of America based upon lies of the Communist Party of America in the 1930's which wrote this fraudulent interpretation of law based upon the letter of Thomas Jefferson where he wrote on "separation of state and church." The Baptists knew what he was referring to which was a well known Christian writing saying that the rights of Christianity must never be violated in America so there must be a separation of state and church where the state could never claim authority to take away the rights of the Christian churches in America. See how the Communists and lawyers they taught in the Ivy League colleges and universities reversed the truth and then passed off Communist legal lies as truth and historical truths as lies according to the Communist engineered "politically correct" new interpretation why the American Revolution was fought in 1776! They ignored such things as the Committees of Correspondence which organized the American Revolution had as their rallying cry, "We will  have no king but Jesus!" as their reason for fighting the American Revolution of 1776! How the Communists lied when they rewrote American history for the gullible among the American people and how the Washington politicians and federal judges lie through their teeth claiming that the federal government was not supposed to respect the rights of the Christian churches in America and consider them beyond the authority of the federal government to take away their rights and tell Christianity in America what it was allowed to teach or not to its Christian followers in America. The very letter of Thomas Jefferson saying that the federal government had no legal authority to take away the rights of the Christian churches in America was instead claimed by Wash., D.C. to legally say that the federal government had the legal authority to take away the rights of Christianity in America and tell Christianity what it was allowed to preach and legally restricted so it could not easily reach the American people any longer.

     Who in Wash., D.C. has legal integrity towards the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights? If you do have legal integrity, then push our proposed Omni Law so we can restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools of America as Thomas Jefferson supported, not opposed, as correct under American law! Thomas Jefferson on top of pushing that the Bible and Christian Watts Hymnal be the two required textbooks to be used in all schools in America, also took federal funds to have the American Indians evangelized so they would be able to become American citizens and join the Christian culture of the American people. He also used federal funds to supply Christian Bibles to the American Indians. And his best friend James Madison, "Father of the U.S. Bill of Rights" saw this policy of Thomas Jefferson as legally correct under the U.S. Bill of Rights. The U.S. Bill of Rights only restricted the federal government so it could not make one denominational church the national church of America like the Church of England was. Beyond that the federal government was free to back the Christian culture in America. And the same chambers where Congress met on weekdays was on weekends used as a worshipping Christian church for those living in Wash., D.C., just not belonging to any special denomination as such. Remember that Benjamin Franklin pushed that Congress have a Christian chaplain to lead it in prayer so America could have the favor of God upon it as a national government! I think all in Congress approved of this suggestion to be a permanent policy of the U.S. Congress henceforth! See how the "politically correct" political leaders and federal judges lie like all hell itself in order to justify their legal moves to take away all legal rights from the Christian churches and Christians in America! And it is obvious that the Christians are the only group in America which apparently do not think their rights are worth defending while the Gay lobby, etc.  are vigorous to defend their positions and the Christians just stay home and do not defend the legal rights of Christians and churches in America. Time for the Christians to wake up to the modern world and force the politicians and judges to notice that the Christians are standing up once more in America and will not tolerate Washington abuse of their legal rights in America any longer!

     I think one religious writer did a super great job of explaining the 10 Commandments in the Old Testament for Christians to read and understand and for Jews to read and understand. And people of other faiths or no faith could read this book and get the true total intent of what the 10 Commandments said and meant in the Bible. She did an inspired and brilliant job of showing the technical intent and spirit behind the 10 Commandments. They make enormous sense for society to follow their moral teachings when you read this book. I refer to Dr. Laura Schlessinger who wrote the book "THE TEN COMMANDMENTS" - THE SIGNIFICANCE OF GOD'S LAWS IN EVERYDAY LIFE " - CLIFF STREET BOOKS AND COPYRIGHTED IN 1998. She also had the help of Rabbi Stewart Vogel in technical points so the Christian perspective and Jewish perspective of the 10 Commandments are well represented in this book.

     Not criticism, just an observation as an economist about this book. It shows the ethical approach to what prices to set on products to sell in the marketplace. As an economist, the standards she shows well fit within the framework of what is right under the standards understood under the 10 Commandments. But there is also justification for higher rates of percentage of profits when special moral factors are involved. For example if you carry a specialty item that does not sell often and you carry it as a special service or favor to the public, you can be justified to mark it up more over the original cost to justify carrying it as it may not pay for itself otherwise as it does not represent the profit margin necessary otherwise to carry it in your business. Having a heavy background in wholesale and retail, special situations require different rates of profits. For example, in wholesaling if the volume is there, I knew one wholesaler who started from nowhere and became a millionaire by marking his wholesale items just 10% over his own original cost. But in retail, that is likely a disastrous policy to commit to unless you have the high volume to keep you in business while offering it so cheaply to the public. Don't forget the costs of business such as utilities, rent or else buying your business location, advertising expenses, wages of employees, costs you pay yourself so you can run this business, etc. Not criticism of this writer, just expansion of a theme among many that she showed in this book and did a great job on.

      Having read the Bible at length, Jesus Himself expanded the 10 Commandments in understood meaning when He said that to look at a woman with adultery in your heart was also adultery and not just the physical act. Or when you hated someone with murder in your heart, you had also committed murder by what was in your heart. I remember a Father Kuhn of St. Matthews Cathedral in Wash., D.C. of many years ago who also talked like this woman writer in her book. His points of the total application of the 10 Commandments included such as if you lie about a person in order to destroy unjustly their reputation before the public, then that is also murder under the meaning of the 10 Commandments. And applying to Wash., D.C., when you unjustly destroy the income of an innocent party who did not deserve criminal attack from the federal government, that also is murder in the eyes of God under the 10 Commandments. 

      And now coming in strongly on the early Christian writings on the 10 Commandments. They heavily played up that Jesus had condensed the 10 Commandments into two for the New Testament meaning New Covenant. But you still had the same effect in what you would do or not to be right and acceptable before God. The two foundational commandments of Jesus Christ were to love God totally and to love your fellow man or neighbor as yourself. If you love God for real, no problem worshipping God at least once a week to show your love and respect for God. As pointed out in two of my other reports, the Apostle Paul attended a Christian worship service that had Holy Communion and this worship service was on Sunday instead of Saturday. That is in the New Testament where the Greek lad fell off the third level loft and died from the fall until the Apostle Paul prayed him back to life and then continued the Sunday worship service. Christians could worship on Saturday or Sunday with either day being okay as the weekly service or else the Apostle Paul would not have shown approval of this by attending Christian worship services on Saturday (mostly for converted Jews in the beginning) and also on Sunday (likely more for the Gentiles who were now Christians and maybe they could leave their jobs on Sunday easier than Saturday and so long as they honored God at least once a week by a general assembly of Christians for worship, this was allowed and accepted as the Christian Sabbath in effect as Jesus arose on Sunday which they called the 8th Day of the week and also the Lord's Day in early Christianity.) 

      The Christians practiced the two foundational commandments given them by Jesus Christ as really the same as taught earlier by the written and understood applications of the original 10 Commandments. If you love your neighbor, then you don't lie to him. You don't steal from him. You don't covet his property or his wife. You don't murder him. And so forth. And among many applications of this, you want good national government for your neighbor as yourself as you want your neighbor to have his or her rights respected in society the same as yours! And you want prosperity in the nation so your neighbor can be blessed as well as you by living in this nation with good and moral government. And if you love God as you should, you not only attend weekly Christian worship services of the assembly (early name for local churches whose first pastors were called presidents because the local churches elected them to be their pastors. Even bishops which term meant that they were overseers over the local churches gathered together as one mother city church were themselves elected by the people and pastors of that city mother church and once approved by examination of two or more visiting bishops and ordained by them were then installed in office over that local mother city church. Even the Bishop of Rome was elected by the local population of Rome for I think over 1,000 years in Rome and was an elected bishop which was also a president legally but also had the honorary position of president of the councils of elected bishops which governed early Christianity as its effective government of Christianity then which originally was known as the Catholic Church which in Latin meant the universal church of Jesus Christ. 

      And we should finance the churches representing us, the Christian leaders whether clerical or laity which effectively pushed Christianity to mankind in general, and as the Bible taught, he who backs a prophet of God also shares in the rewards from God that God is going to give that prophet (anointed by God leader) special rewards for his or her special ministry before God. A prophet could mean one who gives you prophecies or an interpreting prophet as early Christianity called them who explained hard to understand Bible prophecies or one who speaks with anointed spirit of God teaching you the basic principles of God that you need to understand so that you can be a good Christian making God happy with your spiritual development as a Christian who grows in the love and faith of Jesus Christ.

      I think Dr. Laura Schlessinger wrote a religious classic on the 10 Commandments and understanding them correctly. I therefore support that her inspired work be a textbook used in all schools using prayer and the Bible in their school studies. I think this is a great reference work for Roman Catholics to read, Greek Orthodox Catholics to read, Pentecostal, Lutherans, Episcopalians, etc. to read, and all seriously religious Jews divided into their separate branches like the Catholics and Protestants also to read and find the common religious heritage both Christians and Jews have in the common Old Testament meaning Old Covenant we all share together! When you read her book, it may occur to you like it did to me that Jesus taught the mercy teachings of the Old Testament and expanded them in the New Covenant called the New Testament. There is an old Jewish proverb I think applies to our time of history: "It takes intelligence to serve God well!" And Dr. Albert Schweitzer said basically the same thing for Christianity, "Christianity must be founded upon thinking!"

      Like the Apostle Paul I am guilty of long sermons if I allow myself to go on. This report stops here so this is not too long for the people to read! I hope I have opened up your eyes how we restore the Bible culture to the American people who have forgotten their Christian roots in the American Revolution of 1776. As the Continental Congress said running the American Revolution, the main reason for the American Revolution was so we would establish a Christian nation that would spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the whole world! And that same Continental Congress ordered 20,000 Christian Bibles to issue to the soldiers of the Continental Army under George Washington fighting the American Revolution. As the Continental Congress said, the Bible was the political textbook of the American Revolution! And as George Washington called his soldiers fighting under him, they were the soldiers fighting for their King Jesus Christ and His cause on earth!

She's been "off the grid" for a year or so.  She's being told to "hook up." 

Can the municipality compel it?

Probably.

It's not a matter of whether a municipality has authority to compel anyone to do anything, because no such "legislative" authority exists.  The appearance of such authority derives from the reality that "federal" means "federal."  In other words, it's a question of whether there's a commercial nexus, and it's possible that there is. 

In the area of water, in particular, it's a matter of sanitation, and if there's a working septic tank system on that property, then the sanitation issue is reduced.  If the property is recognized in "this state," then there are possible "gotcha agreements" that this lady isn't aware that she may already have entered into.

This "rain water" collection angle is "everywhere," these days.  "Rain water" is possible to "tax" and its use subject to regulation if - but only if - the land is still being rendered subject to the "choice of law" of the "place" called "this state."  There are agreements in that whole stack of papers presented only immediately prior to closing that no one reads that create the very obligation(s) at issue in such a matter.  If those papers were properly negotiated, then the owner stands a shot at keeping "1984" conditions at bay.  If those papers were not properly negotiated, then chances are high that there's a "gotcha agreement" that'll end up supporting the municipality's position.

Key -- no municipality (or "governmental" unit at any level in this system) has mandamus "legislative" power.  There are even judicial rulings that tend to suggest that "legislative" mandamus actually exists, and there simply is no such thing.  Where the "legislative" language is "shall" or "must" language, then we know, instantly on inspection, that we're talking about "gotcha agreement" language.  The municipality (and any other "governmental" unit at any level) may definitely enforce any and all agreements entered into that involve or benefit that municipality (etc.).  But, the "power" comes commercially, as in by agreement.  That "power" in no way arises just because that language exists.  The point is that, because their appearance of "power" is commercial, this is where the legal analysis needs to focus in order to address (successfully) the problem for what it is.  Down that same path, where there is an agreement, the terms may be enforced to the hilt.  Key, then, at the threshold is knowing (A) that such language can't be enforced but for an agreement and (B) that when one knows that he/she is dealing with an agreement far enough in advance, one may marshal the FACTS so as to not have that agreement and be able to prove that no such agreement exists (which is possible to do when one realizes that an agreement is necessary and one avoids that agreement).


This author fully expects that this "independent"-thinking woman in FLORIDA is headed in the "right" direction but is still thinking in terms of law and legal philosophy of independence, rather than in terms of our present legal reality and the commercial nature of the obligations that this author expects will be successfully enforced against her stated political philosophy.
