US Secretary Of State Kerry Reported “Gravely Wounded” After French Gun Battle

A new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that US Secretary of John Kerry was “gravely wounded” yesterday (31 May) after a secret meeting he was holding with a top Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS/ISIL) commander erupted in gunfire in what Federation intelligence analysts are calling an “obvious assassination attempt”.
According to this report, Secretary Kerry was in Geneva, Switzerland, this past weekend for meetings with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif, trying to overcome obstacles to a final nuclear agreement, a month ahead of a deadline for a deal between Tehran and six world powers.
Yesterday morning, however, this report continues, Secretary Kerry and his security entourage left Geneva with “certain military officials” of France’s 1er Régiment d'Hélicoptères de Combat (1e RHC) and traveled to the former Phalsbourg-Bourscheid US Air Base located in the Moselle department, which is now a French military base. 
The purpose of Secretary Kerry’s secret travel to this French military air base, this report explains, was to meet with a top ISIS commander for a “strategy session” prior to tomorrow’s (2 June) international conference in Paris where over 60 nations will begin meeting in an attempt to find a “final solution” to this terrorist group that is currently destabilizing the entire Middle East, and which Kerry was scheduled to attend.
 

Most astounding in this SVR report is its confirming that the top ISIS commander Secretary Kerry was meeting yesterday was Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov, who up until this past April when he “defected to ISIS”, commanded Tajikistan’s OMON special forces which were trained and funded by the American military.
Even worse this report notes, Colonel Khalimov was not only supported by the American military, he was directly trained and funded by Secretary Kerry’s own US State Department, and which his spokesman, Pooja Jhunjhunwala, was forced to confirm last week and who stated: “From 2003-2014 Colonel Khalimov participated in five counterterrorism training courses in the United States and in Tajikistan, through the Department of State's Diplomatic Security/Anti-Terrorism Assistance program.”
 

SVR experts writing in this report further confirm the findings of the American nonpartisan government watchdog group Judicial Watch who this past week released US intelligence documents confirming the suspicions that the United States and some of its so-called coalition partners had actually facilitated the rise of ISIS as an effective adversary against the government of the Syrian leader President Bashar al-Assad. In addition, these US intelligence documents show, ISIS members were initially trained by members and contractors of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at facilities in Jordan in 2012.
 

As to the gun battle that “gravely wounded” Secretary Kerry yesterday, this report continues, other leaked US cables to Wikileaks confirm that Colonel Khalimov was well aware of US State Department security procedures due to his being allowed to run a security drill in 2009 at the US embassy in Tajikistan, which allowed one or more of his entourage to enter this secret meeting with Kerry armed and with the intention of assassinating him.
Though no specifics currently exist within the SVR to exactly detail this gun battle, this report states, Federation electronic intercepts of French, Swiss and American communications show that besides Secretary Kerry, at least 2 other participants in this secret meeting were shot, one fatally.
As to Secretary Kerry’s wounds, this report says, these electronic intercepts further show a “panicked response” to a “top level gravely wounded US official” who needed to be “immediately evacuated” to Geneva for “emergency surgery” after which the US military was ordered to dispatch a medical evacuation flight for the “immediate evacuation after surgery” of this “gravely wounded top level US official” back to the United States. 
 

The American “cover story” for Secretary Kerry’s grave injuries suffered at the hands of an ISIS fanatic, this report notes, states that he was seriously injured in a bicycle accident in the French town of Scionzier (40 kilometers southeast of Geneva), which was needed to explain away why Kerry was transported to the Geneva hospital in a French military medical helicopter.
As to the complicity of Colonel Khalimov in the attempted assassination of Secretary Kerry yesterday, this report concludes, SVR experts remain “highly doubtful” attributing this action, instead, to one or more of his entourage brought to this secret meeting.  After all, why would Colonel Khalimov kill his “master” anyway?
Then again, and though not mentioned in this SVR report, last week prior to his meeting yesterday with Secretary Kerry, the US State Department trained Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov did release a video to the Obama regime wherein he stated about his new “masters”:
“Listen, you dogs, the president and ministers, if only you knew how many boys, our brothers are here, waiting and yearning to return to reestablish sharia law there.  Listen, you American pigs, I’ve been three times to America, and I saw how you train fighters to kill Muslims.  God willing, I will come with this weapon to your cities, your homes, and we will kill you.”

ALERT: California Assembly Fast Tracking Forced Vaccination Bill

The California Assembly is fast tracking SB 277, a bill to eliminate all non-medical vaccine exemptions for religious and conscientious beliefs from the mandatory vaccination law governing school attendance. Although there were public hearings in the Health, Education and Judiciary committees in the state Senate, the bill has only been referred to the Health Committee and a hearing could be scheduled as early as the beginning of next week (June 8-12, 2015.)

With no scheduled public hearings in the Education or Appropriations committees, SB 277 will not be reviewed in the Assembly for civil rights violations and financial impact. It looks like the skids are being greased by pharmaceutical, medical trade and government lobbyists pressuring legislators to bring the bill to a fast floor vote and send it to Governor Brown for his signature.

If you live in California and are the parent of a child who attends daycare, public or private school, you may only have one more week left to contact your Assembly member and tell the person you elected to represent you what you think about SB 277.

There is No Public Health Emergency in California

Unvaccinated school aged children with religious and conscientious belief exemptions are not causing measles and whooping cough outbreaks in California. Out of 136 measles cases reported in the state in 2015, only 18 percent were in school-aged children while 55% were in adults and 30 percent of all cases with vaccine records had been vaccinated. In 2014, out of 8,200 pediatric pertussis cases with vaccination records reported in California, 90 percent had been vaccinated.

The 2015 California measles outbreak associated with Disneyland only affected 0.00035% of the state's population and was successfully contained without eliminating non-medical vaccine exemptions.

Special Needs Children Being Discriminated Against

Many parents testified in California Senate public hearings that they have vaccine-injured children or have children with brain and immune system problems that could make them especially susceptible to vaccine harm but are unable to find a doctor willing to write a medical vaccine exemption. Those parents depend upon the personal belief vaccine exemption for their special needs children to be educated in public and private schools under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Free Appropriate Public Education Act (FAPE).

If SB 277 becomes law, parents will be sanctioned for making informed medical decisions for their children. In addition, if the state refuses to provide costly home-based education to those with special needs when their parents are unable to educate them at home, then those children will be discriminated against and deprived of their civil right to an education.

Potential Criminal Prosecution and Prison Time for Non-Complying Parents

The bill's primary sponsors, pediatrician Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) and Ben Allen (D-Santa Monica) have not publicly explained what will happen if parents refuse to give their school aged child every federally recommended vaccine required by state health officials now or in the future under SB 277. However, if non-complying parents cannot provide their child with a home-based education for financial or other reasons and the children are barred from attending school, truancy laws in California and other states can and do subject parents to costly criminal prosecution and imprisonment.

Here's why the USA FREEDOM Act is possibly even worse than the PATRIOT Act

My general rule of thumb when it comes to legislation is that the more high-sounding the name, the more insidious the law.
Exhibit A: the just-passed USA FREEDOM Act.
"Freedom". It sounds great.
So great, in fact, that they stuck it in the title and built an absurd acronym around it-- the real name of the law is "Uniting and Strengthening America by Fulfilling Rights and Ensuring Effective Discipline Over Monitoring Act of 2015".
U-S-A-F-R-E-E-D-O-M. Hooray!
And without fail, the media has bought in to the myth, praising the government for heralding in a new era of liberty with headlines like "Congress Reins In NSA’s Spying Powers" and "NSA phone program doomed as Senate passes USA Freedom Act".
Unfortunately this is simply not the case. And shame on the mainstream media for making such thinly-researched, fallacious assertions.
If anyone had actually taken the time to read the legislation, they'd see that most of the 'concessions' made by the government are entirely hollow.
Secret FISA courts still exist. Lone wolf surveillance authority and roving wiretaps still exist. They can still grab oodles of other data like medical and business records.
And the US Attorney General has even been awarded new 'emergency powers' to use in his/her sole discretion... just in case the secret courts might be uncooperative.
The big victory being cheered by the media pertains to the collection of phone records. This one is actually hilarious.
The USA FREEDOM Act prevents the government from seizing and storing 'call detail records', the so-called meta-data information like your phone number, the other caller's phone number, the length of the call, etc.
But section 107(k)(3)(B) of the new law specifically states that 'call detail records' do NOT include the *actual content* of the call itself. Or your name. Address. Financial data. Cell-site location. Etc.
So basically they can't archive your phone number. But everything else is fair game. Congratulations on your freedom.
Lawmakers also managed to sprinkle all sorts of other worthless provisions into the USA FREEDOM Act.
For example, the Inspector General (IG) of the United States is required to issue a report discussing what civil liberty violations may have occurred over the last few years.
Great. Except that IG reports are just that-- reports. They have no teeth. And Congress can do with this one precisely what they do with every other IG report that gets issued: nothing.
(Seriously, when was the last time you heard any ruckus about an IG report? Probably never.)
They also stated that a panel of 'advocates' (whoever they may be) would attend and observe any secret FISA court hearing in which profound legal issues might be at stake.
Again, sounds great. Except that, like the IG report, a panel of advocates has no teeth... no power to stop the court or spy agencies.
Bottom line, these concessions may look good on paper, but they don't amount to any real concession.
This is a classic negotiation tactic. When working out a contentious deal, the stronger side will invariably offer some irrelevant concession that has no material impact on what they want.
We did this several months ago for our Chilean agriculture fund, pushing through a substantial price reduction on a 2,000 acre property by 'conceding' to let the seller stay in the farm house for a few months.
He felt like he got something, but for us the concession was pointless and ceremonial.
The same thing happened here. And the American people just got played.
The government has spent the last 14 years turning up the heat on the boiling frog. They increased the temperature by 100 degrees over that time... and have now turned it down 1 degree.
Yet people are treating this like it's some sort of victory.
It's not. And this is a sad reflection of how low people's expectations have become of their own government and liberty.
It's a mistake to rely on a government to solve the problems that they themselves created.
It's a mistake to expect bureaucrats to voluntarily give up the power that they have awarded themselves... and have spent years abusing.
It's a mistake to wait for politicians to give you back the freedom that they've taken away.
They don't give a damn about your freedom. And they're certainly not going to give it to you.
But it still exists. It's out there for anyone who cares enough to do something about it.
When I was in the military everyone used to say 'freedom isn't free'. And this is totally true.
Freedom starts with the individual. No one is going to give it to you. Becoming free means you have to put forth just a little bit of effort to take some common sense baby steps.

Gold money clips in the shape of U.S. dollar symbols are displayed for sale on Feb. 20, 2009, in Los Angeles, Calif. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott can now ratify a bill to build the first large-scale state bullion depository.

After the latest European country (Austria) announced it would ship some of its gold back from the Bank of England to Vienna, New York likely thought it was safe as a major gold storage center.

Distrust in the countries and companies that currently store gold have led Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, and Venezuela to move some of their gold stored in New York, London, and Paris back home.

China never bothered to store its gold abroad and has also moved to take control of pricing.


Now the same distrust is hitting New York from within:


The Texas Legislature on Monday ratified and sent a bill to Gov. Greg Abbott to enable the state to build a bullion depository in Texas and repatriate $1 billion worth of gold the University of Texas Investment Management Co. is currently storing with HSBC Bank in New York.

The bill was introduced by state Rep. Giovanni Capriglione, who told the Star-Telegram: “We are not talking Fort Knox. But when I first announced this, I got so many emails and phone calls from people literally all over the world who said they want to store their gold … in a Texas depository. People have this image of Texas as big and powerful … so for a lot of people, this is exactly where they would want to go with their gold.”

He did not get into detail why Texas doesn’t trust New York anymore, but another fellow Texan did.

Kyle Bass, a hedge-fund manager famous for shorting subprime mortgages, urged UTIM as part of his responsibility as a board member of the endowment to take delivery of its paper “gold” future contracts in 2011, which it did. The next step is taking it home, but why? 

“As a fiduciary, which I am in that position to the extent you own gold and you are going for a long time, and it’s not a trade … We looked at the COMEX at the time and they had about $80 billion of open interest between futures and futures options. And in the warehouse they had $2.7 billion of deliverables. We are going to own it a long time. You are on the board, you are a fiduciary, so that’s an easy one, you go get it.”

Bass is implying that there is much more financial gold out there than physical, and that it is prudent to actually hold the physical.

If you want to be really, really sure you actually own gold, follow Texas and store it on your own backyard.

Since then, speculation intensified that even banks storing gold on behalf of clients (like HSBC) have leased it out, so it can remain on the books but is not actually present physically.
