A 'Sovereign Bill of Lading' has been brought in favor of the 'The United States of America' (unincorporated - in lower case - the REAL government - whereas the CORPORATION US is in all caps) and a 'Writ of Execution' has been issued.

'Knowledge Centers' will be set up in all cities to guide people and teach about the changes that were made to the system without their knowledge.

All 50 'States' are now 'Nations' as of 2012. (As they were originally under our original Republic government.)

The key players in the mortgage scam are 'Merrill Lynch' and the 'BAR Association' who bought off the 'Courts and Congress' and sold off 'Loans and Documents' into pieces via 'Patents'. (sold off meaning as securitized documents on Wall Street.)

The system was created by the Navy and Marine (higher ups) and the Department of Defense systems which shut people out and favored segments like banks and governments by changing definitions and wording.

Lockheed Martin is behind a large portion of the pedophilia as they were using child prostitutes to buy off Congress officials and had secret locations around the country like Washington D.C. Pizza shop. (PizzaGate)

The reason for the so-called "Civil War" wasn't slavery and wasn't secession, nor was it -- as you recently suggested "a failure to compromise". 

It happened because the British government abused it's delegated authority to set our foreign trade policies.

Britain protected its own markets and those of other European nations by levying very heavy tariffs on American goods and entering into trade agreements (purportedly in our behalf, of course) that were disastrous for the Northern manufacturing states.  As a direct result, American goods-- even in America-- were 30% to 40% more expensive than European goods.

The Southern states naturally wanted to buy the (artificially) cheaper European goods instead of the more expensive products of the Northern states. 

And the Northern states, in turn, were absolutely desperate to keep what domestic market they had, thanks to the abusive British trade policies being imposed on them. 

The market the Southern states provided was absolutely necessary to the Northern states' survival and that is why they went to war.

All the rest was just top dressing and the Brits not wanting to take the blame they deserved to take for it. 

We have it straight from the diaries of Salomon Rothschild--- British breach of trust, self-interest, and meddling caused the whole debacle, along with plenty of help from the Rothschilds, who played Piggy in the Middle.

Trump Interested in Seth Rich Conspiracy, New Report Says

President Donald J. Trump loves a good conspiracy theory. He spent much of Barack Obama’s eight years in office suggesting that the president had been born outside the United States. That claim, with its obvious racial overtones, raised Trump’s profile with the nativist wing of the Republican Party, giving him the necessary credibility to launch a presidential campaign in 2015.

During the Republican presidential primary, he suggested that the father of Senator Ted R. Cruz, the Republican from Texas, was somehow involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Later yet, after his Republican foes had been vanquished, he charged that his general election opponent, Hillary Clinton, “meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors.”

The statement suggested a fickle affinity for conspiracy theories that would be difficult for a 71-year-old to temper, even if his newfound political power may have called for a more restrained approach to unsubstantiated innuendo. Trump has carried the conspiratorial mind-set into the Oval Office, tweeting about illegal Obama wiretaps of Trump Tower and worrying about Deep State coups against his administration.

It is no surprise, then, that the president might be interested in the case of Seth Rich, which has animated the extreme right with its lurid—if utterly unfounded—intimations of global conspiracy. Rich was a 27-year-old employee of the Democratic National Committee who was killed as he walked home from a bar early in Washington, D.C., on the morning of July 10, 2016. Twelve days later, WikiLeaks, the information clearinghouse operated by Julian Assange, published Clinton campaign emails that had been stolen by an unidentified hacker. The emails portrayed both Clinton and the DNC in an unflattering manner, boosting the narrative that Clinton was an inherently untrustworthy political insider who felt entitled to the White House.

To some, however, there were more nefarious forces at work. Rich had been shot twice, but his belongings were not taken. Nor were any suspects identified by law enforcement. That led some to conclude that Rich had, in fact, been the “leaker” who gave Assange the Clinton emails.

There is no evidence whatsoever to support this claim, but it is nevertheless attractive to some supporters of President Trump, who disbelieve the overwhelming evidence that Russian hackers stole Clinton’s emails because they sought to have Trump elected. To this cohort of true believers, Rich’s involvement in the DNC scandal exculpates Trump from any collusion with Russia. Even more troublingly—if even less convincingly—this narrative suggests that Rich was murdered by Democratic operatives wanting to punish him for his anti-Clinton act of sabotage.

Again, there is no evidence for these assertions. They nevertheless persist.
The most eager proponent of this theory was Sean Hannity, the prime time Fox News pundit who is perhaps Trump’s most vociferous defender. For a brief time last spring, Hannity touted the suggestion that Rich was involved in the DNC hack. He abruptly stopped discussing the matter as a social-media campaign aimed at his advertisers seemed to imperil his standing at the network.

Hannity and Trump are said to talk regularly. Trump is also friends with Rupert Murdoch, the chief of Fox News parent company 21st Century Fox. According to a lawsuit filed by a private investigator last summer, the White House worked with Fox News on its reporting of the Rich murder. The intention, according to the lawsuit, was to foster a sense of conspiracy around Rich’s murder and therefore distract the public from the widening investigation into the Trump campaign’s alleged collusion with Russia.

Now comes a report that indicates that Trump has shown a renewed interest in the Rich case. The report was published Wednesday on Big League Politics, a far-right outlet that has a clear pro-Trump bias. Media Bias/Fact Check, an online organization that monitors the credibility of news outlets, rates Big League Politics as “mixed” in its reporting of facts.

The new Rich report was written by Cassandra Fairbanks, a well-known figure in far-right social media circles. Fairbanks writes that a “source familiar with the president’s inquiries confirmed” that Trump “has been asking those he trusts for a read on the Seth Rich murder case.”

Fairbanks adds that “the source explained while people close to the president have been attempting to shield him from the controversy surrounding the murder, their efforts have been unsuccessful.”

The White House did not answer a Newsweek request asking for confirmation or denial of the assertions made in the Big League Politics report.

The president has continued to claim that it was the Democrats who colluded with Russia. And he has continued to call Clinton by the nickname he gave her during the campaign: Crooked Hillary.

Eight dead in New York terrorist attack by truck

NEW YORK CITY: A man in a rented truck drove onto a busy bicycle path near the World Trade Center memorial Tuesday, killing at least eight people and injuring others, police said. The driver was then shot by police after jumping out with what turned out to be two fake guns.

Two law enforcement officials said that after the attacker got out of the truck, he was heard yelling, "Allahu akbar".

A police official said the attack was being investigated as a possible act of terrorism.

The attacker was taken into custody after he was shot in the stomach by a New York City policeman, and neutralised. His condition was not immediately disclosed.

The arrested suspect is Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29, an ethnic Uzbek immigrant who entered the United States in 2010 and lived in Tampa, Florida.

New York's Mayor Bill de Blasio labelled the attack a "cowardly act of terror."
President Donald Trump said in a tweet, "In NYC, looks like another attack by a very sick and deranged person." He says law enforcement "is following" the attack closely and adds, "NOT IN THE U.S.A.!"


New York state Governor Andrew Cuomo said the suspect appeared to have acted alone.

"There's no evidence to suggest a wider plot or a wider scheme. These are the actions of one individual meant to cause pain and harm and probably death," Cuomo said at the news conference.

Police said the vehicle, a rented Home Depot truck, entered the bike path on West Street a few blocks from the World Trade Center memorial and struck at least 15 people, leaving mangled bicycles behind. At least two bodies could be seen lying on the path beneath tarpaulins.

The police said they were not looking for additional suspects.

The driver entered the bike path in lower Manhattan at 3.05pm (3.05am Wednesday, Thailand time). New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill said that he was armed with a paint-ball gun and a pellet gun.

Two children and two adults were injured when the truck ploughed into the school bus, he said.

A man who was riding in an Uber along the West Side Highway near Chambers Street said he saw several bleeding people on the ground after the truck struck several people. Another witness said the truck had also collided with a small bus and one other vehicle.

O'Neill said the suspect was driving a rented pickup from the Home Depot hardware chain, but declined to say where the truck was rented.

After the attack, mangled and flattened bicycles littered the sunlit bike path, which runs parallel to the West Side Highway along the Hudson River.
Of the eight people killed, six were pronounced dead at the scene and two more were pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, O'Neill said.

Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro said 11 survivors with serious but non-life-threatening injuries were taken to hospitals.

Tom Gay, a school photographer, was on Warren Street and heard people saying there was an accident. He went down to West Street and a woman came around the corner shouting, "He has a gun! He has a gun!"

ABC News aired this video of the event.


Gay said he stuck his head around the corner and saw a slender man in a blue track suit running southbound on West Street holding a gun. He said there was a heavyset man pursuing him.

He said he heard five or six shots and the man in the tracksuit fell to the ground, gun still raised in the air. He said a man came over and kicked the gun out of his hand.

Uber driver Chen Yi said he saw a truck plough into people on a popular bike path adjacent to the West Side Highway. He said he then heard seven to eight shots and then police pointing a gun at a man kneeling on the pavement.
"I saw a lot of blood over there. A lot of people on the ground," Yi said.

His passenger, Dmitry Metlitsky, said he also saw police standing near a man who was on his knees with his hands up, and another man bleeding on the ground nearby. He said the truck had also collided with a small school bus and one other vehicle.

Despite the attack, municipal officials said New York City's main Halloween parade would go on as scheduled Tuesday evening, just a few blocks from the scene of the carnage, with a heightened police presence.

Green Beret Warns: “Skepticism Will Vanish When The Power Suddenly Fails Across the United States”

It should be obvious, now, even to the most vocal and acetic naysayers that no matter how much they try to declare that nothing will happen regarding North Korea, they’re wrong.  It is happening, as we speak, and the buildup reached a high octave with North Korea’s sixth nuclear detonation, one that experts are saying was between 100 to 120 kilotons.  This detonation occurred in North Korea’s test facility on Sunday, and North Korean news stated that it was a hydrogen bomb.  Here’s a Wall Street Journal article excerpt:

“In a televised statement, North Korea described the underground explosion, which triggered a large earthquake, as a “perfect success in the test of a hydrogen bomb for an ICBM.” Pyongyang said, “the creditability of the operation of the nuclear warhead is fully guaranteed.”  The test came just hours after leader Kim Jong Un showed off what he described as a hydrogen bomb capable of being mounted on an intercontinental ballistic missile.” 

Now, the Western Consumer Marketing/Euro Arrogance-Confidence News Networks and Politicos all decried North Korea’s capabilities for years.  The news-twisters and politicos still only begrudgingly admit what recognized experts have been jumping up and down to warn the public about for years, namely this:

1. That North Korea does indeed possess nuclear weapons
2. North Korea does have ICBM’s capable of delivering a nuclear warhead
3. North Korea possesses the technology and the ability to deploy an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapon
4. Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missiles (SLBM’s) are in North Korea’s arsenal
5. Two satellites (Kwangmyongsang-3 and Kwangmyongsang-4) are currently orbiting the earth, and each satellite passes over the United States several times per day
6. The possibility exists that the satellites are carrying/have been fitted with an EMP weapon
7. The central focus of North Korea’s strategic doctrine regarding nuclear war is geared toward an EMP strike

This is part of that article that shows how science and stupidity go together, as follows:

In July, it test-fired two ICBMs that experts say they believe are capable of reaching many parts of the U.S. mainland.  “The Kim regime made the strategic decision to develop a nuclear armed ICBM that can strike the United States,” said Leif-Eric Easley, a professor of international studies at Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul. “It is in a sprint to deploy that capability, because it wants the world to recognize it before returning to diplomatic talks, and before sanctions become unbearable.” However, analysts have been divided on whether North Korea could shrink a nuclear warhead to fit on the tip of a missile. Many also remain skeptical about whether a North Korean warhead can survive the strain of re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.

Skepticism will vanish when the power suddenly fails across the United States.  The North Koreans can reach the U.S. mainland with a missile, and it will survive reentry.  They can do this, and they will…only it will not come in the form of air-raid sirens blaring and people scurrying to the basements of buildings (as Fallout Shelters don’t exist anymore).  Here is the form that it will take. This is the real “kicker” that was just released Sunday by North Korea’s state-run news agency, reported on Daily Mail and if falls in line with the items just mentioned:

“North Korea’s state news agency warned that the weapon ‘is a multifunctional thermonuclear nuke with great destructive power which can be detonated even at high altitudes for super-powerful EMP attack.”

This falls in line with the warnings of Dr. Peter Pry, the head of the Committee to brief Congress on EMP threats against the U.S., the warnings of former Congressman Roscoe Bartlett (R, MD), and a slew of other with access to detailed information on North Korea’s nuclear capabilities.  When asked if the military option is on the table on Sunday, September 3rd, President Trump responded with, “We’ll see.”
No, ‘We the People’ will see it, but he will not, except on television.  He will be in a bunker a mile underground, or in an area far removed from what happens in the moment of decisive action or the aftermath.  There’s a good chance that nobody will ever see it coming.  Remember: The North Koreans launched a missile that flew directly over Japan!  This excerpt is from AP News on September 1st and summarizes “Japanese readiness” in a nutshell:

“Japan has a two-step missile defense system, including interceptors on destroyers in the Sea of Japan that would shoot down projectiles mid-flight and if that fails, surface-to-air PAC-3s on land.”

So, with that “protection,” why didn’t they shoot down the North Korean missile fired right over them last Monday?  Maybe they were waiting for “Mothra” to stop it.
In any event, it appears the President is going to pursue a military option, as can be implied within his words.  This also comes from the Wall Street Journal article:

“North Korea is a rogue nation which has become a great threat and embarrassment to China, which is trying to help but with little success.” He also added: “South Korea is finding, as I have told them, that their talk of appeasement with North Korea will not work, they only understand one thing!”

What might that “one thing” be?  Whatever happens, you can be certain that if we initiate an attack, North Korea will have allies, as China has already informed the world.  The bottom line is that if you personally have not prepared and formulated a plan if things kick off, then you’re long in the tooth.  Don’t remain in denial that the worst can happen, and take the initiative.  It’s better to be prepared and be “wrong” every day than to be unprepared just once and have the worst come to pass on that day.
The next world war will be initiated with an EMP weapon detonated over the U.S., followed by a nuclear exchange and conventional warfare.

Antifa Set To Terrorize America: Objective Is To “Cause Civil Unrest And Initiate Rioting In Many Major American Cities”

The organization known as Antifa has declared its intentions to cause civil unrest and initiate rioting in many major American cities on November 4, 2017.  Now, Antifa is supposed to stand for “Anti-Fascist,” concurrently denouncing “Capitalism.”  They are comprised of leftists, anarchists, Marxists, and communists.  They embrace a policy of “direct action,” loosely interpreted to refer to protests, vandalism and destruction of property, and physical assaults against individuals and groups.  Their declared objective is specifically to target the far-right (Conservative) and white supremacists (Whites).

They have many groups that are sympathetic, such as University students and professors, the media, and the Marxist Oligarchy of this country who fund their operations indirectly or promulgate their activities with other forms of support.  Antifa is also intelligent enough to not have a central committee or an operating headquarters that could be arrested or targeted respectively.  They follow a very “fluidly dynamic” pattern of utilizing social media and cell phones to coordinate overall activities, while keeping individual tasks compartmentalized with insulation between their teams/units to prevent compromise of the movement.  Such very closely mirrors the activities of the Viet Cong organizational structure minus the hierarchy of a chain-of-command structure.

It is the appearance of being “disorganized” that is the central tenet to their organizational structure: haphazard, akin to a barbarian horde, but with each individual being focused upon the stated objectives.  They accomplish their goals while outwardly appearing to be haphazard or ineffective. The reason: they are forming the “template,” or standard, and their test for its effectiveness will be November 4^th.  Their protests and demonstrations have notably been waged against conservative groups and meetings.

Antifa is another tool of the Marxists and Communists in power in the U.S., both politically (the Senate and House of Representatives, infested with communists and globalists) and economically (Oligarchs, CEO’s and large corporate segments of banking, business, and industry) with one objective:
To destroy the United States from within, and enable an invasion from without.

The politicos and oligarchs have found an army of fools (mostly among the “disenchanted” youth and students) and “front-line” leaders to carry out subversive attacks and civil unrest that can lead to anarchy and a real civil war with no discernable/identifiable battle lines.  It has happened before: with the Weather Underground, a collection of communist-leaning punks and protestors…the student riffraff that eventually became enriched and tenured professors…to influence a whole new generation of fledgling “progressive” communists.  For proof of this look no further than William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn: both “respected academicians and professors” who are looked at with halos of awe and reverence.

Awe and reverence is held for the Weather Underground, who bombed the U.S. Capitol Building on March 1, 1971, they bombed the Pentagon on May 19, 1972, and they bombed the U.S. State Department Building on January 29, 1975. 

Eventually most of them (especially the ringleaders, such as Ayers and Dohrn) were acquitted, placed on probation, or fined.  Many of them slipped through a crack provided by Jimmy Carter when he was in office that provided amnesty for draft-dodgers.  Most used this vehicle to escape any charges they would have faced as members of the Weather Underground.

As you can read within the articles, Antifa is smart, and they are aided and augmented by other groups.  Soros himself funds them: through the Tides Foundation that runs to the Alliance for Global Justice, and then filters down to Antifa. The events so far have not been nationwide, but November 4 may just change that.  There was an article entitled Antifa Planning Nationwide Riots on November 4, 2017, by Off Grid Survival that categorizes and reports some of their stated (upcoming) activities.  Here are two excerpts taken from two of the Antifa websites:

“According to two ANTIFA-based websites, these lunatics think that inflicting terror throughout the country will put an end to the “Trump/Pence regime”.

ANTIFA are planning a nationwide day of riots on November 4th, which they say will force President Trump out of office.

Will these guys mount an effective insurrection, or will it be “lip service” (in the manner of “Anonymous”) or fizzle out akin to the protests prior to the presidential elections?  The larger danger will surface if the country becomes embroiled in a struggle with civil rioting and uprisings and leave our attentions diverted from the possibility of a foreign attack.  What better time than in a moment of weakness fostered by confusion?  At any rate, we’ll know the answer to the question next weekend.  Let’s be prepared for the possibility that it can all go downhill.

Cliven Bundy’s Trial Begins: Will Freedom Ring? Why The Stakes Are So High

Cliven Bundy is now set to face a federal jury for standing up to the government over land rights.

In 2014, Bundy stood against the government and their out of control takeover of “public lands,” and is accused of leading an armed standoff against federal agents.

The government’s land grab isn’t new, but it is an abuse of power.  And the Second Amendment was not written so people could hunt, but so that they may protect themselves against those who would abuse them; including their own government. 

So there shouldn’t really be a trial if this is truly the America we are told about.
But there is, and the stakes are high.


Will the jury see just how tyrannical the government has become and see Bundy for the freedom-fighter he had to become?  Or will see a traitor who didn’t want to pay the exorbitant fees levied on him for trying to exercise that freedom?

Jury selection began yesterday for the trial. Bundy, who is 71-years-old, along with two of his sons, Ammon and Ryan Bundy and independent militiaman Ryan Payne, are accused of assault on a federal officer, carrying firearms in relation to a crime and other felony conspiracy charges.

This week’s proceedings are the culmination of a cumbersome array of drama that has gone down since the initial standoff.

Ammon and Ryan Bundy and several other armed occupiers were acquitted for staging an armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife in Oregon, an event that was inspired by the Nevada standoff.

And there have since been several more failed attempts by federal prosecutors to convict some of Bundy’s lower-level associates in Nevada, which have included hung juries and acquittals on certain counts.


The stakes are high for the government as they desperately seek a conviction of those who dared to stand up to their power grab.

Allies to the government are more than desperate to see the government validated in their abuses against Bundy and others.

Joan Anzelmo, a retired federal land manager and frequent Bundy critic, says an acquittal of the family patriarch and his closest associates would send a chilling message to federal employees in the West.
And indeed it would. It would send the message that people are tired of being treated like slaves by the government.

“People are going to take notice and say, why are we doing this job, why are we taking care of these places when federal laws can be ignored,” Anzelmo says.


The Bundys’ self-described “range war” over control of federal land began as a fight about the overreach and federal government’s expansion of power.
The Bundy’s are descendants of Mormon pioneers and have long refused to recognize the federal government. 

They’re also some of the last remaining cattle ranchers in southern Nevada, as land has been squeezed by booming development in Las Vegas as well as the expansion of solar development and tougher environmental protections.

“There is a serious amount of government overreach in general and especially here in Nevada when it comes to our lands,” says John Moore, a former libertarian state legislator, and Bundy family friend. “I’m a firm believer that it’s the state’s land, not the federal government’s.”

When Cliven Bundy first appeared at his arraignment last year, he refused to even enter a plea because the rancher doesn’t recognize the federal court system.
