T..only other detail...we heard the rate last week was 36...then 38...banks seeing that

T-this a.m. it is substantially lower..part of the issues here...what ever problems that were based on teh US not doing what they were supposed to do...so we were penalized with a lower rate...and peeps getting paid since april at diff. rates
T-the peeps that were paid at the lower rates...sorry...but the peeps paid out at the higher rate...do they do a claw back and was part of the discussion and what would be the new rate...not drop too low...still in teh 30's
T- the only other detail is last week the rate went from 36 to 38 now it went down because they said the US held up some things, we know ppl been getting paid out since April, question is ppl that got paid higher rates and does the claw back clause take effect so today there is a new rate in the 30's and caused Vnn to drop back to 6 something
T-they redid the numbers yesterday and those were the numbers
T-that makes this a great day to me, they both came out and said its not us, everybody is doin the best they can
T -exchange centers supposed to be in Sunday thats why I said Sunday …T - waiting for others to be contacted this evening.
T..they can put them on alert or call them in and give s us a heads up or they can do the release and put it on hold till they call them in…that is why the imf said they would release it before sunday we just don't know when the UST will release it and the 800#'s
