Dan said...: Maybe it's time for the Sheriff in each of those counties that had raids to get their deputies, militia, and other local counties' Sheriffs, deputies, and militia if needed, to SHUT DOWN the IRS offices and Notify the Governor of that state that the Governor will be arrested as well for allowing these raids to continue to take place by FAILING to HALT them and taking NO Legal actions against the IRS!; January 6, 2013 at 10:48 PM
Dan said...: As long as there were NO criminal charges filed against the companies or individuals, yet the property has yet to be returned, then the IRS agents have committed a felony, THEFT, and the Sheriffs have the right to ARREST ALL agents as they are ALL Co-Conspirators!
Maybe the IRS would shoot and kill ALL the employees as their claim was ALL those employees resisted arrest and that was the ONLY result that was possible!; January 7, 2013 at 12:34 AM
Dan said...: If the Sheriffs go to Judges to get actions taken against the federal government and they RECUSE themselves, yet they have taken similar actions with some other companies, then the Sheriff has the Constitutional Right to Arrest that Judge as he/she is Violating their Oath of Office by Failing to take legal actions against the government!
And if the Sheriff fails to take action, then You The People have the right to remove that Sheriff as he/she is one of 3 persons that can arrest the President of the USA!; January 7, 2013 at 9:20 AM
Dan said...: Maybe this is the point, as for the companies that have had raids, to declare their Sovereignty, and use the documents for the States getting Sovereignty Drake mentions on his show, but it appears they have been removed from his site!
