North Korea's Attorney was sent to "Nashville, Illinois, Washington County Recorders Office (01 or 02)", to find out if Russell Herman and VK Durham were married.. and if the Bonus 3392-181 Documents were filed.. The N. Korean Atty.. could find no marriage license between Russell Herman and VK Durham.., "but BONUS 3392-181 was indeed filed of record and it was real," says the Attorney from N. Korea.

Not finding the Herman-Durham marriage.. N. Koreas Attorney returned to his superiors stating "Herman and Durham were not married". North Korea reportedly had one hour of electricity for the population per day.
