Philip Tilton:  This Mornings Update: We are so close but the one thing that needs to happen has not happened why? because it stresses you out, The only other answer is they are gonna act like it can't happen and then BOOM it gets done three hours after its never gonna happen? 

WHY? because it stresses you out. You see there is a pattern in all of this.

We are waiting for two things now from what I see the reality rate and the funds signature by the admiral to get this party started.

 I believe the guardianship was lifted off of the CBI yesterday that allowed for their country to gather tariffs on all those new television sets on those cargo container ships. SOMETHINGS in the AIR. Good LUCK I shout Timber
