serves limited purpose for the ‘People’ in whose name they
are always fought.
Rather, what History has shown us, is that they
always prove useful to those who brought them about resulting in greater and
more extensive powers for them…but always with negative consequences for those
who had to do the fighting!
In America’s case, the Civil War resulted in more than
multiple negative consequences- it was egregious beyond
comprehension and remains largely so to this day.
It TRANSITIONED the Republic via relieving the States of
their Individual Sovereignty along with the Sanctity of their respective State
Citizens.
Rather, that War culminated with the Entity for
which it was truly fought- the creation of a Central/National Government
with ENORMOUS POWERS whose initial purpose, as designed by the Founders, was to
be a Small & Non-Intrusive Federal (NOT Central) Government
with very Limited Power & Authority!
In the wake of that Orchestrated War, & in the name
of RECOSNTRUCTION following it, the SAME PEOPLE who brought it about were
able to achieve their Original Intentions- Socialized Hegemony.
Thus America was committed forever more to a venue of
Political ‘Democratic’ Socialism and the components associated
with it, have been routinely effected & altered over the last 150 years
under various names whose ‘Social Ensemble’ has resulted in a TOTAL
TRANSFORMATION of this country.
The results have been devastating and America today no
way resembles what the Founding Fathers created 235 years ago.
Thus, via the ‘Re-Distribution‘ of Power unto a
Central/National Government, the Political, Economic and Cultural cornerstones
of the Original Republic have been totally ALTERED.
Stripping & Removing the Power initially granted to
EACH State that guaranteed one & all’s Liberty & Independence,
the Central/National Government has Socialized America making the People their
Indenture Servants via on-going and inter-related Acts of Legislation-
all of which act as inter-connected components & conduits of one
other intended to perpetuate their Fraud allowing them further venue into
America’s debasement while simultaneously inflating & strengthening their
Power further advancing the status of their Central Oligarchy.
Essentially, we replaced a KING with a Constabulary of
Central Oligarchs resulting from an orchestrated War that would be referred to
them as a Civil War accompanied with a preposterous nom de plume called
Slavery as its only reason, allowing for their False Hegemony to continue while
prostituting & furthering their inane Ideology upon us under the Guise of
Humanitarianism.
Central Power Ambition then, and its corresponding
extension of today, have combined to bring about the Genocidal Holocaust of the
American Republic.
The number of men who have gone to their deaths in
fighting Wars we should have never engaged in is monumental.

The first casualty is
every war is the truth.
Both sides will claim
a noble purpose.
Both sides will have
an inventory of ulterior motives, to which they would never admit.

own coalitions with self serving goals, that have no element of idealism.
The most common
reason for a war is that big criminals are trying to depose smaller

The declared noble

commanding General for the North was Ulysses S. Grant, who owned slaves.
The commanding
General for the South was Robert E. Lee.
Robert E. Lee had
inherited slaves, but freed them.

begged Robert E. Lee to let them stay and work for him as free men.

conditioned by simplistic television plots, into thinking that real life is
made up of characters who are either all good or all bad. In real life we
usually have struggles between opponents, where there is evil on both sides.
The oldest, and most
simple type of a plot, is one where the there is nothing bad about the
protagonist, and nothing good about the antagonist.
The old cowboy
westerns were the best example of this simplistic type of writing.
The "good
guys" wore white hats, were clean shaven, neatly dressed and well
mannered. They were kind to children and animals. Their behavior towards women
was gentlemanly. They did not drink or smoke.
The "bad
guys" wore black hats, were unshaven, slovenly dressed and poorly
mannered. They were mean to children and animals. Their behavior towards women
was ungentlemanly. They drank or smoked.
Today freedom
fighters are called terrorists, and terrorists are called freedom fighters.
The most prominant
force, involved in the creation of the War Between the States, was the
international bankers. The goal was to create a national central bank owned by

by government. Illegal means not condoned by government. The Boston Tea Party
was illegal. The Declaration of Independence was illegal. In the final analysis
no tyranny will ever condone the effective defense of freedom.
Our Bill of Rights is replete with phrases such as "Congress shall make no law" and "shall not be infringed". Government does not give us our rights. Our rights are inalienable, and are endowed by our Creator. The assertion that rights are provided by government is saying that we have no rights except what the government grants to us.

Government power
is A THREAT TO LIBERTY.

the functions of protecting life, liberty and property.

for every human being, and government coercion, are opposites. Yet, at the same
time, we recognize the fact that the weaker need to be protected from the
stronger.
PROTECTION is the
only reason that we allow government to exist, and is the only legitimate
function of government.
When government is not limited to its only legitimate functions,
then the people need
to be protected FROM their protectors.
All that needs to be
done, to protect individual rights, is to limit government to protecting life,
liberty, and property.

government, historically, has been a difficult task; in that criminals
will seek to control government, and to USE it as an INSTRUMENT OF PLUNDER.

The
simplest (and yet the most complete) explanation of the proper function of
government that has ever been written.
We must learn the
lessons from history.
Our Constitutional
republic was constructed with much knowledge of these lessons.
In order
to define The Proper Role Of Government it must be understood from the outset
that government is an agency of FORCE. A law is a statement of a responsibility
which is REQUIRED by government through the use of FORCE, or threat of the use
of FORCE.
Everything that government does
involves the use of force. Government uses force to compel the compliance with
each of it laws, by providing PENALTIES for violation of laws. Laws may REQUIRE
a specific action from the citizen or they may PROHIBIT a specific action of a
citizen.
At the very least, in ALL cases
the actions of government are funded by tax revenues that are taken from
citizens through the use, or threat of the use, of FORCE.
This means that a moral
government may only do those things, for which the use of FORCE, would be
morally justifiable. Therefore; the central question in defining The Proper
Role Of Government is: "When is the use of FORCE morally
justifiable?"
The answer is the same, when
government is considered, as it would be for any individual.
We, as individuals, have a moral
right to use force in our own SELF DEFENSE.
We also have a right to use force
in defense of someone else, who has authorized us to act in their behalf.
Government is the agency; which
we have collectively authorized to act on behalf of the entire population.
Our founding fathers wrote, in
the Declaration of Independence, that governments are instituted among men to
protect our rights, and that they derive their just powers from the CONSENT of
the governed. The governed have no authority to give CONSENT to the government
for any action, that they; as INDIVIDUALS have no right. We have no authority
to authorize government to use FORCE, when it is not justified by the need for
defense.
Each time that government acts,
we should be able to ask "What is the moral justification for this use of
force?" This question can be broken down into several smaller questions:
Who is the government protecting?
(If the answer is "no
one" this function of government is not morally justifiable, and should be
abolished)
Has the citizen, who is allegedly
being protected, authorized the government to act on his behalf?
(If the answer is "no"
this function of government is not morally justifiable, and should be
abolished. There is sometimes an "implied consent", where the citizen
is not capable of expressing consent. Ex. a unconscious person, a minor, a
mentally infirmed person)
Has the citizen, who is allegedly
being protected, attempted to specifically REFUSE to assistance of government?
(If the answer is "yes"
this function of government is not morally justifiable, and should be
abolished)
Who is the government protecting
this citizen FROM?
(Government uses force against
PEOPLE. The use of force against one person cannot be justified by the wrongful
behavior of a DIFFERENT person. It also cannot be justified because of bad
luck, acts of God, or the elements of nature.)
Is the government using force
against anyone else, other than the aggressor?
(The moral justification for the
use of force only exists, when the force is being used; against ONLY the
aggressor.)
GOVERNMENT
IS NOT OUR GOD.
Being favor of freedom is not the same thing as being in favor of everything that people do when they are free.
Freedom is not forcing everyone to do whatever you say, OR whatever the government says.
Freedom is not the right to force everyone to follow the teachings of your religion.
If you have a free country there will be people who live their lives differently than you do. Teach them your beliefs, but do not use force; either on your own or with the help of government.

God does
not run governments. People who commit crimes, wages wars, preach hatred, and create
tyrannies in the name of God, generally are not doing this because they
honestly believe that God desires it. THEY SIMPLY WANT TO BE YOUR GOD.

ESSENCE of belief in God is the understanding that He is ALL POWERFUL, and that
He can do ANYTHING He wants to do. When he wants to intervene in the affairs of
men He does not need to hire help. If we understand that God does not need
"to hire help", then we would not be fooled by people who seek to be
our gods, by claiming that they are His "assistants".

large problem, in the perversion of the law, comes from "well
meaning" people.

government's purposes are beneficent. Men born to freedom are naturally alert
to repel invasion of their liberty by evil-minded rulers. The greatest dangers
to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but

Very often religious people are unable to distinguish between the unlimited power of God and the strictly limited power of government.
Everything
God says is right and anything that He wants to do about it is proper.
He has
all of the power that He needs to enforce His laws as He sees fit. He does not
need our help. God teaches us about what is right and what is wrong, and
gave us a free will to choose between good and evil. He DOES NOT teach us
to use force to stop people from sinning. He teaches us that THE USE OF FORCE
against peaceable persons is a sin. It is also clear that we are all
responsible for everything that we direct our agents to do.
Religions
promote ideals; which are accepted or rejected, voluntarily.
That is "choice".
Governments make laws; which are ENFORCED by the power of police and courts.
We should be careful when we convert religious ideals into laws.

is our agent. We definitely have no moral right to use force, to require others
to observe the teachings of our religion.
The
government that seeks to enforce God's laws, is a government that seeks to be
our god.
Government

are those who use force against peaceable people.
There
is no human agency; which, can morally use force to require or prohibit
ANYTHING, unless one citizen would have a moral right to use force in the same
situation. One does not bring about morality by use of an immoral act. If there
is not a citizen whose life, liberty or property are being put at risk, then it
is none of the government's business.
The ends
DO NOT justify the means. As soon as you begin to plead the benefits of
allowing government to cross this line, there is no where else to close the
gate. You take one step onto the slippery slope, and you slide all the way to
the chasm.
Government
has no moral basis to tell us ANYTHING at all about how we should, run our
schools, and should have nothing to do with running them. When an agency of
force runs a school we get propaganda in the place of education. This
propaganda is always in favor of government.
Government has no moral basis to tell us ANYTHING ELSE- EXCEPT WHERE OUR ACTIONS VIOLATE ANOTHER PERSONS RIGHTS.
Those of us who believe in an omnipotent Supreme Being find it strange that some people will accept the idea that He needs the help of government to punish sinners. If He created Heaven and Earth, the stars, the sun, the moon, all of the plants, and all of the animals why would He need an "assistant" in Washington, or in your police department? The assertion that God needs the help of people with guns, clubs and tazers is a contradiction to the belief in God.
Saying
that the government has no business using force, does not mean that individuals
or groups should not use persuasion to oppose things that are foolish and self
destructive. We can all debate with one another, or refuse to associate with
one another. We can donate money, or we can refuse to patronize. We can express
our approval or disapproval in thousands of peaceful and non-coercive ways.

INITIATE the use of force against peaceful people are the criminals and the
sinners.

don’t know how many can even possibly relate to this Intelligently, the course
America has been put on will RESULT IN ITS DESTRUCTION.
If there was ever any doubt, look at America’s
predicament today and YET, Many are clueless as to who is responsible as most
don’t even know what PERSON is in what Party.
People are more concerned about their I-Pods than the
number of Troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan as War has become ‘ordinary’
and as long as most remain on Prozac because they can’t deal with a broken
finger-nail, as if that will inhibit their ability to function for the day,
then what chance do we have?
