Libyan Air Force, loyal to elected government in
Tobruk in eastern part of the country, announced that it has received
four new fighter jets, Libya Herald reports.
Su-27 fighter jets entered the government military forces, state military sources that are cited by news agency Lana that is supporting government of Abdullah Thinn in Tobruk.
Russian fighter jets will strengthen the military capabilities of government forces against "extremists and terrorist militias" anywhere in Libya, said the source. It is not known with certainty whether the aircraft are completely new or used.

With all the Russian plane crashes why would someone buy from them.
Maybe they are getting a buy one-get-one-free deal.
