Seismic unrest is growing around the Pacific plate.
On top of the other swarms of recent M6.0+ earthquakes around the Pacific over the past few days, now a noteworthy M6.9 earthquake has struck off the shores of NW Chile in South America.

Over the past seven days we have seen SEVEN different M6.0+ earthquakes occur around the Pacific plate. 1 occurred in Alaska, 3 occurred in Indonesia, 3 occurred in Chile.
