Why do you need money? Just tell them you are not a US citizen subject to maritime/admiralty law and they should boot Freewill out the door.

He isn't but you don't get a 'fair deal' in the corrupt maritime courts. Why don't you give your suggestion a try - IN FACT PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTATION LIKE HE DID that he is not a 'US citizen" and let us know how you do? We can learn from you. The bulk of the money is needed to cover filings, court costs, supplies, etc. PLUS - he has't been able to report to work in 45+ days - do you have a plan to cover the utilities, food, payments, etc to keep his family????
We have made inquiry to those handling his case, and are waiting for reply. We would prefer Western Union but we are not the ones handling his case.

His employer will keep him as long as he doesn't enter into any new contracts.
If he signs any agreements to 'be anywhere he is told to be, when he is told to be there' [which is what people working in courts like to do]; then that agreement will replace his agreement to be at work, when he's told to be there.
He has to be careful to not agree with them in any way.
It's hard, because you think that if you agree to something they will let you go.
Each agreement is an attachment, here and hereafter.

The people holding him want money, and agreements give them the money they want to extort.
As for the Anonymous 12:13, it's obvious they have NEVER been grabbed by the system.
There are so many that think a process or paper or UCC filing will just hold it's own, and it's not like that at all. Those are just public records of your intent and standing, but you still have to protect and keep those things you claim are yours, and the system tests everyone who has made the claim; when you pass; you pass, and when you fail; you fail.
Passing does not mean they will not attempt another way.
If you saw the movie The Matrix, [everyone is an agent], and someone is always testing you to see if you know who you are, and if you will protect your right or give it to them (and when you give, they say you consented). It is better to protect than to give that which is yours away.
The abuse is horrible once you give, it's limited when you protect.

Went thru this years ago; in other words, been there and done that. I listened to some legal guru and tested the issue and got nowhere. Once I learned to read law I figured out that maritime/admiralty argument was bs. I have proved that here on several occasions, but that concept is like a religion. Once it is a "belief" it cannot be dislodged from one's head. I see that here all the time.
In response to your last question, Freewill should have had that covered before he did what he did. Always prepare for the worst case scenarios when dealing with psychopaths wielding power. like I said, been there and done that and I have little sympathy for someone who would not listen and chose to repeat historically failed and useless legal arguments.

Please inform we-the-people why Freewill has been arrested/detained/kidnapped against his will. What are the (alleged) charges/violations-of-the-law that precipitated his incarceration. I have reviewed the postings of 9/13/15, 9/23/15, 9/24/15, 9/25/15, and find no explanation of his kidnapping, that I can understand.
Please help me/us understand this situation. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

ANON 12:48... You told us that you have been there done that. Where is it that you have been? And...what have you done? We all know that the Maritime law is B.S. What have you proved on several occasions? We do not know what you have written or proved because most people post as anonymous. People believe what they believe because they have been brainwashed or educated in the wrong.....direction. Maybe if you would give some details on how to go about getting out of this for freewill and whomever else is in this situation then it might make sense and help someone. Freewill should have had what covered before he did what? The reason I am asking these questions is that you are just giving everyone reading this an "I TOLD YOU SO" and because you are ANONYMOUS we have no idea who you are or what you have written. Give the people who are helping FREEWILL a solution and not an " I told you so " unless you are behind the scenes helping freewill but we have no way on knowing that. Can you elaborate because I am always willing to listen if it has been proven or if it makes sense.
This issue (maritime/admiralty law, state citizen v US federal citizen, corporate person, money issue, etc,) has been around for at least 40 years and has been argued in court unsuccessfully too many times to count. I am not behind the scenes helping Freewill. I have seen this maritime/admiralty issue posted repeatedly here thus it seems it was endorsed by this site, and the people associated with it. If you want to take it as an "I told you so", so be it. I was trying to give the benefit of past experience, but as I said, once an idea is adopted religiously, it cannot be undone. On top of that I got called all kinds of names and spoken about in derogatory terms so that the attitude here does not encourage being helpful.
Just as you don't know who I am, you are using anonymous names and I don't know who you are or whether "Freewill" is even a real human being in trouble with the PTB. You want but you don't want to give. As for having "what covered" that should be obvious. If you are going to fight the PTB, you put all your affairs in such a situation so that being put in prison for a time does not hurt you badly and you don't have to go begging on the internet for money.
Now that Freewill has jumped into the fire he is going to have to get burned to learn and advance his knowledge base. I am not going to say he can't win, but it will not be on the issues. My guess is from the money you are asking for, lawyers are involved, and they will only win on legal technicalities. Freewill may have to learn to survive with a 'criminal record'. I wish him the best of luck, but unless things have changed dramatically very recently, Freewill cannot win, no matter what kind of papers he files.
I truly wish I could be of more help, but it is too late to benefit now from anything I have to say. To say Freewill will have to learn the hard way is really good for him, but is not an "I told you so" from me.

I am not the one who asked you to respond, but I feel the kindness in the vibration of the words used.
I have tried to express a difference to the admiralty/maritime issues posted here, and have either not had the comment posted (could have ended up in some moderation or spam folder), or someone who expresses their self strongly, but provides no information except to silence the messenger, has been my experience, also.
Opinion:
When a group of people who hive together on one state of mind, has someone enter the discussion, on topic, but with a different opinion, it has been shown, the group gets their energy by taking down the opposition.
As a group, there is a bit of truth in all information, and awareness is accepting what you receive in the package it is delivered, and discard what you don't want or can't use right now.
FreeWill has made some pretty bold comments, to Anonymous readers of this blog. After a while, FreeWill is no longer anonymous to them, but they remain Anonymous to him.
If you disagree with anyone in this world, you don't have to go to war with them to express your disagreement. You don't have to challenge them to come to you, or find you, or come at you.
Their system is based on contracts.
To openly challenge is a gesture contract.

Using an attorney, who has a duty to the court, and not the client, is a waste of time and money, in my opinion.
As soon as FreeWill signs the agreement, that lawyer will be signing documents on FreeWill's behalf without discussing them with him first, and will enter him into all kinds of unknown financial transactions behind the scenes from the soc. sec. number.
They are supposed to prove elements of the crime, and most crimes have at least five, some more. I have seen the opposing side, prove only two, a jury (not of his peers) will convict a ham sandwich, and will come back saying guilty. {especially since most don't know about nullification, and others are too programmed to do anything that the 'group' doesn't agree to}. So just like there are group attacks to opposing views here, the same happens in jury pools. Agree and be one of them, or something is wrong with you. Most agree so they can go home, and don't care what happens to the one they claim is guilty.
[juries get judged for how they judge, they just don't know it. They will answer for what they do with their maker, especially if they claim to be Christian, and know the judge not rule and do it anyway, cause some man in a black robe told them they had to]
The attorney will railroad him, tell him that they didn't prove all the elements and they can beat it on appeal, and when FreeWill signs himself into jail, (there are contracts all over the place), the attorney will disappear, and FreeWill will spend a lot of time trying to break the contract he entered into of his freewill.

I don't know what 'attorney' people are referring to here. Freewill does not have an 'attorney', especially court appointed, nor one who will file and will sign without his knowledge or approval. But, he DOES have about the BEST legal advisors America can offer - ones that are repeat case WINNERS but who have NOT sworn an oath to the BAR. BIG DIFFERENCE. Rest in that. There are no crimes' - only what the system tells you and me is a 'crime' - but is not. If you research the TRUTH about your right to travel as a for instance, you will find that no car used for family or personal use is required to have a license plate to drive on the roads - nor is one required to produce or carry a drivers license. Many are assuming facts in Freewill's situation incorrectly due to their own personal experiences. Therefore, my court appointed attorney's exact words to me and I quote "MARIE, YOU CAN GO TO COURT WITH THE SAME COPS WHO YOU SAY ARE LYING AND PUT YOU IN JAIL AND YOU [COULD] WIN BUT IF YOU LOSE YOU WILL SPEND UP TO NINETY MORE DAYS IN JAIL." So you are f****d! Now maybe I would have gotten lucky and they would have dropped the case but I doubt it because they will never forget my name but trust me they would have done everything to make sure that they got let me have it when I went back to jail and they will make sure that you go back. I could not afford to do that and not because of me but because my parents were distraught and that is that same thing that Freewill is facing. His family I am sure. Anyone ever been in jail know there is no way to hang yourself in a jail cell. The material of the clothing, the structure of the bedding, the walls, ceiling, doors, makes it impossible because they want to warehouse you alive. Jailed for being homeless, jailed for speaking to long at a city council meeting, jailed for going to a PTA meeting and showing dislike for the homework or assignments the child is given, jailed for making a clock, almost jailed for asking for some 'gum' and some idiot reports that you asked for a 'gun'. If a man takes you off the street, he had better have a contract showing where he was to take you, describing what you look like, and what he is taking you for, aka a warrant. A traveler does not have to be in a motor vehicle. A traveler can be in a car, a conveyance, private property, or any other thing they determine that is NOT defined by the code as something that is in commerce.
Motor vehicles is words that are grabbed by the people who want to define the moving object that is in 'commerce'. So if someone is not moving in commerce, they would not speak in terms of words used to mean moving or operating in commerce. Operating is a term for commercial activity. Travelers do not operate. We go to their courts to try to tell them we didn't do what we are accused of.
Their courts are a place of business, so they operate (commercial term) by claiming that you came there of your free will so you must want to do business with them, and you came there because you must agree you were obligated to have certain papers in commerce and you didn't have them. When people figured out not to go to court, the cities and municipalities used a rule that their employees can arrest anyone based on 'good faith' that a crime had been committed.
As an example, they have good faith belief; you were supposed to have something you don't have, [driver's license] so they are not wrong to take you to make you account for not having it, as far as they believe.
The problem is, the act of taking someone without a warrant, even on good faith, is criminal in that they take you against your will, and it's not urgent or dangerous, and they can make a phone call, get a warrant, and you would know the people who claim to say they control you in contracts, and have the right, power, or privilege to make you explain why you do not do something you are claiming you have a right to not do.

According to someone else who dealt with this issue the bottom line is this. The "United States" does not really officially exist, and does not belong to you since if you are a registered national U.S. CITIZEN you are a slave belonging to the "United States" which is already in default as a corporation. The reason it doesn't really exist is, at most the United States is just a piece of paper with a corporate charter. So if you are a U.S. CITIZEN and apparently break the law, then you will have to go into court and they will force you to sign a waiver and also beat you and strip you of your property if it comes to that point. Thus the banksters aren't all to blame for that outcome, you are as well for being part of UNITED STATES.

Anon above pointed out some interesting facts that are rarely explored in depth. This government is a soulless corporation. It has already been properly defined under the law, that its natural composition is a private corporation that does not have to serve its residents or inhabitants. A claim is made that it must serve you, yet if you read its rules and regulations it does not appear to say any of those things.
Furthermore, who allows it to continue to function if many state governments are now taking up the slack and providing justice and equitable law. It is in effect a mystery, because once again this corporation does what it does and calls itself "government" yet it is run by real individuals who do bad things or do not know what they're doing. So this ends in a repeating circle, since people are not acutely aware there is no law that says they have to participate in this de facto government.
There is this analogy some have of refusing to be bribed or deceived as bickering children are, and allow that corporation to finally collapse under its own weight and go defunct due to no further participation. Every corporation is operated by real people, men and women paid to do things they don't even want to do like arrest someone - so bring the claims....criminal claims, on each and every named foot-soldier who does that. Bring the claims against the actual people, let the whole thing become like a fairy tale you don't truly need.
As in the end every single government always ends in secession and crumbles under its own weight, the best remedy being to not participate at all and allow it to happen. But conventional wisdom everywhere teaches the opposite, keep fighting, keep participating, keep the scam going a little longer......rather than walk out the door.
Wave it goodbye and stop asking for anymore governors and actually watch how you may not need them.

Please inform we-the-people why Freewill has been arrested/detained/kidnapped against his will. What are the (alleged) charges/violations-of-the-law that precipitated his incarceration. I have reviewed the postings of 9/13/15, 9/23/15, 9/24/15, 9/25/15, and find no explanation of his kidnapping, that I can understand.

We are AMERICANS living on American soil. They have usurped their jurisdiction so they are the foreigners and they have to give up their citizenship to become a foreign corporate employee. So if UNITED STATES citizens ARE the problem then which one in your expert opinion are we supposed to be? FOREIGN, STATE OR AMERICAN NATIONAL??? What are the exact steps are we to take to become the correct LEGAL NATIONAL? In your expert opinion, that is. Since when is a court a prosecuting attorney's office?
If Freewill's friends had shared info with us sooner, he'd be out by now.
Why is his attorney allowing him to be held in 'the sheriff's office'.
Anyone knowing the least about legal things would know the entire
situation is a sham and if they'd just trust the people who come
here with a bit of information, Freewill would be home by now.
