Governor urges feds to move on Oregon protesters
'End the occupation and hold all of the wrongdoers accountable'

'Protest' leader Ammon Bundy and his fellow ranchers have refused to leave the Burns, Oregon refuge over allegations of federal overreach by the Bureau of Land Management. They want the 'federal government' to surrender its control over the land. They also want father-son ranchers Dwight and Steve Hammond to be released from prison, where they are serving a prison sentence for 'arson'.
U.S. District Judge Michael R. Hogan sentenced the pair to a one-year prison sentence in 2012 for fires they caused that spilled over into acreage, also leased by the Hammond Ranch. In 2014, however, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined that now-retired U.S. District Judge Michael Hogan illegally sentenced the Hammonds to terms below the five-year minimum. The Hammonds were ordered back to prison, despite serving time and paying $400,000 in damages to the government.
Brown said Wednesday that her patience with the protesters is at an end. “[Federal officials] must move quickly to end the occupation and hold all of the wrongdoers accountable,” the governor said at a press conference in Salem, CBS News reported. “The residents of Harney County have been overlooked and underserved by federal officials’ response thus far. I have conveyed these very grave concerns directly to our leaders at the highest levels of our government: the U.S. Department of Justice and the White House.”

Brown estimates Bundy’s protesters have cost the state $100,000 per week in resources required by multiple local law enforcement agencies.
“The residents of Harney County have been overlooked and underserved by federal officials’ response thus far,” Brown said, CNN reported. “This spectacle of lawlessness must end. And until Harney County is free of it, I will not stop insisting that 'federal officials' enforce the law.”

The full penalty prescribes that those prosecuted for forcefully administering vaccines, levying war or shootouts during peace time on the grounds of a state shall be hung by the neck until dead.

If this woman had any integrity, or morals she would be demanding that the Hammonds be removed from jail and that the land of the people be returned to the people instead of backing a private corporation, (BLM), in its operation to steal public land for their profit! No one is questioning the fact that one of the 9th circuit judges resentencing the Hammonds was in fact appointed by Clintons (Tallman, Richard C. nominated by William J. Clinton on October 20, 1999, as well as the Oregon District Judge (Ann L. Aiken is a U.S. district court judge for the District of Oregon. Judge Aiken was also nominated by President Clinton in 1997 and received commission in 1998.) As the Clintons have been proved to be involved with the land grabs against both the Bundy’s and the Hammonds, both of these judges should have been recused from participation in this case (A COMPLETE CONFLICT OF INTEREST) and for Hammonds lawyer (Alan Schroeder) not to address this fact makes me question his training as a lawyer! Clintons have been trying to get those lands as they promised those mineral rights to Russia, despite not having no legal entitlement to the property!
Also of note is the fact that the BLM is actually a sub-corporation of UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, a private foreign owned off-shore corporation since its last incorporation in 1925, copyrighted, trademarked and registered in Puerto Rico).Under the Reorganization Act of Washington District of Columbia, by its own private business charter, neither the BLM, nor any other federal/corporate agency has lawful/legal authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.
The BLM, is actually classified as an: “Agent of Foreign Principle”, under the Intergovernmental Personnel Act.
In other words, they don’t represent the Constitutional Republic or the interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle i.e., the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City,
England known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority.
