Executive orders are worthless outside of D.C. when repugnant to the state Constitutions and the Second and Tenth Amendment. I believe the ATF, IRS and the BAR are all owned by the Northern Trust Co. and under control of the satanic U.N. The ATF is charged with collecting excise taxes under Stamp on Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and ammunition sales and manufacturing, and to Regulate transfers of Class three weapons. Explosive classifications have to do with detonation speed and potential energy. Pour nitrocellulose on the ground and drop a match in it and it fizzles and burns but does not explode. It must be contained in order to build pressure to propel a bullet, which is why it is called a "propellant" and not an explosive. One gallon of gasoline has the explosive potential of 12 sticks of dynamite, yet we transport 15 to 20 gallons of the stuff at 70 miles an hour while steering this guided ground based missile called a car around obstacles and other guided missiles sharing the same road. The Horror!!! O Bozo is an idiot. They could not put an excise tax on ink because it violated the First Amendment. The same should apply here as defending your country and your family is not a excise taxable activity, it is a right and an obligation of every man or woman that chooses to do so. The District of Columbia Municipal Corporation. aka; UNITED STATES, has no Constitutional authority outside their 7 1/2 square mile area of D.C. They know it. We know it, but the employees they hire are playing useful idiots in trying to enforce their copyrighted codes on the sovereign people as law. Thank God Bozos term is about up. I am voting for meteor.
