Per the original, hilarious post at Disclose TV: "Trump Acceptance Resistance Disorder [TARD] is a pattern of pathologically dissociative and psychotic behavior, first observed in the late hours of November 8th 2016, and increasing in severity with passing time. Sufferers of Trump Acceptance Resistance Disorder often exhibit pronounced cognitive dissonance, sudden bouts of rage, uncontrollable crying, suicidal ideation, and extreme sadness."

You see, most of us at some point have experienced mild dissociation, which is much like daydreaming or "getting lost in the moment" while working on some art, music project, or maybe even a blog post or article like this. But we warn you, TARD is a severe form of dissociation, involving a mental process that produces a complete and utter lack of connection in a person's feelings, thoughts, actions and even their sense of identity. TARD is believed to stem from a combination of factors that include severe crybaby trauma and a breakdown of normal coping mechanisms – as experienced by a teenager, young adult or even an adult who never matured properly, and who most likely didn't even get out to vote for the Presidential candidate whom they believe, very deep down in their psyche, should have won the election. For just $15 per hour, these traumatized people (or that's what they'd have you believe they are) will literally carry disturbing signs and walk out into heavy traffic, ready to sacrifice themselves "for the greater good" – just like Hitlery would want them to.

Is T.A.R.D. even real?

You may be wondering right now if this form of dissociative identity disorder is even real. Trust us, you're not in this alone. After all, understanding and absorbing the idea of the development of multiple personalities is difficult, even for highly trained experts.

The diagnosis of TARD itself remains controversial, especially among mass media and mental health professionals, with most experts believing that it is really an "offshoot" phenomenon of another psychiatric problem (getting trophies for losing sports during childhood and smiley faces for failing tests).

Look for these typical signs and symptoms of TARD: Trump Acceptance Resistance Disorder

How much fluoridated water did you drink during the eight-year Obama tyranny? How many flu shots did you get? Did you eat genetically mutated Frankenfood (GMO) daily? According to the expert diagnosis from the kind folks at Disclose TV, people with TARD are characterized by a "persistent unwillingness to accept that Donald Trump is going to Make America Great Again. Individual sufferers often display signs of paranoia and delusion; in acute cases psychotic episodes have been observed. Trump Acceptance Resistance Disorder is different from being upset about the results of the 2016 presidential election."

In fact, people with TARD are unable to accept reality, despite irrefutable evidence, and exhibit most, if not all, of the following symptoms:

- Telling others they are moving to Canada

- Fixated on fantasies about the Electoral College

- Protesting an election no credible source contests the outcome of

- Exclamations that "Someone" should do "Something!"

- Acute change in demeanor from pompous and arrogant to fearful and combative

- Claim that anyone who disagrees with them is some combination of racist, sexist, bigoted, homophobic and actually some sort of Hitler persona

Understanding and combating TARD

Trump Acceptance Resistance Disorder was directly caused by the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America. Thanks to mass media in the form of mentally disabled television, newspapers (dumbed down to 7th grade reading level for the sheeple) and online propaganda like CNN, the Washington Post and the Boston Globe, everyone absolutely knew without a shadow of a doubt that Hitlery would win the election. Every talk show exclaimed this hardened fact for months leading up to November 8th. Every single "libtard" was prepared with party favors ready to toast their criminal parasite of a candidate who promised them more enslavement, toxic food, toxic medicine and free stuff for not working.

Currently, in-depth research is ongoing, but TARD appears to correlate closely with the following behavioral and environmental factors:

- Membership in the Democratic party

- Identifying as a feminist

- Currently enrolled in college

- Living in a densely populated metropolitan area

- Massive student debt

- Spotty or non-existent work history

- Hipsterism

Also, according to Disclose TV, the diagnosis of TARD is fairly straightforward. Simply ask the patient if Donald Trump is going to be the next president of the United States of America. Most patients quickly become agitated and most will begin to ramble incoherently, often displaying three or more of the symptoms within a short period of time. The only known treatment for TARD is to get the victim off toxic food, toxic tap water and toxic medicine, and then apply TRUMP adhesives (t-shirts, hats, pins and bumper stickers) to their person in some permanent fashion (using a staple gun or duct tape is preferred).

Patients with TARD are dangerous in large groups, like cows that could trample any resistance to their "charge." Their crybaby "herd" mentality is much like that of vaccine-induced paranoia, where they believe in safety in TARD numbers.

If you have a friend, neighbor, coworker or loved one suffering from TARD, urge them to seek treatment.
