US Marines, DHS & UN Practicing For Gun Confiscation
"But with the sheer number of horrors too long to list, perpetrated by an out of control 'government' in 2015 still stinging deeply, I pray daily to God Almighty that more and more Americans wake up to our 'we the people' duties to raise hell and demand accountability from our elected employees." - Ted Nugent
'Bring your guns and come': Militiamen including Cliven Bundy's three sons take over Oregon federal building and call 'U.S. patriots' to arms in protest at pending imprisonment of two ranchers
Militia members claimed to have as many as 150 supporters with them at the Malheur National Wildlife refuge building in Princeton, Oregon
The group said they were not looking to hurt anyone. They would not rule out violence if police tried to remove them
The occupation came shortly after a few hundred marchers paraded through Burns, Oregon
The marchers were protesting the prosecution of father and son, Harney County ranchers Dwight Hammond Jr, 73, and Steven Hammond, 46
The Hammonds were ordered returned to prison by a 'federal court' which ruled their original sentences for setting public fires were insufficient
The group is demanding that the Hammonds be released and that the 'federal government' give up control of the Malheur National Forest

A group of militiamen on Saturday occupied the headquarters of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon in support of two brothers who are slated to report to prison on Monday on arson charges - and the protesters don't plan on leaving any time soon, saying it's 'kill or be killed' time.
Militia members claimed to have as many as 150 supporters with them at the Malheur National Wildlife refuge building in Princeton, which is federal property managed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service that was closed for the holiday weekend.
They later rescinded the number and said they would not disclose how many people were in the building, because of 'operational security'. Local reporters have said that there only appears to be a dozen cars outside of the building.
'We're planning on staying here for years, absolutely,' Ammon Bundy, one of the occupiers, told the Oregonian via telephone. ‘This is not a decision we've made at the last minute.'
Ammon Bundy and his brother Ryan, who is another occupier, are the sons of of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who was involved in a 2014 standoff with the government over grazing rights.
The occupation came shortly after 300 marchers paraded through Burns, Oregon, about 50 miles away, to protest at the prosecution of father and son Harney County ranchers Dwight Hammond Jr and Steven Hammond, who were ordered returned to prison by a federal court which ruled their original sentences were insufficient.
The group is demanding that the Hammonds be released and that the federal government give up control of the Malheur National Forest.

The protesters said they plan on staying at the Malheur National Wildlife refuge building in Princeton, Oregon for as long as possible
Dwight Hammond, 73, and Steven Hammond, 46, said they lit the fires in 2001 and 2006 to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their property from wildfires.
The two were convicted of the arsons three years ago and served time — the father three months, the son one year.
But a judge ruled their terms were too short under federal law and ordered them back to prison for about four years each.
Ammon Bundy, an Idaho militia leader, said that while the occupiers were not looking to hurt anyone, they would not rule out violence if police tried to remove them, the Oregonian reported.
Bundy's brother Ryan Bundy, who is also an occupier, told the Oregonian that they're 'willing to kill and be killed' if necessary, adding that the federal officials' actions have been 'in violation of the constitution'.

'The best possible outcome is that the ranchers that have been kicked out of the area, then they will come back and reclaim their land, and the wildlife refuge will be shut down forever and the federal government will relinquish such control,' Ryan Bundy told the Oregonian.
He added: 'What we're doing is not rebellious. What we're doing is in accordance with the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land.'
The brothers said, however, that their real goal is to simply start a movement. It is unknown what types of weapons are now at the refuge building, but there are no hostages in the area.
'The facility has been the tool to do all the tyranny that has been placed upon the Hammonds,' told the Oregonian.
Ammon Bundy posted a video on his Facebook page asking for people to come help him. Below the video is this statement: "(asterisk)(asterisk)ALL PATRIOTS ITS TIME TO STAND UP NOT STAND DOWN!!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! COME PREPARED."
Ammon Bundy said the group planned to stay at the refuge indefinitely.
'The facility has been the tool to do all the tyranny that has been placed upo

'And not be afraid of this tyranny that's upon them. And what'll happen is Harney County will begin to thrive again.
'One time they were the wealthiest county, now they're the poorest, and we will reverse that in just a few years by freeing up their land and resources.
'And we're doing this for the people. We're doing this so the people can have

'We're calling people out here to come and stand. We need you to bring your arms and we need you to come to the Malheur National Wildlife refuge.'

'This could be a hope that spreads through the whole country. Everybody's looking for this hope because the government has beat us, oppressed us and took everything from us. They will not stop until we tell them no.'
The stand-off gained nationwide attention as the agency sought to seize cattle because the elder Bundy refused to pay grazing fees.
The federal agents ultimately backed down, citing safety concerns, and gave back hundreds of Bundy cattle which they had rounded up.

'The oppression and the tyranny that's taken place in Oregon - we know it's taken place all across the US - the Bundy Ranch was prime example. And we the people need to take a stand,' he said in the 13-minute video.
He goes on a lengthy rant about the legal system and how it treated the Hammond family.

'They are not terrorists....This oppressive, tyrannical 'government' who really has no jurisdiction here - this is Hardy County's land,' he said.
He added: 'The Hammonds were not tried by a jury of their peers. There's an indictment with no signatures on it.
'This is a cruel and unusual punishment. But this 'federal government' comes in here and says no, that's not enough, they need to do a minimum of five years.'
Ritzenheimer then makes a call to arms.
He said: 'It's real simple, Dwight. Do you want to die in prison labeled a terrorist by these oppressors or do you want to die out here with us as a free man? I want to die a free man.'
'If you do not spearhead this and take a stand, it's going to set a new precedent across the US.
'They get stronger and think they can continue to go around and bully we, the people. But when we unite and you take that stand there's no stopping us.'
Beth Anne Steele, an FBI spokeswoman in Portland, told The Associated Press that the agency was aware of Saturday’s situation at the national wildlife refuge. She made no further comment.
Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward released a statement late on Saturday night.
Ward said: 'After the peaceful rally was completed today, a group of outside militants drove to the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, where they seized and occupied the refuge headquarters.
'A collective effort from multiple agencies is currently working on a solution. For the time being please stay away from that area.
Militiaman Jon Ritzheimer posts 'goodbye' video to family

In one YouTube video, Jon Ritzheimer, a Phoenix-based anti-Islam activist and militiaman, suggests he is going to join the occupied federal lands and says goodbye to his family.
Ritzheimer wipes tears from his eyes. He speaks about his wife before going on a lengthy rant about the 'legal system'.
'More information will be provided as it becomes available. Please maintain a peaceful and united front and allow us to work through this situation.'
Some local residents feared the Saturday rally would involve more than speeches, flags and marching. But the only real additions to that list seemed to be songs, flowers and pennies.
As marchers reached the courthouse, they tossed hundreds of pennies at the locked door. Their message: civilians were buying back their government. After the march passed, two girls swooped in to scavenge the pennies.
A few blocks away, Hammond and his wife Susan greeted marchers, who planted flower bouquets in the snow. They sang some songs, Hammond said a few words, and the protesters marched back to their cars.
Dwight Hammond has said he and his son plan to peacefully report to prison January 4 as ordered by the judge.
The decision to extend the Hammonds’ prison terms has generated controversy in a remote part of the state.
In particular, the Hammonds' new sentences touched a nerve with far right groups who repudiate federal authority.
Ammon Bundy and a handful of militiamen from other states arrived last month in Burns, some 60 miles from the Hammond ranch.
In an email to supporters, Ammon Bundy criticized the 'US government' for a failed legal process.

Israel gave Gaza, the most expensive prized income producing piece of land in their nation, to the Palestinians during one of the 'peace' negotiations. What did the arabs do? After destroying everything in sight, they began digging tunnels to secretly process their weapons of destruction and to secretly enter Egypt, Israel and other locations to carry out their attacks of death. They began building their terrorist training camps, weapons manufacturing and conducting terrorist attacks against Israel, Lebanon and Egypt, including shooting down a Russian commercial aircraft.
Even Egypt has had enough of them and has taken a step to put these terrorists to rest.

(Arab muslims continue to produce films of supposed 'atrocities' committed against them by Israelis - the arabs put their own wives and children in the line of fire while they fire on the Israelis, and the Israelis will not fire back for fear of hurting or killing the arab women and children. Yet the media - and even those who call themselves 'christians' continue to produce lies and propaganda against the Israelis - people who are like us - like Americans - who want peace and have been willing to negotiate for it, giving away their most expensive and productive lands and businesses to muslim idiots who know nothing but to destroy, destroy, destroy. EPA ORDERS BARRIER TO KEEP UNDERGROUND FIRE AWAY FROM REACHING NUCLEAR WASTE NEAR ST. LOUIS
An EPA Superfund site, the West Lake Landfill has housed nuclear waste since the 1970s
The Associated Press
Thursday, December 31, 2015, 11:14 PM
ST. LOUIS — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is ordering installation of an isolation barrier to make sure an underground fire does not reach buried nuclear waste at a suburban St. Louis landfill site.
Mark Hague, EPA regional administrator, said the plan for West Lake Landfill in Bridgeton also calls for additional engineering steps such as cooling loops. The barrier will consist of an underground wall.
Nuclear waste dating to the Manhattan Project was dumped at West Lake in 1973. An underground fire has been smoldering for years and is now within 1,200 feet. The work will be paid for by Republic Services, owner of both landfills. A spokesman for Republic Services said the company is ready to proceed with installation of the barrier.
The company insists there is no risk the fire will reach the nuclear material, but environmentalists disagree. Ed Smith of the Missouri Coalition for the Environment said the barrier is not enough.
"The only way to ensure a smoldering or surface fire doesn't impact the radioactive wastes is to remove them," Smith said.
The cause of the underground fire is unknown. Fumes from the fire prompted Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster to sue Republic Services in 2013. The case is scheduled for trial in March.
West Lake was declared a Superfund site in 1990. In 2008, the EPA announced a remediation plan to cap the nuclear waste with rock, clay and soil. The plan drew enough opposition that the EPA decided to reconsider.
The agency has not yet announced a new plan despite criticism from some lawmakers and residents who feel the agency is moving too slowly.
TEXAS GOVERNOR CHALLENGES OBAMA ON GUN CONTROL: "COME AND TAKE IT"
Governor invokes revolutionary battle cry in defense of Texans' Second Amendment rights
Adan Salazar | Infowars.com - January 2, 2016
On New Year’s Day, Texas Governor Greg Abbott had a strong message for President Obama regarding his upcoming plan to unilaterally enact gun control legislation: “Come and take it.”
“Obama wants to impose more gun control,” Abbott tweeted Friday. “My response? COME & TAKE IT.”
The Republican governor’s statement comes amid announcements the Obama administration will act later this month to impose stricter rules on the selling and purchase of firearms.
The president will meet with Attorney General Loretta Lynch Monday to discuss what actions can be taken to circumvent the Second Amendment without congressional authorization, the Washington Post reports.
Meanwhile, Governor Abbott has made a strong show of support for Texans’ Second Amendment rights.
On Friday a new law came into effect allowing licensed citizens of the Lone Star State to openly carry holstered pistols.
The phrase “come and take it” was emblazoned on a flag flown by Texian forces during the Texas Revolution, chiefly at the battle of Gonzales, where Texian rebels revolted against the Mexican army and challenged them to retrieve a cannon loaned to them for protection.
PUTIN NAMES UNITED STATES AMONG THREATS IN NEW RUSSIAN SECURITY STRATEGY
By Vladimir Soldatkin
January 2, 2016 6:05 AM
MOSCOW (Reuters) - A new appraisal names the United States as one of the threats to Russia's national security for the first time, a sign of how relations with the west have deteriorated in recent years.
The document, "About the Strategy of National Security of Russian Federation", was signed by President Vladimir Putin on New Year's Eve. It replaces a 2009 version, endorsed by then- President Dmitry Medvedev, the current prime minister, which mentioned neither the United States not NATO.
It says Russia has managed to heighten its role in solving global problems and international conflicts. That heightened role has caused a reaction by the West, it says.
"The strengthening of Russia happens against the background of new threats to the national security, which has complex and interrelated nature," the document says.
Conducting an independent policy, "both international and domestic" has caused "counteraction from the USA and its allies, which are striving to retain their dominance in global affairs."
That in turn is likely to lead to "political, economical, military and informational pressure" on Russia, the document says.
Relations between Russia and the West reached a low after Russian forces annexed the Crimean peninsula from Ukraine in March 2014, after protests in Ukraine forced its pro-Moscow president to flee to Russia.
Since then, the West has accused Russia of aiding insurgents in eastern Ukraine. Moscow denies actively assisting the rebels.
The United States and the European Union have since imposed wide-ranging sanctions against Russian individuals and companies. Moscow has reacted by restricting food and other goods from the EU.
The document says that the United States and the EU have supported an "anti-constitutional coup d'etat in Ukraine", which led to a deep divide in Ukrainian society and a military conflict.
It also names the expansion of NATO as a threat to Russia's national security and said that the United States has expanded its network of military-biological laboratories in neighboring to Russia countries.
The document, which serves as a basis for planning strategy related to national security by different state bodies, does not mention Syria. On Sept. 30, Russia began air strikes against anti-government rebels opposed to the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, a Russian ally.
MICHIGAN DNR FORCES CLOSURE OF FAMILY-RUN HIGH FARM
“There are entities that are working behind the scene destroying our market… we’re just a family farm. They’re spending far more money to do it than we would ever make.” Mark Baker
Since the appointment of an entire muslim advisory council around bozo, and the financial contributions of CAIR and other organizations supporting recruitment of muslim men and families in to the USA, now there suddenly is a 'problem' with having hog farms across the nation. America, are you going to stand for this? Along with the BLM intrusions against our ranches and grazing lands? DO YOU GET THE PICTURE OF THE 'PLAN' AGAINST AMERICANS AND OUR NATION?
(Mark Baker explains his decision to sell their family farm.)
“For the Peace and Safety of My Family”
Mark and Jill Baker of Bakers Green Acres have announced they are closing and selling their 80 acre family farm in Northern Michigan. Their markets for their Mangalitsa Hogs have been “roadblocked at every corner,” according to Mark.
Mark says, "There are entities that are working behind the scene that are destroying our market and really running very negative campaigns against us. We’re just a family farm. They’re spending far more money to do it than we would ever make."
Now Mark, a retired U.S. veteran, must seek other means of income and way of life for his family of eleven. Mark explains,
Let me explain why we’re doing this. First and foremost, I have a responsibility to my family–to maintain their safety and their security and peace. We need peace in our home. And I have not been able to do that, even after we finished our court case with the DNR [Department of Natural Resources] it’s still been very unpeaceful.
Mark also says,
The majority of you [in the small farms community] have always been there for me and helped through the entire court case, with everything. We could not have survived through that. There’s no way that we could have made it through that whole thing. And then putting the herd back together over the last year and a half. We had a lot of help with that. Now we have this big herd and no place to go with it because we’ve been roadblocked at every corner. If any of you need some pigs, please message me and we can go from there. Everything has to be out of here as soon as possible. It appears as though our adversaries have pulled the stops and are going to go to great lengths to make this look ugly and to diminish our effectiveness.

4th Amendment Violations Against Farmers?
Prior to Mark Baker’s announcement on December 28th that he and his wife Jill are selling their farm, he posted another video detailing some of the recent alleged harassment they have endured including an unwarranted-search of his property by the Department of Natural Resources while he and his family were not at home.
Mark says, "They have a job to do to ensure food safety. I totally understand that, but if I’ve gone outside the white line a little bit, give me a phone call. We play by the rules. …but they didn’t do that."

Surely the muslim influence is involved in this. They have been placed in all key offices in and around the 'gov', including the creation of positions and offices that never existed before bozo was put in 'office'. Hog ranching has never been an issue in our nation until now.
