Putin Orders Russian Troops And Ministries To Atomic Shelters Over NATO Threat Of War

A grim report prepared by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin has ordered an abrupt end to the surprise military drills of Russian forces launched on 26 February to counter the West’s aggression in Ukraine and ordered them, along with key ministries, to report to their assigned atomic-proof bomb shelters as war fears with NATO are now approaching its deadliest level since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.
According to this report, Putin was forced to take this action due to NATO’s “illegal” using of its provisions contained in Article 4 which was requested by Poland and which will be discussed in an emergency meeting of this Western military bloc later today.
NATO’s Article 4 explicitly states “The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the Parties is threatened,” and which, this report continues, does not include the Ukrainian crisis as it is neither a member or party to NATO and neither Poland, nor any other member of this military bloc is being threatened, in any manner whatsoever, by Russia.
NATO meetings under Article 4 are rare, this report says, with only Turkey having used the option before, calling for consultations three times, once during the 2003 war in Iraq and twice, two years ago, over the Syrian conflict.
Important to note, MoD experts in this report say, is that invocation of Article 4 is the prelude step to Article 5 which authorizes all NATO countries to prepare for war, which the Obama regime had attempted, but failed to achieve last year in the Syrian crisis when its own citizens, and those of it allies, revolted against a war that would have brought the West into direct conflict with Russia.
The current crisis in Ukraine, this report further explains, was an Obama regime engineered coup against its democratically elected constitutional government by nationalist fascist mob forces that was confirmed by US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland who publicly stated that key organizations in Ukraine including the neo-Nazi party Svoboda were generously supported by Washington. And to quote Nuland directly: “We have invested more than $5 billion to help Ukraine to achieve this and other goals.”
“Any doubts about the Obama administration’s real intentions in Ukraine,” writes New York University scholar Stephen F. Cohen, “should have been dispelled by the recently revealed taped conversation between a top State Department official, Victoria Nuland, and the US ambassador in Kiev. The media predictably focused on the source of the “leak” and on Nuland’s verbal “gaffe”—“##### the EU.” But the essential revelation was that high-level US officials were plotting to “midwife” a new, anti-Russian Ukrainian government by ousting or neutralizing its democratically elected president—that is, a coup.”
As to what the “other goals” of the Obama regime towards Russia are in their fomenting this latest Ukrainian crisis, this report continues, can be found in the sobering report recently prepared by top Putin Presidential advisor Academician Sergei Glazyev and retired General Leonid Ivashov of the highly influential Izborsk Club think tank which warned:
1. Washington, acting through its embassy and through high-ranking European figures, is behind all the opposition’s moves and the very phenomenon of the “Maidan.” The goal of this political “game,” over the past few years and particularly during the organization of the Maidan itself, is to transform Ukraine into an anti-Russian state. This cannot be viewed other than as civilizational aggression by the West, headed by the US, against Russia.
2. The US has some disagreements with the EU, especially with Germany regarding the future promotion to the top position of either Klitschko (the EU choice) or Yatsenyuk, who would then be replaced by Tymoshenko upon her release. At the same time, Washington views with contempt the efforts of Brussels and Berlin to play an independent role in Kiev. But their main goals coincide.
3. Washington is most worried of all that Moscow, which has enormous reserves among the Ukrainian population, will suddenly wake up and become more active, wrecking the almost completed plan of establishing a totally anti-Russian government, up to and including the broad use of the fascistized followers of Bandera.
4. The U.S. leadership group on top of Operation Ukraine is comprised of high-ranking intelligence and diplomatic operatives, who are skillfully pulling into these “actions” senior political leaders, including Congressmen from both parties, Vice-President Biden, and even President Obama. Thus we see a consolidated U.S. strategy, which will not change in any way whatsoever without active counteraction by Russia.
Even more grimly, this Izborsk Club report warns Putin, the “full scenario” being implemented by the Obama regime against Russia includes:
1. Rejection of the presence of the Russian Armed Forces in Crimea, including at Sevastopol as the base of the Russian Federation’s Black Sea Fleet. The time frame will be set at six to ten months, which is insufficient for an orderly relocation of the military facilities to Russian territory in the vicinity of Novorossiysk.
2. Purges of pro-Russian forces in eastern and southern Ukraine, leading to a flood of refugees into the Russian Federation.
3. Annihilation of manufacturing capacities that do contract work for the Russian military-industrial complex, in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, and other Ukrainian cities.
4. Stepped-up forcible Ukrainianization of the population on the left bank of the Dnieper.
5. Expanded partnership of Ukraine with NATO and the appearance of U.S. and NATO bases in Ukraine, including Crimea.
6. Establishment in eastern Ukraine of bases for training terrorists, who will begin to operate both in the Caucasus and in the Volga Basin, and possibly also Siberia.
7. Extension of “Euromaidan” techniques into major Russian cities, especially in ethnically defined constituent territories of the Russian Federation.
8. Expulsion of the Russian Orthodox Church from Ukraine, accompanied by forcible seizure of churches and monasteries, resulting in a further decline of the authority of both the ROC and the executive branch of government within Russian society.
9. Launching of prosecutions against Gazprom, Rosneft, and their executives, with the new Ukrainian government also suing Russia in Western-sponsored international courts under various pretexts.
This MoD report further notes that the strategies employ the United States considerable instruments of national power include measures to: 1) actively destabilize “elected” governments (Ukraine, Venezuela, etc.) through the use of NGO's, intelligence agencies and proxy groups; 2) prop up brutal regimes (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt) through a US congressionally approved program, executed by the US military, called Foreign Internal Defense; 3) information operations conducted via the printed press, social media, radio, television and film that seek to shape the cognitive local to global environment in favor of US national interests.; and 4) existentially destroy foreign governments through direct military action in conjunction with the weaponry of finance capitalism to create new markets.
To fully understand the Obama regimes criminality in regards to Ukraine, this MoD report says, can be seen in their installing as Ukraine’s acting President Oleksandr Turchynov, who aside from being one of the top henchmen of Semyon Mogilevich (described as The World’s Most Powerful Mobster That You Probably Never Heard Of and currently on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List), was the former head of the Ukrainian Secret Service (SBU), and the only time he garnered any votes was when he stood for Mayor of Kiev in 2008, and got less than 20 per cent of the vote.
As to how Turchynov was exactly “elected” by the Ukrainian Parliament as President, this report continues, was “beyond farce” as the only members allowed to vote were those of the far-right, Neo-Nazi and nationalist parties who were illegally allowed to vote for the overthrow of their legitimate government using the vote cards of the absent majority members kept out of chamber by mob violence and in violation of both Ukraine’s constitution and international law. [Note: The Party of Regions (ousted President Yanukovych’s Party) holds 134 seats. 117 are non-affiliated, many of these voting with the Party of regions; the Communists have 32 seats, often voting with the Party of Regions. On the other side is the Fatherland Party (Timoshenko) with 88 seats and UDAR (Klitschko) with 42, then the Freedom Party with 36.]
After the Obama regimes takeover of the Ukrainian government, this report says, the Neo-Nazi forces aligned with their new President Turchynov began a reign of terror against Russian speakers, Orthodox churches and their Jewish population, attacks so horrific they led one of Ukraine's chief rabbis, Moshe Reuven Asman, to urge Jews to leave the capital city Kiev and state: “I told my community to get out of the city and if possible out of the state... there are many warnings about planned attacks against Jewish institutions, and we have been told by the Israeli Embassy to not go outside.”
The flight of Russian speaking and Jewish Ukrainian’s from Ukraine into Russia, this report further notes, is nearing 1 million and is a situation the Border Guards are now calling a “humanitarian disaster.”
As to why the American people aren’t rising up against the Obama regime to prevent a NATO-Russia war, this report explains, is, perhaps, best summarized by the highly esteemed aforementioned American academic Cohen, and who wrote this week in his article titled Distorting Russia: How the American media misrepresent Putin, Sochi and Ukraine:
“The degradation of mainstream American press coverage of Russia, a country still vital to US national security, has been under way for many years. If the recent tsunami of shamefully unprofessional and politically inflammatory articles in leading newspapers and magazines—particularly about the Sochi Olympics, Ukraine and, unfailingly, President Vladimir Putin—is an indication, this media malpractice is now pervasive and the new norm.”
And, most shockingly, this MoD grimly notes that the reason the Obama regime wants this “new norm” with Russia can be found in the 1 March 2013 report of the Strategic Studies Quarterly, a journal published by the US Air Force's Air University, warning that “US strategic policy under the Obama Administration is seeking to create the capability to launch a first strike against Russia and/or China, without fear of nuclear retaliation, and that this is making nuclear war more, not less, likely.”
As Putin in his press conference earlier today likened the Obama regime to “scientists in a lab experimenting with rats” in regards to their continued destabilization of nations like Ukraine, it should be noted that Russia’s leader in anticipating this aggression, in 2010, ordered 5,000 additional atomic bomb shelters to be built in Moscow, and which were completed in 2012.
And with Russian military forces and ministry officials now heading to them by Putin’s order today…one can only wonder where the American people will shelter as Obama nears completion of this new experiment of his?
