Hurricane Harvey Targets South Texas Nuclear Power Station With High Dam Failure Vulnerability

  Hurricane Harvey’s forecast track targets a two reactor nuclear power station called the South Texas Project (STP). An internal US NRC memo leaked to the public (see below) classified it as being High on Dam Hazard Vulnerability due to the cooling pond, though they probably mean the Main Cooling Reservoir. There is-was a proposal for two more reactors at the site (STP 3 and 4). Information on the proposed reactors includes some relevant information on the site: “The STP 3 & 4 site is located 10.5 miles inland from Matagorda Bay and 16.9 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico. It is approximately 75 miles from the Continental Shelf. The shoreline of Matagorda Peninsula along the Gulf of Mexico changes constantly, retreating landward or advancing seaward as the result of a combination of hydrologic and meteorological processes, climatic factors as well as engineering activities…. The STP 3 & 4 site is located in Matagorda County, Texas near the west bank of the Colorado River, opposite river mile 14.6. It is approximately 12 miles south-southwest of Bay City, Texas, and 8 miles north-northwest of Matagorda, Texas (Figure 2.4S.1-1). The surface elevation of the site ranges from about El. 32 to 34 ft mean sea level (MSL), which is equivalent to National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD 29), at the north boundary to between El. 15 ft to 20 ft MSL at the south boundary… A major feature of the site is the Main Cooling Reservoir (MCR), which is formed by a 12.4-mile-long earthfill embankment constructed above the natural ground surface. The MCR has a surface area of 7000 acres with a normal maximum operating level of El. 49 ft MSL. The MCR is not a safety-related facility. Makeup water to the MCR is supplied from the Colorado River and pumped into the MCR intermittently throughout the year via the Reservoir Makeup Pumping Facility (RMPF). A smaller separate cooling pond, referred to as the Essential Cooling Pond (ECP), serves as the ultimate heat sink for STP 1 & 2. The surface area of the ECP is 46 acres. (Reference 2.4S.1-1)

Failure of the earthen embankment, is not the only hazard, however:

“When faced with a hurricane or other foreseeable severe weather event, nuclear reactors are required to manually shut down as a safety precaution when certain conditions exist. The South Texas nuclear power station in Bay City, Texas and the Waterford nuclear power station near Baton Rouge, LA are required to shut down when hurricane force winds speeds reach 73 and 74 miles per hour, respectively. Nuclear reactor operators will also shut down the reactor in advance of the arrival of hurricane force winds. In some cases, where utilities do not have a sufficient amount of non-nuclear back-up power, this will cause a loss of electrical power before the storm even arrives.
While most nuclear reactors built in potential hurricane zones are designed to structurally withstand high winds and modest flooding, they are vulnerable to other effects of severe storms.
The most significant event is the loss of offsite power, a problem that can lead to a “station blackout.”
During operation, all atomic reactors rely upon alternating current (AC) electricity generated and transmitted from offsite sources to provide the power needed to operate the reactor’s vital safety systems. Without these systems in operation, even when the reactor is shut down, the thermally hot and radioactive fuel inside the reactor would quickly overheat and cause a nuclear meltdown.
According to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission findings documented in NUREG-1150 “Severe Accident Risks: An Assessment for Five U.S. Nuclear Power Plants,” station blackout is the number one contributor of risk to the public, with risk defined as a combination of probability and serious consequences.
When offsite AC power is lost due to electrical grid failure, reactors are designed to automatically switch over to required backup emergency diesel generators. These are locomotive-size, fuel-guzzling generators that provide enough power to operate a narrower but basic set of reactor safety systems. Each reactor unit is required to have at least two emergency diesel generators onsite. Should these backup generators fail due to overheating, mechanical failure or the fouling of the diesel fuel, etc. a smaller subset of vital reactor cooling instrumentation and control systems would rely upon power from large on-site battery banks. The failure of both onsite and offsite AC power supplies result in the condition known as station blackout. According to the NRC safety study, a station blackout leads to battery depletion after approximately 4 hours and sets in motion a time table where “approximately 3 hours beyond battery depletion was allowed for the restoration of AC power before core uncovery would occur.” Uncovering of the reactor core of cooling water would lead to a meltdown of the extremely hot and radioactive nuclear fuel.
However, the history of emergency diesel generators compliance with operability requirements is checkered….”

I know that this video is making the rounds and that many Americans are in shock as they realize how badly the Bundys and others have been treated by their public employees, yet it is a fitting follow-up to the video I shared with everyone last night that chronicles the history of the Native Americans and particularly the Lakota people who now live on Pine Ridge Reservation.  

It shows you in no uncertain terms the kind of brutality and ignorance that has become commonplace among federal government employees, and especially within the subcontracting organizations known as agencies: BLM, FBI, FEMA, BATF, NSA, DHS, IRS, and the list goes on.  

Never forget when viewing this video that even worse things ultimately happened as a result of this "stand off".  LaVoy Finicum, an innocent Rancher on his way to a public assembly, was deliberately ambushed by paramilitary mercenary goons acting under color of law -- and murdered in cold blood.  His family escaped only by the hand and grace of God.  

The Bundys themselves have been repeatedly, unjustifiably railroaded into foreign courts and tried under foreign law under the false presumption provided by deliberately falsified public records misidentifying them as "US citizens".  This is a war crime of genocide that has been practiced against the American states and people by commercial corporations merely calling themselves the UNITED STATES, INC., the USA, Inc., the STATE OF NEVADA, and the State of Oregon. 

And the pity is that the people enforcing this evil in our midst are so dumbed-down and ignorant that they think they are doing the right thing.  The further ironic pity of it, is that they are also the victims of it themselves.  They are running their own country into the ground and preying upon their neighbors and benefactors, their actual employers, at the behest of foreign warmongers who have no granted authority to operate in this manner on our soil at all. 

We must also remember Ruby Ridge, Randy Weaver, his young son, their family dog, Mrs. Weaver and her baby---- assaulted, murdered, wounded, left without a home and without help to soldier on the face of employees gone wild.  

What were we thinking, America?  The sniper who shot them is still swaggering around, a free man, decorated for his actions instead of being arrested and tried as a cold-blooded, senseless, brainless murderer who "just took orders" like a Nazi Storm Trooper. 

The same thing in Waco, Texas.  The vicious Janet Reno and all her brood, still wandering our streets, patting themselves on the back, making up lies to justify gassing and burning alive men, women, and children whose only crime appears to have been owning property close to a secret "government" air strip where goons were running drugs and other contraband into and out of Texas. 

And then, the Twin Towers.  Do we really need the Engineers and Architects for 911 Truth to tell us the obvious facts?  If so, they have done so.  They have proven the Truth beyond any doubt in thousands of pages of factual research, tables, graphs, materials science, and laws of physics: it was a controlled demolition, an inside job.

911 was a deliberate, pre-planned atrocity, executed, filmed in Technicolor from every possible angle and delivered to us with our breakfast coffee.  It was the biggest Hollywood open air performance ever---- and again, thousands of innocent Americans and people from around the world suffered and died at the hands of the Monsters Under Our Bed. 

Hello?  Houston, we've got a problem here.... a criminal element has taken over what is supposed to be our government but which is in fact just two criminally inclined commercial corporations running rampant on our shores.  

It doesn't matter what political party is in office.  It doesn't matter what the excuse is.  It's wrong, horribly, terribly, inexcusably wrong.  

And if you are still unconvinced, still think its "your country right or wrong"--- take another look at what these vermin have done and what they have planned, using your resources against you, using guns that your tax dollars bought to murder unarmed Americans, setting up FEMA camps and buying 30,000 guillotines to kill you like cattle, arming their brainless agency minions to the teeth with billions of rounds of ammunition and buying millions of body bags--- all with your money. 

Think about it and look at this and ask yourselves---- what if this were my ranch?  My family?   

It is more than past time to wake up and get up on your feet.  "State of Oregon" today passed a gun confiscation law.  It only applies to U.S. Citizens, of course, but the vermin will try to take everyone's guns just the same --- to make it easier for the UN Troops to come in and slaughter Americans. 

It's time that you all paid really strict attention.  

You MUST seize back your lawful birthright political status.  You MUST support our efforts and bring law suits and pre-emptive measures against these Enemies in our midst.  Over three years ago, we issued General Civil Orders to the Joint Chiefs of Staff telling them about the plot to use agency personnel to foment and fight another insurrection akin to the so-called Civil War.  

The problem was that they just couldn't find a Hot Button issue that worked.  

They tried religion (Christian v. Muslim).  They tried racial prejudice (Black against White).  They tried social injustice (Rich against Poor).  And they just couldn't get their funky, stewed up, rotten little war machine to work.  Too many people sensed the truth and too many foreign journalists paid attention, and overall, their own vile acts have earned them too many enemies. 

As I say and as I said before: If the fake United States now being operated by Trustees chosen by Secondary Creditors of this bankrupt commercial corporation attacks Americans it will be instantly known that they are criminals and the "war" won't be against Americans ---- as they had planned.  

The Americans have identified the "problem"--- and it isn't us.  It's the venal corporations that have masqueraded as our lawful government and the criminal banks behind them.  It's the UNITED STATES, INC. and the USA, Inc. that have caused all the misery, the violence, the warfare, the debt---- all of it.  

If push comes to shove in Oregon or anywhere else, the entire world including the Americans will know exactly who is at fault, Mr. Rothschild, and we will all join in whatever action it takes to put an end to this criminality.

A United Nations Committee responsible for combating racism globally issued an “early warning” for the United States, citing a growth in “alarming racism” trends.

Anastasia Crickley, chairwoman of U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), issued a statement Tuesday in response to the violence that erupted in Charlottesville, Virginia, Aug. 12 during a white nationalist rally. (Perfect example of NAZI brain washed idiot with screws, nuts and bolts rambling around in her empty skull. She needs allot of help - urgently.)

“We are alarmed by the racist demonstrations, with overtly racist slogans, chants and salutes by white nationalists, neo-Nazis, and the Ku Klux Klan, promoting white supremacy and inciting racial discrimination and hatred,” Crickley said.

According to Stock Board Asset, the early warning from the UN is rare and has been issued in the past prior to civil conflicts.

The warning has only been issued a few time in the past 10 years, where it came for places like Burundi, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kyrgyzstan and Nigeria.

“In a decision issued under its ‘early warning and urgent action’ procedure, the Committee, which monitors implementation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, stated ‘there should be no place in the world for racist white supremacist ideas or any similar ideologies that reject the core human rights principles of human dignity and equality,'” Crickley said.

She continued: “In addition to the criminal investigation of the individual who ploughed his car into a crowd of peaceful protesters killing a woman, the UN experts asked the US authorities to undertake concrete measures “to address the root causes of the proliferation of such racist manifestations.”

The early warning from the UN is not only rare, but it echoes talking points from Democrats that President Donald Trump has not adequately disavowed white nationalists and neo-Nazis.  (What?  This woman is waaaaaaaaaay ouuuuutttt there.  Somebody call the guys in the white coats to pick her up -  quick.) 

Trump has been criticized in the mainstream media for not sufficiently condemning white ?? nationalists and racists even though he has issued a slew of statements since the tragic events, starting with the day they took place.

Trump also denounced hate groups Aug. 14 during an announcement from the White House, specifically calling out the hate groups.

“Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans,” Trump said.
As Trump made extremely clear after the tragic event, Americans must come first. If the mainstream media and Democrats would stop trying to divide people, we could come together as one nation.

For an organization as corrupt as the United Nations to start attacking the United States, which has done more to root out racism than virtually any country on earth, is beyond an insult.  (You can safely bet your booties that mad man obama is behind this.)

It could well be the first step toward an actual attack on liberties Americans hold dear — like the freedom of speech.

It could be dangerous.

A self-proclaimed Alt-Left “leader” has vowed to use a baseball bat embedded with nails to “crush skulls” during a “Patriot Prayer” peace rally set to take place in San Francisco this weekend.

The Twitter user, who goes by the handle @ibPrinceJordan, tweeted, “The Patriot Prayer rally is a nazi white supremacist event. I’ll be their to crush some nazi skulls.”

He repeated the threat in a series of other tweets that have now been deleted.
  
 “Can’t wait! Going to bring this nailed bat for some nazi pounding,” read one.

The user is located in San Francisco, which is where the event will take place at Crissy Field on Saturday, suggesting he does indeed plan to attend the march.

His Twitter bio reads, “Alt-Left resistance leader. iraq war survivor. cute communist & catholic.” (How about idiot, stupid, extremely retarded, low of lowest IQs, and ready for prison?)
 
Despite numerous other prominent Twitter users drawing attention to the violent threat, the account has not been suspended.  (WHY NOT?! No audience and no response may mean no more hate filled tweets.)

What makes the threat even more absurd is that organizers of the Patriot Prayer rally have specifically said its aim is to “promote peace, love and unity,” and that racists are not welcome.

The leader of the “Patriot Prayer” rally, Joey Gibson, has vehemently denounced neo-nazis, yelling “f*** white supremacists!” at a recent rally.

Even the SPLC, which routinely tars conservatives with a broad brush, does not consider Patriot Prayer to be a hate group, reports Fox News.

To the alt-left, that doesn’t matter. Anyone to the right of Michael Moore is fair game for violent assault.

Remember, in the aftermath of Charlottesville, the mainstream media relentlessly attacked Trump for saying both sides were responsible for violence, tacitly endorsing the violent alt-left.

CNN even changed a headline at the request of Antifa to disguise the fact that the group routinely engages in violence.  (WHEN are the police, national guard, local militia groups, and military going to be authorized and available to 'police' these ignorant violent ahos?  It is TIME to STOP these retards - permanently - from causing so much hate, confusion, interruption of life, and threats to all Americans.)
 
Given that the mainstream media has emboldened unhinged thugs by exalting them as “anti-fascists,” any violence that occurs at the “Patriot Prayer” rally will be their responsibility.  (Is it not TIME to prosecute the MSM for their participation in these crimes against innocent people?  They are part of the terrorist activity, instigators of the activity, and should be punished as such.)

MUHAMMAD, THE 'PROPHET'

Just days ago, leftists and Muslim groups across the U.S. loudly condemned a billboard along Interstate 465 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
 
The sign contains a simple message which reads, “The Perfect Man” with check-marked bullet points including “Rapist,” “13 wives, 11 at one time,” and “Tortured & killed unbelievers."
 
Instantly, Muslims knew the billboard was calling out  their prophet.
 
When Muslims noticed a billboard calling their prophet Muhammad a “rapist” who “married a 6-year-old” and “beheaded Jews,” they immediately demanded the removal of the “racist and Islamophobic” message.
 
However, the uproar forced the billboard’s owner to come forward — and he has just one thing to say to them.
 
Although Islam was never mentioned, instantly, Muslims knew the billboard was calling out their prophet Muhammad, prompting them to demand the sign’s removal in accordance with Sharia blasphemy laws.
 
This national outcry has already prompted the sign’s owner to relinquish his personal safety by coming forward to not only take credit for the billboard’s construction but issue yet another daring message to “truthophobes” who deny its credibility.
 
WTHR reports that Don Woodsmall, who is a Duke law school graduate, has proudly taken responsibility for the billboard but says that while he is unafraid to show his face to the dangerous Muslim community, he’ll protect his clients’ identities.
 
Woodsmall came forward to local media to slam free  speech objectors, confidently declaring that he would gladly remove the sign himself — all they have to do is prove the statement wrong.
 
In his statement, Woodsmall says, “It is interesting to note… the Muslim community knew exactly who it was  referring to. The truth is a powerful weapon."
 
Woodsmall explained that he only agreed to erect the sign after thoroughly researching each claim and finding proof directly in the passages of the Quran and hadith.
 
In addition, he spoke to at least half a dozen Islamic scholars who confirmed the scriptures in question."
 
“I was convinced that each point listed on the billboard was historically and factually true. I would encourage  others to do their own research to verify the veracity of each and every point,” Woodsmall wrote.
 
He also noted that he would remove the billboards if the statements are proven to be false.
 
Despite Muslims demanding that Woodsmall names his clients, undoubtedly for nefarious purposes, the  billboard owner refuses to endanger their lives.
 
The unwavering owner slammed the sign’s critics,   reminding them that it is the very definition of free speech to question and tear apart lies and toxic  ideologies.
 
“My clients want this national conversation to happen if we are ever to overcome the violence that plagues Islam,” he wrote to 13 Investigates. “This is not only pro-American, but beneficial to Muslims who came to  America to escape the Sharia."
 
Disturbingly, designated terrorist group CAIR and lying Muslims are declaring the message “racist” and  “Islamophobic,” although none can provide any Scripture or historical text to back up their claims.
 
On the other hand, each one of the bullet points has a direct correlation to the Quran and hadith.

§  “Beheaded 600 Jews in one day” — Quran (33:26), Ibn Ishaq/Hisham (674), Abu Dawud (4390)

§  “Slave owner & dealer” — Sahih Muslim (3901), Sahih Bukhari (47:743), Quran (4:24, 33:52)
 
§  “13 wives, 11 at one time” — Sahih Bukhari (62:6), Sahih Bukhari (5:268)

§  “Rapist”— Abu Dawud (2150), Sahih Muslim (3433),
Quran (4:24, 33:50), Sahih Bukhari (34:432), Sahih  Muslim (3371)

§  “Tortured & killed unbelievers” — Quran (8:67), Sahih Muslim (4322), Sahih Bukhari (52:256, 11:626), (Ibn Ishaq /Hisham 819, Ibn Kathir v.3 p.403), 109 verses of violence
 
If the Muslim critics were honest, they’d point out that the only flaw in Woodsmall’s message is that Muhammad didn’t necessarily behead 600 Jews in one day — historical records suggest it a number between 500 and 900 Jews and likely over a period of several days.

If the left considers it “hate speech” to summarize these violent and bigoted Islamic passages, it’s time for them to admit that the Quran and hadith are hate speech. 
 
It’s not racist to denounce Muhammad’s ownership of dozens of black slaves as racist. In fact, it’s racist of Muslims and leftist to defend Muhammad’s slave  ownership and attempt to censor it.
 
The truth is that the prophet Muhammad boasted of his own racist slave ownership, sex slavery, marriage to a child, and mass slaughter of unbelieving men, women, and children.
 
These are not fear-mongering allegations but direct quotations from the prophet, his closest  companions, and even his favorite child bride, Aisha.

It is inexcusable for Muslims to demand we shut up or apologize for pointing out the sadistic behavior of their 'prophet'. 
 
Instead, they are the ones who should be apologizing for calling a slave-owning, murdering, pedophile rapist the “perfect man” and denounce his actions immediately.

The Monsters Under Our Beds -- Take 20 Minutes to Face Them

Remember when you were a little kid and you were afraid of monsters and bogey men under the bed, phantoms lurking in dark closets, and ghosts in attics? I used to sleep with my older sister as a child and she always slept on the side of the bed facing the door, "So if any monsters come in, they will have to eat me first," she assured me.
Well, it wasn't much assurance. It admitted the reality of monsters....
All in all, it was a good life lesson to consider the possibility of monsters at an early age. It prepares one for adulthood, and contesting with the very actual, factual monsters in our world.
One of the strange things about monsters is that they usually don't realize that they are monsters at all. They think they are perfectly normal and reasonable, even fashionable and often popular people.
Please take the 20 minutes it requires to learn this actual very succinct history of the monsters lurking under our national bed and what they did to the indigenous people of America---- and before you blink and think that this history applies only to the Native people-- remember that the same men responsible for the vast genocide of animals and people described in this film were the ones who set up the framework and machinery of the Great Fraud used to steal our identities as living people and genocide all of us on paper.
This is not a mistake. This is not collateral damage. This is the result of a multi-generational rampage by monsters, men blinded by prejudice, greed and self-interest placed in positions of power in our own government: evil in high places. What happened to the Lakota Sioux in physical fact has now been done to all --or nearly all of us-- on paper.
Russel Means, one of the wisest of the Native Spokesmen, gave a Farewell Address to the Nation as one of his last YouTube videos as he was dying of cancer. It was called, "Welcome to the Reservation!"
It was instantly suppressed, though he used no swear words, advocated no violence and only spoke the God's Honest Truth. From his standpoint it was obvious what was coming down the turnpike --- the attempt the Monsters were making to herd us all onto "reservations" under UN Agenda 21 and now, Agenda 30.
With sly humor and biting, painful insight honed to a fine edge, Russell spoke as he stared at his own death. 
He knew that you cannot harm others and cannot harm the Earth without eventually harming yourself. So all of us who have stood around and let the Monsters rule in Washington, DC, all of us who have mistaken the UN Corporation for the United Nations, all of us who thought it was okay to mistreat the plantation slaves and the Native Americans --- have sown the seeds of our own enslavement and destruction.
It's only logical. Contempt of any man breeds contempt for all men. 
If they profited from seizing title to black slaves, why wouldn't they try to profit from seizing title to white slaves? If they practiced genocide against innocent Native men, women, and children--- it's a small step to gunning down white people, too.
So he meant it when he opened his arms wide and smiled and said, "Welcome to the reservation!" He spoke from a depth of knowing that I can't hope to describe, and he spoke as a warning to all Mankind, friend and foe alike.
I can't share his almost-final video with you, because it has been systematically removed from YouTube and other networks by those who don't want their evils exposed---- but I can share this brief and factual history and you can fill in the blanks for yourselves.
This is what happened to the Native peoples and this is what the Monsters have planned for you---- and had guts enough to publish, too, as Agenda 21 and now Agenda 30. After viewing this video and reading these "Agendas" there should be no doubt in your mind that you need an agenda of your own:




Join the effort to drain the Swamp in Washington, DC, drive the criminal elements of the United Nations back into the sea, force the government of France to liquidate the UN Corporation as a crime syndicate, get the psychopaths out of our military leadership, and put an end to the 150 year reign of these criminal regimes.
