What They’re NOT Telling You About Hurricane Harvey!!!!

THE REAL TRUTH About Hurricane Harvey
And What They are NOT telling you!!!!

WHAT YOUR MAINSTREAM MEDIA DOESN’T WANT YOU TO KNOW!!! (WHAT THE MSM MOST LIKELY DOES NOT KNOW - LET'S GET REAL - THEIR REPORTS ARE SCRIPTED0

On the morning of Thurs., Aug. 24th, 2017, the National Hurricane Center had been tracking Harvey as a then-tropical storm… However, within a 48-hour time span, this now-hurricane would become the strongest hurricane to hit the United States in more than a decade and inundating the nation’s fourth-largest city, Houston, Texas.

Ever since the category-4 storm dissipated into a tropical storm, record flooding devastated the entire southern-Texas region — with rainfalls totaling up to more than 50 inches in certain areas. More than a quarter million were left without power due to the storm, and up to 450,000 Harvey disaster victims are expected to file for assistance, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). However, Brock Long, who is the current FEMA administrator, has also said that FEMA is expected to remain in Texas for years now… And Michael Brown, former FEMA director, has called Hurricane Harvey “worse than Katrina.”

Now that the entire National Guard has been called, curfews are enforced in Houston, FEMA is involved, and a ton of other Alphabet Soup organizations along with Walmart are teaming up — there is more to this storm than what the mainstream media wants you to know…

Because on the exact same week as Hurricane Harvey, Attorney General Jeff Sessions met with the Fraternal Order of Police… where the Trump administration quietly lifted the ban on military gear to local police forces, allowing for the militarization of police… and, House Joint Resolution 76 was also recently passed and quietly signed into law as of Tue. Aug. 22nd, 2017... allowing for the warrantless searches of homes, where only 1% opposed. Just in time for the National Guard and local police force to raid the flooded streets of Texas…

And mind you, the storm formed only DAYS before the FEMA National Preparedness Month, and DAYS following the international EarthEx 2017 drill that took place as of Wed., Aug. 23rd, 2017… barely DAYS following the total solar eclipse over America on Mon., Aug. 21st, 2017. EarthEx 2017, short for Emergency All-Sector Response Transnational Hazard Exercise, is, according to host Electric Infrastructure Security Council (EIS), “designed to improve community resilience to large scale, long duration power outages through multi-sector exercises.” Other organizations involved were the usual Alphabet Soups such as FEMA, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Energy (DOE)…

However, their main focus is on the impact of long-duration power outages… They also address severe hazards to critical societal infrastructures against uniquely severe Black Sky Hazards, defined as “catastrophic event that severely disrupts the normal functioning of our critical infrastructures in multiple regions for long durations.”

Considering the power outages due to Hurricane Harvey AND the power outage in Taiwan affecting MILLIONS only a week before this event took place, we can see that none of this is a mere surprise or coincidence whatsoever…

Couple that with all the mudslides in Sierra Leone, and major flooding in regions such as Nepal, Bangladesh, and India (where over 40 MILLION people have been affected worldwide, according to the United Nations) — one begins to wonder if Hurricane Harvey is really even a “natural disaster,” and if “global warming” is the one to blame for this storm.

WHAT CHINA'S LEADERSHIP RESHUFFLE MEANS

MARKETS ARE ABOUT TO FIND OUT WHAT CHINA'S LEADERSHIP RESHUFFLE MEANS

  • Twice-a-decade meeting, leadership reshuffle set for Oct. 18
  • Personnel moves and work report key for China market-watchers

For most of the year, there’s been an oft-repeated refrain among China-watchers. Whispered in private meetings with clients or loudly spoken by confident brokers, it goes something like this: “Don’t worry about the economy or markets in 2017 -- Beijing won’t let anything bad happen ahead of the Communist Party Congress.”

Much less clear is what happens after the gathering, a once-in-five years conclave now scheduled to convene on Oct. 18 in Beijing. Now that the dates -- a secret until late Thursday -- are known, the narrative will need to evolve, with what takes place at the meeting of some 2,300 delegates key to determining China’s course over the next five years.

“There are two big concerns among overseas investors who are interested in China -- the yuan and the uncertainties around the party congress,” said Han Tongli, chief investment officer at DeepBlue Global Investment Ltd. in Hong Kong, which oversees $200 million. “Once the dust has settled and the uncertainties have gone post-congress, investors will re-evaluate market pricing.”

China’s policy makers have stressed the need for stability and order in financial markets in the lead-up to what will be the 19th congress, even as they persist with a campaign against leverage endorsed by the country’s top leaders. Investors have taken comfort in the strengthened yuan and buoyant stocks, betting officials will act swiftly to quash any signs of speculation or upheaval that could distract from the party’s message of prosperity and control.

Swings Afterward

But the ‘Congress Put’ keeping markets calm won’t last, with the gathering a vehicle to dispense key messages about the party’s vision for China’s future. That could unleash a flurry of policy and regulatory activity once the agenda has been set and the delegates have returned home. Markets typically see volatility in the wake of party congresses, according to Goldman Sachs Group Inc.

President Xi Jinping, who also serves as general secretary of the party, has been continuously solidifying his power base since his ascension at the 2012 congress, and a key metric for China watchers will be how successful he is in influencing key personnel appointments.

The second critical aspect of the meeting will be the work report delivered on the first day, which sets the priorities for government policy in China for the next half decade. The importance of this document “can’t be stressed enough,” say analysts at Trivium, a research group co-founded by former Conference Board economist Andrew Polk.

“We are genuinely curious to see what happens here,” they wrote in a preview of the gathering. “Xi has changed tack several times and the debate over economic policy is still raging with no obvious conclusion -- stay tuned.”

While the Communist Party pledged early in Xi’s term to give markets a “decisive” role in shaping the economy, his leadership has seen the party’s control deepened in a broad range of areas, from state-owned enterprises to social media and the military.

Yuan Shock

Xi’s first term has seen periods of tumult in the markets, with individual investors encouraged to buy into stocks that went from boom to bust in a matter of weeks in mid-2015. Then came the shock devaluation of the yuan, which rattled global markets and exacerbated depreciation pressures on the currency just as China was trying to internationalize it.

Since then, policy makers have been trying to insulate the yuan, first using reserves, then stricter capital controls and monetary tightening to stem its drop. Donald Trump’s election, and his threat to label China a currency manipulator, brought with it a fresh imperative to stem weakness, and the yuan has chartered a steady, strengthening course through 2017.

“The guidance won’t come in the form of specific policies, but represent the party consensus on longer-term strategies going forward,” said Aidan Yao, a senior economist at AXA Investment Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong.

Another key point is language surrounding China’s growth objectives. For market watchers, it’s key that the party strike the right balance. Abandoning an explicit target for the economy without some new pledge to sustain a steady pace of expansion could cast doubt over the outlook for a continuation of the 6-percent-plus pace of gross domestic product gains. Still, too aggressive a target may fuel worries about excessive debt.

Similarly, observers will be watching for language on reining in financial risks, where again a balance between pledging to avoid a buildup in leverage while averting a contraction in credit that damages growth may be needed.

On personnel, the reshuffled membership of the Communist Party’s top body, the standing committee of the Politburo, will be all-important. Among the key markers to watch:
  • Whether Xi ally Wang Qishan, who has led the anti-corruption drive, stays for another five-year term, despite being beyond the informal retirement age of 68. That could indicate whether Xi stays in power beyond 2022, breaking a recent precedent for party leaders to step down after a decade.
  • How many allies Xi gets on the seven-member panel, and whether the group shrinks -- giving Xi greater influence.
  • Whether a clear potential successor is appointed to the panel. In recent history, the mid-term party congress typically sees the leader-in-waiting established, as Xi himself was in 2007. One man to watch is Chen Miner, a Xi protege recently elevated to party boss of megapolis Chongqing.
Also key, whether People’s Bank of China Governor Zhou Xiaochuan stays on, along with Premier Li Keqiang. Li is considered a proponent of market reforms, but has been marginalized by Xi as the president set up competing bodies overseeing economic and financial policy.

“The past five years has seen growth largely driven by spending and an increase in leverage,” said DeepBlue Global’s Han. “It’s understandable that Xi spent the first five years focusing on creating an environment that discouraged corruption, but now the market is looking for more.”

Explosions Rock Flooded Texas Chemical Plant

EXPLOSIONS ROCK FLOODED TEXAS CHEMICAL PLANT

   |   Thursday, 31 Aug 2017

Two explosions at the flood-hit Arkema chemical plant in Crosby, Texas, have created an "incredibly dangerous" plume of smoke, officials said Thursday.

"Right now, the question is whether or not we can actually get in and assess the full scale of the impact from an environmental standpoint to an infrastructure stand point," Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Brock Long said at a news briefing.

"By all means, yes, the plume is incredibly dangerous."
Local authorities had a different view, insisting the resulting smoke presented "no danger to the community at all."

At a news conference Thursday, Assistant Harris County Fire Chief Bob Rayall said different grades of organic peroxides in a semi-trailer caught fire not long after midnight. Rayall said the fire emitted a 30- to 40-foot flames and black smoke.

Rayall did not refer to any blasts, but Harris County Fire Marshal spokeswoman Rachel Moreno said there had been "small explosions."

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says some deputies suffered irritated eyes from the smoke.

Arkema said the company had no way to prevent fires because the plant is swamped by about 6 feet (1.83 m) of water due to flooding from Harvey, which came ashore in Texas last week as a powerful Category 4 hurricane, knocking out power to its cooling system.

The company said it was notified at about 2 a.m. by the Harris County Emergency Operations Center of two explosions and black smoke coming from the plant in Crosby.

"Organic peroxides are extremely flammable and, as agreed with public officials, the best course of action is to let the fire burn itself out," the company said.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter the deputy had been taken to hospital and nine others drove themselves to the hospital as a precaution.

"Remain well clear of the area and follow directions of local officials," The National Weather Service said after the explosions, noting that winds were from the west to the east from 4 to 9 mph.

The company evacuated remaining workers at the damaged plant on Tuesday, and Harris County ordered the evacuation of residents within a 1.5-mile (2.4-km) radius of the plant, which makes organic peroxides used in the production of plastic resins, polystyrene, paints and other products.

"We want local residents to be aware that product is stored in multiple locations on the site, and a threat of additional explosion remains. Please do not return to the area within the evacuation zone," Arkema said.

Shares in the French chemical company fell 2.3 percent in trading on Thursday.

Richard Rowe, chief executive officer of Arkema's North America unit, told reporters on Wednesday that chemicals on the site would catch fire and explode if they were not properly cooled.

The company said it opted not to move chemicals before the storm but made extensive preparations. The plant is 25 miles northeast of Houston.

Rowe said a fire would not pose any "long-term harm or impact."

The plant has been without electric service since Sunday. It lost refrigeration when backup generators were flooded, and workers transferred products from warehouses into diesel-powered refrigerated containers.

The company said some refrigeration of back-up containers has been compromised because of high water levels. It said it was monitoring temperature levels remotely.

The Federal Aviation Administration has temporarily barred flights near the plant because of the risk of fire or explosion.

Amid Flooding, Hurricane Harvey Aftermath

Hurricane Harvey and City of Houston by one who knows!!!!

Hurricane Harvey & Public & Private Disaster in Houston

When Houston floods, it turns into a locked circular labyrinth. The city, my home town, is laid out like a wagon wheel: downtown sits at the center, surrounded by three concentric circles, which are bisected by highways in every direction. The first loop, Interstate 610, is thirty-eight miles long, and corrals the Inner Loop neighborhoods. Another round of suburban neighborhoods surrounds the Loop, and is bounded by the eighty-eight-mile-long Beltway 8. Then, the truly sprawling suburbs (Spring, Sugar Land, the Woodlands) surround the Beltway.

All told, the greater Houston area is gargantuan—at over ten thousand square miles, it’s bigger than New Jersey—and, with upward of six million residents, it’s far more populous and diverse than outsiders tend to guess.

Houston is also, famously, largely unregulated: zoning laws are minimal, and the unceasing outward development has, with official permission, drastically inhibited drainage. The freeway system holds the city together, keeping a huge, dispersed population connected. But in a storm this lifeline becomes a trap.

Houston is flat, and it sits just fifty feet above sea level. After the bayous overflow, the rain collects on the roads. When a flood hits, driving in Houston feels like a video game turned real and deadly. There are sudden impasses everywhere.  Ingenuity can’t save you.  Once the spokes of the wheel go under, there’s nowhere to go.

Houston is the fourth-largest city in America, and right now much of it is underwater. Things will get worse this week. Tropical Storm Harvey, which made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane, is sluggishly lingering and will continue to pummel the flooded city. Forecasts say that Houston may get fifty inches of rain from this storm—which is the city’s average annual rainfall.  Five people have died; many more will be injured.

Houston’s safety-net hospital started evacuations on Sunday. The Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, closed its submarine doors, designed after Tropical Storm Allison, to protect the facility from flooding.

Local news crews have struggled heroically to report on the disaster.  One newscaster saved a truck driver’s life on air. The National Guard saved between twenty and twenty-five nursing-home residents in Dickinson after a harrowing photo went viral. My dad, who got stuck in high water on Saturday night, is one of thousands who have been rescued by Houston police.

Harris County has been calling for citizens to help conduct rescues. All over the city, the roads have turned into rivers. Much of what’s visible looks like a nightmare. What makes me even sicker is imagining all the fear that we’ll never see.

People have criticized Houston residents for not evacuating. Plenty did and, with more understanding of the context, you might excuse many of those who didn’t. Evacuating a city like Houston, on these interlocked freeways where a one-way commute might take two hours on a normal day can very easily turn into a secondary disaster. The majority of Hurricane Rita deaths in Houston occurred in the evacuation, and two-thirds of flood fatalities happen in cars

Without financial resources, evacuation is a uniquely difficult experience, and 22.5 per cent of the population in increasingly unequal Houston lives under the poverty line

Official messages have also been uneven. Greg Abbott, the Governor of Texas, advised evacuation.  The mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner—likely warding off the worst-case scenario of a hurricane hitting gridlock traffic—advised sheltering in place. (In Rockport, the mayor pro tem issued a mandatory evacuation order, telling people who refused it to write their Social Security numbers on their arms.)

President Trump, who has been tweeting about Harvey as if it were a thrilling reality-show finale, and who recently rolled back an Obama-era executive order that infrastructure projects be designed to survive rising sea levels, offered a helpful “Good luck to everybody!” on Friday, before the storm.

Eight years ago I spent all summer driving around Houston’s endless looping freeways, passing picnic-table ice house bars and stadium churches and the nondescript streets that birthed chopped-and-screwed. I was canvassing for an environmental nonprofit that was pushing for a long-overdue citywide recycling program, and we drove for hours to reach our neighborhood targets. The job was hard.  We looked like scammers, and we were proselytizing about environmental responsibility in a city that at the time recycled less than three per cent of its own waste.

But I liked the effort of trying to understand and appeal to a dizzying variety of strangers. I knocked on the doors of McMansions and decrepit bungalows, talked to immigrants and Texas-born white people, pitched liberals and conservatives and the politically averse.

Houston, which is by one measure the most diverse city in America, took shape in my imagination as an  enormous canvas of unpredictable, heterogeneous people who were connected, somehow, by a confusing combination of independence and generosity.

As a state, Texas is fiercely individualistic—the land of bootstraps and no income tax and privatized solutions for all. Houstonians absorb this.  They are loyal and responsible in a way that rarely extends across the city, which is, again, so big as to feel unfathomable—and those freeways, effectively, are our only public space. And yet this week I suspect we’ll mostly see another side of Houston: its scrappy sense of humor, and its extraordinary and very Texan largesse.

Houston responds to disaster with fortitude.  The city absorbed two hundred thousand Vietnamese refugees in the nineteen-seventies, and it currently resettles twenty-five of every thousand refugees that the United Nations resettles anywhere—that’s more than any other city in America, and more than most countries

After Hurricane Katrina, Houston took in a quarter of a million evacuees and, aided by Mayor Bill White’s multimillion-dollar resettlement program, as many as forty thousand people stayed.  Over the weekend, Houston teenagers were out in the streets rescuing people via kayak. As Rebecca Solnit argues in her 2009 book, “A Paradise Built in Hell,” disasters create a window into social desire and potential.

We’re normally encouraged to think of private life as precious and public life as a nuisance, she writes, but “disasters, in returning their sufferers to public and collective life, undo some of this privatization, which is a slower, subtler disaster all its own.” Disasters remind us that ambitious, difficult things are not just possible but necessary.  In Houston, Harvey is already showing how an individualistic work ethic and a spirit of collective generosity can and have to coexist.

Makeshift Navy Struggles to Respond to Hurricane Harvey

A MAKESHIFT NAVY STRUGGLES TO RESPOND TO HURRICANE HARVEY

Rescuers with Houston residents evacuated from their flooded homes during Tropical Storm Harvey

Last August, when a freak storm unexpectedly dumped three times more water on Louisiana than did Hurricane Katrina, John Bridgers got his twenty-and-a-half-foot bass boat out. He lives in Watson, a town of nine hundred people northeast of Baton Rouge, which was battered by thirty-one inches of rain during a storm that barely registered outside the state. Bridgers knew help was coming from the Coast Guard, the state Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and other agencies, but it wouldn’t be enough. “We’re all sportsmen around here,” he said. “Pretty much every other person has a boat. So we got going.”

Bridgers started a Facebook group called Cajun Navy 2016, after the famed all-volunteer flotilla of Louisiana boatmen and women who were credited with rescuing more than ten thousand people during Katrina. Over the next several days, Bridgers’s volunteers used jon boats, motorboats, bass boats, and even canoes to rescue people from flooded homes and pluck them off rooftops.

Thirteen people lost their lives, but local media said that the death toll would have been higher if it weren’t for volunteers like the Cajun Navy 2016. “When you pull up to an individual’s house and they’re wading out of five feet of water with a duffel bag over their head, and you pull them into your boat, you realize that’s all they’ve got in that moment,” Bridgers told me, on Sunday. “That stays with you, for good and bad.”

This weekend, as Hurricane Harvey barrelled toward Houston, Bridgers and about three dozen Cajun Navy 2016 members loaded up their boats and hit the road on the four-and-a-half-hour drive to Houston. About twenty made it to the western edge of the city, but traffic and flooding prevented them from getting closer. They called Bridgers and other members and urged them to wait.

Bridgers pulled over at a truck stop, settled into his seat, and logged onto Facebook. He put the word out on the Cajun Navy 2016 Facebook page, which has fifty thousand followers, they could help coördinate volunteer efforts. “Please Like and Share the page so that we can again make a difference during yet another disaster,” he wrote.

Pleas for help started rolling in as people told Bridgers where their grandparents, neighbors and kids were stranded. “Two Adults lady is 7 months pregnant,” one post read. “3 'lil ones under the age of 4,” another said. “Two elderly in 80s, One in wheelchair. 1 Adult...2’ of water in house right now,” another read. One message said that several senior citizens were “sitting in water chest deep” in a nursing home.

Bridgers hoped that a volunteer or first responder might get wind of the message and head for a home they might otherwise have missed. None of this was possible during Katrina in 2005, he noted, when Facebook was primarily used by college students and volunteers had to be onsite to help save lives. “Say, during this whole ordeal, you help a thousand people this way—you would have helped a lot,” he told me.

Late Sunday afternoon in Houston the mayor, Sylvester Turner, said that local police and fire officials had received six thousand calls for rescue, and more than a thousand people had successfully been saved, many plucked from roofs and attics. Turner said that 911 operators had received more than fifty-six thousand calls since the storm began. “We have not been able to keep up with all of the 911 calls that are coming in,” he said at a briefing. “But it is our intent to respond and to take in anyone that calls.”

The official death toll stood at five, but it was unclear what was happening in large parts of the city, or whether the situation would worsen as flooding intensified. Television-news anchors warned viewers to stay out of attics where they could be trapped by rising water—or to bring an ax so they could hack a hole in the roof and climb out to safety. Officials said that Houston, the country’s fourth-largest city, had already suffered billions of dollars in damage, and that it would take years for the metropolitan area, home to six million people, to fully recover.

The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, said that three thousand National Guard members were helping hundreds of local police and firefighters carry out rescues. Sixteen helicopters and six hundred water vessels criss-crossed the city. Unlike during Katrina, when New Orleans residents were told not to attempt  boat rescues on their own, some government officials in Texas were encouraging it. The police department in League City, just south of Houston, put out a call for private citizens with flat-bottom or shallow-water boats to lend a hand. The department was quickly overwhelmed with offers of help."

“We literally have hundreds of names and numbers and not enough manpower to go around,” the department posted on Facebook. “If we do not contact you, please do not think that we do not appreciate your offer. We are simply overwhelmed with the number of offers for help."

The local ABC affiliate posted a video of volunteer motorboats maneuvering around submerged vehicles on a badly flooded street in Dickinson, Texas. A Fox affiliate broadcast a video of a volunteer rescue boat that had taken on stranded people in Friendswood, including several small children weighed down by large backpacks, and a woman carrying a baby on her chest.

Offers of assistance poured in from as far away as
Philadelphia but Louisianans, in particular, vowed to help. Bridgers, the Cajun Navy 2016 organizer, and other Baton Rouge-area residents said they remembered how the Texas National Guard mobilized during Katrina, and recalled the donations sent by Texans after last year’s flood. “It’s more of a reciprocal gift of love back to them for what they did for us last year, plus we know they need it,” a Baton Rouge woman who was organizing a supply drive to a Houston church told the city newspaper, the Advocate. “How many times has Louisiana been in the crossfire, and how many times have people from other places helped us.  As the sun set on Sunday, it was impossible to know how many Texans trapped by flooding had been rescued and how many remained in danger. An estimated four hundred billion gallons of water had engulfed the Houston area, and rain was expected to continue for days.

Bridgers planned to keep posting on Facebook all night in hopes of spurring more rescues. When the water recedes and the camera crews move on, he told me, his  crew’s real work would begin. A year after the devastating flood in his Louisiana town, Cajun Navy 2016 is still helping coördinate volunteer efforts to rebuild homes. Bridgers plans to use the group’s Facebook page to pitch in with Houston’s rebuilding effort, too. “Once that water’s gone, they’re not gonna have homes to go to,” he said. “I can relate, ’cause I’ve been there.”

United Nations to the U.S.: Repeal the First Amendment !!!!

The United Nations Wants U.S. to Repeal the First Amendment !!!!

Amendment I :   Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly, and Petition

Passed by Congress September 25, 1789.
Ratified December 15, 1791.
The first 10 amendments form the Bill of Rights.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What say YOU America??!!
"We the People" say to the United Nations: "Go to he*l"

August 27 2017
Admin

The United Nations, with no sense of irony whatsoever, issued an “early warning” against the U.S. last week in a report that recommended the government do more to tamp down the hateful white supremacist movement in the wake of Charlottesville??!!

The U.N., which thinks nothing of giving un-democratic, totalitarian dictatorships a voice on the international stage, apparently thinks it’s time for the United States to revisit the First Amendment to make sure that the “rights to freedom of expression, association, and peaceful assembly” are not abused.  (definition of 'peaceful assembly' according to the UN:  allow all manner of leftist hate groups to assemble with bottles of urine and feces to throw, fire throwers, all manner of guns, signs, flags and loudspeakers, rocks and grenades, and other items to cause and create mayhem, damage and threats to life, limb and liberty against those they disagree with)

In fact, they believe the U.S. federal government must “ensure that such rights are not misused to promote racist hate speech and racist crimes.”

Say WHAT?!  Uh-huh.

Let’s put it this way: Whenever you hear someone talking about the “misuse” of “rights,” you know they’re talking about taking those rights away.

While the U.N. is a toothless organization that would disintegrate without U.S. participation, there are a great many Americans on the left who agree with their interpretation of the First Amendment.  Shocked?  You should be!
To make a “hate speech” exception to the First Amendment would be to invalidate the whole purpose of the clause. Because once you give the government the power to decide what does and does not constitute such speech, they can use it in any fashion they like. And if you don’t think there will be significant disagreements, just look what is and is not allowed in Germany.  Is it “hateful” to suggest that Merkel should not be letting thousands of unvetted migrant refugees into the country?

Look at what is deemed hateful by America’s Southern Poverty Law Center – speech against Islamists and same-sex marriage. The very designation of “hate” is a political one, and if our First Amendment doesn’t protect political speech, then what DOES it protect?

No one likes to find themselves sticking up for Klan members and neo-Nazis, but the truth is that this is the only time there IS to stand up for our rights. This is when it matters. It matters when every bone of humanity in your body says, “Ah, to hell with those guys.” But they are protected by the same rights as you and I. And when we decide to make an exception for them, it won’t be long before someone makes an exception for us.

(As freedom loving, conservatives, Constitution supporting and self defense defenders, is this not ALREADY happening?)

Your British Cousin, Bubba, says to himself --- "What ho!  No sense in letting all this property sit idle!  I have the keys to the boathouse and the mansion and cars and everything, so I will just move in and make myself at home in Cousin Joe's absence."

So he does.  He settles his ample rump in your armchair, props his feet in front of your fire, and begins directing all sorts of business operations using your assets as collateral for his enterprises.

He rents out your boat for ferrying and boat rides and sight seeing and makes a killing.  He buys another boat using your credit, and expands upon this business. The money is rolling in.

He does the same thing with the mansion -- turns it into a B and B, rakes in the dough, then uses it as collateral for a loan to start a hotel chain.  Things are going great guns.

Cousin Bubba is rolling in it, wearing custom-tailored suits, sipping the very best Hair of the Dog, and having the time of his life---- but as time goes on, it all seems rather empty.  Boring.  So, he decides to have a little "fun" and up his profits some more.

He starts running guns and drugs and other smuggled contraband using your boats.   Pretty soon he is in bed with a host of unsavory underworld characters doing all sorts of bad things, in your name, of course.

Bit by bit, Bubba picks up some bad habits of his own.  He's not only running drugs, he is taking drugs.  He isn't just supplying arms, he is causing wars so he can sell and smuggle more.  He has become a soul-less, addicted, dissolute rake, all based on his use and often, misuse, of your assets.

Finally, it all catches up with Cousin Bubba.  The police catch on.  The soldiers catch on.  The other relatives wake up and begin questioning---- "What's Bubba up to?  Why is he claiming that Cousin Joe's stuff is his?"

His creditors and all the people Bubba has harmed with his nefarious dealings come forward and sue him.  He is forced into bankruptcy, and everything that (almost) everyone now assumes is his, is put on the auction block to pay his debts.

And at that exact moment, you stagger in and say--- "What is this?  That's my boat!  And my house!  And my ......."

So just substitute "Cousin Bubba" with the "British Government" and  missing "Cousin Joe" with the actual "American Government" and you will have a very good idea what is going on here.  Substitute all the bewildered "relatives" with the other nations of the world, who basically know what Bubba has done, but don't know that "Joe" was missing and wasn't involved in this whole rampage at all.

And now, what does all this mean for you, and how can you come home?

Many of us already have.  We are operating the actual American Government -- the unincorporated United States of America, not USA, Inc.

It basically comes down to this: the copyright to your Trade Name has not been recorded, it has only been registered (as chattel belonging to Bubba, which he borrowed against).

To reclaim your Good Name, you need to go back and acknowledge, accept, and re-convey your Trade Name to the land jurisdiction of your birth (Deed of Re-conveyance), then your Common Law Copyright to your own name/NAMES and variations thereof, effective with the day you were born, and permanently domiciling your Name/Name on the land and soil of the state where you were born.

These two easily recorded documents correct your public records, so that you can be identified as Cousin Joe, and your assets can be held harmless and returned to you from the bankruptcy Slush Pile that Cousin Bubba is offering his creditors.

The Deed of Re-Conveyance is just a simple statement to the effect:  "I acknowledge, accept, and permanently re-convey my lawful given Trade Name, (for example) John Michael Doe,  to the land and soil of Florida, where I was born, effective (for example) January 3, 1965."  that you sign in front of a Notary Witness.   Attach the Common Law Copyright (example provided) as a separate "Extension" to the Deed of Re-Conveyance.  And you are done.

If you want to be extremely explicit, you can additionally attach an Act of Expatriation as another "Extension" to the Deed of Re-Conveyance.

"You" are now officially established and standing on the land jurisdiction of the sovereign State --- in the above case, --- Florida, and so are your various Names/NAMES which derive from your given Trade Name.

As such, you are now recognizable as a Protected Person and as Cousin Joe, the Priority Creditor of Cousin Bubba, not just some unknown strange guy called Joe who looks kinda familiar.....

The bankruptcy Trustees have to dig your assets out of Bubba's bankruptcy and set them aside.  Notify The United States District Court for the District of Columbia,  US Bankruptcy Trustees, and send them certified copies (obtained at the time you record your documents) of your Re-Conveyance and Copyright.  Do this via Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested.

We have tested this method of securing your name and estate and it has worked 100% of the time with much less muss and fuss than other methods, including methods we used ourselves in the past.

So-Called Republic of North America

By Anna Von Reitz

Anyone who believes any bull put out by anyone called "Rautshild" --- which means "Rotten Shield" needs their heads examined.

These criminals have been preying upon us for 150 years and they think that they are so smart and we are so stupid that they are going to be able to make false claims of "abandonment"---- saying that we "abandoned" or "gifted" or "donated" our assets to these criminals---- and come in here and displace us as the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of virtually every incorporated entity on this planet INCLUDING all their banks.

Alaska and Hawaii like all the "states" supposedly added to the Union after 1860 are not actually states, but states-in-waiting because there hasn't been a sitting Continental (land jurisdiction) Congress since then to enroll them.  But they do have contracts known as "Statehood Compacts" which are legally binding Treaties ultimately signed off on by the British Monarchs.

This means that while none of these Western States are actually part of the land jurisdiction Union, they are nonetheless owed all the same rights and guarantees.

And as the actual Constitution was not vacated as the perpetrators of these crimes anticipated--- because we got busy and issued new Sovereign Letters Patent and forged agreements with new "federal" partners---- these pretenders are all "Secondary Creditors" and SOL (Shit Out of Luck for those younger than 40).

No "Republic of North America" and no more Commercial Feudalism.

End Game.  Checkmate.
