Some are circulating the following information:
"Add UCC 1-308 Before Signing" - Anonymous Guest Post

After reading through the NDA and asking questions, if and when you sign at the bottom, remember to add "All Rights Reserved UCC 1-308" before your autograph. It is also good to use those words before your autograph with any financial or legal documents (ie. tax returns, etc.).
It is also best to not have your name written in all caps anywhere on the documents. All caps means the fictitious corporate entity that covertly has your name. Therefore, cross out the all caps and write your name with upper and lower case letters as a human being.
Here are explanations for the usage of UCC 1-308 from two internet sources (A&B):
A) Any who are fed up with having their Constitutional freedoms taken away and trampled on by our public officials and their agents may find this of interest.
Found in the Uniform Commercial Codes, which by the way regulate ALL financial transactions, which means nothing is done without being regulated by these Codes!
UCC 1-308 Performance or acceptance under Reservation of Rights --
(1) A party who, with explicit reservation of rights, performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as "without prejudice," "under protest" or the like are sufficient.
(2) Subsection (1) of this Code section does not apply to an accord and satisfaction.
Standard procedures for using UCC 1-308 ---Contract Law---
When signing anything, turn it into a contract using UCC 1-308 and protect our Constitutional Rights of Life, Liberty and Property.
Example of things to sign: Drivers license, lease, buying a automobile, buying business equipment, contracting to do business, Building Permit, marriage license, Code enforcement ticket (if we did not already agree to the terms), Sign ordinance, etc.
B) The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is the codification of laws governing commerce in the United States in which matters of selling, borrowing, lending, and other matters of trade are covered. The term UCC 1-308 refers to Article 1, subsection 308 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Subsection 308 addresses the concept of reservation of rights with regard to performance or acceptance of contract terms. Specifically, this code establishes the protection of rights in a commercial setting where contract terms cause unknowing conflict with or risk to certain rights.
The purpose of UCC 1-308, enacted to replace UCC 1-207, is to protect an individual or business entity from unknowingly giving up rights by agreeing to specific contract terms. By signing a document with additional terms such as “without prejudice,” or “under protest,” and referencing this code, the signee establishes the retention of any rights he or she unknowingly or under false pretense agrees to surrender. Such provisions do not allow an individual or business to avoid legally binding contract terms, but rather to accept contract terms without risk to his other rights. Typically, these rights apply to matters of debt and contract performance.
"Without prejudice" is Black's Law definition: "Without any loss or waiver of rights or privileges."

This 'advice' may be applicable when the 'law' is the FORMER admiralty law, but may NOT be applicable under the soon coming COMMON LAW of the Restored Republic.
There should not be an NDA required under the law of the RESTORED REPUBLIC!

You do not want to be compelled to perform the obligations of any contracts you did not enter into knowingly, willingly, or intentionally.
That's what UCC 1-307 used to mean, but it was removed and 1-308 is used to take it's place.
That UCC is trademarked, I know some people who contacted them and got permission to use the UCC and were given official approval along with a statement to attach to show they had permission.
Also, if you are signing an NDA, that is a contract you are entering into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally and you are agreeing to perform the obligations thereof.
Whereas being kidnapped and taken to a prison to sign in as an inmate, is a contract you do not enter into knowingly, willingly, or intentionally, and if you don't reserve your rights, you have the rights of an inmate (where you signed as inmate signature), and the inmate has no rights.
I read in a post to look for the De Jure Republic and laughed.
Either you know the difference between De Jure and De Facto or you do not, and if there are two Republics forming like there is a North and South Korea or there was an East and West Germany, you best be sure you are selecting the one you want.
Ignorance at this time of awakening can be presumed you are awake and aware, even as you sleep walk and let the people you selected to trust tell you what to do.
Se how all this selecting/electing works. Someone is making decisions for you cause you are on their tit and haven't taken the time to learn about this signature mess, and will jump and do it cause it 'looks good', or you will pick a Republic because someone said to do it, cause 'it looked good'.
Your dependency on others to guide your life, removes you from the freedoms and riches the source has for 'you'. The source's intention were never to give the riches to One and let them decide whether you are worthy to have it or not, the Source's intentions are that everyone have the same access, and it is your intentions that remove you from what Source has created.
You intend to let someone tell you how to sign an NDA? Geesh, how the heck are you going to sign an agreement you say you want, and then say you will not be compelled to perform the obligations of the agreement? Now if you wanted to say what is not included is excluded, that's fine, but if there is something you really need and it was not excluded in the NDA, it could have been included by default and you'd lock yourself out of access to it.
The adults demanded disclosure and are given it, but their interest appears to be in sex.
I see more people knowing about the sexual goings on, and secret sexual rituals goings on in this time of disclosure than in the knowing of the information that actually keeps you free.

The fact that you are reading this is simply your imagination, so imagine this: obviously you have not been paying close enough attention to what has been going on, not keeping up with the published reports, AND/OR you are not on the INSIDE working with fellow Americans toward the successful conclusion of restoring the Republic. According to information regularly provided to us, things have been going on quietly behind the scenes for years to bring forth the restoration of our Republic, and reports have from time to time been made public. We are not responsible for what is or is not done to your expectations. We don't make the rules and we don't write the reports. There is no need for us to email you anything. It is not our fault that you have 'missed the boat'. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BRO! The Courts no longer recognize the UCC. I can tell you this from experience. One judge actually asked me what the UCC-1 I handed her was. She had no idea what a UCC filing was. Law schools only spend 2 to 4 weeks on the UCC. The UCC was codified by all the States by 1927. However, if you use the codes in the court you will lose because the codes are not law. They are only prima facia evidence of the law, at least in TN that is true and is stated as such at TCA 1-1-111(b). All presentments to you should be signed in all caps with a TM after the all caps name followed by your true upper and lower case name, followed by "Authorized agent". You should also include the statement "Non-assumpsit" above your name. This means that you are taking the document but assume no promise of performance. Also, by signing as authorized agent, the law of agency applies and you are not personally liable for the charges on the document. When you get to Court state that you are the agent for the IMF entity and ask what are the true amount of the charges against the IMF entity account is and who is the principle on the record. The judge may play stupid but they know what has just happened. Ask the Judge to produce the forms to access the Social Security funds and the Treasury funds held in that name so that you may endorse them for the IMF entity and discharge the debt. Sign the name in all caps with the TM after it meaning it is a "Trade mark". CFR Title 26 states that the SSN is an IMF entity account I.D. number. Are you an IMF entity? I am the guy that has three courts including the Court of appeals state that I am not my name in all caps and have no standing to appear before the court to defend the charges against the corporation (my name in all CAPS)because I am not an attorney. I am also not liable for the debts of the all CAPS entity. The Court system is a fraudulent scam, period! They throw you in jail as a trustee that failed to discharge the debt at the request of the holder in due course of the Bond. Use the UCC at your own discretion but know that the courts do not recognize anything but covering the bankers arses and stealing as much money from the birth certificate bond as possible.
