The Khazarian mafia is planning spectacular false flag terror operations between now and December 19th in a last minute attempt to prevent Donald Trump from being formally inauguarated as President of the United States, CIA sources say. However, the military forces of Russia, China and the United States are all working together now to remove the final vestiges of Khazarian control, so these efforts will be no more than the final thrashes of a dying beast.

There is also a very intense cyberwarfare campaign under way aimed at removing truth websites, so that the Khazarian corporate media’s false world narrative can be reasserted, the sources say. This is what is behind the ongoing attempt to try to label the current truth revolution and the election of Donald Trump as being done by “Russia.”

The recent widely publicized Washington Post article that featured a list of so-called “fake news” sites cited information compiled by US State Department and Obama administration fronts like Voice of America, the Atlantic Council and the National Endowment for Democracy.

Both Asian secret society and Western agency sources report that a major purge is ongoing, and that large numbers of people are “disappearing” in Asia and in the West. The outward sign of this has been the domino fall of Khazarian mafia-controlled governments and their various leaders.

However, Asian secret society sources say that information provided by the NSA claiming that Chinese President Xi Jinping reported to Evelyn de Rothschild was false. The most recent domino to fall was South Korean President Park Geun Hye who was impeached last week. A CIA source says that “Obama, as the CEO of the corporate United States, quietly signed the US by executive order into membership in the International Criminal Court in 2010.  Ten years ago, George W. Bush gave presidential immunity to the Bush/Clinton crime family. This immunity expires on 31 December, 2015.

“On January 1, 2017 they can be arrested and brought before the ICC. This is the reason they are detained now, in house. This is being kept very close to source”. “They will wait for Trump to be sworn in for sure, then the shit will hit the fan,” the source summarized.

Pentagon sources say a Marine General John Kelly will head the Department of Homeland Security, who will purge it of Khazarian Zionist mafia before starting a campaign to close the US border to “drug cartels and ISIS.” The Pentagon sources were informed that, if they wanted to go after ISIS, the first person they should arrest would be Senator John “ISIS” McCain.

Such arrests are taking place, with the bigwigs scheduled to go down in the new year, CIA sources confirm.

In the meantime, financial warfare is raging. This was seen in a Bloomberg terminals outage last week, Pentagon sources say. Hedge funds also got a body blow last week, as the US Supreme Court ruled 8-0 that insider trading is a crime, even if the tipper gets no financial benefit from family or friends, the sources say. This ruling will make it much easier for law enforcement folk to clean up Wall Street, they say. (Not to mention the US Congress, where many more of such profitable tip-offs originate. – REC)

Also, Wells Fargo Bank has been purged of hundreds of cabal bankers, and will likely be taken over by HSBC soon, the sources say.  In a related move, the private Swiss bank magnate Edmond de Rothschild was kicked out of China, after many Khazarian proxies in that country were rounded up, the Pentagon sources say. The Chinese military, for their part, say the only Western banks they fully trust now are HSBC and Standard & Chartered.

The US and Chinese military are negotiating a deal that will help bring on a global currency reset, sources close to the negotiations say. The deal involves trading US dollars for Asian gold, but is being blocked by the Rothschild banking clan, the sources say. For that reason, both the Asian secret societies and US agencies have been given the precise coordinates of the homes of Rothschild clan leadership. But the White Dragon Society says that missiles and aerial bombing should be avoided in order to prevent the destruction of priceless art work.

However, positive CIA sources who have long been battling the bloodline families take a harder line:

“Do they worry when they bomb & demolish historic ‘priceless’ treasures in the Middle East? NO, because their goal is not to acquire or save treasure but to attain total and absolute control. There already has been a Khazarian surrender in Syria. Here a ceasefire and evacuation of Aleppo has been agreed upon, after Syrian government forces and their Russian allies took over 93% of the city. In a definitely related move, the Rothschild-controlled company Glencore and the government of Qatar agreed last week to buy a major stake in the Russian energy company Rosneft.

The Syrian war was started to force Syria to allow Qatar and Saudi Arabia to build a pipeline there in order to export gas to Europe. The Syrians refused, because they preferred a pipeline controlled by Russia. So, the fact the Qataris have reached a deal with Russia means they have broken with Saudi Arabia over Syria.

The Saudis, for their part, have rushed to save their assets by sending Softbank’s Masayoshi Son to visit Trump to offer to create 50,000 US jobs using $50 billion of Saudi money. The Saudis are going to have to fork over a lot more than that just to pay the blood money they owe for all the horrific crimes their regime has carried out. Just ask the Yemenis.

The Saudi regime will be “taken care of,” as a part of an overall settlement of ongoing conflicts that is unfolding, as the Trump regime heads for “triple entente,” with Russia and China.

This is why Russia and non-OPEC oil producers agreed to cut supply in order to raise prices and stabilize energy-dependent currencies. The move towards more harmony can also be seen in the Aleppo cease fire, was well as in a Russian agreement to supply Ukraine with the gas it will need this winter.

There is also expected to be some sort of breakthrough involving North Korea. A rare glimpse in the true nature of that regime came out last week when it “accidentally” revealed there are only 28 domain names using the North Korean .KP registry.

If you look at some of those 28 sites you can see clearly they are not managed by North Koreans. This disclosure may, together with the downfall of South Korea’s President Park, be a sign some sort of Korean Peninsula peace agreement being in the works.

On a final note, there is more weirdness emerging from Antarctica. Last week a “large glowing blue cloud” appeared over Antarctica, according to the Christian Science Monitor.

The Rest of the Story--- and a Correction (or Two or Three….)

I am very happy to report that Frank O’Collins is not dead and not really missing, either.  He is continuing his work, which is good news for all honest people.   The publication of my last article about the Reign of Heaven Society and “The United States of America” caused some jingling and jangling of the grapevine between us.  I renew my hope to meet Frank in the flesh someday.

Based on additional new information, Frank O’Collins never completed his studies with the Jesuits and did not accept a position with the Vatican.  My sources were confusing our Frank O’Collins with another older O’Collins ---- also a very serious scholar --- who left the priesthood and the Jesuit Order some years ago.

All that is good to get cleared up and on the record and corrected, but the real “rest of the story” as Paul Harvey used to say, is that the Reign of Heaven Society has nothing whatsoever to do with Frank O’Collins, is not his brainchild, and is in fact plagiarism and bastardization of his work by……Keith Livingway.

That’s right.  The same man who thinks that you can buy and sell trustee offices and who pretends to run something called “The United States of America” out of post office boxes in Costa Rica, has plagiarized and twisted O’Collins’ work to create his own spin off organization and deceitfully marketed it “as if” it was associated with O’Collins and his vision of Ucadia.  

This gross disrespect and misuse of O’Collin’s intellectual property is a travesty of the first order.  So now we know and we know who is responsible.

Let’s do a quick fact check against the deceptions promoted by Keith Livingway:

1. Misrepresentation Number One (from my standpoint anyway):  Livingway says that I, or rather, my innocent pen name, “Anna von Reitz”--- is a foreigner and an agent of the Vatican.  
   In fact, I am a birthright non-citizen national of the Wisconsin state, just as my Father was a birthright non-citizen national of the Illinois state before me--- so I am not a foreigner.  I also never “worked for the Vatican” in my life. What I did do was accept an unpaid mission from Pope Benedict XVI to inform the government officials in this country of their errors and correct them to the best of my ability----which I have done with no apologies and no regrets. 
2. Misrepresentation Number Two: that the office of “Postmaster General” is the same as the office of “United States Post Master”.    Do they look the same?  Sound the same?  Are they written the same?   No, they don’t and there is a reason---- they aren’t the same.
3. Misrepresentation Number Three:  Issuing deliberately deceptive “legal tender” in the name of “The United States of America”---- which turns out to be a defunct religious non-profit organization formed in 1863 and bankrupted in 1907.  The business name “The United States of America” is Public Domain, so Livingway seized upon it and began using it in deceitful ways, tricking people into thinking it had something to do with our lawful government. 
4. Misrepresentation Number 4:  Presenting the  “Reign of Heaven Society” as if this elitist Lucifer-loving organization had any legitimate or consensual affiliation with Frank O’Collins, when in fact Livingway and his group plagiarized and twisted O’Collins’ work to suit themselves, and then deceitfully presented their corrupt regurgitation “as if” it was Frank’s brainchild.

Keith Livingway is proven by these repeated deliberate misrepresentations to be more than just a man making mistakes and deluding others as a result; he is shown to be a knowing repeat offender who has no regard for truth and no respect for the intellectual property rights of others.

I wouldn’t trust Keith Livingway any farther than I could throw the Empire State Building.  I wouldn’t join or support any organization associated with him no matter what it calls itself or purports to be.  And I certainly would not accept any “legal tender” issued by Livingway’s version of “The United States of America”----because all that can stand behind such currency is drug cartel money laundering and a lot of hot air.

There may be no copyright or trademark preventing Livingway from issuing legal tender with the words “The United States of America” on it, but it is still constructive fraud and attempted international counterfeiting.  It should net him and his followers ten to twenty years in jail and we may all look forward to Livingway’s peculiar brand of dishonesty catching up to him yet.

As for Frank O’Collins---- please accept my sincere apologies for ever thinking you were responsible for the Reign of Heaven Society and the other misstatements.   Even I was taken in by the deceitful way Reign of Heaven Society was linked to your Ucadia sites and the natural presumption that it was set up to function as a Jural Society supporting your Pactum. 

I should have known that you would not have anything to do with such sleazy, self-important, elitist ravings and would not be taken in by Livingway’s bogus claims regarding “The United States of America”.

Now that I know the actual source of “Reign of Heaven Society” it all makes sense at last.

The Short List

There is just so much about it.

A name is NOT the "same as" the man or the thing it labels.

Think about it. You "accept" the idea that your name is yours, like a bicycle or a chest of drawers--- but is it?

What if your name is John Robert Brown. Is it possible and even likely that there are numerous John Robert Browns in the world?

What if your name is The United States of America? It is just a name, folks. Like John Robert Brown.

So now you've got a bunch of whack jobs claiming to be "The United States of America"---- their version of "The United States of America" anyway.

"The United States of America" was the name of an association of states a long time ago. It was created by a charter called The Articles of Confederation. A charter is a contractual agreement.

This particular contract was destroyed when the Southern states left the Union created by that agreement. Why?

Because a contract has to be consensual and it cannot be maintained by force.

This is one of the most fundamental of all laws--- The Law of Free Will.

The Union States attempted to force the Southern states to return by military victory, but the original Southern states never agreed, never succumbed.

There is no peace treaty in existence ending the American Civil War.

I have looked long and hard and so have many, many others. All of you are welcome to look for yourselves.

The North claimed victory. "Peace" was declared--- by President Johnson, at least for the land jurisdiction. But there is no Peace Treaty. Not then. Not now. There is no return on record of the original states ever mending the breach that happened in 1860.

Instead, the bankruptcy trustees in charge of the Union states made up new "states" and pretended that all was well. They created "states of states" corporations named after the original states and drummed up a new corporate constitution and except for the insiders nobody was the wiser.

That same jury-rigged system of using corporations to "represent" our lawful government--- but not be our lawful government-- has carried on to this day.

It was to their financial advantage to do this in 1865 and the perps gain from continuing this practice, but the truth will out.

"The United States of America" fronted in 1868 wasn't our lawful government then at the end of the hostilities and isn't now.

And you don't need to take my word for it. Look for any Peace Treaty ending the American Civil War. Send me a copy when you find such a unicorn, for I am prepared to declare that it does not exist.

Show me any part of Law that condones non-consensual contracts. Or for that matter, assures any contract in perpetuity?

Write to the Congressional Research Service and ask--- "Have the Reconstruction Acts ever been repealed? Are they still in effect?"

Do your own due diligence and see what you shall see all by yourselves. No need to fight over who or what or where I am or anything at all about all the labels certain self-interested groups have tried to use on me. Just look these things up for yourselves and let your own research inform you.

US judge rejects Green Party's Pennsylvania recount case

A federal judge on Monday issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request to recount paper ballots in Pennsylvania's presidential election, won narrowly by Republican Donald Trump, and scan some counties' election systems for signs of hacking.

In his 31-page decision, U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond said there were at least six grounds that required him to reject the Green Party's lawsuit, which had been opposed by Trump, the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Pennsylvania attorney general's office. The Green Party has been successful in at least getting statewide recounts started in Wisconsin and Michigan, but it has failed to get a statewide recount begun or ordered in Pennsylvania.

Suspicion of a hacked Pennsylvania election "borders on the irrational" while granting the Green Party's recount bid could "ensure that that no Pennsylvania vote counts" given Tuesday's federal deadline to certify the vote for the Electoral College, wrote Diamond, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, a Republican.

"Most importantly, there is no credible evidence that any 'hack' occurred, and compelling evidence that Pennsylvania's voting system was not in any way compromised," Diamond wrote. He also said the lawsuit suffered from a lack of standing, potentially the lack of federal jurisdiction and an "unexplained, highly prejudicial" wait before filing last week's lawsuit, four weeks after the Nov. 8 election.

The decision was the Green Party's latest roadblock in Pennsylvania after hitting numerous walls in county and state courts. Green Party-backed lawyers argue that it was possible that computer hackers changed the election outcome and that Pennsylvania's heavy use of paperless machines makes it a prime target. Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein also contended that Pennsylvania has erected unconstitutional barriers to voters seeking a recount.

A lawyer for the Green Party said Monday they were disappointed and unable to immediately say whether they would appeal.

"But one thing is clear," said the lawyer, Ilann Maazel. "The Pennsylvania election system is not fair to voters and voters don't know if their votes counted, and that's a very large problem."

It is part of a broader effort by Stein to recount votes in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, three states with a history of supporting Democrats that were narrowly won by Trump over Democrat Hillary Clinton. Stein captured about 1 percent of the vote, or less, in each of the three states.

In Pennsylvania, Trump beat Clinton in Pennsylvania by about 44,000 votes out of 6 million cast.

The Wisconsin recount was expected to conclude Monday. With about 95 percent of the votes recounted as of Sunday, Clinton had gained 25 votes on Trump, but still trailed by about 22,000 votes out of nearly 3 million cast in Wisconsin.

A federal judge halted Michigan's recount last week after three days. Trump won Michigan by fewer than 11,000 votes out of nearly 4.8 million votes cast.

Secret Agenda: Are They Planning To Use ‘Russian Interference’ As An Excuse To Invalidate Trump’s Election Victory?

It has been said that nothing happens by accident in politics, and it is certainly no accident that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, members of the U.S. Senate and the mainstream media are all suddenly buzzing about “Russian hacking” and “Russian interference” in our elections.  Over the past 48 hours, the Washington Post, the New York Times, and just about every other major news source in America has been breathlessly telling us that the CIA has concluded that the Russians “intervened” in the presidential election with the specific goal of helping Donald Trump win.  The implication is that if the Russian interference was significant enough, it could have “unfairly” altered the outcome of the election and thus Donald Trump’s victory was not legitimate.  And if his victory was not legitimate, that opens up all sorts of possibilities for the Democrats.

For those that have been wondering if the establishment was going to attempt to steal the presidency away from Donald Trump before he can be inaugurated, we now appear to have our answer.

There are several ways that this could work, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
On Friday, we were suddenly assaulted with all sorts of headlines about how the U.S. intelligence community has concluded that the Russians interfered in the election and that they did so with the intention of helping Trump win.  The following example comes from CNBC…

The New York Times reported American intelligence agencies have “high confidence” that Russia intervened in the later stages of the 2016 election to help Trump win the presidency. Senior administration officials said the Russian government gave WikiLeaks emails from the Democratic National Committee, among others including Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta. The organizations also found evidence that Russia hacked the Republican National Committee’s computer systems, but did not release the information.

More specifically, we are being told that it is the CIA that is the primary source of this “intelligence”.  Of course the public is not being shown a shred of evidence that the Russians were behind any of this.  Instead, we are just being told to trust the “experts” at the CIA…

The CIA has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 election specifically to help Donald Trump win the presidency, a U.S. official has confirmed to NPR.
“Before, there was confidence about the fact that Russia interfered,” the official says. “But there was low confidence on what the direction and intentionality of the interference was. Now they [the CIA] have come to the conclusion that Russia was trying to tip the election to Trump.”

On Sunday, four members of the U.S. Senate came forward to express their concerns about Russian interference.  Two of the four were Democrats, and the other two were Republicans that have been some of the most vocal critics of Donald Trump throughout the election season.  I don’t think that it is any accident that John McCain and Lindsey Graham have chosen to be part of this effort…

“Congress’s national security committees have worked diligently to address the complex challenge of cybersecurity, but recent events show that more must be done,” said Sens. Chuck Schumer, the incoming Senate Democratic leader, Sen. John McCain, the Armed Services Committee chairman, fellow Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, and Sen. Jack Reed, the top Armed Services Committee Democrat, in a Sunday morning statement.
“While protecting classified material, we have an obligation to inform the public about recent cyberattacks that have cut to the heart of our free society. Democrats and Republicans must work together, and across the jurisdictional lines of the Congress, to examine these recent incidents thoroughly and devise comprehensive solutions to deter and defend against further cyber-attacks.”

And of course this comes on the heels of Barack Obama ordering all of the intelligence agencies under his command to show him any evidence of Russian interference in the election before he leaves office.  According to NBC News, he is insisting that this evidence be delivered to him before January 20th…

President Barack Obama has ordered U.S. intelligence agencies to deliver to him a dossier of the evidence that the Russian government used cyber attacks and other means to intervene in the 2016 election, possibly with the idea of making more information public, a senior intelligence official told NBC News.
White House counterterrorism advisor Lisa Monaco told reporters that the results of the report would be shared with lawmakers and others. Obama leaves office on Jan. 20. Monaco used careful language, calling it a “full review of what happened during the 2016 election process.”

Incredibly, this review is actually going to be headed up by the infamous James Clapper…

Taking the absurdity to a whole new level, Obama wants the report completed before his term ends on January 20, by none other than a proven and confirmed liar: “The review will be led by James Clapper, the outgoing director of national intelligence, officials said.” In other words, the report that the Kremlin stole the election should be prepared by the time Trump is expected to be sworn in.
“We are going to make public as much as we can,” the spokesman added. “This is a major priority for the president.”

So what is there such an urgency to this?

Couldn’t they just begin this review now and have it completed at some point under the Trump administration?

Or could it be possible that they need this information so urgently because they want to use it for political purposes?

Some are already suggesting that if there is “clear evidence” of unfair Russian intervention that the only reasonable outcome would be to hold another election.  In fact, former CIA agent Bob Baer just appeared on CNN and stated that if “the evidence is there, I don’t see any other way than to vote again.”
Could you imagine the uproar if that happened?
Personally, I think that is not likely to happen.

But this issue could be used to try to sway some Electoral College votes on December 19th.  We already know that one of Trump’s electoral voters has publicly pledged not to vote for him, and he claims that he has other Republican electoral voters that plan on joining him.

But even if Trump successfully gets through the Electoral College vote, he still has one more hurdle to get over.

On January 6th, a joint session of Congress will meet to count the electoral votes.  Most of the time this is a formality, but this time around that may not be the case.

If at least one member of the House and at least one member of the Senate submits an objection in writing, electoral votes can potentially be invalidated.  The following comes from the official House.gov website…

Since 1887, 3 U.S.C. 15 sets the method for objections to electoral votes. During the Joint Session, Members of Congress may object to individual electoral votes or to state returns as a whole. An objection must be declared in writing and signed by at least one Representative and one Senator. In the case of an objection, the Joint Session recesses and each chamber considers the objection separately in a session which cannot last more than two hours with each Member speaking for no more than five minutes. After each house votes on whether or not to accept the objection, the Joint Session reconvenes and both chambers disclose their decisions. If they agree to the objection, the votes in question are not counted. If either chamber does not agree with the objection, the votes are counted.

So even if Donald Trump receives at least 270 Electoral College votes, he could still be denied the presidency by Congress.

And that may be what the establishment is shooting for.  If they can present “compelling evidence” that Russian interference “unfairly” altered the outcome of the election in November, perhaps enough members of Congress can be convinced to vote to invalidate Trump’s election victory.
I don’t think that is going to happen, but when it comes to Trump the normal rules don’t seem to apply.

However, what should be apparent to everyone is that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the members of Congress that are suddenly making this such a huge issue all have a reason for doing so.  They claim that they are doing it for the good of the country, but in politics there is almost always an ulterior motive for everything.

Do they actually intend to try to steal the presidency from Donald Trump?
If they do, we won’t have too long to wait before we find out.

Watchdog Discovers Toy Dolls Are Recording Your Conversations And Uploading Them To Police

When giving gifts this holiday season, be strongly advised that certain toys will upload your child’s unique voice and personal information — to the same military and law enforcement database which helps authorities identify criminals.

Indeed, these toys — which could record any conversation occurring nearby, and also fish for specific information from unwitting children — constitute the latest in surveillance by home appliances and gadgets known collectively as the Internet of Things. And this insidious, extraneous spying has several watchdog groups sounding alarm bells in a complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

Genesis Toys’ My Friend Cayla doll and i-Que robot — Internet-connected toys using voice recognition technology to interact with children — can answer questions by converting speech to text and retrieving information from Google, Wikipedia, and Weather Underground, CNN reports.

But what has the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), the Campaign for a Commercial Free Childhood, the Center for Digital Democracy, and the Consumers Union on edge is that the “toys subject young children to ongoing surveillance,” in violation of privacy and consumer protection laws — and, worse, the nature of the company Genesis Toys employs for that purpose.

“Nuance Communications,” the aforementioned groups state in a complaint to the FTC, “represents itself as a leader in voice technology, including speech recognition software and voice biometric solutions that allow a search of the company’s 60 million enrolled voiceprints for a voice match from recorded conversations to be performed within minutes. Nuance markets its technology to private and public entities and delivers its voice biometric technology to military, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies.”

“Both Genesis Toys and Nuance Communications unfairly and deceptively collect, use, and disclose audio files of children’s voices without providing adequate notice or obtaining verified parental consent,” the complaint continues.
Cayla and i-Que have slightly differing companion applications, but Genesis collects users’ IP addresses and both require downloading and connection to the user’s mobile device via Bluetooth technology. As the complaint explains:

The companion application for My Friend Cayla requests permission to access the hardware, storage, microphone, Wi-Fi connections, and Bluetooth on users’ devices, but fails to disclose to the user the significance of obtaining this permission. The i-Que companion application also requests access to the device camera, which is not necessary to the toy’s functions and is not explained or justified.

That Richard Mack, Nuance vice president of corporate marketing and communications, reassured the public the uploaded information is not sold or used for advertising or marketing purposes should be of little comfort to consumers wary of the perfidious surveillance state. Even so, Cayla comes equipped with pro-Disney marketing propaganda in references to Disney movies and Disney theme parks — the doll says her favorite movie is Disney’s The Little Mermaid, for example — which children cannot distinguish as advertising.

Perhaps most notably, not to mention nefariously, CNN reports,

The Cayla doll also has a mobile phone app that asks children to provide personal information, like their name and their parents’ names, their favorite TV show, their favorite meal, where they go to school, their favorite toy and where they live.

EPIC and the other watchdogs have requested an investigation into Genesis Toys and Nuance Communications by the FTC and to have Cayla and i-Que pulled from store shelves.

“The FTC should issue a recall on the dolls and halt further sales pending the resolution of the privacy and safety risks identified in the complaint,” asserted Claire Gartland, director of EPIC’s Consumer Privacy Project. “This is already happening in the European Union, where Dutch stores have pulled the toys from their shelves.”

EPIC also notes this complaint is one facet of a concerted effort to ban such privacy-invasive and surveillance-laden toys from the marketplace. Last year, Senator Edward Markey and Rep. Joe Barton were joined by Rep. Mark Kirk and Sen. Bobby Rush in introducing the Do Not Track Kids Act of 2015 (H.R. 2734) to update existing children’s online privacy law to include greater protections for kids.

Markey penned letters to Genesis and Nuance demanding immediate compliance with strictures delineated in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

The Internet of Things has long been a cause for concern for privacy advocates and delight for surveillance hawks, as predictions the surveillance state will be willingly welcomed into people’s homes through the convenience of interconnectedness prove true time and again.

However, while it might be one thing for hapless adults to dismissively toss privacy concerns to the wayside, to have the voiceprints and information of children as young as three-years-old uploaded and likely stored by a company with military and law enforcement ties is a whole other animal.

Still More Bogus Claims From Keith Livingway and “The United States of America”

Today more bogus claims from Keith Livingway and “The United States of America” organization (being run out of Post Office boxes in Costa Rica) have surfaced. In addition to the counterfeit legal tender being issued by these hucksters, and other outrageous acts aimed at attempted constructive fraud against us, they have issued a commercial claim alleging that birthright citizenship exists only in the District of Columbia and not the actual sovereign states.

And guess what? They are actually right about that—- “birthright citizenship” equals “hereditary serfdom” — and what would the free and sovereign states of America be doing practicing hereditary serfdom?

Here’s the “trick”, folks—- look up the legal definition of “citizen”.  Citizenship implies “obligation” to serve the government, instead of having the government serve you. So if you are a “Citizen” (territorial jurisdiction) or a “citizen of the United States” (municipal jurisdiction) you are either an employee of the federal corporation (territorial Citizen) or a dependent of the federal corporation (municipal citizen) and in either case, you are subservient to the “federal government” which has never been a sovereign government in the entirety of its existence.

They are trying to deceive you into enslaving yourself, trying to make you think that you are missing out on something, that you are supposed to be a “birthright citizen”—- when you are NOT.

As proof of their crock o’ you-know-what, they offer the case of Minneapolis v. Reum. Mr. Reum, an immigrant to Minnesota, retained his European citizenship and did not undertake the steps necessary to complete becoming a Minnesotan. He merely intended to do so.

As a result, he couldn’t claim state national status as a Minnesotan nor federated state citizenship in the “State of Minnesota”, either one, and had to be considered a foreigner even under federal “dual citizenship” provisions.

La-dee-dah. That’s like an apple claiming to be either an orange or a kumquat and having the judge declare that it is neither. Whoopee. Minneapolis v. Reium has no bearing at all on the argument that the bogus “office of the Secretary of State” of the equally bogus organization merely calling itself “The United States of America” is trying to make.

It’s true that the sovereign nation states have no “birthright citizens”—– nobody in a free country or estate is “born” into a condition of servitude to the government.

Only those unfortunate enough to be born in the District of Columbia to parents who are not “natural born citizens” of one of the sovereign states are actually “birthright citizens”—-meaning that they are born into a condition of serfdom to the federal corporation and its directors, the members of the United States Congress, because they are otherwise “stateless”.

Instead, in the sovereign states, we are born as “natural people” on the land jurisdiction of our country, which is the state.  We are born as “state nationals” of Wisconsin, California, Texas, Vermont, etc., and we are known as “Wisconsinites” and “Californians” and “Texans” and “Vermonters”….. That is our “natural estate”.  We only become “citizens” of any of the states when we accept employment as a public official or public employee of one of the states, at which point we become a “Citizen of Vermont”, etc., for the duration of our service, which can include being a member of a Jural Assembly.

The Keith Livingway version of “The United States of America” —- the business name of a defunct religious non-profit corporation formed in the middle of the Civil War and bankrupted in 1907—- and now suffering an attempted zombie-like resurrection — was never our lawful government and still isn’t.

The government owed to us, “the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States”, is not a government of serfs all serving the interests of a commercial corporation. The government owed to us, serves us. Period.

And therein lies the rub for Keith Livingway and all the other wannabe federal despots. The records concerning all of this are painfully clear and those who have been administering our property “for” us have been found extremely wanting.

This organization merely calling itself “The United States of America” is based on deceptions and half-truths and the misuse and abuse of an old business name that has entered the Public Domain, so as to work a constructive fraud and serve as a means to make false claims against the people and the states.

We don’t believe in feudalism, monarchs, or hereditary serfdom in this country, so as a result, we don’t practice “birthright citizenship”. The federal organization does because it is and has always been a British operation since Day One. It and its “federated states of states” which are nothing but local franchises of the federal corporation, having nothing to do with us and our actual political status and government.

They are under contract to provide us with certain enumerated governmental services and as a result, they exercise some of our delegated powers—–nothing more or else.

Wake up, America, wake up! The Brits and the French Central Bank are both trying to pull another Fast One and saddle us with their debts and leave us at the mercy of their creditors.

They are deliberately trying to “switch identities” and pretend to be us, pretending to be our government, pretending that we are their “citizens”—–subject to their whims and responsible for paying their debts.

It’s time we all said a Big, Fat —- “Hell, No!” — and said it loud enough and with enough knowledge and authority to make it stick and convince these con men that the jig is really, and truly, finally up. We know what they are, who they are, what they are trying to pull off and we aren’t putting up with it anymore.

“The United States of America” like “The New Republic” (which I call “Le Neu Republique”) and The Republic for the united States of America and the Unity States of America—– are all organizations trying to claim that they are the federal government owed to our nation states. And none of them are.

The federal government we are owed is composed of elected State Citizens (Minnesotans choosing to serve the Minnesota State and therefore at least temporarily considered a “Citizen” and servant of the Minnesota State government, for example) serving as Fiduciary Deputies in a properly seated Continental Congress representing the lawful land jurisdiction governments of the sovereign states “in congress assembled”.

Not a “federal government” composed of Territorial Citizens (Federal State of Minnesotans born to be serfs serving the State of Minnesota corporation) and serving as “Representatives” in a “United States Congress” — which rightfully only conducts the internal business of the governmental services corporation and whatever tasks are necessary to deliver the nineteen enumerated services we contracted to receive.

They are all nothing but fakes of one stripe or another making false claims against us and against our assets —-and at best, by implied contract for services being rendered.

It’s time to pull the plug on all this nonsense. The Brits have bungled things and lied to us and to the rest of the world about us for the last time. Ditto the French.

The government of the people, by the people, and for the people has to be organized and exerted from the bottom up, not the top down.

The actual pecking order is from the people to the township to the county and from the county to the state and then—- dead last in the pecking order—- a small portion of the power delegated to the actual state government is further delegated to the federal government.

According to Texas v. White, the sovereign state is indicated by a small “s”—– Wisconsin state, for example. The fully empowered state government of Wisconsin is the Wisconsin State government. That’s why Madison is called the “Wisconsin State Capitol” and not the “State of Wisconsin Capitol”.

The “State of Wisconsin” is the name of a federal corporation franchise operated by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation in territorial jurisdiction of the United States of America (Minor).

The STATE OF WISCONSIN is the name of a foreign municipal corporation franchise operated by the UNITED STATES, INC., by the IMF.

And neither one of these “state of” organizations are anything but foreign corporations like Sears or GM in the business of providing governmental services to the actual states and people as subcontractors to the actual State government.

Wisconsin state > Wisconsin State > State of Wisconsin > STATE OF WISCONSIN

Sovereign jurisdiction > National jurisdiction > Territorial jurisdiction > Municipal jurisdiction.

Everyone got that?

And these things calling themselves deceptive names—- “The United States of America” and “The New Republic” and “The united States of America” and “The Unity States of America” and so on? What are they?

Nothing but foreign corporations trying to seize control of what? The foreign (British) federal government corporation and foreign (French) municipal government corporation operating the territorial and municipal jurisdictions of the United States of America (Minor).

It’s nothing but a big fight over who gets to provide the enumerated governmental services to the actual states and it’s a fight because we, the people, haven’t been doing our part and riding herd on how these foreign corporations are doing business “in our behalf”.

We haven’t required an accounting and proper functioning from them for generations. We have stood by and let them steal our identity via deceptively similar names fraud. We’ve let them “assume” contracts we never agreed to, charge us for services we never ordered. and bill things against our credit that we never authorized.

They’ve had a field day at our expense. Waged war for profit “in our names”. Gotten away with every kind of graft, greed, and corruption—– and blamed it all on us, because we have been asleep at the wheel, just trusting what we (wrongly) believed was our lawful government instead of a bunch of weasel-like foreign contractors merely providing governmental services under contract.
Well, people, it’s Christmas time. Wake up. Hear the bells ring.

For my work there will be ZERO charge. If you want to be back online you can just let me handle it and I'll take a day off and do it. I'll set it up any way you want (provided it is all GNU) and will be able to provide familiar work environments if they are requested.

I will not do any content development. You will get a working home page you can build an entire site from and a front end you are familiar with if I can get it done with public domain stuff (wordpress, Joomla, etc)

If you had your web site backed up, you'll get the ability to just upload it all with an FTP program like Filezilla. Your domain will change from what it was (obviously) so depending upon how it is coded, you might have to fix all the links.

This is why I created nesara.news and have it on my own server! I have been working on migrating the entire contents of this blog into it over the last few weeks. Nesaranews.blogspot.com has 6 years of archives as in 48,536 posts and 78,479 comments that I am dealing with. That is 933meg database which is huge as most sites have 100meg or less and is very difficult to convert to a different format and install into a different blog platform. I do not like wordpress because it is so widely used that bots can be designed to target wordpress sites globally at once and disrupt the code and databases. I am using b2evolution blog software as it is in my opinion better than wordpress because it has less baggage and more diversity. And if they choose to do direct attacks om my websites.. well, I am quite experienced thanks to the forum wars of 2002 to 2007 that I was involved in while programming Directv and Dish cards and FTA recievers. Yes I was one of those guys who owned forums with 100,000+ registered hackers as members and many did try attacking the forum and server. I even nailed a NSA agent that was attacking my forum one night, he quit attacking it when I exposed his badge number and his mother's SSN... That was funnier than hell. 

I used to be a tech support guy for Vbulletin back then and assisted many people with their vbulletin forums and other websites because I enjoyed doing it. Never made as much as a penny either. FBI Investigates Baby Kidnapped from Couple in Alabama Who Declined Birth Certificate and SSN

It has been almost 2 months since itinerant missionaries Christian and Danielle Holm’s newborn baby was ripped from his mother’s breast in an Alabama hospital by the Department of Human Resources (DHR). Social workers called in hospital security, police, and a sheriff’s detective after the couple declined a social security card and birth certificate for their baby. There was a case of mistaken identity, but that was easily and quickly demonstrated to be false. There was no abuse and no neglect, but that didn’t stop DHR from seizing the 1 day old infant from his parents, allegedly without a warrant, court order, or emergency circumstances.
Their baby is reportedly still in foster care.
Now, the FBI is allegedly stepping in. A source close to the family, who asked not to be identified, told Health Impact News that Wednesday, December 7, was:

A monumental day for the Holms family! The FBI has officially opened their case and are in the beginning stages of gathering evidence against DHR and all parties involved in the kidnapping of baby Holm. The main factors in the case are civil rights violations, religious persecution, and charges of operating under color of law! It seems as though some light may be shone on the corruption of all parties involved in the unjust kidnapping of baby Holm barely 24 hrs after birth!

According to the FBI website, the mission of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, established in 1909, includes upholding and enforcing the criminal laws of the United States. There are 10 major priorities of the agency, and the kidnapping of the Holm’s baby involves three of these priorities:

• Combat public corruption at all levels;
• Protect civil rights;
• Combat major white-collar crime

Unconstitutional Gag Order, Sources Fear Retaliation

Since a gag order was placed upon Christian and Danielle Holm demanding that they not speak to the media about their case, multiple sources who are supporting the couple have contacted Health Impact News to report the injustice that they say is happening in the case, which was originally reported by the Anniston Star.

One source said that they did not trust DHR or other government officials not to retaliate against them, because what they have seen thus far with the Holms indicates to them that the people operating under color of law in Cleburne and Calhoun County have no regard for the law or for the civil rights of the people. They do not trust DHR not to retaliate against anyone attempting to expose the corruption.

Parents Fight Back

Even though there is a gag order in place, the Holms are fighting back. Sources report that the couple have been joined by others as they have held peaceful protests in the town of Heflin, Alabama.

According to one source who contacted us, DHR is “finding out quickly that people are rallying behind their cause.” The source believes that DHR thought that the couple traveling through the state on their missionary journey were an “easy target,” and that they could quietly steal their baby, gag them, and nothing would be done about it.

They thought they were going to roll over. They thought that they had no resources or family to fight the system. They thought that they would take their kid and be done with it.

They were wrong.

Contact Between Parents and Baby Cut Off After Letter Sent

The source reported that the Holms experienced retaliation recently from DHR. As of 3 1/2 weeks ago, all visitation between the baby and his parents was halted. It has been nearly a month since they have seen their baby. He will be two months old on Saturday, and his parents don’t know where he is or how he is doing.
The visits ceased without warning after the Holms sent a lengthy certified letter to multiple people involved with the taking of their baby, with copies of the letter sent to Alabama Senators Jeff Sessions and Richard Shelby, as well as to Congressman Mike Rogers. The 25 page letter lists the laws allegedly broken and Constitutional rights allegedly violated by DHR, the sheriffs department, Anniston Regional Medical Hospital, and other parties who participated in or enabled the actions against the family.
An anonymous source sent a copy of the letter to Health Impact News, and it has been verified as the second notice which was sent to multiple individuals and entities on November 28.
The notice began with a reminder from the Holms that “the Creator of the Universe YHVH is watching and recording everything you do,” and that they will one day give an account for their actions before God. There was also a reminder that all who hold any type of office or position with any governmental entity are sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Alabama Constitution.
Points 6 and 7 state:

Therefore, you are all put on full, timely, lawful notice that you have individually and collectively committed the criminal act of kidnapping in an organized crime ring, you have assented to the criminal act of kidnapping, you have agreed, cooperated in, aided, abetted, ratified, validated, concealed, assisted, financially benefitted [sic] in, joined, supported, cooperated, with, covered for, protected, shielded, and conspired with each other in:
The kidnapping of our live, healthy, baby boy, by force of arms, in the presence of visibly armed officers using color of office, acting under color of law,
Absent lawful, judicial capacity court order,
Absent warrant of arrest,
Absent probable cause of criminal act(s) having been committed,
Absent reasonable articulable suspicion of ongoing or even pending criminal act(s),
Absent voluntary permission, assent, consent or acquiescence from us, and
Absent lawful authority under God,
Absent lawful authority under the United States Constitution,
Absent lawful authority under the Alabama Constitution,
And absent lawful authority under the unorverturned holdings of the United States Supreme Court.
7. Your acts and omissions have damaged me, Christian Holm, have damaged my wife, Danielle Holm, and have damaged our yet-unnamed child, who:
Was not in any medical neglect;
Was not in any medical duress;
Was not in any potential of criminal harm;
Was not in any emergency;
Was not under lawful seizure warrant issued in writing by any lawfully acting judge in their lawful judicial power, supported by any sworn affidavit of probable cause of any credible person claiming any potential neglect or harm;
Was not taken from us under any probable cause of crime having already been committed by us;
Was not taken from us under any reasonable articulable suspicion that crimes were about to be committed by us against him;
And therefor, you all had no lawful right to remove said child from us and yet, AND YET he was ripped from Danielle’s arms and forcibly kidnapped from our custody, control, care and parental ownership thereof.

The letter addressed the concerns that the parents did not get a social security card for the baby at the hospital, pointing out existing law regarding the “Enumeration at Birth” program of the Social Security Administration. This is the program under which parents may apply for a social security card at the time of birth, before leaving the hospital, if they choose to do so. It is not a law or requirement, but an available option for parents, as the Holms point out:

According to the Social Security Administration website:

NOTE: EAB is voluntary for parents and hospitals….
EAB is a convenient service option for parents who need an SSN for their child….
State vital records agencies should not submit SSN applications when parents elect not to participate in EAB….

Even though many individuals, including some social workers and law enforcement, mistakenly believe that a parent is required by law to get a social security number, or even a birth certificate, for that matter, no such law exists. Point 16 of the letter states:

You have therefore unlawfully kidnapped our live, healthy child for us not participating in a clearly voluntary system.

The Holms continue in the letter to point out that no such law exists requiring that a baby be named at the hospital, or even during the first 60 days of life. The letter cites the case of former U.S. Olympic Gold Medal downhill skier Picabo Street, whose parents did not name her for several years, allowing her to pick out her own name at 3 or 4 years of age,

So stop trying to make up laws in your bureaucratic mind any longer and try to coerce us, oppress us, or place us under any more duress or any more threats of harm, like you have already done to us, or to our live healthy baby, and just give him back to us now….
You, one and all, have therefore violated our rights by constructing laws in your mind that do not even exist and have kidnapped our live, healthy child for not obeying these two imaginary laws that apparently exist only in your individual and collective brains.

The letter accuses those involved with the kidnapping of denying their baby the benefits of his mother’s milk and normal family bonding time, then addresses the violation of their free speech rights:

You have violated our First Amendment rights to contact the media about your kidnapping our live, healthy, baby boy without probable cause of crime, without warrant and without medical duress, and as such, have caused irreparable harm of libel and slander to us and our right standing in the community as loving, Christian parents, in violation of 18 USC 242 individually and 18 USC 241 collectively.

The Holms point out that their monthly support provides “more than enough for our shelter, clothing, and food.” They then address a complaint common to virtually every family who has ever contacted Health Impact News about the medical or legal kidnapping of their child/children:

[The] extreme amounts of coercion that if we do not jump through or over whatever imaginary hoops, hurdles, inspections, criteria or qualifications, that you can dream up and place upon us, either now or in the future, that you will then attempt to consider that “failure” to be a waiver of our parental rights, or that it would then “show” or “be evidence” of our being unfit parents, when no law allows you to create such a false construct against us in the first place.
47. Laws mandating or prohibiting behaviors are to be written only by Congress and the State Legislators.

The next portion of the letter addresses many of those “hoops” that parents are often demanded to jump through by social workers. Child Protective Services often calls these things “services” or items on the “safety plan.”
Christian and Danielle see it differently. They refer to them as “hostage demands,” which many would say is a much more accurate description. Some of the hostage demands to which they will not submit include:

• psychological testing, as we are already sane, loving, caring parents.
• home visits from any of your agents, because there is no law in existence, either federal or state, that requires us to submit to such intrusive actions.
• parenting classes, because there is no probable cause documented by any credible, third party who has stated in any sworn affidavit, signed under the penalties of perjury, to show their documented belief that we are already unfit parents.
• follow up meetings with our baby boy for you to poke, prod, stab, weigh, inspect or evaluate, because there is no federal or state law requiring such, when the baby was removed from care, custody, and ownership under the above described unlawful parameters.

Numerous federal statutes are listed that are alleged to be broken by those participating in the seizure of the Holm’s baby, including:

• Misprision of felony – 18 U.S.C. § 4
• operating a Continuing Financial Crimes Enterprise – 18 U.S.C.§ 225
• collectively operating a Conspiracy against Rights – 18 U.S.C.§ 241
• Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law – 18 U.S.C.§ 242
• Conspiracy to kidnap – 18 U.S.C.§ 371
• Extortion by Officers or Employees of the United States … – 18 U.S.C.§ 872
• Receiving the proceeds of extortion by making us pay for unwanted, un-needed and unlawful services, classes, testing, meetings, hearings, appointments, visits and more, in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 880
• Falsification of Material Facts – 18 U.S.C.§ 1001
• Official certificates or writings by filing knowingly false documents in writing against us and/or against our live, healthy, baby boy in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 1018
• committing Frauds and Swindles – 18 U.S.C.§ 1341
• Attempt and Conspiracy – 18 U.S.C.§1349
• Peonage, by unlawfully participating in the taking of the human body of our live, healthy baby boy against our will, and absent lawful court order (kidnapping) and attempting to place him into a lifetime of bondage, servitude and labor to a voluntary system in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 1581
• And FINALLY, for Engaging in monetary transactions in “property,” treating our live, healthy, baby boy as if he were mere “chattel” or “natural resource material” and then attempting to ENUMERATE him in a VOLUNTARY SYSTEM, derived from specified unlawful activity of kidnapping him from us, in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 1957.

The letter enumerates various Alabama statutes that were violated as well. The Holms are demanding that their baby be returned immediately to them, and they are demanding damages of one billion dollars:

Per ALABAMA CIVIL STATUTE 6-5-271; if a $200 watch has been stolen, a $200 damage has been done; if a $1000 cash robbery has occurred, if a $50,000 sports car has been stolen and chopped, then a $50,000 damage has occurred, and if a priceless baby has been kidnapped absent probable cause, then an inestimable and priceless damage has occurred, according to the gift of life that the Originator and Creator of Life YHVH has embodied therein, and so we, the PARENTS, Christian and Danielle Holm are thus being FORCED BY YOU to PICK and ASSIGN the value of that damage done by the kidnapping, and to expedite the righting of the wrongs, which is hereby declared to be no less than ONE BILLION DOLLARS CASH, but that will continue to grow daily if unpaid.
The other way or means for us to determine the value of a kidnapped child, is if we were told to pay all that we owned for the safe and immediate return of our kidnapped child, and the maximum that we owned was ONE BILLION DOLLARS CASH, we would have no problem paying that entire amount in ransom for his safe and immediate return, and start again penniless.

As of the time of this article, one insurance company representing one of the entities addressed in the letter has responded, saying that they are “looking into it.” No one else has responded. However, it was right after the letter was first sent out that DHR stopped all visitation with their baby.

Court Continued Until December 14

There was a court hearing for the Holms family on Monday, December 5, and supporters rallied before the hearing. One source said that they had never seen so many police officers and state troopers as there were that day at the courthouse. At one point, all of those at the rally disappeared into the courthouse. Ordinarily, family court is closed to the public, but apparently it was open to supporters on this day.
One supporter expressed his concerns with the proceedings on Facebook:

There are a few things that happened during the trial that raised questions for me regarding the legality of Judge Melody Walkers decisions.
1st: The decision to prolong the trial was done against the parents wishes due to witnesses testifying on behalf of DHR not being present. (if one of the parents witnesses weren’t present I doubt the trial would have been prolonged)
2nd: Evidence in the form of paperwork was trying to be admitted into evidence on behalf of DHR that wasn’t certified. That was objected to on the grounds that the documentation wasn’t certified and was denied as admissible by the Judge. At the next hearing I’m guessing this paperwork will now be certified and try to be admitted then by DHR. If the trial was finished on the 5th then this paperwork would have never had a chance to be admitted in the first place. (It is my thinking this is part of the reason for prolonging the trial)
3rd: Counsel on behalf of DHR (prosecutors), Judge Melody Walker, and the baby’s attorney entered an outside room and denied Christian Holm access to the meeting to see what was being discussed. I’m no lawyer, but these actions seem biased and one-sided toward the parents and seem to lean toward siding with DHR.

One source who contacted Health Impact News reported that DHR appears to be “grasping at straws” in order to try to justify taking the Holms’ baby. He said that they really don’t have a case, and he suspects that is why they have continued the case until December 14 in order to give DHR more time to attempt to build a case.
