A must have in every home in America!

For everyone who would rather not have a gun in the house!

NAIL GUNS!  AND, you don't even have to REGISTER them or have LICENSES for  them!

AND, you don't have to worry about them being  CONCEALED!

Just a LOT of good stuff to do with THIS!

Once in awhile something so totally cool comes out that  even a guy who doesn't normally even know what he'd like for  Father's Day or Christmas would immediately ask for  it:

Thank you, DeWalt!!!

Indiana residents can now use this when police officers enter their homes WITHOUT a WARRANT!

Indiana First State to Allow Citizens to 'Shoot Law Enforcement Officers'
http://www.infowars.com/indiana-first-state-to-allow-citizens-to-shoot-law-enforcement-officers/
"Police officers in Indiana are upset over a new law allowing residents to use deadly force against public servants, including law enforcement officers, who unlawfully enter their homes. It was signed by Republican Governor Mitch Daniels in March."

According to Public Officials, Law Enforcement officers before could come into your home looking for evidence for a crime that DID NOT HAPPEN, but then Rape your wife, Molest your children, Assault you, and even take Evidence, or is it THEFT because They Are The Powers That Be!

It's always been true, you don't need permission from the state:

John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529." Supreme Court has held that the officer has no right (to arrest a Citizen unless certain procedures (constitutional protections) are adhered to...Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughterin the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed."

Town of Blacksburg v. Bean 104 S.C. 146. 88 S.E. 441 (1916 "Common as the event may be, it is a serious thing to arrest a citizen, and it is a more serious thing to search his person; and he who accomplishes it, must do so in conformity to the law of the land. There are two reasons for this; one to avoid bloodshed, and the other to preserve the liberty of the citizen. Obedience to the law is the bond of society, and the officers set to enforce the law are not exempt from its mandates.") see also: Allen v. State, 197 N.W. 808, 810-11 (Wis 1924)

State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260. "An illegal arrest is an assault & battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault & battery."

Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; "When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and, if in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.". see also: Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1

Housh v. People, 75 111. 491
"An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter." ; reaffirmed & quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621.

Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910 "One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance."

Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority & transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force & violence." ; see also Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903. Wharton's Criminal & Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: )

State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100. Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as inself-defense."

Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. "Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary."

it sincerely amazes me that people are so used to asking permission from the state. The defense of my life is not subject to permission or license. Simply because I am alive I have the right to defend that life. An officer is obligated to read the warrant if asked and inform you why you are being arrested. The Jack Booted Thugs don't like to think that they can't act with impunity as they have so many times, But....have you noticed that even a simple traffic stop generally involves more than one patrol car or at least more that one officer? It's because they are being gunned down in record numbers and they are afraid. The Officers cover it with Bravado and the Courts cover it with immunity but the truth is that they are afraid. They should be, as many crimes as Officers have committed and gotten away with.....the only option seems to be to cull the bad apples. If the Jackboots treated ordinary citizens with respect first and only use force when needed they wouldn't walk around with a big target on them waiting for the next Real criminal to come along and aim. Remember the not so old saying :When you are a hammer, all of the problems start to look like nails"
