In comparison to what Obabamama has done in just a few years this is nothing.... Where the heha is our militia..... If the invisible men and Greg Giles OUT THERE forces are not capable of getting it done WE need to go get our Sheriffs and round up these NAZI, COMMUNIST rats up.... Its time for a RAT PATROL...

I think now it's pretty clear who says that Christians should tithe and it ain't God. These guys will get away with everything because they tell uneducated and unquestioning church members that in the bible, it says you should tithe 10 percent of your income. Meanwhile, the bible which was written by men, has how many versions, editions and rewrites? Wake up people and until you do, you deserve to get hosed by these so-called leaders! Knowledge is power and never forget that.

The Bible was written by men inspired by God. It is not possible for men alone to have come up with what is in that Book. However, all versions, paraphrases, re-writes, etc., are not created equal, that's for sure.

Tithing is taught by God. But He doesn't want Christians hiring wolves in sheep's clothing with it. If Christians would actually read, understand, accept, believe, and practice what God's Word teaches they would recognize who the wolves are--and fire them.

Knowledge is power, truly.

Yeah, yeah.
Tithing has NO mention of being demanded by God. In all scripture verses it is a man who volunteers to tithe 1/10. (even when it is plunder of war) A tithe also consisted of only edible goods; i.e. FOOD. Tithing is of course only part of the Old Testament; which Jesus fulfilled when he was crucified. The NEW TESTAMENT (ever heard of that?) is the new law; the old law is gone. The only law in the New Testament is Christian Giving.

You are very very wrong. Tithing is in the Bible and that money is to be spent to run the church and pay the leaders AND to maintain the buildings. Abraham was the first man in the Bible to pay TITHE. LOng ago. Jesus paid taxes and tithed. I believe the tithe was spent for that but people send lots of money for OFFERINGS, which are specifically not a law but much approved of God to help the church take care of all the people OBama wants to take care of with your taxes Duh!. If they have people who send offerings, they may have a nice livestyle. You wouldn't want them to take that fun of spending YOUR taxes on give away!
The Bible was written by men under the unction of GOD. The versions are the same, if you were a Christian you would know that. If you read it yourself you would know that God will punish those who add or take from HIS WORD. Just go to the end of the Bible and read te last few verses. Signed a BELIEVER

Im not sure where in a bible it talks about Jesus "paying" any "taxes", but I do know at least one place where Jesus asked someone to show him some "money", indicating that Jesus wouldn't touch "money" but that's a different point.
Im not a learned Bible student like you seem to be. So could you tell me where to find that Jesus "paid" "taxes".
But to use the 'very very' phrase, you are very very wrong about tithing. Tithing was not ten percent, it was not one/tenth, it was the tenth, if you collected anything that was God's you had to give the tenth one to the Levites. You fell twenty trees, you had to give number 10 and number 20 to the Levites. If you plucked 12 ears of corn, the tenth one had to go to the Levites. "Money" was never discussed. Money is an invention of Mystery Babylon and a tool used to destroy your soul and spirit. Taxes are the ulitmate form of enslavement (slavery). "Tithe" as commonly taught in modern Christianity is simply another "tax"
Does that mean that as a slave, collecting money you should not do something (donate your un-Godly money)to further the Kingdom of Christ on earth? No, as a child of God it is our duty to help those in need. But that is all a topic for a different discussion.
Suffice it to say "tithing" is taxation, God does not want your "money" Did Abraham wind up putting 1 pound of gold on the altar? no. Who is it that wants your proverbial "pound of flesh"? and how is that "pound of flesh" represented?
So go to your 9 to 5. Get a check. Let Cesar take 33% and be sure and give another 10% in tax to the 'church' because we all know God wants you to be 43 to 63% poorer.

The old testament is not done away with, at all, in the least. ONLY the punishment is changed and "forgiveness" is added to the mix. The Law always was, always will be. The test of Truth is that it does not change or pass away.
