Mnt.Goat Update Friday Night 5-30-14

(Thank you GeorgeH for sending this to us)
UU4344 New Iraq Gov’t Announcement Soon

Hi Everyone,

Today I wanted to give you a quick update on the ongoing news about  the dinar revaluation process.

The news we are tracking this week in almost unreal it is so good.
Many events had to take place first so the exchanges could happen. Remember these exchanges I am referring to are not just for our IQD (as citizen speculators)  but the seeded IQD in banks all over the world. All future exchanges will need to deal directly with the CBI in some way.

This too is why they call the IQD the base currency. When it finally goes international all the banks holding the currency in their reserves will meet the new Basel III reserve limits.
....
This will be like refreshing or kick starting the monetary system to put everyone back on a level playing field. Where we go from there depends on whether the corruption and greed continues or if they will finally see the light and follow the new financial regulations.

It can only benefit everyone in the long term to cooperate and work together. Clearly a failed, collapsed system will benefit hardly anyone (unless of course you conspire to intentionally be the cause, thus set yourself up)

I also want to keep you a breast of the plot (lead by the USA) to put Maliki back as prime minister for a 3rd term. In this regard it might be advantageous to re-read my last news letter dated 5/28 first to fully understand some of what I am about to tell you today.

Today’s News

There was an article that come out today from a news conference with Ahmed Abdel Hadi Chalabi. He is the MP for the coalition of citizen and is favored to take the prime minister position should the coalition obtain the majority seats in parliament. I will give you a brief history of Chalabi later on in the news letter so you can become familiar with him.

So as I stated in my 5/28 news letter there was plot to undermine the elections and to put Maliki back in as the prime minister for a 3rd term, in spite of the constitutional decree. This decree (law) states that  a third term in prohibited. This plot was lead by the USA. If you read my 5/28 news letter you can understand why they were doing this and the impacts it might have on Iraqi citizens and its government.

Yesterday an article came out from the Iraq Electoral Commission saying they will wait yet another three more days (till June 1st) to announce the formal election results. Why?

This was to allow time to uncover and report any know election fraud. They said they extended this 3 days due to some holiday over the weekend but in reality that had nothing to do with it. Didn’t they know about the holiday before they announce May 29th would be the deadline? You must keep asking these questions and dig deeper to find the truth.

So instead the deadline was extended because there is much more fraud being discovered than imagined and has to be dealt with either way. There is also a huge battle going on behind the scenes and this battle is using this voting fraud as leverage to get what they want. What they want is a coalition to combine votes to obtain the needed 167 seats  in parliament to overcome the State Law Coalition.

If you remember the State Law Coalition won 92 seats outright (the majority from the preliminary election results). They too now have the opportunity to combine votes and form a larger block that would obtain the needed 167 minimum seats or more to overcome the citizens coalition. But can they?

No- I do not believe they will since there are not enough seats remaining to even try at this point. Due to Maliki and his past performance,  most parties figure he is more of a liability than an asset and so this is making it difficult for his party to combine coalitions/blocks to obtain the needed votes.

You might see some articles showing him meeting with some of the other blocks and gaining support. This is all for publicity and the news media. We all know who owns most of the news media. All he is going to get is a trickle of other votes and nothing significant will come out of it.

So this plot to allow Maliki for a 3rd term is not working.

Seems there are still some “real” politicians left in Iraq and they are fighting with great fortitude so Maliki will never have any part in the Iraq government again. It is taking a bit longer but they are winning the battle….hurry !  It may take a bit longer for us to get our RV but it will be worth it to see Maliki gone. This is my opinion. You all have your own.

I have said a lot up to now so let  me  put these pieces of the puzzle I have just given you   together for you so you can see the picture as to where this all is heading in the RV process.

So this recent news conference by Chalabi told us that the citizens coalition united with many other blocks (as I said they would do in my 5/24 news letter)  to carry  the minimum of 167 seats in parliament.

Well today we are told they now have 210 seats way over the needed 167 seats. He also tells us they are now working hard to agree on who will be the three presidencies, meaning the 1) prime minister 2) president 3) speaker of the house.

These are the 3 key leadership positions according to their constitution. Once these are selected the rest of the government should fall into place quickly. This is not going to be anything like the 2010 election when it took nearly 6 months to piece the new government together. I say they are doing pretty good since this is only their 3rd seated government of their new democracy.

Remember I said we will not see any RV to just before or just after the announcement of fully formed, stable, functional new government. Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi   an Iraqi economist who served as the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq has also said this many times, as it was part of his currency restructuring plan and still is..

There is also the new Federation Council that will include representatives from each of the provinces and I am hearing this will be led my Ayad Allawi. Some also say he might be a good candidate for president but he is not a Kurd (rather a secular Shia ) as I believe this position is being negotiated and will be given to a Kurd.

Here is some information on Chalabi

Ahmed Abdel Hadi Chalabi (Arabic:(born 30 October 1944) is an Iraqi politician. He was interim oil minister in Iraq in April–May 2005 and December–January 2006 and deputy prime minister from May 2005 until May 2006. Chalabi failed to win a seat in parliament in the December 2005 elections, and when the new Iraqi cabinet was announced in May 2006, he was not given a post.

Once dubbed the "George Washington of Iraq" by American supporters, he has fallen out of favor and is currently under investigation by several U.S. government sources. He was also the subject of a 2008 biography by investigative journalist Aram Roston,

Chalabi is a controversial figure, especially in the United States, for many reasons. In the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the Iraqi National Congress (INC), with the assistance of lobbying powerhouse BKSH & Associates, provided a major portion of the information on which U.S. Intelligence based its condemnation of the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, including reports of weapons of mass destruction and alleged ties to al-Qaeda. Most, if not all, of this information has turned out to be false and Chalabi a fabricator.

That, combined with the fact that Chalabi subsequently boasted, in an interview with the British Sunday Telegraph, about the impact that their alleged falsifications had on American policy, led to a falling out between him and the U.S. government. Remember he was an Iraq citizen (a patriot) and Iraq was at war with the Untied States.

Furthermore, Chalabi has been found guilty of the Petra banking scandal in Jordan. In January 2012, a French intelligence official stated that they believed Chalabi to be an Iranian agent. Initially, Chalabi enjoyed close political and business relationships with some members of the U.S. government, including some prominent neoconservatives within the Pentagon.

Chalabi is said to have had political contacts within the Project for the New American Century, most notably with Paul Wolfowitz, a student of nuclear strategist Albert Wohlstetter, and Richard Perle. He also enjoyed considerable support among politicians and political pundits in the United States, most notably Jim Hoagland of The Washington Post, who held him up as a notable force for democracy in Iraq. He was a special guest of First Lady Laura Bush at the 2004 State of the Union Address.

Other Important News This Week

Now it was OFAC that published the amendment to EO 13303. Therefore, the assets of the CBI are no longer under sanctions within the USA. The importance here is that if OFAC prohibits a country, our banks are unable to do business with that country. Now, OFAC is stating that all sanctions are lifted as to the CBI. All exchange companies are to purchase the dollar directly from the CBI (wire transfer or cash).

This is done through submitting an application to the foreign currency exchange window, following the mechanisms and instructions numbered 9/3/21 dated 1/26/2014 Iraq will no longer have to go through money auctions.

I suspect the auctions will now finally be suspended. This may be something to watch for in the coming days. Many believe the majority of the auctions where just faked anyhow for the last 6 moths or more.

Summary

So we are hearing strongly now that the plan by the USA to put Maliki in for  a 3rd term has been spoiled. But we will not be certain until the final announcements are made  early next week.

It gladdens me to say that  there are still some honest politicians who can stand up to would be dictators, foreign medaling countries and can set the example for the world to see. These people are no longer acceptable in our societies and will not be tolerated – this is the example that must be shown to the free world.

Someday I hope to visit Iraq and to see in person those provinces that held the riots and stood up for justice. Might there be bronze statues in the squares of those brave men who led these movements. Of course then all this violence may be a thing of the past and maybe, just maybe these secs can come to understand and learn that more is always gained through peace rather than violence.

I certainly hope that the 2014 elections will make a real change for the people if Iraq.
.
I hope this will be a clear turning point for Iraq and the culprits of the Maliki regime will all be held accountable for their actions.

This will bring me yet more pleasure than even finally going to the bank to exchange my currency.

Peace and Luv To Ya All,
Mnt Goat
