Frank26: LOL.......... I was saving this one for M's CC but here goes: EO 13303 is used so USA citizens can invest in Iraq because they are sanctioned and not internationally recognized.

What would YOU say IF this EO was NOT resigned?
That they are no longer under UNSC sanctions and now IR? LOL.
What IF O DID resign it? What can You calculate from that action alone?

OH BY THE WAY IF MY NOTES ARE CORRECT HAVE IT WILL TAKE A PERIOD OF TIME 3-10 DAYS AFTER RATE IS IMPLEMENTED BY THE CBI FOR IT TO SHOW , WHICH WILL WORK TO PROTECT THE FUNDS ...... YEP JUST LIKE OSCAR MAYER ... WHAT I WROTE MAY BE ALL BOLOGNA

Kaper: a platform is used in trading - could be stocks, forex, options etc.. trading platforms are very common- optionexpress, metatrader, etrade etc
mndin: reports from 4 people that we should see it on forex by sun or mon
Lizardlips: Actually my friend whom got me into this, his friend that works in the UST told him Wednesday that the Rv would be the thrid week of May... we shall see

CANADA AND MEXICO CURRENCY RATES

HSBC and Banamex bank have LIVE rates in Mexico. Banamex rates are on Administrative HOLD and we have a person on our INTEL team going into BOTH banks in Mexico on Monday and these 2 banks are doing DONG ONLY.
A Tier 1 bank is doing IQD & Dong at 4:1 if you have a minimum of 1 1 Billion, Maximum 10 Billion, and this is tied to all the 350,000+ Forex orders that took place in the last 48 hours globally. 100% Fact
