Meetings are now being held to provide "weather
related disaster assistance" to approved farmers and ranchers
for livestock death, loss of grazing forage and lack of water due to
the drought. And it's only May 1, of 2014. These disaster programs will

Hand picked 'government corporate employees' posing as experts and
representing banking agendas for corporate profits are meeting
around the country using the DELPHI Technique. These
meetings are lead by trained facilitators representing consulting
firms to manipulate the data, collect data, manipulate the
attendees and manipulate the questionnaires . . . the
meeting facilitators present the meeting conclusions without
the attendees knowing what all the public suggestions were. The
conclusions are consensus based using manipulated predetermined outcomes designed by
the bankers aka 'corporate structure' who will
profit by the outcome. The public is tricked into believing that they
participated, which the public has had NO SAY . . .
Confusing
- you bet and they like it that way. Research what the
DELPHI Technique is for yourself so you will not be manipulated and
managed into agreeing when you have not.
As
you will see in this video, people are applying for weather related
disaster relief when the weather is being deliberating used to damage them. The costs of
these programs are adding to the national debt and further enslaving
the people while these programs are being used as a distraction to
hide the weather warfare being waged against them . . .
Note: To determine what the drought criteria is the USDA,
which is a private corporation "doing business" for-profit, uses
statistics from the "drought monitor" located in the
mid-west . . .The USDA representative admits that they do not fully
understand the 'federal programs' and are frustrated by
forms that do not have adequate explanations . . .
Listen to the second presentation from a representative of the Sonoma
Resource Conservation District . . his corporate
agency is promoting "free money" through grant
programs. He requested signups from attendees that were interested in
ANY project that could qualify for grant funding to leave their
information so his agency could contact them . . . He said his agency
is "focusing" on the Petaluma (largely
a rural farm and ranch area) to promote these grants. When
asked by a member of the public why his agency chose Petaluma, he
said his boss just told him to work in that area. . .
The hidden agenda is the false representation of
protecting the environment which is the stated goal to the people
while the real goals are concealing the bankers economic warfare
agenda to steal the rural lands . .
