Just because it is not announced on CNN doesn't mean that this is not happening!

First it was an indictment, a criminal action. Now it is a civil action? LOL

It is badly written as if to be a criminal action/complaint. There is no civil cause of action stated anywhere. This woman will continue to backtrack because this paper was pure nonsense. It will get dismissed if it is claimed to be a civil action because it fails to state a claim (harm/damages) by anyone who has standing for which relief (monetary relief) is due. Just to file a paper accusing someone of something you don't like when you are not damaged just becomes nonsense. If it was ever truly filed. After all, someone has posted that the judge on the paper does not even exist.

I don't think this gal is qualified to speak on this matter! She speaks with emotion no legal mind! These cockroaches would love to get tried in a court full of their paid off treasonous judges so they could control the outcome, you don't think these enemy combatants haven't thought of this possible scenario as a fail safe to their evil agenda? Do you recognize any of the names bringing the charges against these pos? I don't. If they are tried and some how get off due to corrupt rulings by the judges, they can't be tried again! This stinks to me! Maybe Iam wrong about this, but the main reason they are in GITMO is because they have been classified as enemy combatants and have lost all their civil rights, so why would there be any court hearings in federal court if this is the case? Enemy combatants are just that,they need to be tried by military tribunal, found guilty, due to overwhelming evidence, then shot in a public offering as a reminder to any of their remaining ilk, this is what you get if you even think about trying to re-establish this evil cabal BS ever again! period!

Those Nevada indictments are all invalid. The authors are readers of this blog and have explained those documents.

More easily proven than you think. Just contact the Clerk of Court and ask for the filing under that docket number and see what happens.
