I am not an activist. I am a Judge of the Alaska State Superior Court, and
the Alaska State is one of Several States guaranteed the land jurisdiciton
of Alaska by Statehood Compact. That means that what I did here in Alaska
directly impacts what applies to every other State on the land of the
Continental United States including Washington State.

If no properly convened Washington State Court (not State of Washington
which is a “State of State” — a Federal State– operating in the
international jurisdiction of the sea) overturns my findings and Public
Order, you will find that I already addressed the criminality of the North
American Power Alliance and their subsidiaries. See attached Public Order
and Notice to Law Enforcement (including Judges).

If you would like to get to the heart of this matter and put an end to such
encroachment upon the land jurisdiction of your state and its citizenry,
there are some (relatively) simple steps to be taken.

1. Everyone must choose their proper citizenship. Do you want your
birthright citizenship on the land of the Washington (or other) State on
the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States guaranteed to the
United Colonies and carrying with it all your guarantees to the Bill of
Rights, etc., or do you want to adopt “corporate citizenship” as a
franchise owned and operated by other corporate entities and operate as a
debt slave in international jurisdiction of the sea for the benefit of the
FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED NATIONS, INC.?

2. All those who wish to retain their birthright — gather together and
begin operating your County and State on the Land, known as Washington
State, not “State of Washington”. Notify the Registrars operating in the
Counties where you were born with a sworn affidavit that you are above the
age of 21 and are the rightful Entitlement Holder of [YOUR NAME IN ALL
CAPITAL LETTERS] ESTATE. To prove this you will need at least two
competent witnesses who know you and know your family and who can identify
you in a photo included as part of the Witness Affidavit and verify your
current address and at least the town address of where you were born.
Typically this will be an older friend or family member— “I am the
natural person John William Wiley, a family friend and physican of the
McClusky Family of Duluth, Minnesota, for the past thirty-nine years. I was
the attending physician when….” or “I am John Bruce Richards, older
Counsin of Lilian Diane Cooper. I was 19 when Lilian-Diane was born and
have a complete recollection of her parents, birth in Peoria, Illinois, and
her life ever since. I can competently identify the woman in the photo
shown below as Lilian Diane Cooper, now married to Joshua Rayburn Clarke,
of Piedmont Park, California.”

Your current address will have to be corrected— you are zip code exempt,
write out the whole state name, and if you have a Post Office Box change it
to a General Post Office Box (Whatever number) via a change of address
card.

You will also need a long form Birth Certificate that has been
Authenticated by the Secretary of State of the Birth State for use in a
non-Hague Convention Country like Indonesia or Taiwan. In most States you
can just order the BC from Vital Statistics and for an extra fee request
that it be sent to the Secretary of State for the Authentication and then
all sent to you without going back and forth. Once you get the
authenticated BC you never let it out of your hands again.
You make copies of the BC and the Authentication and write “For
Administrative Use Only” in red on the face of these copies and then on the
back you write (also in red) “I certify as Document Holder that this is a
true and correct copy of the Birth Certificate and Authentication on
file.” — Signed Upper and Lower Case, all rights reserved, and sealed on
the Signature with your thumbprint, also in red.

Copies of the self-certified Authenticated BC, the Witness Affidavits
signed before a public notary under a statement to the effect “Witness by
Notary does not change Jurisdiction from the Land” written above the Notary
block, and your own Affidavit should be entered on the public record of the
probate court in the county of your birth. Request certified copies of the
public record created.

3. Once this process is completed and your claim is received, posted on the
public record of the probate court, and you have your certified copy of the
action, you are the recognized Executor of your own ESTATE trust. You
really always were the lawful Entitlement Holder— the rats just
“misunderstood on purpose” in order to defraud you and control your assets.

4. Now you are the Executor of the ESTATE and they have to do exactly what
you tell them to do and they cannot interfere whatsoever. They can no
longer harass you or presume upon you or make false claims against you. No
judge can act as an Executor de Son Tort with regard to your assets.

5. You, meanwhile, have fully realized that there are three versions of
“United States” in play. There’s the Continental United States (land) for
example, Ohio State, and there’s the Federal United States (sea) for
example, the State of Ohio, and the Corporate United State, also known as
the Municipal United States, which also operates in the international
jurisdiction of the sea, for example, the STATE OF OHIO. The actual nation
is the State which holds land jurisdiction, All the others are
corporations— “inchoate States” that exist on paper only— and which as
Federal “States” have *no authority on the land except* that which directly
pertains to their own Federal Citizens (federal civilian and military
employees, African-Americans, those born in DC, Guam, etc., welfare
recipients, and political asylum seekers) or actual federal property—
docks, customs houses, arsenals, etc. that have been officially granted to
the federal union.

6. Standing as the Lawful Entitlement Holder and as an American State
Citizen on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States, you are
empowered to serve as a juror of the Continental United States so long as
you are not a member of the Bar Association and have attained the age of
21. If you meet the other requirements (age, education, etc.,) that were
established for public offices of the land-based State prior to 1860 or
meet those requirements adopted by the local citizens of the County now,
you may operate as a Judge, Sheriff, Grand Juror, Coroner, or in any office
of the State on the land or the County or the Township, so long as you are
not a member of the Bar Association.

7. Be aware that the Titles of Nobility Amendment ratified prior to the
Civil War and incorporated into the actual equity contract known as The
Constitution for the united States of America is still in effect and it
still prohibits Bar Association Members from holding any public office of
the Continental United States. All these “courts” you see and all these
“judges” operating them are operating in a purely private capacity — as
corporate administrative tribunals and as military tribunals. The proof of
this is plain to see— all “State Statutes” they use are privately
copyrighted and so, are not public documents. The flags in their
courtrooms are all “Executive Flags” of the Commander in Chief—- they are
operating in “Special Admiralty”— and falsely presuming that you are an
“Enemy Combatant” or “POW” ,etc., instead of recognizing that you are a
civilian. Once you put this nonsense to rest by reclaiming your ESTATE
from the probate court, they face court-martial and death penalty criminal
charges if they continue to take such actions against you.

8. As the Lawful Citizenry of the Continental United States you each have
more civil authority in your little finger than the entire “federal
government”. You hold plenary jurisdiction over the land and its assets.
Any attempt to boss you around while you are standing on State land or on
your own property is a breach of jurisdiction. Any crime committed on
federal property is of course another matter. If you engage in actual
international commerce the federales have something to say about it, but
most Americans are only engaged in peaceful trade among other organic
states of the union. The federal union may only promote and regulate trade
among the States *so as to encourage and expedite such trade. *They are *not
allowed to restrict *our internal trade.

9. Start reading The Constitution for the united States of America —- the
actual Constitution not the corporate fake called the Constitution of the
United States of America. The real Constitution is very brief — ten
Articles, three Amendments, including the Titles of Nobility of Amendment
which the later corporates fakes do not include. This document is the only
treaty and equity contract tying us to the British-controlled Federal
United States. *The United Colonies still hold the complete and plenary
jurisdiction and extends it to every “State” formed, whether on the land or
the sea (corporate). *

*10. Bear in mind that the land jurisdiction includes all actual material
associated with the land— soil, plants, minerals, people, buildings,
animals— all land assets and you have plenary jurisdiction on the land of
the nation States. The Federal United States has plenary jurisdiction on
“the High Seas and Inland Waterways” and otherwise has only the right to
speak to its own Federal Citizens who are “residing” on the land. You
don’t “reside” on the land— you “inhabit” the land. The problem has been
that they have been “offering” to contract— actually racketeering and
press-ganging on the land jurisdiction and forcing American State Citizens
to contract with them under conditions of non-disclosure and semantic
deceit, allowing them to falsely claim that we are corporate franchisees or
even corporate franchises of their foreign federation and its various
corporations. *

*11. Now you begin to see where your power lies and how you must exercise
it. We have been swamped with pirates and armed marauders who are our
employees operated under diabolical misappropriation by governmental
services corporations that are in turn owned and operated by international
banking cartels. *

*Here’s an example— the FEDERAL RESERVE newly organized as a franchise of the UNITED NATIONS, INC. is fronting its own franchise doing business as
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. This entity has created hundreds of
millions of “public utilities” operated under the given names of living
Americans — you can recognize these new corporate franchise dopplegangers
because they all use names in this form: JOHN Q. PUBLIC.*

*So, are you a public utility owned and operated by a franchise subsidiary
of the FEDERAL RESERVE banking cartel operated by the UNITED NATIONS,
INC.? *

*No? *

*Time to stand up and shove this baloney. *

and seize back the assets of the Continental United States that have been
stolen and plundered by the Federal United States corporations and

Putin Warns Military Commanders: “If It’s Hillary Clinton, It’s War!”

THE EUROPEAN UNION TIMES: A grim Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that during President Putin’s meeting earlier today with Aerospace Defense Forces (ADF) commanders where he ordered them to accelerate the deployment of at least two more missile attack early warning system satellites, he further warned these military leaders about the facts regarding the American presidential election by stating to them: “If it’s Hillary Clinton, it’s war”.

According to this report, President Putin’s decision to launch the Angara-class heavy carrier rocket from the Plesetsk Spaceport by the end of December to deploy these missile attack early warning system new-generation satellites ahead of a new US president taking office in January, 2017, is in direct response to the Obama regimes activation on the Western Front, in Romania, yesterday, of its European Phased Adaptive Approach (EPAA) missile system that Russia warns is a direct threat, leading some online commentators to warn that Romania might be reduced to “smoking ruins”.

With President Putin having already ordered a Western Front military buildup in January to counter the Obama regime’s and NATO’s aggression against the Federation, this report continues, Kremlin experts are also warning that there are “no illusions” about Russia being the intended target of this EPAA missile system, especially when viewed in the light of the statements made recently by NATO’s new commander in Europe, US Army General Curtis Scaparrotti, who lied to the press telling them that Russia is a threat.

As both the Obama regime and NATO continue to pour troops into Eastern Europe and conduct overtly hostile military maneuvers on the Federation border, this report states, President Putin was also forced barely a fortnight ago to order the MoD to form three new divisions to counter them. ‘WE NEED A MEDIC!’ Hillary, Bernie delegates clash at NV Dem convention

Supporters of Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders clashed in Las Vegas on Saturday and it got so out of hand, cops descended on the ballroom and threatened arrests.
Convention attendee and YouTube user Anie H. posted several photos of the action, as announcements were made over the loud speaker to leave the Paris Hotel or risk being arrested.



She said Las Vegas Metropolitan police entered from the back of the room and went to the front, and “they are literally going to force us to leave the room.”
As she spoke, people could be seen shouting and waving their fists and signs.
“So much for unity,” she said, as a man could be heard yelling, “Sit down!”
Meanwhile, another video showed a man lying on the floor near the front of the room.



“Stay back,” a person shouted.
“We need a medic in the front, we need a medic in the front,” a woman could be heard saying.

In another cell phone clip, Anie H. said, “They’re threatening us with arrest if we do not leave the convention site right now.”



“Bernie or bust!” a man shouted over the loud speaker.

Attendees could be seen filing out, while others milled about.
“Shame on you Nevada Republican — oops — Democratic party,” Anie H. narrated.
Ashley Ector tweeted a photo of the police lining the front of the room. She referred to them as “brown shirts.”

The Las Vegas Sun reports there was “palpable tension” in the room.
“I think this was of course the fault of the party,” Sanders supporter Angie Morelli tells the paper. “We would’ve been able to do more democratic things, but the way they decided to do it messed us up.”
Sanders supporters were demanding a recount and were alleging a number of their delegates were not recognized at the convention.

In May, a Libyan government adviser warned that Islamic State operatives were being smuggled to Europe in migrant boats. ISIS is profiting from the human trafficking trade, forcing boat owners to hand over their profits or be killed.  Some ISIS operatives are already sheltered in safe houses in the south of the Europe.  Groups of men, 17 to 25, from Palestine and Syria, cross into Bulgaria and from there move into the rest of the EU. A former Al Qaeda double agent told the BBC that he knew of two Egyptian brothers who reached Italy from Libya, accompanied by men who were "deeply religious and fluent in Italian and French."

If that doesn't convince you, we already know terrorists are coming through with the waves of refugees: a week ago five men were arrested attempting to cross the Bulgarian-Macedonian border with Islamic State propaganda, specific Jihadists prayers, and decapitation videos on their phones. They had been posing as refugees. UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage warned: I fear we face a direct threat to our civilization if we allow large numbers of people from that war torn region into Europe.
Other Muslim countries are not "taking in" these "refugees" because this is a Hijrah into Europe. This is no humanitarian crisis. It is an invasion. Its goal is to transform Europe: overtax its economies, tear down its wealthiest nations, re-draw the demographics and, of course, the culture.

In 1998, Kodak had 170,000 employees and sold 85% of all photo paper worldwide.  Within just a few years, their business model disappeared and they went bankrupt.

What happened to Kodak will happen in a lot of industries in the next 10 year - and most people don't see it coming. Did you think in 1998 that 3 years later you would never take pictures on paper film again?

 

Yet digital cameras were invented in 1975. The first ones only had 10,000 pixels, but followed Moore's law. So as with all exponential technologies, it was a disappointment for a long time, before it became way superior and got mainstream in only a few short years. It will now happen with Artificial Intelligence, health, autonomous and electric cars, education, 3D printing, agriculture and jobs. Welcome to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Welcome to the Exponential Age.

 

Software will disrupt most traditional industries in the next 5-10 years.

Uber is just a software tool, they don't own any cars, and are now the biggest taxi company in the world. Airbnb is now the biggest hotel company in the world, although they don't own any properties.

 

Artificial Intelligence: Computers become exponentially better in understanding the world. This year, a computer beat the best Go player in the world, 10 years earlier than expected. In the US, young lawyers already don't get jobs. Because of IBM Watson, you can get legal advice (so far for more or less basic stuff) within seconds, with 90% accuracy compared with 70% accuracy when done by humans. So if you study law, stop immediately. There will be 90% less lawyers in the future, only specialists will remain. Watson already helps nurses diagnosing cancer, 4 time more accurate than human nurses. Facebook now has a pattern recognition software that can recognize faces better than humans. In 2030, computers will become more intelligent than humans.

 

Autonomous cars: In 2018 the first self driving cars will appear for the public. Around 2020, the complete industry will start to be disrupted. You don't want to own a car anymore. You will call a car with your phone, it will show up at your location and drive you to your destination. You will not need to park it, you only pay for the driven distance and can be productive while driving. Our kids will never get a driver's licence and will never own a car. It will change the cities, because we will need 90-95% less cars for that. We can transform former parking space into parks. 1.2 million people die each year in car accidents worldwide. We now have one accident every 100,000 km, with autonomous driving that will drop to one accident in 10 million km. That will save a million lives each year.

 

Most car companies might become bankrupt. Traditional car companies try the evolutionary approach and just build a better car, while tech companies (Tesla, Apple, Google) will do the revolutionary approach and build a computer on wheels. I spoke to a lot of engineers from Volkswagen and Audi; they are completely terrified of Tesla.

 

Insurance companies will have massive trouble because without accidents, the insurance will become 100x cheaper. Their car insurance business model will disappear.

Real estate will change. Because if you can work while you commute, people will move further away to live in a more beautiful neighborhood.

Electric cars will become mainstream until 2020. Cities will be less noisy because all cars will run on electric. Electricity will become incredibly cheap and clean: Solar production has been on an exponential curve for 30 years, but you can only now see the impact. Last year, more solar energy was installed worldwide than fossil. The price for solar will drop so much that all coal companies will be out of business by 2025.

With cheap electricity comes cheap and abundant water. Desalination now only needs 2kWh per cubic meter. We don't have scarce water in most places, we only have scarce drinking water. Imagine what will be possible if anyone can have as much clean water as he wants, for nearly no cost.

 

Health: The Tricorder X price will be announced this year. There will be companies who will build a medical device (called the "Tricorder" from Star Trek) that works with your phone, which takes your retina scan, your blood sample and you breath into it. It then analyses 54 biomarkers that will identify nearly any disease. It will be cheap, so in a few years everyone on this planet will have access to world class medicine, nearly for free.

 

3D printing: The price of the cheapest 3D printer came down from $18,000 to $400 within 10 years. In the same time, it became 100 times faster. All major shoe companies started 3D printing shoes. Spare airplane parts are already 3D printed in remote airports. The space station now has a printer that eliminates the need for the large amount of spare parts they used to have in the past.

At the end of this year, new smart phones will have 3D scanning possibilities. You can then 3D scan your feet and print your perfect shoe at home. In China, they already 3D printed a complete 6-storey office building. By 2027, 10% of everything that's being produced will be 3D printed.

 

Business opportunities: If you think of a niche you want to go in, ask yourself: "in the future, do you think we will have that?" and if the answer is yes, how can you make that happen sooner? If it doesn't work with your phone, forget the idea. And any idea designed for success in the 20th century is doomed in to failure in the 21st century.

 

Work: 70-80% of jobs will disappear in the next 20 years. There will be a lot of new jobs, but it is not clear if there will be enough new jobs in such a small time.

 

Agriculture: There will be a $100 agricultural robot in the future. Farmers in 3rd world countries can then become managers of their field instead of working all days on their fields. Aeroponics will need much less water. The first Petri dish produced veal is now available and will be cheaper than cow produced veal in 2018. Right now, 30% of all agricultural surfaces is used for cows. Imagine if we don't need that space anymore. There are several startups who will bring insect protein to the market shortly. It contains more protein than meat. It will be labeled as "alternative protein source" (because most people still reject the idea of eating insects).

 

There is an app called "moodies" which can already tell in which mood you are. Until 2020 there will be apps that can tell by your facial expressions if you are lying. Imagine a political debate where it's being displayed when they are telling the truth and when not.

 

Bitcoin will become mainstream this year and might even become the default reserve currency.

 

Longevity: Right now, the average life span increases by 3 months per year. Four years ago, the life span used to be 79 years, now it's 80 years. The increase itself is increasing and by 2036, there will be more that one year increase per year. So we all might live for a long long time, probably way more than 100.

 

Education: The cheapest smart phones are already at $10 in Africa and Asia. Until 2020, 70% of all humans will own a smart phone. That means, everyone has the same access to world class education. Every child can use Khan academy for everything a child learns at school in First World countries. We have already released our software in Indonesia and will release it in Arabic, Suaheli and Chinese this Summer, because I see an enormous potential. We will give the English app for free, so that children in Africa can become fluent in English within half a year.

The Weatherman - emailed from a reader

Once upon a time there was a king, and kings being kings, he decided he wanted to go fishing immediately.

 

He called the royal weather forecaster and inquired as to the weather forecast for the next few hours. The weatherman assured him that there was no chance of rain in the coming days.

 

Then, kings being kings, he went fishing with his wife, the queen.

 

On the way he met a farmer on his donkey.  Upon seeing the king the farmer said, "Your Majesty, you should return to the palace at once because in just a short time, I expect a huge amount of rain to fall in this area."

 

The king was polite and considerate, he replied: "I hold the palace meteorologist in high regard and, besides, I pay him very high wages. He's an extensively educated and experienced professional. He gave me a very different forecast for today. I trust him and I will continue on my way."

 

So, kings being kings, he continued on his way.

 

However, a short time later, a torrential rain fell from the sky.

 

The King and Queen were totally soaked, which, upon seeing them in such a shameful condition, amused their entourage.

Today I heard an ex-Navy Seal being interviewed on Fox News regarding a book
he has written about how to handle crisis situations in our lives.

 

At the end of the interview he asked if he could make a comment on Benghazi
and, of course, the anchor said "yes."

 

He then thanked Fox News for keeping the Benghazi story in the news, since
other news organizations are not.

 

He said the Seals who died deserve the public knowing the truth about the
whole affair.

 

The poem was written by an anonymous Marine Corps officer:

NC Lt. Governor to Obama: Constitution Grants Education Decision Authority to States and Localities, not the President

Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest blasted Obama over his mandatory bathroom policies stating, "North Carolina will not stand by and let our locker rooms and high school showers be used for social experimentation at the expense of the privacy and protection of our young boys and girls."

 

North Carolina has been embroiled in controversy for the last month or so due to the debate over transgender bathroom policy; now the debate has been escalated by the Obama administration. Earlier this week we learned that the Obama Justice Department would be pressing forward in an effort to cow North Carolina into submission. However, that process was slowed when North Carolina replied by defiantly countersuing the administration for their oppression.
Now, President Obama himself has stepped in with his unlawful, unconstitutional order that every public school across the nation comply with his immoral transgender policies.
Thankfully, it seems that some politicians retain the backbone to fight back.

“North Carolina will not stand by and let our locker rooms and high school showers be used for social experimentation at the expense of the privacy and protection of our young boys and girls. I do not think it is appropriate for teenage boys and girls to share the same bathroom. I don’t think it appropriate for teenage boys and girls to shower next to each other. I don’t think it is appropriate for male coaches and male teachers to have access to girls’ locker rooms and showers while the young girls are naked and exposed. I feel confident, the vast majority of North Carolina parents feel the same.
The President needs a reminder that the United States Constitution grants education decision authority to the states and localities not to the President of the United States. Our current state policy protects our children by maintaining bathrooms and restrooms consistent with the biological sex of the child and already gives schools, should special circumstances arise, the freedom to grant private single stall – single shower bathroom accommodations to individuals who might not otherwise be comfortable using the bathroom of their biological sex or a bathroom shared with other people. This is the only reasonable response to the situation that exists today. Opening all showers and all restrooms to all sexes at all times as the President is suggesting, is not a reasonable solution, but an invitation for violations of privacy and personal safety.
North Carolina public schools in receipt of the President’s letter are reminded that there is a binding state law on the books governing bathroom policy and the President’s non-binding directive is merely his attempt to push his version of a social policy on our state with no Constitutional authority to do so. It should be rejected as a matter of principle and policy.”

Roger Stone: “If Someone Finds Me Dead, Blame Hillary” (Video)

In the event Roger Stone suddenly drops dead, Hillary is to blame, the Trump confidant stated Thursday.
Speaking with billionaire Gary Heavin on the Alex Jones Show regarding his fearlessness in going after the Clinton mafia, Stone asserted he’s in great health and that a sudden death should be deemed suspicious.
“You’re standing up to a machine that has a trail of bodies as far as you can see,” Heavin told Stone. “Do you have good protection? You’re poking a grizzly bear.”
“My wife of course is very concerned about this, because the Clinton's have a record of savagely beating people,” Stone replies.
“Let me say this as I do every time this question comes up. Alex, if in a couple weeks they tell you that I committed suicide because I was depressed, or if I get hit by a truck crossing the street…”
“Or struck by a bolt of lightning,” Jones interjects.
“Or if they tell you I was killed in a freak hunting accident, don’t believe it. Hillary Clinton’s the major perp and she needs to be exposed,” Stone declared.

Recall that Not Too Long Ago, USA Today Politics Reported:
Fascinating information is going viral about Hillary and Bill Clinton, which exposes just how truly ruthless they are. In many ways they are worse than Obama. One major reason I say this is because the Clintons have a long history of people in their inner-circle dying under mysterious circumstances.
In fact, 46 people who were close to the Clintons have died during their 3 decades of political power. That number should give us all pause. If Hillary Clinton was a Republican, that number would be the question asked by reporters every day.
Now, the latest to be added to the list, maintained by WhatReallyHappened.com, is Walter Scheib. He was hired by the Clinton White House to work as a Chef, and continued to serve the Bush administration. Interestingly, he was reported missing during a hike, and his body was found almost 2 miles away at the bottom of a river. No cause of death has ever been made, but the death date is listed as June 13, 2015.
But the list is far more extensive! For example, Mary Mahoney was a Clinton White House Intern who was executed brutally at a Starbucks she was managing in 1997.  As a lesbian, she became close friends with all of the interns of the early Clinton administration, and they would seek her advice after Bill’s sexual advancements. She would have been a star witness during the Clinton impeachment trials.
And don’t forget Clinton White House Council Vince Foster, who was found dead in Ft. Marcy Park in Washington, D.C. He supposedly killed himself with a shotgun, and was found a few days later with a suitcase that contained a shredded suicide note.
Foster knew the Clintons from his time at Rose Law Firm in Arkansas, and had intimate details of the Clinton’s financial situation. Apparently, he made a phone call to Hillary Clinton just hours before his death. The person who found him never saw a gun.
Also, you may not have heard of the Clinton’s former lawyer Charles Ruff who died in 2000:

Charles Ruff was one of Clinton’s attorneys during the impeachment trial and was known to have inside information on the White House email scandal as well. Original reports were that he died in an accident in his home although no details were given. Then the report changed to claim that he was found in his bedroom unconscious, then declared dead on arrival at the hospital. The authorities will provide no details other than the usual (and quite premature) assurances that there was no foul play involved.

And don’t forget James McDougal!

Jim McDougal was serving his 3-year sentence for bank fraud at the Fort Worth Federal Medical Center in Texas, a facility operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for inmates who need medical attention.

Just prior to another round of testimony before Kenneth Starr’s grand jury, and while the reporters who were covering that story were two hours away covering a standoff situation in Waco that just “went away,” Jim McDougal suffered a heart attack while in solitary confinement. Left alone for too long, when Jim McDougal was taken out of solitary, instead of attempting to defibrillate his heart with equipment on hand at the facility, he was driven to John Peter Smith Hospital. Not the closest hospital to the Fort Worth Federal Medical Center, John Peter Smith Hospital is a welfare hospital, where (in the words of one local) ,”They let interns practice on deadbeats.”
NEW! The Fort Worth Star-Telegram acquired the official report of the McDougal death via a Freedom Of Information Act request, and reported that doctors ignored McDougal’s signs of imminent death.
The Clinton body count is massive and growing. Hillary Clinton will stop at nothing to become President, and death seems to follow her everywhere she goes. It is time to learn the truth about these murders and expose the Clintons. Instead of the White House, it appears they both belong in prison.

77-Year-Old Montana Disabled Veteran Faces Virtual Death Sentence from EPA because He put Ponds on his Property

A 77-year-old Montana man if facing what amounts to be a virtual death sentence because he built ponds on his property due to the unconstitutional regulations of the unconstitutional Environmental Protection Agency.
Swamp School reports:

On April 7, 2016 a federal Montana jury found Mr. Joseph David Robertson, 77, guilty on two counts of unauthorized discharge of pollutants into waters of the United States and one count of injury or depredation of United States property.  He now faces up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.  The sentencing phase is pending.  Mr. Robertson was indicted by a grand jury in May of 2015 as a result of illegal ponds he built on two parcels of land near Basin, Montana, one on Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest land and the other on adjacent private property.  The ponds resulted in the discharge of dredged and fill material into a tributary stream and adjacent wetlands and caused widespread damage to both properties.

At trial, the government introduced evidence that in October of 2013, a United States Forest Service (USFS) Special Agent visited the National Forest property to determine whether Mr. Robertson had complied with previously issued conditions of probation for misdemeanor violations of USFS regulations.  The Agent testified at trial that during the site visit, she observed multiple ponds dug into an existing stream on both USFS and adjacent private property.

Mr. Robertson lives on the White Pine Lode patented mining claim that he owns. In 2013 and 2014, he dug ponds that discharged dredged and fill materials into an adjacent tributary of Cataract Creek and into nearby wetlands. A U.S. Forest Service agent discovered the ponds when she went to the property to see whether Mr. Robertson had complied with a judge's previous order to remove structures he had built on federal lands without permission.

Mr. Robertson dug the ponds to protect his property from fire and to water his horses, his federal public defender said in court filings. Mr. Robertson acknowledged at the time that he didn't have a permit to do the work, but he said a Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks official had given him permission to dig.

In May 2015, the US Attorney's Office filed a criminal indictment against Robertson and charged that he had discharged pollutants into US waters without authorization and had been involved in malicious mischief that resulted in injury to the property of the United States. They claimed that he had caused $70,000 in damages and that the wetlands had suffered a loss of between $25,000 and $40,000 per acre due to his actions.
"This verdict sends a message that the United States will not stand by and allow streams and wetlands of the United States to be polluted, or National Forest lands to be injured," said United States Attorney for the District of Montana Mike Cotter.  "Clean and healthy waterways are a critical resource for all forms of life and are a Montana value.  It is imperative that we protect this increasingly scarce resource.  The collaborative efforts of multiple state and federal agencies in cases like this help ensure that individuals who seek to degrade it will be held accountable."
"Rivers, streams and wetlands provide essential habitat for fish and wildlife which must be protected, and EPA and its law enforcement partners are committed to protecting these invaluable natural assets as well as the communities around them," said Jeffrey Martinez, Special Agent in Charge of EPA's criminal enforcement program in Montana.  "The defendant's illegal activity took place not only on public land but also on private property he didn't own.  Today's guilty verdict demonstrates that polluters will be held accountable for their actions."
However, as Robertson told Jim and me, he has a land patent on his land, which means he is not subject to the regulations imposed by either the state or federal government. He is free to do with his land as he lawfully pleases.
Robertson was convicted. However, he told us that one of the jury members was an employee of the US Forest Service. Talk about a conflict of interest!
This tyranny against Mr. Robertson is a result of the unconstitutional Clean Water Act.
Meanwhile in Wyoming, Andy Johnson faced similar Gestapo tactics from the EPA regarding ponds he built on his property. Johnson was threatened with $16 million in fines. However, he recently won his case against the EPA, which saw charges and fines dropped.
Robertson is hoping that someone will step up and fight alongside him in his battler against the EPA.

Bundy Ranch Political Prisoner Drops Bombshell from Jail: US Government will panic when this comes out

Reporter and political prisoner Pete Santilli of The Pete Santilli Show dropped a bombshell from jail earlier this week. He claims that the information below, once it comes out in the open in court, will have the US government in a panic.

 

In a recorded statement by Deb Jordan, Pete's co-host, Santilli said that the information comes from the congressional record 1866.
"The dirt at Bundy Ranch is in Clark County," Santilli began. "Clark County has always been a part of the State of Nevada and is not federal land in any way shape or form, period."

"It is documented and we have the documentation," he continued. "We will be going through the court system appropriately, but the entire Bundy Ranch debacle and what Cliven Bundy said on that stage to that Sheriff… unfortunately, these buffoon people that the US government's US Attorney's Office actually put on the record that Nevada, part of the Hidalgo Treaty and all this stuff is absolute lunacy that they are lining us all up about an incident that took place in Clark County Nevada that has never been part of federal lands since 1866."
Santilli is right too. Even according to Clark County Nevada's website, it was on May 4, 1866 that Nevada extended southern border into Arizona Territory, covering territory to point where Colorado River meets California Border. However, on January 17, 1867, the Nevada State legislature voted to extend southern border, taking in today's Clark County.
That makes the land of Clark County a legal part of the State of Nevada, not federal land.
Prior to that, according to the website, "10/31/1864 Nevada becomes a state during the Civil War. Area now encompassed by Clark County is not part of original state of Nevada but is part of Arizona Territory."
Clark County came into existence on July 1, 1909.
In all of the records on the Clark County website, there is no mention of what the Constitution demands for the federal government to acquire land in the state, namely the approval of the State legislature.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the US Constitution is clear about federal control of land.

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings– (Emphasis added).

Santilli attempted to convey this message on Monday at his hearing where he left the courtroom saying, "I'm a journalist. This is what they do in Communist China!" Instead of being released till trial, the judge continued to rule against him, as well as the Bundy men. Now, Cliven Bundy has filed suit against Judge Gloria Navarro, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, and Harry & Rory Reid for violating a myriad of rights that are to be protected in the Constitution.
Other representatives of the people took issue with the tyranny of the feds during the Bundy Ranch siege.
Republican Senator Dean Heller blasted Harry Reid's comments about those who supported the Bundy's as being domestic terrorists, "What Sen. Reid may call domestic terrorists, I call patriots. We have a very different view on this."
Former Governor Brian Sandoval ripped into the Bureau of Land Management over the issue as well.
"No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans," the Republican governor said. "The BLM needs to reconsider its approach to this matter and act accordingly."
One can hope that this information would be spread far and wide and educate the people as to what is really taking place with the unconstitutional federal land grab.
