There is no more room in Democracy philosophy to control mankind due to internet advent because of which anybody who wants can learn anything, and that shuts down prime premise of mass control principles (i.e. masses have no access to education). So, now with ongoing destruction of money based democracy control, a new feudal society that is designed to have 2 casts (rich with education and everyone else) is being installed. First know that there is much to many of those last. So we have crisis (manufacturing, employment, monetary, health, terrorism, HIV, flu, budget, you fill the blanks). In this frame most comic part is that HAARP has no money, and that Russia and US are 2 opposite sides. I mean just look at Putin, more comic then that a Man cannot get. HAARP is not shutting down....Nick Begich, an expert on HAARP said the US. GOVT/Military (Air Force) is not funding it for a few months while they turn it over to "private enterprise" who will not be answerable to Congress or the people....just another step by the elites for TOTAL control. Nick Begich was on Coast to Coast AM last night and spilled the beans.
