First, Pennsylvania Governor and biggest City Philadelphia Mayor went to the Vatican to try to get a private audience with the Pope who denied them...then O goes...I knew it. They were going on a begging mission. PA Senator this week announced $30M economic redevelopment funding...all suspicious and questionable.
