Thanks to Mr. X who alerted me to my typo. As he pointed out, this list has been copied from elsewhere, the source of which I do not know, as it was emailed to me. I'd been happy to credit the source, if someone would bring it to my attention. The point of this list (and this website), is to provide a place to add continuing updates, as they become available. Things are happening at such a rapid pace, and I wanted to chronicle current events as they take place.
