How the
U.S. Corp. “PRESUMES” “JURISDICTION”
The U.S.
Corp., including but not limited to all of its departments, offices, officers,
agencies, agents, assigns, etc. “PRESUMES” “JURISDICTION” by use of U.S. mail
and the USPS.
The
2-Letter code and the 5 Number (Zoning Improvement Plan) code “JURISDICTION”
The 2-letter with a zip code
jurisdiction is not within the country united States of America.
2-letter
code “JURISDICTIONS”: AL AK AZ AR CA CO CT DE FL GA HI ID IL IN IA KS KY LA ME
MD MA MI MN MS MO MT NE NV NH NJ NM NY NC ND OH OK OR PA RI SC SD TN TX UT VT
VA WA WV WI WY
Thees
are not abbreviations for the 50 Union states. Do not use them. The use
will lead to a "pirate jurisdiction."
So U.S.
Corp. Congress can rule the federal regions, territories, enclaves and insular
possessions but Congress cannot rule the 50 Union states.
The
definition of the "United States" is limited to its territories:
1) The
District of Columbia
2)
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
3) U.S.
Virgin Islands
4) Guam
5)
American Samoa
6)
Northern Mariana Islands
7) Trust
Territory of the Pacific Islands
8)
Military bases within the several states
9) Federal
agencies within the several states
It does
not include the 50 Union states, as is confirmed by the following cite:
"We
have in our political system a Government of the United States and a government
of each of the several States. Each one of these governments is distinct from
the others, and each has citizens of its own who owe it allegiance, and whose
rights, within its jurisdiction, it must protect. The same person may be at the
same time a citizen of the United States and a Citizen of a State, but his
rights of citizenship under one of these governments will be different from
those he has under the other." Slaughter House Cases United
States vs. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875).
The 2-letter code plus the 5 number code is a pirate jurisdiction that dares not ever use a postage stamp of the U.S.A. (united States of America.)

EST HOSTIS HUMAN! GENERIS defined: 3 Inst. 113. A pirate is an enemy of the
human race. Black’s Law Dictionary Revised Fourth Edition (page 1305)
PIRATE
defined: A person who lives by piracy; one guilty of the crime of piracy. A
sea-robber, who, to enrich himself, by subtlety or open force, setteth upon

appropriating to himself without discrimination, every vessel he meets with,
Robbery on the high seas is piracy; but to constitute the offense the taking
must be felonious. Consequently the quo animo may be inquired into.
Davison v. Seal-skins, 2 Paine, 324, Fed.Cas. No.3,661. Pirates are common
sea-rovers, without any fixed place of residence, who acknowledge no sovereign
and no law, and support themselves by pillage and depredations at sea; but
there are instances wherein the word "pirata" has been
formerly taken for a sea-captain. Spelman. Black’s Law Dictionary Revised Fourth
Edition (page 1305)
