Girl, 10 is told she needs liability insurance and a business licence costing $3,500 to carry on running her lemonade stand

  • Anabelle Lockwood, 10, from Fountain Valley, started 'Loco Lemon' in June
  • But days later got a letter from residents' group calling it a 'safety hazard'
  • And Orange County health officials demanded she pay $3,500 for permit

A 10-year-old girl has been told she needed liability insurance and a business license costing $3,500 to run her lemonade stand.
Anabelle Lockwood, from Fountain Valley, California, started the stand on a 'hot summer day' in June after spending the night squeezing lemons.
She set up 'The Loco Lemon' in her townhouse complex on a cart her dad built for her 10th birthday and was 'amazed' by the response from customers.

But days later her family got a letter from the residents' group calling it 'a safety hazard' and she was forbidden to set up her stand again.
Annabelle moved around different spots and her lemonade, which comes in flavors such as watermelon and blueberry ginger, sold out every day.

Anabelle told KTLA: 'I always wanted to have a lemonade stand. All my friends were talking about it and I thought it was a good idea.'

WHAT ANNABELLE NEEDS

1. Upgrade cart to commercial standards
2. Purchase liability insurance and a business license
3. Pay a deposit
4. Pay an hourly or monthly fee for use
But now she has been told by Orange County health officials to pay up a total of $3,500 and about $500 per year after that if she wants to continue trading.
Her family have set up a GoFundMe page to try to meet the costs.
It reads: 'As a small business owner myself, I know that this isn't much to start a potentially successful business.
'But to a 10 year old, it seems like a million.

'This isn't just another business venture... it's becoming a life lesson for a young ambitious entrepreneur.
'She's extremely passionate about her business, and we are so proud of her for creating something that so many others can enjoy!'

I FEEL FOR THE GIRL AND IT IS NICE IF PEOPLE WANT TO DONATE TO HER CAUSE BUT NOT ONLY ARE THERE OTHERS THAT WILL NEED A GO FUND ME PAGE TO PAY THEIR CARTEL MONEY BUT...AREN'T HER PARENTS JUST FEEDING THE SYSTEM, ALONG WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CONTRIBUTING TO HER CARTEL FEE. THEY SHOULD BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SAY WHERE IS THE LAW? NOT THE CORPORATE POLICY, BUT THE LAW? WHERE IS YOUR JURISDICTION TO FORCE ME TO PAY THE CITY OR THE STATE THESE FEES? THIS LITTLE GIRL WOULD MAKE HEADLINES WITH THAT LAWSUIT. IF THEY REALLY WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE THEN THEY WILL ASK FOR A GO-FUND ME PAGE FOR LEGAL FEES TO CHALLENGE CALIFORNIA'S SO CALLED AUTHORITY TO FORCE HER TO EITHER CLOSE DOWN OR PAY THE CARTEL. WE CONTINUE TO FEED THE BEAST.THE SYSTEM.

There is actually case law in San Francisco that says that the county and city cannot enforce codes upon property that they do not actually own. Seeing that the law states that the minimum age to contract (with the communist State) is 18, it would be unlawful for the corporate State to demand that this girl have a business license to sell lemonade when she is not old enough to contract with the Nazi SOB's. Besides, if she is accepting FRN's as payment, which is a debt instrument with negative equity, she is really losing out! Are they going to make her file an illegal 1040 form as a Federal employee also? We all know that the Federal government dose not exist and the STATE OF CALIFORNIA went defunct in March 2015. I say that the family tell the Residents group to shove their complaint as far up their nazi arses as they can and go pound sand. If they don't like lemonade they don't have to drink it! These idiots need to stick to fluoridated/chlorinated water until they are too stupid to complain about good old American entrepreneurship. You go girl!! The corporate service providers and the Residents Group have no jurisdiction into your private ventures!

Legal fees would be eaten up by the officer of the court just before she loses the case.
She gave the lemonade stand a name, and it would be considered an unregistered business instead of a hobby.
If she doesn't do as they say, they will pay someone to purchase the lemonade with witnesses and conveniently end up sick from something and she'll be sued out of business. If the home is part of an HOA, that may be waiting to kick in because most prohibit the use of the property outside of things it's zoned for, so if it's zoned for residential, she couldn't start a babysitting business out of it without running afoul of them.

I believe we have multiple groups of lives here, and some of the living can self govern and some whether hybrid or hive-minded or cloned or programmed biological bodies do not function unless there is a rule to tell them what they can do, whether it is to breathe or blink their eyes a certain amount of times, they need those rules to know whether they are 'functioning' properly.

also if her case went to a jury, there is a high likability there will be 6 people who will say she is guilty, because people believe what they are told in court, and will judge their fellow man as unjust.

The jurors are 'If I can't do it, you can't either', and will find her guilty and the bill will be higher.

Jury nullification is an impossibility in this world.

We need to separate the wheat from the chaff, where we can separate those that need to have every aspect of our life controlled in a FEMA camp so that every aspect of their life is controlled.

Heck, In this day and age, if they vote for a controller, if they seek a controller to tell them what they have permission to do; they should be gathered together to live under that controller's control.

Go read and take to heart EVERYTHING at annavonreitz.com particularly close to the bottom concerning getting your inheritance and freedom back. If this girl's parents would do what is recommended there, bthey would soon know that that girl can sell lemonade anywhere she wants and there in really nothing they can do about it.

JMHO - YMMV
