I have just learned that the Jury in the Dave Hinkson, Boise, Idaho trial was Hung and one of the Jurors an ex-nun who voted for acquittal with 3 other jurors was later charged for perjury and was facing 14 years in prison for exercising her right as a juror. The Federal Judge in the case of the Dave Hinkson, Defendant and owner of http://www.wateroz.com/ who Gunderson was plotting with Mossad Anthony Hilder of LA, California, to steal Hinkson Business. The Idaho Federal Judge ruled and committed Obstruction of Justice by overruling the decision of the Jury and finding Dave Hinkson guilty. This case I, Stew Webb, testified in behalf of Dave Hinkson to the statement made by Gunderson in his plot to set up Hinkson. Stew Webb's testimony was not allowed to be heard by the jurors, which is Obstruction of Justice. The Federal Judge was asked to recuse himself because the Judge was one of the Gunderson so-called murder for hire targets. I has been now reported the Judge had prior communication with Gunderson.
