While I am putting the pieces together I may be seeing something that you do not.
If the Prosperity Program Funds and Global Settlement Funds and the Debt Free Scenario is for a CASH FREE DEBIT CARD then I see it as the Mark of the Beast spoken of in the Holy Bible.
Other things around, like with the Pope Declaring that ALL Religions will be ONE is a major concern.
Maybe it will be that ONLY those of you that accept the DEBIT CARD will have No MORE Debt to Pay, or else you are throw in prison will all your property taken, or worse.
