Many questions have to be answered by the Sheriff.
If the Sheriff comes out that says he basically died from natural causes from prior medical conditions then the Sheriff should have known that he needed watch over by authorized medical personnel.
Why was it that the first time he saw authorized medical personnel was when James was at the hospital where they pronounced him dead?
Maybe some of you people should put in a claim for Criminal Charges of homicide to be filed against all those involved, primarily the Sheriff, for failing to have any medical personnel around yet they gave him some syringe shots in which could have been his death as they were not doctors that knew his prior condition.
